Modern companies should meet the requirements for the currently undertaking business, and also require dynamic capabilities to meet requisites for future business development in order to succeed in the long-term. For ambidextrous organizational culture that can carry out exploration and exploitation simultaneously to be shaped, the structural separation of exploration and exploitation should be conducted. And, exchange between business units, strategic relevance between business units and organizational integration policy are also needed to construct ambidextrous organizational culture. This study targeting 236 people of 25 stock market-listed companies collects individual level responses, and verifies influencing effects at organizational level using a regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, structural separation, exchange between business units, strategic relevance and organization integration policy positively affect ambidextrous organizational culture. Consequently, structural separation of exploration and exploitation, active exchange between these units, the execution of organizational integration and the retention of strategic relevance are needed for the ambidextrous organizational culture.
