The effect of fungal effector on suspension culture of M. piperita cells was investigated using shake flasks. About two fold increase in oil production was observed in response to the treatment of fungal elicitor prepared from Rhodotorura rubra. Also, maximum accumulation of oil in M. piperita cells occurred at 48 hrs of incubation and 14 day-old peppermint cells were best in peppermint oil production.

연구목적: 본 연구는 1・2학년에 걸쳐 연속적으로 실행된 개별 차원의 긍정적행동지원(Positive Behavior Support, PBS)이 자폐스펙트럼장애 고등학생의 수업 관련 행동에 미치는 효과를 살펴보기 위하여 수행되었다. 연구방법: 실험을 위해 특수학교에 재학하고 있는 자폐스펙트럼장애 고등학생 한 명이 참여하였다. 해당 학생은 수업 시간에 공격행동, 음성상동행동, 자리이탈행동과 같은 행동을 빈번히 나타냈기 때문에, 연구자는 수업방해행동을 감소시켜야 할 목표행동으로 선정하였으며, 동시에 공동주의집중, 따라 말하기, 비언어적 의사소통을 비롯한 과제참여행동을 증가시켜야 할 목표행동으로 선정하였다. 중재는 1・2학년에 걸쳐 운영된 개별 차원의 PBS로, 여기에는 기능평가 결과를 기초로 수립된 선행사건 조정, 대체기술 교수, 후속결과 중재 전략이 포함된다. 자료는 동영상을 관찰하여 부분동간기록법으로 행동 발생률(%)을 산출하는 방식으로 수집되었으며, B-A-B-B 반전설계를 통해 독립변인과 종속변인 간 기능적 관계가 확인되었다. 연구결과: 1・2학년에 걸쳐 적용된 개별 차원의 PBS는 연구 참여 학생의 수업방해행동을 점차 감소시키고 과제참여행동을 증가시키는 데 긍정적인 효과를 미쳤다. 결론: PBS의 연속성과 효과성을 실천적으로 확인한 본 연구 결과는 학교 현장에서 보다 일관성 있는 다층지원체계를 구현하기 위한 기초 자료로 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다. Purpose: This study examined the effects of individualized Positive Behavior Support (PBS) on the classroom behaviors of a high school student with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) over two consecutive academic years (Grades 10 and 11). Methods: The participant was a high school student with ASD attending a special education school. Due to frequent disruptive behaviors, such as aggression, vocal stereotypy, and out-of-seat behavior, the student’s behaviors were identified as target behaviors for reduction. Concurrently, task-engagement behaviors—including joint attention, verbal imitation, and nonverbal communication—were selected as target behaviors to enhance. The individualized PBS, implemented over the two academic years, involved antecedent adjustments, instruction in replacement skills, and consequence strategies based on a functional behavior assessment (FBA). Data were collected using video recordings and partial-interval recording to calculate the percentage of intervals in which target behaviors occurred. A functional relation between independent and dependent variables was established using a B-A-B-B reversal design. Results: The individualized PBS implemented during Grades 10 and 11 led to a gradual decrease in the student’s disruptive behaviors and an increase in task-engagement behaviors. Conclusion: These findings provide practical evidence of the effectiveness and continuity of PBS, serving as foundational data to support the implementation of more consistent multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) within educational settings.

Abutment screw loosening of dental implant is a major problem in the treatment of dental implant. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect on the prevention of screw loosening according to tightening method and using of washer. In the first experiment, using a implant fixture and precisely fabricated temporary cylinder, the loosening torque was measured by tightening the screw 5 times repeatedly. In the second experiment, the fabricated crown and implant fixture was tightened by the screw that is attatched washer and then the loosening torque was measured after loading it 1800’ 12600 times under the force of 150N. The results were as follows. 1. The highest loosening torque appeared after tightening 3 times repeatedly(p<0.01). 2. When the washer was used, the loosening torque was increased significantly under the loading 1800 tim es(p<0.0l), 3. When the washer was used, the loosening torque was increaed under the loading 12600 times, but it is statistically not significant(p〈0.01). The first experiment results mean that 3 times repeated tightening screw is most effective clinically. The second results mean that washer is effective in prevention screw loosening, but the effect is decreased with increasing load.

MMC기반 능동형 필터를 활용한 고조파전류 저감에 관한 연구

Wide use of non-linear loads such as power conversion device has led to harmonics generation according to the development of industry plant. In this paper, the current harmonics mitigation using a Shunt Active Power Filter(SAPF) based on a Modular Multilevel Converter(MMC) is studied for a load acting as a typical current harmonic source in the power plant high voltage bus. SAPF was designed using p-q theory and d-q proportional-integral(PI) current controller to generate reference value and the compensation current, and controller and the harmonic compensation characteristics were verified by simulation. Current harmonic generation in the power plant high voltage bus was measured and the case study was selected. The effect of current harmonic mitigation was verified by installing the manufactured 6.9kV 200A SAPF on site.

본 논문은 스마트 해상 물류에 필요한 최신 Edge Computing과 인공지능을 구성한 자율 접안 시뮬레이터의 개발이다. 먼저, 스마트 해상 물류에서 선박의 접안에 관한 요구 사항을 분석하고, 다음으로 그 분석된 결과를 사용하여 서비스, 시스템, 핵심부품을 설계하고 제작한다. 결국, 본 논문은 스마트 해상물류에 필요한 자율접안 시뮬레이터를 개발한다. 향후, 본 논문은 실제 스마트 해상 물류에 필요한 Edge Computing과 인공지능의 기계 학습 알고리즘을 개발할 계획이다.
