        한국과 일본 예비 유아교사의 과거 운동경험에 따른 유아체육 및 건강교육에 대한 인식

        목적 본 연구는 유아교육의 중요영역 중 하나인 [신체운동, 건강]영역에 대한 적극적인 교수 태도와 특히 신체운동의 지도 전문성 형성에 도움을 줄 수 있는 교사교육을 위한 기초자료를 마련하고자 실시되었다. 방법 한국과 일본의 예비유아교사의 과거 신체운동(체육) 경험과 현재 체력상태 및 신체운동⋅건강교육에 대한 인식을 알아보기 위해 한국과 일본 유아교사양성 대학 재학중인 예비유아교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시했다. 결과 첫째, 한⋅일 예비교사의 운동 선호도에서는 양국 모두 큰 차이 없이 대체로 높은 선호도를 보였다. 그러나 과거 유아기 신체운동 참가 정도(p<.01)와 학창시절 운동참가 경험(운동부 소속:p<.01)은 한국보다 일본이 높았다. 둘째, 한⋅일 예비교사의 신체⋅건강에 대한 지식 수준에서는 p<.01로 한국보다 일본 예비교사가 높은 것으로 나타났고, 체력에 대한 자신감에서도 p<.01로 한국보다 일본이 높았다. 셋째, 신체⋅건강에 대한 지식 유무에 따른 건강교육에 대한 인식에서, 해당 분야에 대한 지식수준이 높을 수록 건강교육에 대한 인식 또한 높은 것으로 나타났다( p<.000). 신체운동에 대한 인식 정도에서는 지식의 유무와는 무관하게 모두 높은 인식수준을 갖고 있었다. 넷째, 운동 경험 및 선호도와 신체운동⋅건강관련 항목 별 상관관계에서 과거 운동경험과 선호도는 현재 운동 참여 및 건강에 대한 인식에 정의 상관성을 보였다. 결론 과거의 경험은 현재의 인식과 태도 형성에 관련이 있음을 확인하였다. 따라서 미래 유아교사의 [신체운동⋅건강]영역에 대한 교수인식 및 태도에 영향을 미치게 될 과거의 경험, 즉 직전 교사교육이 되는 교사양성과정에서의 [신체운동 및 건강]관련 교육이 보다 적극적으로 실시되어야 할 것이다. Objectives This study was conducted to prepare basic data for teacher education that can help build expertise in physical exercise instruction in the [physical exercise, health] area, which is one of the important areas of early childhood education. Methods To find out the past exercise experience, current physical condition, and awareness of exercise/health education of pre-service teachers in Korea and Japan, a survey was conducted targeting childhood pre-service teachers attending early childhood teacher training universities in Korea and Japan. Results First, the exercise preference of prospective teachers in Korea and Japan was generally high in both countries without significant differences. However, the level of past physical exercise participation in childhood (p<.01) and experience of participating in sports during school years (p<.01) were higher in Japan than in Korea. Second, the level of knowledge about body and health among prospective teachers in Korea and Japan was higher in Japan than in Korea, at p<.01. Confidence in physical strength was also higher in Japan than in Korea at p<.01. Third, in terms of awareness of health education according to the presence or absence of knowledge about body and health, the higher the level of knowledge, the higher the awareness of health education (p<.000). Regarding the level of awareness of physical exercise, all participants had a high level of awareness regardless of whether they had knowledge or not. Fourth, in the correlation between exercise preference and physical exercise and health-related items, past exercise experience and preference showed a positive correlation with current exercise participation and awareness of health. Conclusions Past experiences are related to the formation of current perceptions and attitudes. Therefore, [Physical Exercise and Health]-related education should be implemented more actively in the previous teacher education, which will affect future early childhood teachers' teaching awareness and attitude toward the [Physical Exercise and Health] area.

        장애인건강권법 제15조 ‘재활운동 및 체육’의 정의와 시행방안에 대한 고찰

        본 연구의 목적은 ‘재활운동 및 체육’의 원활하고 체계적인 서비스 제공을 위해 국내·외에서 실시되는 장애인의 체육활동을 살펴보고, '재활운동 및 체육'의 정의와 서비스 시행에 필요한 사항에 대하여 논의하는 것이다. 선행연구와 「장애인복지법」, 「장애인 건강권 및 의료접근성 보장에 관한 법률」 등에 명시된 장애인의 체육활동에 대한 용어를 확인하여 본 결과 재활치료, 재활운동, 운동재활, 재활체육, 재활운동 및 체육 등으로 다양하게 사용되고 있었다. 장애인의 체육활동에 대한 용어가 주로 사용된 국내 학술지 분야를 확인하여 본 결과 재활치료는 의약학 분야 46.88%, 공학 22.22%, 사회과학 13.55% 등의 비율 순으로 의약학 분야에서 주로 사용되었고, 재활운동은 예술체육학 47.55%, 공학 26.96%, 의약학 14.46% 등으로 재활체육은 예술체육학 80.97%, 사회과학 12.08%, 공학 3.69% 등으로 체육학 분야에서 주로 사용되고 있음이 확인되었다. 특히, 2018년 6월 10일 삭제된「장애인복지법」제29조 제2항의 ‘재활체육’과 2017년 12월 30일 시행된「장애인 건강권 및 의료접근성 보장에 관한 법률」에 명시된 ‘재활운동 및 체육’은 같은 의미로 쓰이고 있으나 용어의 통일이 되지 않아 혼란을 가중시키고 있다. 이는 ‘재활운동 및 체육’ 서비스 활성화의 저하 요인으로 작용할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 「장애인 건강권 및 의료접근성 보장에 관한 법률」에 명시된 '재활운동 및 체육'의 정의에 대하여 살펴보고, '재활운동 및 체육'의 원활한 서비스 시행을 위해 필요한 사항에 대하여 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine previous studies on physical activities for the disabled to provide a smooth and systematic service of 'rehabilitation exercise and physical education' and then discuss the definition of 'rehabilitation exercise and physical education' and necessary matters for service implementation. As a result of confirming the terms of physical activity for the disabled as specified in the preceding research and the 「Act on Disabled Welfare」 and 「Act on Guarantee of Right to Health and Access to Health Services for Persons with Disabilities」, etc., rehabilitation treatment, rehabilitation exercise, exercise rehabilitation, rehabilitation physical education, rehabilitation exercise, and physical education, etc., it was used in various ways. Besides, it has identified the fields in which the terminology for physical activity of the disabled is used in domestic journals. In the case of rehabilitation treatment, 46.88% in medicine, 22.22% in engineering, 13.55% in social science were mainly used in the medical science field, and in the case of rehabilitation exercise, art and physical education 47.55%, engineering 26.96%, medicine 14.46%, etc., rehabilitation In the case of physical education, 80.97% of arts and physical education, 12.08% of social sciences, and 3.69% of engineering were confirmed to be mainly used in the field of physical education. In particular, 'rehabilitation sports' in Article 29 (2) of the 「Disabled Persons Welfare Act」 deleted on June 10, 2018, and 'rehabilitation exercises and physical education' specified in the 「Act on Guarantee of Health Rights and Medical Accessibility for People with Disabilities」, is used in the same meaning. However, the terms are not unified, which intensifies confusion. This can act as a deteriorating factor in activating the 'rehabilitation exercise and physical education' service. Therefore, this study examined the definition of 'rehabilitation exercise and physical education' specified in the 「Act on Guarantee of Right to Health and Access to Health services for Persons with Disabilities」, and suggested matters necessary for smooth service implementation 'rehabilitation exercise and physical education'.

        당뇨병 운동요법의 교육방법에 따른 효과 분석

        The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of each exercise education method in type 2 diabetic patients. Participants(N:51) had been randomly assigned to group 1(individual exercise education) and group 2(group exercise education) in type 2 diabetic patients. Group 1 was carried out at 20min per time, 1 time per 2 weeks, 6times per 3months and group 2 was carried out 1hour per time, 1 time per 6weeks, 2time per 3months. The analysis of data revealed the following results. 1) Muscle mass and percent fat were significantly improved after education period in all group. Waist to hip ratio was significantly decreased after education period in only group 1. However, there were no significant deferences in it among groups. 2) Fasting insulin and postprandial 2hours glucose were significantly decreased after education period in group 1. Fasting glucose and postprandial 2hours glucose were significantly decreased after 3 months in group 2. However, there were no significant deferences in it among groups. 3) METs at anaerobic threshold and maximal exercise was significantly decreased after 3months in group 2. There were significant deference in METs at anaerobic threshold and maximal exercise between group 1 and 2. These results suggests that individual exercise education might have nearly comparable effects on METs at anaerobic threshold and maximal exercise. We need to develop comprehensive program about exercise education for strict glycemic control and lipid profile in diabetic patients.

        ‘재활운동 및 체육’을 위한 운동기구 및 프로그램 조사에 따른 리빙랩 운영방안에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze 13 tasks of the National Rehabilitation Center and investigate domestic rehabilitation exercise-related institutions to investigate exercise equipment and programs that can provide “Rehabilitation exercise and physical education” service for the disabled to return to society and it also can use as basic data for building the “Rehabilitation exercise and physical education” living lab. As a result of analyzing the 13 tasks of the National Rehabilitation Center, it was analyze exercise programs and exercise equipments for sensory impairments (visual and hearing), physical disabilities (cerebral palsy, spinal cord disability), developmental disabilities, and all disabilities. As a result of investigation and analysis of 1427 rehabilitation exercise centers and exercise facilities, it was found that the expansion of exercise programs for the physically diabiled was necessary. Finally, the living lab operation plan for rehabilitation exercise and physical education should be user-led and operated mainly by disabled users, and a model consisting of the public and the private sector was developed. This model is expected to maximize its effectiveness through a cooperative system with the public and private sectors(4P Rehablitaion Exercise and Physical Education Living LAB Model(4P-REPELLM)). 본 연구는 13개 과제를 분석하여 지역사회 장애인들의 사회로의 복귀를 위한 『재활운동 및 체육』서비스를 제공할 수 있는 리빙랩 구축의 기반 마련을 위해 운동기구와 프로그램을 조사하고 분석하여 『재활운동 및 체육』리빙랩 구축을 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다. 국립재활원에서 진행 중인 13개 과제를 분석한 결과, 감각장애(시각, 청각), 신체장애(뇌성마비, 척수장애), 발달장애, 모든 장애에 대한 운동프로그램 및 운동기구가 조사되었고, 1427개 재활운동센터 및 운동시설을 조사·분석한 결과 지체장애인을 위한 운동 프로그램 확대가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 재활운동 및 체육을 위한 리빙랩 운영방안은 사용자주도형으로 장애별 사용자중심으로 운영이 되어야 하며, 공공(실증 서비스 모니터링, 운영/법제도 검토 및 지원, 확산 및 홍보 지원 등), 민간(실증 서비스 테스트 지원, 운영 및 유지관리 지원 등), 사용자(장애별 실증 서비스 시나리오 설계, 실증 테스트 및 개선사항 도출, 홍보대사활동 등)로 구성된 모델(4P Rehablitaion Exercise and Physical Education Living LAB Model(4P-REPELLM))로 개발되어야 한다. 이러한 모델은 공공부문 및 민간부문과 협조지원체계를 구성하여 운영되어 효과를 극대화할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

      • The Relationship among Instructional Behavior of General Physical Education, Sport commitment, and Will of Exercise Adherence in University

        Purpose: General physical education courses in university enable students to increase health, morality, and sociality just as improve the quality of life, inspiring vitality to school and social lives. Especially, it is a great meaningful that general physical education courses make students cultivate attitudes to participate physical activities spontaneously with pleasure, and it has the ground of a life-long physical education. Method: To achieve this purpose, this study selected participants taking general physical education in university in Gyonggi-do as a population and then used 557copies as the finally materials by the non-probability sampling. With collected data, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and structural equation modeling analysis were employed by SPSS WIN VERSION 15.0 and AMOS 7 program. Result: As a result, the following findings were deducted. Firstly, according to the result of hypothesis test that instructional behavior of general physical education has an effect on sport commitment (ß=.86), hypothesis 1, ``Instructional behavior of general physical education has an effect on sport commitment,`` was accepted. Secondly, according to the result of hypothesis test that sport commitment of general physical education have an influence on will of exercise adherence (ß=.77), hypothesis 2, ``Sport commitment of general physical education has effect on will of exercise adherence,`` was accepted. Lastly, based on the result of hypothesis 1 and 2, hypothesis 3, ``Instructional behavior of general physical education have an effect on will of exercise adherence indirectly via sport commitment,`` was .66. Conclusion: In conclusion, first, instructional behavior of general physical education has influence on sport commitment. Second, sport commitment of general physical education has impact on will of exercise adherence. Third, instructional behavior of general physical education has an indirect influence on will of exercise adherence via sport commitment.

        교양체육 참여자의 성취목표성향과 운동열정의 관계에서 운동만족의 매개효과

        This study aims to investigate the mediating effects of exercise satisfaction in the relationship between the achievement goal orientation and exercise passion of participants in elective physical education. For this purpose, total 255 copies of survey were distributed to university students who are participating in elective physical education, in which 230 copies were used as the final data. SPSS 23 was used to perform frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, simple linear regression, and multiple regression analysis according to the objective of the study, and the results are as follows. First, the achievement goal orientation of elective physical education participants has a positive effect on their exercise satisfaction. Second, the achievement goal orientation of elective physical education participants has a positive effect on their exercise passion. Third, the achievement goal orientation of elective physical education participants plays the role of mediation variable in the relationship between their achievement goal orientation and exercise passion. In conclusion, in order to improve the exercise satisfaction of elective physical education participants, their achievement goal orientation and exercise passion need to be improved. To do so, programs that support the elective physical education participants to experience sense of achievement in the process of setting a goal and achieve it are necessary.

        교육대학생의 체육실기수업 스트레스가 운동지속의도에 미치는 영향: 신체상 자의식 감정의 조절효과 검증

        This study was conducted to confirm the moderating effect of positive self-conscious emotions related to body in the relationship between class stress and exercise adherence intention of college students enrolled in the University of Education. A survey was conducted with 127 university students taking physical education classes in university of education, and after excluding 9 data with insincere responses, a total of 118 data were analyzed. After confirming the validity of the measurement tool and analyzing basic statistics, ANOVA and t-test for the group difference were conducted. After that research model was validated using hierarchical regression analysis. It was found that there were significant differences between groups in class stress and exercise adherence intention according to gender and physical education performance efficacy. It was found that the stress of physical education classes of college students had a statistically significant negative effect on the intention to continue exercise, and positive body related self-conscious emotions had a moderating effect (reinforcing effect) in the relationship between the two variables. The results of this study show the importance of allowing college students to continuously participate in and experience sports, and have confidence in the subject of physical education. This suggests that various educational approaches are required to increase participation in the exercise, considering the role of the University of Education, a pre-service teacher training institution.

        교대 육상수업에서의 여학생 운동상해에 관한 연구

        The study purposes to analyze the injury-related environment experienced by female students in track and field classes at B University of Education and provide data to prevent injuries. A survey of 269 female students at B Education University was conducted by dividing them into the status of participation in sports, cause of exercise injury, treatment of exercise injury, and prevention of exercise injury. The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis in SPSS 21.0 package. The results of this study were as follows; First, exercise injuries are caused by various causes, such as in the morning class, in the gym class, lack of physical activity in everyday life, few high school physical education classes, frequent participation in various college sports event, distractions during exercise, etc. Second, exercise injuries accurred in the form of sprains, ligament extensor, and muscular pain in legs such as an ankles and knees. And most injures were treated at the hospital. Third, to prevent injuries, sufficient warming-up and cooling-down should be done during exercise. Also, It is necessary to develop an interesting class program to concentrate on exercise. Fourth, it is necessary to include first aid training in the sports curriculum so that it is able to exercise injury immediately.

        Pelvic Floor Muscle Exercise Education and Factors Associated with Implementation among Antenatal Women in Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia

        Background: Pelvic floor muscle exercise is effective for pelvic floor muscle dysfunction. Despite the high prevalence of pelvic floor muscle dysfunction in women in the community, pelvic floor muscle exercise recognition is low in Malaysian society; thus, this intervention is not frequently used . This study assessed the knowledge of, attitudes towards, and use of pelvic floor muscle exercise among antenatal women before and after educational classes. The study also determined factors associated with exercise practice. Methods: An interventional study was conducted in 121 antenatal women selected through systematic random sampling between June and December 2010. Baseline knowledge of, attitude towards, and practice of pelvic floor muscle exercise were assessed using self-administered validated questionnaires at first visit and at 2 months postpartum. All participants attended two exercise education classes on their next two visits before delivery. A paired t-test and multivariate analysis were used for data evaluation. Results: The mean pre-intervention scores for knowledge, attitudes, and practice were 24.98, 24.25, and 3.51, re-spectively, with statistically significant mean score increments after intervention (P<0.001). The mean differences were 4.67 (95% confidence interval [CI], 3.86–5.49), 3.77 (95% CI, 3.05–4.50) and 3.45 (95% CI, 2.90–4.00) for knowl-edge, attitudes, and practice, respectively. Lack of baseline information on pelvic floor muscle exercise was signifi-cantly associated with practice change following an educational class. Conclusion: Education is effective in improving knowledge of, attitude towards, and practice of pelvic floor muscle exercise. There is a need for greater effort to increase exercise awareness in our community, especially during antenatal class.

        체계적 문헌고찰을 통해 본 영유아신체운동교육: 2013~2023년의 학술논문과 대학교재 내용분석을 중심으로

        본 연구는 영유아신체운동을 키워드로 한 학술논문과 대학교재의 내용을 분석하기 위해 체계적 문헌고찰과 질적 내용분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 분석대상 문헌은 2013년부터 2023년까지의 문헌으로, 학회지 논문 244편, 학위논문, 232편, 대학교재 14권이다. 선별된 문헌에 대한 내용분석을 실시한 결과, 학술논문의 내용으로는 첫째, 영유아교육과정(보육과정) 내 신체운동 관련 활동, 둘째, 영유아신체운동과 발달과의 관계, 셋째, 특별활동 및 방과후의 영유아신체운동, 넷째, 영유아신체운동에 대한 교사의 인식, 다섯째, 영유아신체운동에 대한 다양한 사회적 인식과 접근으로 나타났다. 대학교재의 내용으로는 주로 다루어지는 개념 및 내용과 이를 현장에 적용하기 위한 방법 및 활동 사례, 지도 방안 등으로 나타나고 있었다. 이를 통해 영유아신체운동과 관련한 문헌들에 나타난 내용의 경향과 담론의 방향을 파악해보고 앞으로의 영유아신체운동교육의 방향에 대해 논하였다. 본 연구는 영유아신체운동교육 및 관련 예비영유아교사교육의 발전적 방향을 모색해보는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이라 생각된다. This study conducted a systematic literature review and qualitative content analysis to analyze the contents of academic papers and university textbooks using young children physical exercise as a keyword. The literature subject to analysis in this study was from 2013 to 2023, which included 244 academic journal papers, 232 theses, and 14 university textbooks. As a result of conducting a content analysis of the selected literature, the contents of the academic paper were: first, physical exercise-related activities within the young children education curriculum (childcare courses), second, the relationship between young children physical exercise and development, third, special activities and after-school activities for young children physical exercise, fourth, teachers' perception of young children physical exercise, fifth, various social perceptions and approaches to young children physical exercise. The contents of university textbooks mainly included concepts and content which covered, methods and activity examples for applying them to the field, and guidance plans. Through this, we identified the content trends and direction of discourse in literature related to young children physical exercise and discussed the future direction of young children physical exercise education. It is believed that this study can be used as basic data to explore the development direction of young children physical exercise education.
