스위치 박스는 건축물의 전선관용으로 사용되는 금속제 박스이다. 이 박스를 제조할 때는 제 1차 프레스에서 성형을 하고, 제 2차-5차 프레스로 박스의 4측면 가공을 하게 되므로 프레스 4대, 금형 4별, 작업자 4명을 필요로 한다. 이 때문에 기계 사용료와 금형비, 인건비 등 제조원가의 상승 요인이 되고 있으며 특히 프레스의 굉음과 진동 및 안전사고의 위험성 등으로 작업자들이 직무를 기피하고 있다. 이러한 현상을 해소하기 위하여 금형 4벌에 의한 가공을 1벌의 금형에 통합시킨 캠 금형 개발과 지동이송장치를 개발하였다. 그 결과, 프레스 1대와 금형 1별로 무인화 작업을 할 수 있게 되어 직무기피요인을 해소하게 되고 제조원가 절감효과를 얻게 되었다. A switch box is metal box for electric wire pipes in building. In manufacturing this box, the first press is used to mold and the second to fifth presses are used to process four-sides of a box. So four presses, four molds and four workers are needed. This leads to raise the manufacturing cost including machine lease rent, molding fee, and wages. To make matters worse, the roaring sound, vibration, and dangers of safety accidents make employees avoid from working that job. To solve this problem, a new Handling Mechanism and a cam die which combined four-dieinvolving processes into one die process were developed. That results in automation of the job with one press and one die. The job avoidance problem is solved and manufacturing cost is reduced as well.

The purpose of this study is to present the similarities and differences between the Korean verb "jugda(die)" and the Japanese verb "shinu(die)". It has revealed that i)There is a meaning area that shows equal correspondence, ii)A kind of ‘~eo jugda(die)’ such as ‘eoleo jugda(freeze to death)’ and a kind of ‘~te shinu(die)’ such as ‘kogoete shinu(freeze to death)’ can be classified as verb phrases, and iii)As individual examples, ‘gae jugeum(useless death)’ and ‘inu jini(useless death)’ take the form of ‘noun+transformation noun’ on morphologic construction and ‘gae-(dog-)’ and ‘inu-(dog-)’, preceding factors, function as a prefix that means 〈useless〉. In addition this study has also clarified another difference that i)There is a meaning area that shows a difference in correspondence, ii)As an individual example, ‘aigo juggessda(oh, I am dying)’ is a particular expression of Korean that is frequently used in a variety of situations, so it is necessary to select a fitting Japanese response to it for situations and scenarios, and iii)Assistant adjectives ‘~eo jugda(die)’ and ‘~te shinisouda’ show a difference in frequency in use and range of use. Use of the former is more frequent than use of the latter, and The usage range of the former is wider than the usage range of the latter. Therefore, there are many cases in which it is more natural to select expressions such as ‘~te tamaranai’, ‘~te sikataganai’, and ‘~te syouganai’ or other expressions with proper nuance as a correspondence form of an adjective ‘~eo jugda(die)’

스위치 박스는 건축물의 전선관용으로 사용되는 금속제 박스이다. 이 박스를 제조할 때는 프레스 5~6대, 금형 5~6벌, 태핑머신 l대, 작업자 7~8명이 요구된다. 그래서 제조원가의 상승, 근로자의 작업기피 현상이 문제점이다. 이 문제점을 해 결하기 위하여 기존의 금형을 머디파이하고, 핸들링 장치를 개발함으로써 제조공정을 개선시키고자 하였다. 따라서 연구개발 결과 프레스 2대, 금형 2벌, 태핑머신 l대, 작업자 1명으로 단축시켜 생력화, 생인화, 원가절감, 수입대체 효과를 얻게 되었다. Switch box is metal box and used for electric wire pipe in building. In manufacturing switch box, we need 5~6 press machines, 5~6 dies, I tapping machine, and 7~8 operators. What matters is rise of manufacturing cost and operators’ reluctance of working. To solve this problem, we modified the pre-existing die and developed handling mechanism, which leads to improve the manufacturing process. After the research and development, we could reduce the number of machines and workers needed in the process; 2 press machines, 2 dies, I tapping machine, and I operator. That means we can save labor and the number of operators needed, reduce manufacturing cost, and get the effect of import replacement.

「~어 죽겠다」に関する一考察‒日本語との対応関係を中心に‒

This research considers the expression, ‘~어 죽겠다(~eo juggessda:to death, it is likely to die)’ which is frequently used in Korean conversation and analyzes the corresponding relationship with its Japanese counterpart. The findings in this study are summarized as follows: 1) The given expression in Korean does not necessarily co-occur with the form ‘~고 싶어(~go sip-eo;be anxious to do)’, but tends to co-occur with the form ‘~거리다(~geolida)’, e.g. ‘두근거려 죽겠다(dugeungeolyeo juggessda;(one’s heart) is beating so fast)’ 2) Japanese counterpart of the given expression in Korean can be roughly divided into two cases, i.e. ‘~て死にそうだ(~te sinisouda;it is likely to die)’ is natural or not. However, the distinction between these two expressions is not easy because there is an individual differences in judgment of these two ones. 3) The form ‘~て死にそうだ’ is an expression that emphasizes emotion and is therefore expected to be used more in Japanese conversation. These results mentioned above are new findings which were not fully discussed in the previous study(i.e. Lee2010). 本稿は、韓国語特有の表現とも言える「~어 죽겠다」の例を取り上げ、日本語との対応関係を中心に考察を行ったものである。その結果、先行研究(李2010)の成果を補強するものとして、動詞との接続の観点から、1)必ずしも「~고 싶어」形に接続するとは限らない、2)「~거리다」形とも共起しやすいという二点の言語現象を新たに指摘することができた。また、対応する日本語訳という観点から、3)先行研究(李2010)が「좋아 죽겠다」のような例の「最も自然な日本語訳」として「~すぎる」形を提案していることに対して、「~すぎる」形は〈前部要素の状態や程度が極限に達するその直前の段階までを表す〉もので、韓国語の「너무 ~하다」の最も自然な日本語訳として考える、4)当該表現の日本語訳は、大きく「~て死にそうだ」の形で自然なものと「~て死にそうだ」の形では不自然なものとに大別できるが、「~て死にそうだ」の表現を使用するかどうかの判断には個人差があるため、その区別が容易ではない、5)この「~て死にそうだ」は感情の強調表現の一種であり、インターネットで「可愛くて死にそう」のような言い方が少なからず見受けられることから、今後より頻繁的に用いられる可能性は十分ある、ということを主な結果として指摘した。
