뉴미디어로 재편되는 세계 간의 접속 : 웹드라마 <드라마월드>를 중심으로

This paper tries to diagnose the meaning of the ‘world’ today. I sought to analyze the web drama Dramworld and the cultural, technological conditions surrounding it. Dramaworld is a type of time-slip drama in which two worlds, “reality-America” and “virtual-Korea(drama),” overlap. Here I have raised three questions and tried to approach the meaning of the world today. First, what is ‘Dramaworld’? Second, what is the meaning of the overlap between these two worlds, America(reality) and Korea(drama)? Finally, what is the relationship between new media, especially smartphone, and the world? In the technological conditions of new media, users esemble like Leibniz’s monad. It looks like a self-enclosed being with “no windows.” However, paradoxically, it results in a connection with the whole, not a separation from the world. The world today seems to have blurred the boundaries between the whole and part, universal and particular, and reality and virtual. Loss of standard usually leads to loss of stability. For that reason, the voices of far right-wing and fundamentalism are revitalized in some parts of the world. What they demand is a society/state without “windows,” as a pseudo-monadic society/state, that has no relationship to the other. But that reactionary demand only causes the catastrophe rather than bringing stability. At the end of Dramaworld, the stage of the drama is switched over to the real world, not the virtual-drama world. The boundary between two worlds seems to have disappeared. It indicates that it is impossible to secure stability with a sense of the past.

Objectives: We designed the study to compare the oncologic and renal function outcomes of off-clamp, laparoscopic partial nephrectomy (OCLPN) and conventional laparoscopic partial nephrectomy (HCLPN) for renal tumors. Methods: Between March 2008 and July 2015, 114 patients who underwent laparoscopic partial nephrectomy (LPN) of a renal neoplasm were studied. We performed LPN without hilar clamp on 40 patients (OCLPN, Group 1), and conventional LPN with hilar control and renorrhaphy on another 40 patients (HCLPN, Group 2). We retrospectively reviewed the medical records of each patient’s age, sex, R.E.N.A.L. nephrometry score (RNS), operation time, complications, hospitalization period, tumor size, positive resection margin, histologic classification of tumor, pathologic stage, Fuhrman grade, estimated blood loss (EBL), warm ischemic time (WIT), and estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) before and one year after surgery. Results: There were no significant differences in age, sex, preoperative eGFR, EBL, surgical (anesthesia) time, and tumor size between the two groups. The mean eGFR was not significantly different between the OCLPN and HCLPN groups 1 month (95 and 86.2 mL/min/1.73 m², respectively; P = 0.106), 6 months (92.9 and 83.6 mL/min/1.73 m², respectively; P = 0.151) and 12 months (93.8 and 84.7 mL/min/1.73 m², respectively; P = 0.077) postoperatively. The change in eGFR after one year was 3.9% in the OCLPN group and -7.9% in the HCLPN group. Conclusions: OCLPN was superior to HCLPN in preserving renal function one year after surgery, and there was no statistically significant difference in tumor treatment results.
아동문학 연구의 지적 구조 분석(2010~2021년) -『아동청소년문학연구』와 『한국아동문학연구』의 저자 동시 인용망 분석-

This study attempts a co–citation network analysis to analyze the intellectual structure of contemporary children’s literature studies. The analysis data used citation information from 423 papers published in children’s literature research journals, Studies of Literature for Children and Young Adult and Korea Children’s Literature, between 2010 and 2021. Specifically, the study aimed to visualize the network as a graph and analyze and interpret the results derived based on the in–degree centrality, closeness centrality, and betweenness centrality of the said network. The graph showed that research/authors on the modern period children’s literature are mainly clustered at the center. Surrounding the periphery are fields such as contemporary Korean children’s literature, pedagogy, child studies, and cultural studies, and at the outermost edges, there are foreign children’s literature studies groups. Among foreign children’s literature studies, research on East Asian children’s literature, especially from the modern era in countries like China and Japan, appeared to be more central compared to other groups, indicating its influence. Additionally, from the centrality measures analysis, it was observed that foundational studies on the formation, concepts, terms, and history of modern children’s literature hold significant influence. Foreign theories on ‘child’, ‘unconscious’, and ‘fantasy’ have a strong impact. Studies focusing on keywords like ‘modern’, ‘child’, ‘children’s innocence’, and ‘origin’ have been leading the trend. It was also observed that a relatively small number of authors connect and mediate various topics of children’s literature research.

Purpose: To evaluate alterations in renal function after laparoscopic radical nephrectomy (LRN) and laparoscopic partial nephrectomy (LPN) for renal tumors. Materials and Methods: From March 2008 to August 2011, we performed 175 cases of laparoscopic kidney resection. Among these, we excluded patients who received perioperative immunotherapy or target therapy and also patients with a preoperative estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) <60 mL/min. A total of 32 patients undergoing LPN and 92 patients undergoing LRN were enrolled. We retrospectively reviewed the changes in eGFR (by the modification of diet in renal disease method) at the following time points: preoperative, postoperative 1 week, and postoperative 1, 3, 6, and 12 months. Results: The mean warm ischemia time of the LPN group was 22 minutes range, 0 to 47 minutes). Mean eGFR values (mL/min/1.73 m2) during postoperative week 1 and 1, 3, 6, and 12 months were 70.8, 71.5, 76.7, 76.0, and 75.3 in the LPN group and 52.1, 50.6, 52.8, 53.4, and 52.4 in the LRN group, respectively. One year after the operation, 6.3% (2 patients) of LPN patients and 68.5% (63 patients) of LRN patients had progressed to chronic renal insufficiency (eGFR<60 mL/min/1.73 m2). Conclusions: Renal function recovered slightly after LPN and LRN and was maintained constantly after 3 months. However, renal function showed different patterns of decrease. Despite the concern for warm ischemia, LPN can preserve renal function better than can LRN. LPN should be considered for selected patients to prevent hronic renal insufficiency.
