The distribution characteristics of Ag and Co in the molten copper and ferrite slag phases have been studied. The distributions of Cu in slag and Fe in molten copper are also examined. It is found that Ag dissolves in molten copper as a mono-atomic metal form and the distribution coefficient of Ag in slag is 1.2×10-³for oxygen partial pressure range 10?? to 10??. Within the temperature range 1423K to 1623K, the limiting activity coefficient of Ag in copper[τAg] has following temperature dependancy; [τ??]=1786.1/T-0.0387 Cobalt exists as an oxide form(CoO) in slag. As a result, the distribution coefficient of Co in slag is a square root function of the oxygen partial pressure. The behavior of limiting activity of Co is more or less independant of temperature and about ll and 1.65 for Co in molten copper and CoO in slag, respectively.

Labaratory corrosion tests involving total immersion in tap water and 3% NaCI were carried out in order to study the effects of environments on corrosion resistance of low concentration Cr steel. The results obtained are summarized as follows; 1) Weight loss in tap water is higher than that in artificial sea water. 2) The weight loss of 0.5% Cr steel in tap water was considerably higher than that in artificial sea water and, for 2% and 4% Cr steel, they were almost similiar. 3) A is increased the amount of Cr, the oxide film formed on the surface gradually increased protected area in artificial sea water.

A study was made of static tensile properties of mixed martensite and ferrite in low carbon alloy steel. The results obtained are as follows: 1) The mechanical properties of dual phase steel were superior to that of single phase alloy. 2) Tensile strength and 0.2% proof stress, elongation were remarkably changed with increasing the volume fraction of the second phase. 3) The 0.2% proof stress gradually decreased with increasing tempering temperature, except that of tempering steel at 200℃.

유해가스 및 기타공해오염물질에 의한 대기오염은 인체는 물론 각종 동식물에 이르기까지 그의 생활상에 직접 또는 간접으로 피해를 주고 또한 재산상의 손상 역시 경제가치면에도 막대한 손실을 가져온다는 사실은 주지하는 바와 같다. 그러나 아직 우리 생활 주변의 경제가치성물질에 영향하는 피해나 손실에 대하여는 일반의 관심이 소외되고 있는 듯한 경향이 있다. 대기오염물질의 물리적, 화학적인 해적영향은 우리 생활권의 건축물, 금속제품, 직유류, 피복, 지류, 고무류 및 페인트 등에 부식용작을 가져오고 이로서 조만간에 손상, 손실을 보게 된다. 본 소론에서는 문헌에 의한 외국의 예를 중심으로 대기오염에 따른 각종물질의 부식노화의 양상 고찰하였다.
고체윤활제용 MoS₂박막의 스퍼터 조건에 따른 성막속도에 관한 연구

The effect of working condition on the deposition rate of DC & RF magnetron sputtered MoS₂lubricant films have been studied. The deposition rate increased with increasing of working pressure(3∼10mtorr) and power density(DC & RF), but it decreased with increasing of target-to-substrate spacing(4∼6cm) and substrate bias voltage(0∼-150V). Increasing target-to-substrate spacing, uniformity of surface was improved and the most homogeneous film(±5%) was acquired at target-to-substrate spacing 8cm. On the working condition of 10mtorr working pressure, 4cm target-substrate-spacing, 3.5W/㎠ DC power density and no substrate bias voltage, the maximum deposition rate 3,300Å/min, could be obtained. The friction coefficient increased with increasing of substrate bias voltage and it exerted bad influence on the lubricant characteristic of sputtered MoS₂film.

The purpose of this study is to find out the adequate amount of warming-up prior to doing endurance exercises. The sample students were 40(male;18, female;22) selected randomly from In-Ha university. The method used for warming-up was P.T (Physical Training) gymnastic. The intensity of warming-up was 30 times of P.T per minute. The whole group was devided into four sub-group. Three of them were used for experimental purpose, and the fourth one was the controlled group. The program implemented is as follow : Group #1 was given 3-min. warming-up for male samples and 1-min. warming-up for female. Group #2 was given 4-min. warming-up for male samples and 2min. warming-up for female. Group #3 was gives 5-min. warming-up for male samples and 3-min. warming-up for female. Control group was given no warming up for male and female samples. Harvard Step Test was used for measuring their endurance abilities. Heart Checker 108 System made by Senho in Japan was used for measuring heart rate period during P.T gymnastics for warming-up and Harvard Step Test, To analyze the mean differences among four groups t-test and ANOVA were used. The results are presented below; 1. The effect of P.T gymnastics for warming-up proves to be positive in doing endurance exercise. 2. The adequate amount of warming-up using P.T gymnastics is 4 minutes in case of male and 1 or 2 minutes for female.
