        엔터프라이즈 2.0 솔루션을 활용한 지식경영고도화 사례연구: Wiki, Blog를 중심으로

        The 2.0 web theory that represents openness, participation and common ownership is developing into a new trend and paradigm on all industries as well as computer related industries. At this study, by analyzing establishing case on the advanced knowledge management, it can be noted that innovation technology of knowledge management and use method establishing effectiveness are newly defined and analysed. Through this study, you may look into that a new part of relations of enterprise 2.0 solution and the advanced knowledge management have been found, in such a relation, quantitative and attentive effectiveness on the solution establishment have been reviewed. I surely believe this study will greatly contribute to the business competitive promotion as well as improvement of business achievement through this research.

        Closed Hydroponic Nutrient Solution Management Using Multiple Water Sources

        Purpose A properly ion-balanced nutrient solution is vital for plant growth. However, when reusing a nutrient solution, the nutrient balance is likely to fl uctuate and become unsuitable for irrigation. Ionic imbalance problems that cause plant growth disorders in nutrient solutions can be minimized if the nutrient concentration of the various water sources can be determined and considered when making the nutrient solution. In this study, a closed hydroponic nutrient management algorithm for multiple water sources was developed. Methods The concentrations of NO 3 − , K + , and Ca 2+ ions in the nutrient solution and various water sources were measured in real time and calculated to automatically replenish insuffi cient ions. For this purpose, ion-selective electrodes (ISEs) were selected for the determination of NO 3 − , K + , and Ca 2+ ion concentrations and eight stock solutions for individual salt replenishment. Results Performance tests were conducted to verify the developed system’s ability to maintain NO 3 − , K + , and Ca 2+ ion concentrations at their target values. The nutrient solution dosing accuracy obtained in the stepwise management test was evaluated using root mean square error (RMSE). In addition, long-term performance evaluation of the developed algorithm was validated while growing lettuce using the closed nutrient fi lm technique (NFT). The long-term accuracy of the developed system was RMSE 60.6, 21.0, and 9.86 mg/L for the NO 3 − , K + , and Ca 2+ ions, respectively. Conclusion The results of this study showed nutrient management using multiple water sources by applying three diff erent ISE sensors, NO 3 − , K + , and Ca 2+ . With the further development of ISE technology, it would be possible to control all six macronutrients in the nutrient solution.

        비즈니스 프로세스 관리 표준 도입 전략 및 지침 개발 - 비즈니스 프로세스 실행 언어를 중심으로

          The objectives of this study is to develop a strategy for the adoption of BPM(Business Process Management) standards and an implementation guideline of the BPM standard for BPM solution developers focusing on BPEL(Business Process Execution Language) which is regarded as the most important BPM standard. In the heterogeneous and distributed IT environments, every type of enterprise software requires standards to enhance interoperability. BPMS(Business Process Management System), which is a type of enterprise software requires BPM standards such as BPEL(Business Process Execution Language), BPMN(Business Process Modeling and Notation), BPQL(Business Process Query Language) and so on to achieve multi-system interoperability and component interoperability with their BPM solutions. It is quite helpful to provide the adoption strategy concerning BPM standards for each type of BPM solution vendors who need the BPM standards. Since the BPEL is conceived as the most important BPM standard and widely adopted by many BPM vendors, we have proposed a reference architecture for BPEL implementation and also developed the detail implementation guideline of core components of the BPM system supporting the BPEL standard. Using the strategy and implementation guideline proposed in this work, BPM solution vendors can establish their own standard adoption strategy and they can also develop their BPM solutions supporting the BPM standards more efficiently.

        An IoT routing based Local River Field Environment Management solution using Uzbekistan Testbed

        Water consumption has grown at more than 2.5 times, comparing the past century. About 2.8 billion people live in river basins with some form of water deficit, because more than 75 % of the river flows are withdrawn for agriculture and other needs. Challenges faced by more and more countries in their struggle for economic and social development are increasingly related to water. This paper proposes a test of an effective local river field environment management solution. And describing a part of a pilot project for the ministry of water resources of Uzbekistan. Current work focused on direct action items of the existing project and describe an IoT routing based solution for local river field environment management solutions. Suggested technological decisions provided by needs and on-site testing results. The paper describes the backbone of IoT routing based river water resources management system.

        기업내부의 성공적인 글로벌 ERP 구축을 위한 도입사례

        In the age of the knowledge economy, enterprises strive to achieve optimal management performance by applying the ERP solution to overall management in information technology. This research examined the concept and introduction of ERP and the success factors for its operation through the enterprise’ availability and creation of ERP. Major factors in the stage of ERP operation are the top management’s constant support, and based on this, the continuous improvement of the process and the continuous integration and expansion of the system are needed. Reflecting this, this research adopted the ERP solution-oriented introduction approach and the phased approach according to the package-driven method as the ERP methodology. The ERP-driven process is efficient so that it is suitable to the enterprises, and it brings about the improvement and innovation of the process. And the phased approach has risks such as the limitation of resource, manpower input, and the decline of performances for a certain period of time, but it should be introduced after minimizing such risks and determining the scope which can bring about the improvement and innovation of the process, and the utilization outcomes can be raised continuously through continuous improvements. This research has an academic value in presenting the solution-centered introduction method and methodology that can be utilized in promoting the introduction of ERP for the domestic enterprises. 지식경제시대에 기업은 정보기술을 경영 전반에 Global ERP 솔루션을 활용함으로써 최적의 경영성과를 달성하고자 한다. 본 연구는 기업의 Global ERP를 통한 활용성과 창출을 목적으로 Global ERP의 개념과 도입 및 운영을 위한 성공요인을 검토하였다. Global ERP 운영 단계의 주요 요인은 최고 경영진과 변함없는 지원이며, 리를 바탕으로 한 지속적인 프로세스 개선과 시스템에 대한 지속적인 통합 및 확장이 필요하다. 이러한 점을 반영하여 본 연구에서는 Global ERP 방법론으로서 패키지 주도적 방식에 따른 Global ERP 솔루션 중심의 도입 방식과 단계적 방식을 채택하였다. Global ERP 주도적 프로세스(ERP Driv-en PI)는 기업에 적합하도록 효율적이고, 프로세스의 개선과 혁신을 가져올 수 있도록 한다. 또한 단계적 방식(Phased Approach)은 자원의 한계, 인력투입, 일정기간 성과 하락 등의 리스크가 있지만, 이를 최소화하면서 프로세스의 개선과 혁신을 가져올 수 있는 범위를 선정하여 도입하고 지속적인 개선을 통해 활용성과를 지속적으로 끌어올릴 수 있다. 본 연구는 국내 기업을 대상으로 Global ERP 도입을 추진함에 있어서 활용될 수 있는 솔루션 중심의 도입 방식과 방법론을 제시하는 데에 학술적인 가치가 있다고 하겠다.

        1890년대 후반 지방 감옥의 관리 실태: 전주 및 인천 감옥의 체옥개선(滯獄改善) 사례를 중심으로

        본고는 1890년대 후반, 곧 대한제국의 설립 초기에 광무개혁의 주요 성과의 하나로 꼽히는 근대적 법제개혁의 성과가 실제로 각 지방에서 얼마만큼 진행되고 있었는지에 대한 실태를 `감옥의 관리`라는 측면에서 점검해보고자 한 논문이다. 갑오개혁 이후 도입된 징역제도(懲役制度)의 실시에 따라 이를 뒷받침하기 위한 감옥의 근대적 시설 정비는 필수적이었으나, 대부분의 지방에서는 감옥 운영의 비용을 제대로 조달하지 못했기 때문에 시설의 정비는 거의 이루지 못했다. 다만 감옥 운영의 합리화를 통해서 감옥의 모순을 부분적으로 해결하려 했는데, 특히 전국적 차원에서 미결수(未決囚)에 대해 대대적인 신속한 재판을 행함으로써 체옥(滯獄)을 일시에 해결한 것이 가장 큰 성과였다. 인천 감옥에서는 전염병으로 인한 보방(保放)을 통해서, 전주 감옥에서는 경축사면(慶祝赦免)의 형태를 통해서도 체옥(滯獄)이 상당히 개선될 수 있었다. In this paper, I described the jail realities in the 1890s, namely in the early period of Korean Empire, focusing on the management of prison, for checking the reforming result on the modern law-system. As the result of the new system, penal servitude, it was essential that the improving jail facilities for putting in practice the system. But in most of the provincial prisons, it was impossible to improve the facilities owing to lack of cost. The problem of jail was partially able to be solved by rational management. The best achievement of resolving over the congestion at jails was national speedy trial for unconvicted prisoners. Besides the congestion was fairly solved by the practice of temporal release and after backing to the jail in Incheon, and solved by the act of oblivion in Jeonju.

        기후변화대응 물관리를 위한 자연기반해법의 개념적 체계와 정책적 과제

        Nature-based Solutions (NbS) are defined as practical and technical approaches to restoring functioning ecosystems and biodiversity as a means to address socio-environmental challenges and provide human-nature co-benefits. This study reviews NbS-related literature to identify its key characteristics, techniqu es, and challenges for its application in climate-adaptive water management. The review finds that NbS has been commonly used as an umbrella term incorporating a wide range of existing ecosystem-based approaches such as low-impact development (LID), best management practices (BMP), forest landscape restoration (FLR), and blue-green infrastructure (BGI), rather than being a uniquely-situated practice. Its technical form and operation can vary significantly depending on the spatial scale (small versus large), objective (mitigation, adaptation, naturalization), and problem (water supply, quality, flooding). Commonly cited techniques include green spaces, permeable surfaces, wetlands, infiltration ponds, and riparian buffers in urban sites, while afforestation, floodplain restoration, and reed beds appear common in non- and less-urban settings. There is a greater lack of operational clarity for large-scale NbS than for small-scale NbS in urban areas. NbS can be a powerful tool that enables an integrated and coordinated action embracing not only water management, but also microclimate moderation, ecosystem conservation, and emissions reduction. This study points out the importance of developing decision-making guidelines that can inform practitioners of the selection, operation, and evaluation of NbS for specific sites. The absence of this framework is one of the obstacles to mainstreaming NbS for water management. More case studies are needed for empirical assessment of NbS.

        펄라이트재배에서의 급액관리의 priority 설정

        급액관리에 관련된 단계를 4단계로 나누었으며, 각 단계별 수분 이동 저항을 규명하고, 단계 중에서 급액 상황에 따라 관련 인자의 priority를 설정함으로써 펄라이트 자루재배할 경우 율속인자 중심의 적정 급액관리 기준을 제안하였다. 특히, 급액관리의 가장 중요한 율속인자인 뿌리까지의 수분도달거리를 최소한으로 하여 필요한 수분을 공급하는 과정과 역사성을 부여한 뿌리발달 조장이 가장 중요한 것으로 판명되었다. The steps related to the nutrient solution management were divided into 4 categories. The resistance for water movement in every steps was proposed. The priorities among the steps were set according to the cultural situation, which were used as the basis for the management in perlite bag culture. The enhancement of historical root development is especially critical, as well as how to supply essential water efficiently by minimizing the water movement distance to the root, which is the narrowest neck of a bottle in solution management.

        효과적인 사이버보안 관리를 위한 통합 솔루션: Cisco 2024 사이버보안 준비 지수 분석을 통한 전략적 통찰 및 도전 과제 해결

        본 연구는 Cisco의 2024 사이버보안 준비 지수 보고서를 기반으로, 글로벌 기업들이 사이버보안 위협에 대응하기 위한 통합 보안 솔루션의 중요성을 강조한다. 분석을 통해 통합 사이버보안 솔루션의 적용이 관리 효율성을 증대시키고, 보안 커버리지의 명확성을 향상시키며, 보안 운영을 단순화하는 구체적인 방법을 탐구하였다. 이 연구는 다양한 포인트 솔루션의 사용이 초래할 수 있는 문제점들을 심도 있게 분석하고, 이를 해결할 수 있는 통합 솔루션의 효과를 실제 사례를 통해 조명하였다. 이를 통해, Cisco와 같은 통합 사이버보안 솔루션이 기업들이 신속하게 변화하는 사이버보안 위협 환경에 효과적으로 대응하도록 지원하는 방식을 밝히고자 하였다. 본 연구는 기업과 정부 기관이 강화된 사이버보안 전략을 수립하고 실행하는 데 필요한 실질적인 권장 사항을 제공하며, 통합 솔루션을 통해 사이버보안 준비도를 구체적으로 개선하는 방안을 제시한다. 또한, 조직의 규모에 따른 준비도 차이를 해소하기 위한 통합 접근 방식의 중요성을 강조하고, 이 접근을 통해 모든 조직이 지속 가능한 보안 자세를 개발하고 유지할 수 있도록 실질적인 방법을 제공한다. This paper is based on Ciscos 2024 Cybersecurity Readiness Index Report, highlighting the importance of integrated security solutions for global enterprises facing cybersecurity threats. Through the analysis, this study explores how the application of integrated cybersecurity solutions enhances management efficiency, improves the clarity of security coverage, and simplifies security operations. This study analyzes the problems caused by using various point solutions and illuminates the effectiveness of integrated solutions through actual case studies. This demonstrates how integrated cybersecurity solutions like Cisco support enterprises effectively respond to rapidly changing cybersecurity threat environments. This paper provides practical recommendations for enterprises and government agencies to establish and implement enhanced cybersecurity strategies and presents concrete methods to improve cybersecurity readiness through integrated solutions. In addition, it emphasizes the importance of an integrated approach to address the differences in readiness levels according to the organizational size, offering practical methods to help all organizations develop and maintain a sustainable security posture.
