본 연구의 목적은 유아기 자녀를 둔 학부모를 위한 정보윤리교육 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 선행 정보윤리교육 프로그램을 분석하고, 유아를 대상으로 이루어진 정보윤리교육 요구도 조사 분석을 통해 유아 학부모 정보윤리교육 프로그램 1차 시안을 개발하였다. 1차 프로그램 시안에 대해, 정보윤리교육 전문가를 대상으로 포커스그룹 인터뷰를 실시하였으며, 포커스그룹은 2그룹으로, 각각 6명씩, 총 12명을 대상으로 이루어졌다. 인터뷰를 바탕으로 1차 시안을 수정.보완하여 최종 프로그램을 개발하였다. 이를 통해 개발된 유아 학부모 정보윤리교육 프로그램 내용 및 방향은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육영역은 정보사회와 정보윤리, 인터넷의 순기능과 역기능, 인터넷 역기능 대처, 인터넷의 대안 활동으로 크게 나누었다. 둘째, 교육영역을 바탕으로 교육목표는 발달특성을 고려하고 유아가 스스로 조절할 수 있는 방향을 도모하고자 하였다. 셋째, 교육내용은 인터넷 사용의 균형을 맞추고 생활교육이 될 수 있도록 하였다. 넷째, 교수매체는 오프라인 뿐만 아니라 온라인을 활용한 매체를 제안하였다. 마지막으로, 집단유형 및 수업시간은 학부모의 여건을 고려하여 2차시 120분의 단기간 프로그램으로 최종 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to develop an information ethics education program for parents with children of childhood. For this reason, the need for information ethics education by analyzing the preceding information ethics education program, was conducted on the infant also through the analysis of the survey, we have developed a primary draft of information ethics education program of parents of young children. For the primary draft program, we conducted a focus group interview to target the professional information of ethics education. Into two groups, each of six people each, focus groups were conducted on a total of 12 people. It has developed a final program by modifying the supplement of the primary tentative plan based on the interview. As a result, the direction and content of information ethics education program of parents of infants that have been developed are as follows. First, the area of education, and disability order functional information ethics and information society, the Internet, deal with the dysfunction of the Internet, it was divided into the activities of the place of the Internet. Secondly, based on the area of education, the development characteristics, educational purposes is apparently trying a direction that can be adjusted in their infants. Third. The content of education, life education is to be able to match the balance of the Internet. Fourth, media professor suggested not only offline, the media utilizing online. Finally, school hours and the type of population, taking into account the status of the parents, was last presented to the short-term program of 120 minutes 2 tea.
