'월북 이후 이태준 문학과 ‘48년 질서’ - 「먼지」(1950)를 중심으로

이 글은 이태준의 「먼지」(1950)을 중심으로 월북 이후 이태준 문학이 탈식민 냉전질서와 어떻게 응전했는지를 탐색하고자 했다. 이 글에서는 남북한 단독정부 수립과 함께 6.25전쟁 직전까지 고조되었던 무력 통일의 정세를 지칭하는 ‘1948년 질서’라는 맥락 안에서 월북 이후 이태준 문학의 주요 모티프가 무엇인지 겹쳐 독해하였다. 그 결과 이 글은 해방 직후부터 작가가 일관해서 성찰해온 모티프가 ‘민족의 완전한 해방과 독립’이라는 명분과 그것의 실현을 위한 ‘제도 개혁’로 집약되는 것으로 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 이 글은 ‘1948년 질서’를 겹쳐 읽은 결과 「먼지」가 탈식민과 함께 냉전질서가 관철되는 폭력적 현실과 맞선 저항의 텍스트라고 보았다. 결론적으로 이 글은 작품의 공과를 초기 북한문학이 보인 도식성과 선전선동의 경계를 넘어 ‘하나 된 조선’에 대한 명분을 재성찰하게 만들었다는 데서 찾았다. This study aimed to examine how Yi Tae-jun's literature, especially focusing on his work Meonji, had responded to order of the Cold war in the post-liberation Korea. So, the theme of this study is to consider what the main motif of Yi Tae-jun's literature after his defection to north Korea had been. And it was willing to read in the historical context, ‘the 1948 order’ that refer to the political situation and movement to support unification by force from the North and the South's establishment of separate governments to the immediate Korean war. As a result, I make sure that those motifs as the result of his introspection from the immediate post-liberation, have converged into double meanings. One was the justification to perfect independence and liberation of nation and the other the reformation of system to come true it. Also, Meonji, reading in the historical context of ‘the 1948 order’ was regarded as a resistant text against a violent reality of the Cold war system at that time. To conclude, Meonji has significant status of the korean literature history to make early North Korean literature reflect on justification of ‘Chosun as one’ beyond the limit of agitation propaganda literature and schematic plot.
