        미래 사회와 특수교육에 관한 예비 특수교사의 인식에 관한 질적 연구

        The purpose of this study was to explore prospective special education teachers' perceptions of future society and special education. In accordance with this research purpose, three focus group interviews(FGI) were conducted with 16 prospective special education teachers. Through interviews, we examined prospective special teachers' perceptions of future society and special education. The data collected based on the participants' shared experiences and cases were transcribed and analyzed. As a result of the study, 4 major themes and 13 sub-themes were derived. First, the results of the study showed that perspectives on the future society and special education field were mixed with excitement, concern, and both perspectives. Second, prospective special teachers were found to recognize and prepare for the importance of growth through learning in preparation for future society and special education fields. Third, in order to support the learning and growth of prospective special education teachers, it was found that support for growth as active technology consumers, a school culture open to uncertainty, and balanced policies and systems of ‘+1’ and ‘-1’ were needed. Fourth, even as we face a technology-centered future special education, themes were drawn about things that must be wisely maintained in the field of special education. The discussion suggested ways to support the growth of prospective special education teachers in preparation for changes in future society.
