        통일전망대의 방문동기 간 영향관계 및 세분시장별 방문객의 특성 비교

        This study was conducted to examine the structural relationship between constructs (push motivation factors: sociality, family friendliness, escape / pull motivation factors: historical experience of division, attractiveness, novelty) of visit motivation, and then to compare the differences of mean for satisfaction toward admission fee and overall experience among segmented groups based on delineated visit motivation factors. Also, it was another research question to analyze the moderating role of visit experience in the influencing relationship between push motivation factors and pull motivation factors. The results of various empirical analyzes are as follows. First, sociality and family friendliness among push motivation factors were found to have a positive and significant effect on all pull motivation factors. In addition, it was found that escape among push motivation factors had a negative effect on historical experience of division among pull motivation factors, and had a positive effect on novelty among pull motivation factors. Second, it was found that the regression coefficient of sociality among push motivation factors when explaining all pull motivation factors was meaningful different between the first visit and the repeat visit. Third, it can be seen that the higher the average of the visit motivation (Cluster1, Cluster4), the higher the average of satisfaction with not only the admission fee but also the overall experience. Based on these main results, academic and managerial implications are further discussed in the conclusion section. 본 연구는 다크투어리즘의 대표 관광장소 중 한 곳인 오두산통일전망대 방문동기의 구성개념들(추진 동기 요인: 사회성, 가족친화성, 일상탈출 / 유인 동기 요인: 분단역사체험, 매력성, 신기성) 간 구조적 관계를 검증하고, 그런 다음 설명된 방문동기 요인들에 따라 세분화된 집단 간 입장료 및 전반적 체험에 대한 만족도의 평균 차이를 비교하기 위해 실시되었다. 또한 추진(push) 동기 요인과 유인(pull) 동기 요인 간 영향 관계에서 방문경험의 조절 역할을 분석하는 것은 또다른 연구 문제로 진행하였다. 실증분석에 의한 결과들을 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 추진 동기 요인 중 사회성과 가족친화성은 모든 유인 동기 요인에 긍정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 발견되었다. 그 외에 추진 동기 요인 중 일상탈출은 유인 동기 요인 중 분단역사체험에 부정적인 영향을 미치고, 유인 동기 요인 중 신기성에는 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 기존에 제시된 요인 중 사회성의 회귀계수는 처음 방문과 재방문 간 의미 있는 차이가 있음이 발견되었다. 셋째, 방문동기에 대한 평균(군집1, 군집4)이 높은 집단일수록 입장료뿐만 아니라 전반적 체험에 대한 만족도의 평균 또한 높은 것을 알 수 있다. 이러한 주요 결과를 토대로 다크투어리즘 관광목적지의 방문동기, 시장세분화, 방문경험과 관련한 다양한 학술적·관리적 시사점을 결론 부분에서 더 논의되었다.

      • 축제동기의 체험몰입에 대한 영향

        In previous researches, the motivation of festival participants has been investigated as dichotomy between push and pull factors. The purpose of this study is to reveal the influence of push factor on pull factor of festival participants` motivation, and also to investigate the influence of festival participants` motivation on optimal experience. The SPSS statistic 20 and Amos 20 was used to analyze the result of the survey of 309 samples in the manner of EFA, reliability analysis, CFA and SEM. As results of EFA, 3 elements are selected from 5 motivation elements of push factor, 5 elements are selected from 5 motivation elements of pull factor, 6 elements are selected from 9 elements of optimal experience. And then CFAs are conducted that show 3 motivation elements of push factor, 3 elements of pull factor, 4 elements of optimal experience. Findings reveal that: (a) push factor has positive influence on pull factor of festival participants` motivation; (b) festival participants` motivation has positive influence on optimal experience. The results of this study could provide festival organizers insights of festival planning and operation, they have to focus on optimal experience in festival with push factor more than pull factor of festival participants` motivation.

        경력 경로를 이용한 농촌리더화 과정 및 요인

        본 연구는 충남지역에 거주하는 농촌리더를 대상으로 리더가 되기까지의 생애사를 경력 경로 분석방법으로 파악하고자 농촌리더의 특성이 반영된 "농촌리더 경력 경로 모형"을 도출하고 이를 적용하였다. 개인적 경력에서 지역적 경력으로 전환하는 부분을 총칭하여 농촌리더화 과정으로 보고 전환과정에서 어떤 동기-내재적 동기, 외재적 동기-가 작용하였는지를 살펴보았다. 그리고 동기에 주된 영향을 미친 요인-심미적 요인, 관계적 요인, 자기결정 및 역량요인, 정책·제도적 요인, 시대적 요인-을 도출하였다. 생애사적 흐름에 따라 리더과정을 살펴본 결과 20대 초반 도시에서 비농업직을 선택하여 주로 개인적 경력 중심의 시기를 보냈고, 20대 후반에서 30대 초반 지역내로 복귀하여 농업직 종사를 선택하게 되는데 주로 관계적 요인에 의한 내재적 동기가 작용하였다. 이후 마을주민과 지인 권유에서 발생하는 내재적 동기로 지역적 경력을 점차 안정화시켜가는 시기를 거친다. 그리고 시대적 요인과 정책·제도적 요인에 의한 외재적 동기도 작용하여 리더의 활동영역과 범위가 점차 확장되어간다. 인적네트워크를 통한 관계적 요인에 의한 내재적 동기가 주로 작용하면서 농촌리더들은 지역농업의 발전, 마을주민의 행복한 삶을 영위하기 위해 구체적인 실행계획을 고민하게 된다. 이런 점들을 시기별로 분석한 결과 초기취업기, 경력모색기, 경력안정기, 경력확장기의 경력 경로 과정을 보였다. 공통적인 특징은 개인적 경력에서 지역적 경력으로 전환하는 시점에서 내재적 동기들이 작용하고 관계적 요인이 주로 영향을 미치고 있었다. 지역적 경력이 점점 구체화되고 확장되는 과정에서 관계적·자기결정 및 역량요인 등 내재적 동기와 더불어 시대적 요인, 정책·제도적 요인들이 외재적 동기도 영향을 미치고 있다. 이들 동기가 상호작용하면서 농촌리더들이 지역을 발전하게 하는 원동력이 되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. We researched and applied the validation and analysis of leaderization in rural regions using “Career Path Model of Rural Leader” in Chungnam Province. The model reflected rural leader`s life history (biography) and applied the career path analysis. The rural leaderization process is defined as all turning points from personal career to regional career in their lifetime. We concentrated on their motivations and factors in the middle of the leaderization process. Especially, we tried to examine closely what and how factors and motivations worked and influenced leader`s decision. The motivations were divided into intrinsic and extrinsic motivations. The factors consisted of aesthetic, relationship, self-determination & competency, policy-institutional and times factors. As time goes, rural leaders had chosen non-agriculture jobs in the city and had lived a lifetime as their personal career during their 20s early times. Leader`s action result in this time was worked with the intrinsic motivation and influenced by self-determination & competency and aesthetic factors. From their 20s late times to 30s early times, they had returned to their hometown and chosen agriculture jobs. They had kept searching on their personal career, which were worked with their intrinsic motivation and influenced by relationship factors. Furthermore, they had made a decision to live as rural leaders due to their extrinsic motivation influencing times factors. They had experienced the most important turning point in their lifetime as leaders for the first time. After that time, they had stabilized their regional career which were mutually worked with extrinsic motivation by policy-institutional and times factors and intrinsic motivation by the relationship factor. They were intended to spread their regional career in another sector of their action and thought. Also, they had experienced the second turning point in their lifetime as leaders in spreading their regional career. Lastly, they wished the growth of the regional agriculture and all residents` happy life. They have had detail action plans for them which were deeply worked with intrinsic motivation and the relationship factor. Thus it showed us rural leaderization by times of the initial, the trial, the stable and the expanded work periods, that is the Rural Leaderization Process by Career Path Model Analysis. We discovered some common features by rural leaders, who have influenced by intrinsic motivation and the relationship factor in the time of turning points from personal career to regional career. Over times, they have spread their regional careers which were mutually worked with intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. Finally, we found the leader·s synergy effect and the motivation to develop the region.

        고등학생의 읽기 동기 요인 분석

        This study is aimed to identify the motivation congifguration factors on reading for high school students. This research is about what factors affect students` motivation to read and how genders, grades and establishment purposes of schools influence the differences among schools. This paper is analyzed based on total 2,421 cases from 4 high schools:General high school(Bucheon jungheunggo), Science High School (Kounggi north science high school), Foreign language high school (Dongducheon foreign language high school), vocational high school (Chung Myung vocational high school). To analyze the motivation configuration factors on reading, we conducted the preliminary test and main test including the 1st and 2nd factor analysis to make the final 28 questions more reliable and objective. After the 2nd factor analysis, the factors which comprise the motivation to read for high school students turn out to be the “social interaction-interest”, “recognition”, “self-efficacy on reading”,”Commitment-Curiosity”, respectively. We analyzed the differences of the motivation congifguration factors based on genders, grades, and establishment purposes of schools. With a t-test, the difference between genders revealed that “recognition” and “Commitment-curiosity” factors have a meaningful relation. With a ANOVA, the difference between grades was analyzed. But there were no significant differences in grades. Likewise, the difference of the establishment purposes of schools was analyzed with a ANOVA. As its result, the meaningful differences were found in all factors.

        대법원 양형기준의 동기요소에 대한 분석

        A motive of a criminal act is a factor that, though it is not contained in criminalelements, can be considered to determine blameworthiness of a criminal act. Koreansupreme court’s use of ‘motive’ factor to construct sentencing guidelines of every groupof crimes seems appropriate. Also, the way korean supreme court is using motive factorscan be understood as innovation. Nonetheless, reflecting on the current form andstructure of korean sentencing guidelines, reformation of the guidelines is necessary. Because korean sentencing guidelines classified sentencing factors into three categoriesfollowing degrees and qualifications of factors, its’propriety should be reviewed andexamined at this point. In fact, the structure which the guidelines have is far away fromthe conventional and typical way of consideration of sentencing factors. A ‘motive’ is not a criminal element and does not have a formal structure. Moreover,a motive may come from an unconscious state of mind under which a criminal actor didnot realize it by himself. To prove a motive factor is much more difficult than to provecriminal elements, such as intention or negligence. Assessing a motive is so difficultbased on its various values that become different according to cases. To understand amotive in a case, a large variety of information regarding circumstances of that case andalso even many relevant facts of a defendant’s life should be gathered. It can become outside of a defendant’s control and responsibility. A motive factor is much more flexible and can have more various meanings in therethan a purpose element. Nevertheless, motives come to possess posited forms in koreansentencing guidelines. Each level of a motive factor that has a power to determine aparticular scope of punishment should be more examined. At least, a motive should bea sentencing factor which has its meaning within statutory requirements. In conclusion, a motive factor that is posited in korean sentencing guidelines shouldbe reviewed and reformed. Korean sentencing guidelines arbitrarily overuse motivefactors without any standards and principles. Intolerable contradictions amongdefinitions of motive factors in the guidelines often appear. Even, a definition of a motivefactor in the guidelines is in violation of statutory definitions. It is suspicious in whichprinciples a motive factor has its place in the structure of the guidelines. That is, it isdifficult to acknowledge consistency and propriety of distribution and definition ofmotive factors. Most of all, it comes from the fact that korean sentencing guidelines arenot formed with a good form and structure for appropriate sentencing.

        리워드 어플리케이션 이용동기와 혜택 및 손실요인이 추천의도에 미치는 영향

        This study was identified by use of motivations and benefits of the application and what the loss factor is said, and reward application of these factors is the effect of the recommendation were evaluated retrospectively. To this end, the preliminary investigation motivation of Rewards application, rewards and benefits, loss factors used to determine the application was based on the results of preliminary investigations were made scale. Motivation Rewards and benefits and also the application loss factor is the impact of the recommendations was analyzed. The results are as follows. First, the Reward application motives of curiosity, ease of use, and free use of time, information acquisition, financial compensation, recommendations were derived motivation factor of six, and use of convenience, take advantage of free time, information acquisition, financial compensation motivation significant influence on intentions. Second, the Reward application benefits of monetary factors, psychological satisfaction, information acquisition, leveraging the benefits of free time has been derived factor 4, is recommended for use on all factors significant benefits affected. Third, the loss of the use of the Reward application is available on the factors discomfort, feeling irritable, causing lack of monetary benefits, boredom-induced, methods of operation on the complaint, the diversity of information/lack of availability of the six factors were derived, also recommended a significant impact on none factors. In this study, a new type of mobile app advertising motives and benefits of the reward application and loss factors are the main route of spread is also recommended to verify the effect of the user understanding of the operation plan to broaden the basis for future will provide the data. 본 연구는 리워드 어플리케이션 이용동기와 혜택 및 손실요인이 무엇인지를 밝히고, 이러한 요인들이 리워드 어플리케이션 추천의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 예비조사를 통해 리워드 어플리케이션 이용동기, 리워드 어플리케이션 사용 혜택 및 손실요인을 확인하였으며, 예비조사 결과를 토대로 척도를 제작하였다. 또한 리워드 어플리케이션 이용동기와 혜택 및 손실요인이 추천의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 리워드 어플리케이션 이용동기는 호기심 동기, 이용 편리성 동기, 여유시간 활용 동기, 정보습득 동기, 금전적 보상 동기, 추천동기의 6개 요인이 도출되었으며, 이용 편리성 동기, 여유시간 활용동기, 정보습득 동기, 금전적 보상 동기가 추천의도에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 리워드 어플리케이션 사용혜택 요인은 금전적 혜택, 심리적 만족감 혜택, 정보습득 혜택, 여유시간 활용혜택의 4개 요인이 도출되었으며, 사용혜택 요인 모두 추천의도에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 리워드 어플리케이션 사용손실 요인으로는 이용상 불편감 손실, 짜증감 유발 손실, 금전적 혜택 부족 손실, 지루함 유발 손실, 운영방법상 불만 손실, 정보의 다양성/유용성 부족 손실의 6개 요인이 도출되었으며, 추천의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 요인은 없었다. 본 연구를 통해 새로운 모바일 앱 광고 유형인 리워드 어플리케이션의 이용동기와 혜택 및 손실 요인이 확산의 주요 경로인 추천의도에 미치는 영향을 검증함으로써 이용자에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓히고 추후의 운영방안에 대한 기초자료를 제공할 것이다.

        인문,사회과학편 : 프로야구 여성관중의 라이프스타일에 따른 참여동기가 참여행동에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to suggest a marketing strategy to attract more woman spectators by researching the effect of participation motivation based on lifestyle of professional baseball woman spectators on participation behavior.Total of 860 woman spectators were surveyed from Seoul(2), Inchon, Suwon, Daejon, Daegu, Busan and Gwangju, of which 717 questionnaires were qualified for the study using convenience sampling method. reliability analysis, factor analysis, frequence analysis and multiple regression analysis were carried in accordance with the purpose of the study by using SPSS Version 12.0.Following results were obtained through above analysis.Primarily, it appeared all factors but complaint factor and catharsis factor were correlated, and conservativeness affected all factors in participation motivation factors. Also, achievement appeared to affect catharsis, complaint and social relation factor had an effect on nativeness factor.Secondly, it showed all factors except nativeness factor and visiting period were correlated. Attachment, thrill and entertaining factors influenced all factors in participation behavior. Game and player factor had an impact on all participation behavior factors but concentration. Catharsis affected visiting frequency, visiting period, awareness of marketing strategies and player strength, and nativeness was related to awareness of player's strength. That is all other factors in participation motivation influenced the awareness of player's strength.

        오토캠핑객의 관광동기가 만족 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향- Push-Pull 요인을 중심으로 -

        Recently, the trend towards Auto-camping that is one of the nature friendly leisure activities has been upwards in Korea. The demand seems obvious, yet few academic studies have been done on the subject of Auto-campers’ motivation. In this respect, the purpose of this study is threefold: to explore the motivations of Auto-Campers based on Push-Pull factors; to find relationship between the Push factors and the Pull factors; and to examine the effects of Push-Pull factors on satisfaction and behavior intention. In order to achieve these purposes, auto-camping in Korea, motivation focused on Push-Pull factors, satisfaction, and behavioral intention were derived from the literature reviews for the survey questionnaires. A total of 325 data was collected using convenience sampling method by Macromill Embrain which is a research firm. The sample of this study was those who participated in auto-camping within 12 months. The data were analyzed, using the PASW statistics 21(SPSS 21), in order to run factor analysis and examine characteristics of respondents. To determine their motivations, reliability analysis and exploratory factor analysis were conducted. Also, using association analysis and multiple regression analysis to test hypotheses. The followings are the main results. The Push factors were divided into 6 factors named 'Education of their children', 'Dignity and Achievement', 'Novelty', 'Nature Friendship', 'Escape from Routine life', and 'Socialization'. And the Pull factors were produced 3 factors named 'Convenience of Facilities', 'Diversity of Tour Attraction' and 'Accessibility'. Second, the results indicate that the Push factors were correlated with the Pull factors on 11 pairs among 18 pairs. Third, this study confirmed the relationships among motivation, satisfaction and behavioral intention as the results of multiple regression analysis excluded the only Push factor that is 'Education of their children'.

        APPLICATION OF EFFECTIVE MOTIVATION FACTORS FOR CHURCH VOLUNTEERS

        Christian leaders should prepare themselves to motivate people in every kind of circumstance. How can they be equipped with theoretical and practical knowledge of motivation and help church volunteers to be motivated? This paper has been written to contribute an answer to this question. In the first part, the writer presented five major motivation theories. Reviewing these five motivation theories laid the foundation for understanding the motivation of church volunteers. Second, literature of church volunteer motivation showed how those key issues are applied in the real context of a church. Finally, the application of the five key motivation principles was discussed for practical application in the church context. First, the study results showed that goal setting was a critical factor for church volunteer motivation. Second, church leaders must also improve the quality of relationship in a ministry context. Third, church volunteers are encouraged to actively participate in ministry. Fourth, a church should also creatively reward volunteers. Finally, church volunteers are motivated when they feel that they are spiritually growing and participating in church based activities. The five aforementioned factors will contribute to improve the motivation of church volunteers. Motivation is the key issue to effectively leading people to fulfill the desired goal of organizations. Hence, Christian leaders should acknowledge the importance of this topic and be equipped with knowledge in this field so that they can effectively work for their ministry.
