        농업-기업 간 상생협력 구축 전략에 대한 연구: 유통협력형을 중심으로

        Purpose - Korean agriculture is facing internal and external environmental changes and the need for secure stable outlets. Active participation and mutually beneficial cooperation between enterprises and agricultural is necessary for a win-win situation. This study investigates the case for distribution cooperation and a cooperative system. To respond to the diverse needs of consumers and market reclamation, there is a need to analyze and categorize distribution cooperation. Research design, data, and methodology - A literature study, relevant interviews with enterprises, and meetings with local government practices were conducted. A survey frame was derived through the participation of agricultural enterprises and distribution cooperation models were categorized identifying win-win cooperation and best practices. It was organized on the basis of six best practice examples of distribution cooperation between industry and agricultural sectors, divided into three types: opening distribution channels, exporting cooperation, and developing new products. Results - An innovation management system that can adapt to environmental changes and problems of agriculture is necessary. A company has to supply high-quality agricultural products reliably to meet the preferences of consumers by introducing products that promote domestic market differentiation. In addition, consumers are choosing a variety of products that may include not only high quality products but also local products and safe products. The main areas of cooperation are the direct provision of agrifood raw materials to consumers. Next, would be to help agricultural sectors distribute and pioneer international markets. The ideal step for distribution cooperation is the joint investment in new products by business and agriculture. Conclusions - Agriculture and win-win cooperation with enterprises is in an early stage of social contribution. To implement a distribution cooperation model between business and agricultural sectors, it is crucial to establish a structured support system including joint councils. Additional requirements include strengthening agricultural capacities, creating a legal basis for provision, and producing a win-win cooperation environment. The promotion of win-win cooperation and agricultural enterprises needs to exist in various forms in order to establish a different type of incentive system.

        지속가능성 관점에서 공급사슬의 상생협력과 지속가능성 간의 관계

        The purpose of this study is to figure out precedence factors consisting of win-win cooperation supply chains in the perspective of sustainability and examine how those precedence factors influence win-win cooperation supply chains and also how win-win cooperation supply chains influence sustainability’s three aspects, economic, environmental, and social sustainability. Furthermore, it will investigate win-win cooperation supply chains in terms of their roles as a parameter. To attain the goal, this author has formulated and verified hypotheses. First of all, precedence factors consisting of win-win cooperation supply chains, transaction fairness, transaction authenticity, social capital, and CSR activity, influence win-win cooperation supply chains in significantly positive ways. Second, win-win cooperation supply chains influence economic, environmental, and social sustainability in significantly positive ways. Third, win-win cooperation supply chains play roles as a parameter between transaction fairness, transaction authenticity, social capital, and CSR activity and economic, environmental, and social sustainability. Accordingly, this author suggests individual companies composed of supply chains to enhance the level of cooperation as a win-win cooperation supply chain in order to elevate sustainability even further. This study is significant in that it has figured out correlation between the precedence factors of win-win cooperation supply chains, transaction fairness, transaction authenticity, social capital, CSR activity, and a win-win cooperation supply chain and economic, environmental, and social sustainability.

        일반 논문 : 대중소기업상생협력 연구-LG전자 사례

        최근 대기업의 사회적 책임과 대중소기업 상생을 강조함에 따라 상생협력에 대한 관심이 높다. 상생협력을 내실 있게 추진하기 위해서는 그동안 진행되어온 상생협력 선행사례를 살펴보고 사업 추진 과정, 성과와 한계를 검토할 필요가 있다. 이 연구에서는 이 같은 문제의식에 따라 비교적 오랜 기간 상생협력사업을 추진해온 LG전자 사례를 살펴보았다. LG전자의 상생협력 사업은 다음과 같은 주요한 특징을 갖고 있다. 첫째, LG전자의 상생협력은 정도경영이라는 경영이념적 배경과 경쟁력확보를 위한 동반성장이라는 경제적 필요성을 갖고 자율적으로 추진된 사업이다. 둘째, LG전자의 상생협력 사업은 협력회사의 역량개발을 통한 경쟁력 확보에 초점을 두고 있다. 셋째, LG전자의 상생협력 프로그램은 협력회사의 참여를 이끌어 내기 위한 다양한 수단과 과정을 활용하고 있다. 이러한 상생협력사업에 대한 평가는 각종 조사에서 상생협력사업의 수혜자인 협력회사들의 긍정적 의견이 나타나고 있고, 외부에서도 긍정적으로 평가하고 있고, 부정적 사안 발생이 감소했다는 점에서 긍정적으로 평가할 만하다. LG전자 사례를 통해 다음과 같은 정책적 시사점을 도출할 수 있다. 첫째, LG전자 사례는 중소기업에게 실제 도움이 될 수 있는 맞춤형 상생협력 방안을 찾고 이에 집중할 필요성이 있음을 시사하고 있다. 둘째, 중소기업이 상생협력사업에 참여하는 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 상생협력사업에 노조 또는 노동자대표가 참여할 수 있는 방안 모색과 정책적 지원이 필요하다. Recently, as the government has emphasized the social responsibility of large corporations and win-win of cooperation between large and SM (small/mid-sized) corporations, the interest in win-win cooperation is rising. The fact-revealing and precedent studies on win-win cooperation imply the following : First, a win-win cooperation project requires a large corporation, which is the subject of the project promotion, to recognize the necessity of the project and promote autonomously according to its own management ideology. Second, it is important to secure self-support ability through development of capacity of SM corporations. Third, the participation of SM corporations is necessary. Fourth, the increase of the role of the union is necessary. In order to promote win-win cooperation, it is necessary to examine precedent cases of win-win cooperation conducted so far, and review the project promotion process, achievements, and limitations. However, win-win cooperation projects are led by large corporations and the SM corporations are receiving, so it can be useful to first examine the awareness of the large corporations on necessity of win-win cooperation project and examination of the project execution program. In this study, the case of LG Electronics, which has promoted the win-win cooperation project for a relatively long time, is reviewed from this critical mind. LG Electronics is one of the representative companies in electronics industry of Korea which has continued steady development in digital industry area since its foundation in 1958. First, being a large corporation in electronic industry, it has many SM corporations as partners, so it has a relatively greater need to develop win-win cooperation projects. Second, LG Electronics has long been interested in win-win cooperation projects with the management ideology of Jeong-Do Management. Third, LG Electronics has received an external evaluation regarding win-win cooperation so that project verification can be possible. LG Electronics has established the ``sustainable management principle`` to systematically practice social responsibility, which includes mutual development with a partner with high relativity with win-win cooperation, and a collection of the opinions of related personnel. The major win-win cooperation projects of LG Electronics are as follows : First, LG Electronics operates the program for diverse communications with the partner, utilizing it as the path to strengthen mutual trust, to motivate the partners, and to listen to their difficulties. Second, LG Electronics has announced the conclusion of the first ``subcontract fair trade agreement`` in the country in October 2007, and renewed it in November 2008 and is known as the leader in this area. Third, LG Electronics has the objective of fulfilling the duty of a responsible business partner and operates the human resource support program as one of the partner support systems. Fourth, LG Electronics is operating the partner education support program. Fifth, LG Electronics is directly providing funds to the outstanding partners or the partners deemed to have potential by appropriating a budget of 9 million dollars every year, and they are paying 100% cash for subcontract partners. Sixth, LG Electronics is exercising management that utilizes internal/external consultants for innovations of quality, productivity, cost-reduction, and process of the partners, and supports 6Sigma consulting. The win-win cooperation project of LG Electronics has the following major characteristics : First, the win-win cooperation of LG Electronics is a project autonomously promoted with the economic necessity of joint growth to secure a competitive edge, and the management-ideological background of Jeong-Do Management. The fact that the win-win cooperation of LG Electronics was autonomously executed according to its own management principle and economic necessity implies the necessity that future win-win cooperation projects should be conducted according to the independent needs of the corporations. Second, the win-win cooperation projects of LG Electronics focuses on securing a competitive edge through developing the capacity of the partners. This is the extension of the economic necessity that joint growth with partners is necessary to be competitive in win-win cooperation projects. Third, the win-win cooperation program of LG Electronics utilizes various means and processes to draw the participation of the partners. The win-win cooperation is not a unilateral project execution of LG Electronics, but the opinions of others are incorporated through various communication processes with the partners. Such characteristics show that the major implications from the precedent studies and fact-findings on the win-win cooperation projects, that is, the necessity of autonomous promotion, necessity to secure competitiveness through development of capacity of SM corporations, and the necessity of participation of SM corporations are well present. The win-win cooperation of LG Electronics requires improvements in the following : First, it is necessary to find the role of the labor union and enhance it. Among the implications in the fact-finding and precedent studies, the necessity to enhance the role of labor unions is not well handled. In case of LG Electronics, the relationship of union and management is fair and the union actively participates in the management and assumes an important role, so it is possible for the union to take part in the win-win cooperation as well, yet in reality it does not have a clear role, which can be said to be the limitation of LG Electronics win-win cooperation project. Second, it is necessary to further strengthen the competitiveness of the partners. Currently, the win-win cooperation program conducted by LG Electronics has the characteristics that most are partner support programs. This is meaningful, yet in the mid and long-run, there is the concern that it may not reach the level of securing competitiveness through the self-supportive ability of the partners to propagate. To overcome this, it is necessary to develop in conjunction with the partners the programs to enhance the quality by raising the ability of the partner to propagate. Various forms of partner participation methods can be useful in this process. Third, the unified integral win-win cooperation organization system is inadequate. LG Electronics win-win cooperation project has an inadequate company-wide organization system that integrates and controls the related tasks, so that redundancies are occurring due to different win-win strategies and support from different headquarters, and status monitoring is weak. It is necessary to establish a unified company-wide strategy in charge of the win-win cooperation and strengthen the integrated win-win cooperation organization in the purchase department. Also, the projects conducted in each department should be developed as strengths by training experts in each department, and it is necessary to construct a system that integrates and manages the system to aim for synergy effects. Through the case of LG Electronics, the following practical implications could be drawn : First, the LG Electronics case suggests the necessity to review in detail a win-win cooperation method that can actually help the SM corporations. Considering that the junior executive resources relocation system or education support system has received positive responses among win-win cooperation projects conducted by LG Electronics, it can be seen that the support to strengthen the capacity of SM corporations in the mid and long-run is necessary beyond the financial support that appears outward. Second, it is necessary to search for a method to have the SM corporations participate in the win-win cooperation projects. In case when the SM corporations which are the beneficiaries participate in the win-win cooperation projects, the actually needed projects can be promoted along with motivation, so there would be a great degree of effectiveness. How the win-win cooperation program of LG Electronics utilizes various means and processes to draw out the participation of partners and its effort to incorporate the opinions of not only the partners, but also various related personnel, can be good examples. Third, it is necessary to provide support and find methods so that labor unions can participate in win-win cooperation projects. LG Electronics is a business establishment with a good labor and management cooperation, but the role of the labor union is limited regarding win-win cooperation. This is because the means to have the labor union to participate in the win-win cooperation project has not been found. Not only should this be found, not only in that company and union, but also the government or government-affiliated organizations need to provide a detailed plan through searching for exemplary cases and researches. Also, it is necessary to review the institutional support for the operation of a consultative body with labor and management of both the large corporation and the partner. LG Electronics win-win cooperation case study has the following limitations : First, this study deals with an individual case so that it has the limitation that it is hard to compare to other corporate cases. It is impossible to find out what characteristics this outcome has compared to the win-win cooperation projects of other corporations or whether the performance is better or not, but it is limited to just the evaluation that it has improved compared to the past within LG Electronics itself, so it is difficult to actively interpret the performance evaluation. Secondly, this case study focuses on the large corporation of LG Electronics, and thus lacks the perspectives of SM corporations. The win-win cooperation project is promoted centering on the large corporations, so the necessity to preferentially examine large corporations is acknowledged, but the study is incomplete in that it does not reflect the positions and actual performance of SM corporations who are the beneficiaries of the win-win cooperation project. Third, this study fails to examine the influence of the environmental characteristics of electronic industry regarding the win-win cooperation project, and practical restraints or limitations for being at a disadvantage in terms of resources for win-win cooperation resources since LG Electronics has a strong competitor within the electronic industry. To overcome such limitations and achieve advancements in research, additional research for individual cases is necessary. Especially, it is necessary to compare and evaluate the win-win cooperation project viewed from the large corporation through studies on actual performances with the pros and cons of win-win cooperation projects from the perspectives of the SM corporations. Also, it is necessary to examine the interrelationship with government policies. LG Electronics has promoted win-win cooperation autonomously according to its own management principle before government policy has materialized, but may have been influenced by the win-win cooperation policy of the government. Also, considering that the promotion of win-win cooperation policy the government is preparing preferable conditions in promotion of win-win cooperation projects for individual corporations and the evaluations of win-win cooperation by SM corporations are changing, it is necessary to examine the interrelationship with government policies.

        가맹본부의 갑질이 상생협력과 관계성과에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 프랜차이즈 가맹본부의 갑질에 대한 가맹점 인식이 상생협력정도와 관계성과에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 데 있다. 또한 상생협력이 가맹점주의 갑질 인식과 관계성과 사이에서 매개역할을 하는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 자료는 설문지를 통해 온/오프라인 방식으로 수집하였으며, 주로 프랜차이즈 가맹점주를 대상으로 조사하였다. 수집된 유효설문지 250부를 최종분석에 이용하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가맹본부의 갑질유형중에서 거래상 지위남용과 허위ㆍ과장정보제공은 상생협력에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 프랜차이즈 갑질 중 대인적 갑질, 구속조건부거래, 거래거절은 상생협력과 부(-)의 관계가 나타나지 않았다. 특히 손해배상의무부과행위는 상생협력과 정(+)의 방향으로 나와 연구가설과 정반대의 결과가 도출되었다. 이러한 결과는 한국 프랜차이즈 산업에 갑질 문화가 만연해 있고, 갑질의 행태들이 뿌리 깊은 관행으로 자리 잡혀있어, 가맹본부의 부당한 행위에도 불구하고 가맹점사업자들이 경제적인 손실을 지각하지 못하고 있다는 것을 의미한다. 둘째, 가맹본부와 가맹점간의 상생협력이 좋을수록 관계성과가 좋았다. 계약지속의도와 다점포 운영의도가 높았으며, 계약해지의도는 낮았다. 셋째, 상생협력의 매개효과에 대한 분석결과, 상생협력은 허위ㆍ과장정보제공이 계약 지속의도, 다점포 운영의도에 간접효과만을 보여 완전 매개하였으며, 허위ㆍ과장정보와 계약 해지의도는 직접효과와 간접효과 모두 보여 부분 매개하였다. 이는 가맹본부의 허위ㆍ과장정보제공행위는 상생협력을 통해 관계성과를 악화시킨다는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구를 통해 가맹본부에 대한 가맹점주의 갑질인식은 상생협력에 위협이 되며 관계성과를 악화시켜 지속적인 성장을 저해한다는 것을 확인하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the franchisee’s Gapjil* influcences on the win-win cooperation and their relationship. In addiiton, we would like to examine if the win-win cooperation plays a mediator role between the perception of franchisee owners and the relation performances. The data was collected through a questionnaire method, and the survey was conducted from the franchise owners. 250 copies of the collected valid questionnaires were used for the final analysis. The analysis results of this study are summarized as follows. First, among the sub-factors of franchisor’s gapjil, the abuse of trading position and the provision of false and the exaggerated information were found to have a negative(-) effect on win-win cooperation. But, there was no significant negative(-) relationship with win-win cooperation in interpersonal Gapjil, contingent conditional transaction, and transaction rejection among franchises. In particular, the act of imposing compensation for damages was significant in the direction of the win-win cooperation process and the opposite result of the research hypothesis was drawn. Second, the better the win-win cooperation between the franchisor and the franchisees becomes, the better the relationship performance does. The intentions to continue a contract and operate a multi store were high and,on the other hand, the intention to terminate was low. Third, as a result of analyzing the mediating effect of win-win cooperation, it can be considered that the effect of Gapjil type on relationship performance is mediated by win-win cooperation. Furthemore, win-win cooperation, the provision of false/exaggerated informatioin and the contract termination intention showed only an indirect effffect on the contract continuation intention and multi-store operation intention. And for the case of win-win cooperation, the false/exaggerated information and the contract termination intented to have direct effects. and indirect effects, which were partially mediated. This means that the franchisor’s act of providing falseㆍexaggerated information deteriorates the relationship performance through win-win cooperation. Through this study, it was confirmed that the franchisee’s perception of Gapjil toward the franchisor can be a threat to win-win cooperation and the aggravating the relationship performance disrupts the continuous growth. *Gapjil refers to the arrogant and authoritarian attitude or actions of people in South Korea who have positions of power over others. It is a new word that has appeared on the Internet in Korea since 2013.

        중소기업의 특징과 관계적 특징이 상생협력의 효과에 미치는 영향: 두산중공업의 상생협력을 중심으로

        This study started from the fact that although the company operates a win-win cooperation program as one method of ethical management, there was insufficient research to reveal what the effect of the win-win cooperation program is and how to increase the effectiveness. Specifically, in this study, due to the nature of the win-win cooperation program, the competence of participating SMEs to have an important effect on the performance of the win-win cooperation program was considered, and the characteristics of the relationship between large companies and SMEs would play an important role. In addition, the purpose of this study was to determine whether partnerships formed through win-win cooperation between large and SMEs mediate the effects of SME characteristics on performance. For the study, questionnaires were collected from 154 SMEs that deal with Doosan Heavy Industry & Construction selected as the best practice for the win-win cooperation program. As a result of the study, the competency of SMEs has a positive effect on the three effects of win-win cooperation: strengthening partnerships, improving quality, and improving financial performance. SMEs’ asset specificity had a positive effect on strengthening partnerships and improving quality, but it did not show a significant relationship with improving financial performance. And the higher the capability of SMEs and the higher the level of information sharing between the two targets, the stronger the partnership for win-win cooperation. Also, SMEs highly recognize their asset specificities and think that large corporations treat themselves fairly, they have been able to strengthen partnerships and improve qualities. Partnerships, one of the results that can be achieved through a win-win cooperation program between large companies and SMEs, showed a partial mediating effect on quality and a complete mediating effect on financial performance. 본 연구는 기업에서 윤리경영의 한 방안으로 상생협력 프로그램을 운영하고 있지만 상생협력의 효과가 무엇인지, 효과를 증대시키기 위한 방안은 무엇인지 등을 밝히는 연구는 부족하였다는 점에서 출발하였다. 구체적으로, 본 연구에서는 프로그램의 특성상 참여하는 중소기업의 능력이 상생협력 성과에 중요한 영향을 미치고, 대기업과 중소기업간 상생협력을 통해서 형성된 파트너십이 중소기업 특징이 성과에 미치는 영향을 매개할 것으로 보았다. 그리고 대기업과 중소기업 간의 관계 특징이 중소기업의 특징과 상생협력의 효과간의 관계에 대한 조절효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 연구를 위하여 상생협력의 우수사례로 선정된 경력이 있는 두산중공업을 대상으로, 이들과 함께 상생협력 프로그램을 수행하고 있는 중소기업 154곳으로부터 설문지를 회수하였다. 연구결과, 중소기업이 가진 역량은 상생협력의 3개 효과인 파트너십 강화와 품질 향상, 그리고 재무적 성과 증진에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 중소기업이 보유한 특유자산은 파트너십 강화와 품질 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 보였지만, 재무적 성과 증진에는 유의적인 관계를 보이지는 못하였다. 아울러 중소기업의 역량이 높고 두 대상 간의 정보공유수준이 높을수록 상생협력의 파트너십은 강화되었고, 중소기업이 가진 자산에 대한 특유성을 높게 인식하고 대기업이 중소기업을 공정하게 대한다고 생각할수록 상생협력의 파트너십 강화와 품질 향상이 가능하였다. 대기업과 중소기업 간의 상생협력 프로그램을 통해서 획득할 수 있는 성과 중 하나인 파트너십은 다른 성과인 품질과는 부분적 매개효과를, 재무적 성과 향상에는 완전 매개효과를 확인하였다.

        선·화주 상생협력에 관한 인식조사와 발전 방향 연구

        Korean economy is highly dependent on trade, and most Korean trade is through the sea. However, the Korean shipping industry faced a major setback due to the 2008 financial crisis and the Hanjin Shipping Company's bankruptcy in 2017. In particular, this setback worsened due to the worldwide COVID-19 spread in 2020. Meanwhile, win-win cooperation between companies involves their helping each other at work. The Win-Win Cooperation Act defines it as a common activity to promote these cooperating companies' profits in areas such as technology, manpower, funds, purchase, and market. Notably, this research studied the existing concepts of win-win cooperation between shipowners and shippers. Subsequently, it found that factors considered when selecting cooperators, need/areas of need for win-win cooperation, and evaluation of the certification system for excellent ship and shipper companies introduced in 2020 were the important factors of this win-win cooperation's realization. Hence, this research surveyed 205 people, including shipowners and shippers, based on the above important factors. Subsequently, it identified significantly important factors of the win-win cooperation between shipowners and shippers through respective t-tests on these people's survey responses. In addition, the directions for developing this win-win cooperation were empirically presented. In essence, this study presented realistic and practical alternatives to achieving win-win cooperation between shipowners and shippers. Notably, these alternatives were presented by empirically analyzing the relationships between this win-win cooperation's important factors extracted from recent institutions and studies involving experts who were shipowners for a long time. 우리나라 경제는 무역에 의존도가 매우 높고, 이런 무역의 대부분은 바다를 통해 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 우리나라의 해운산업은 2008년 외환위기와 2017년 한진해운 파산사태를 겪으면서 큰 위기에 봉착하게 되었다. 특히 2020년 코로나 19가 전 세계적으로 확산되면서 이런 어려움이 더욱 가중되었다. 상생협력이란 서로 공존하면서 살아가기 위해 서로 힘을 합하여 돕는 일로, 상생협력법에는 기업들간의 기술, 인력, 자금, 구매, 판로 등의 부분에서 서로 이익을 증진하기 위한 공동의 활동으로 정의되어 있다. 개념과 이전 연구들을 통해 파트너 선정 시 고려요인, 상생협력의 필요분야, 2020년에 도입된 우수 선·화주기업 인증제도 평가, 선·화주 협력 제고 방안 필요성이 미래 상생협력을 위해 중요한 요소임을 확인하고, 이에 대한 변수들을 제시했다. 제시한 변수들을 선·화주 205명을 대상으로 인식조사를 했고, 집단별 검정을 통해 유의미한 변수들을 확인하여 향후 선·화주 상생협력의 발전을 위한 방향을 실증적으로 분석했다. 본 연구는 선·화주로 오랫동안 근무해 온 전문가들을 대상으로 최근 제도와 연구들에서 추출한 새로운 선·화주 상생협력에 관한 변수들간의 관계를 실증적으로 분석하여 현실적이고 실질적인 대안을 제시했다는 데 의의가 있다.

        지역관광 상생협력 활성화를 위한 전략 방향 연구: 서울-강원 지역간 관광협력을 중심으로

        Recently, win-win cooperation between regions is required to strengthen regional competitiveness and solve regional problems, and regional tourism cooperation is a representative area of attention. The purpose of this study was to derive the strategic direction and strategic task for win-win cooperation required for revitalization of local tourism, and to analyze the strategic task priority. As a research method, in-depth interviews were conducted with stakeholders related to regional tourism cooperation, and based on the analyzed contents, a survey was conducted with local tourism-related experts. In order to derive the priority of strategic tasks for win-win cooperation in regional tourism by using the collected questionnaire data, the priorities were derived using necessity-feasibility as a standard variable, and based on this, a strategic task matrix analysis was conducted. As a result of the analysis, the strategic tasks for regional tourism win-win cooperation were derived as four core tasks, three short-term tasks, four mid-to-long-term tasks, and five optional tasks. Based on the results of this study, meaningful policy implications for promoting win-win cooperation in regional tourism were presented.

        대기업과 중소기업의 상생협력을 위한 관계마케팅

        본 연구는 코로나 19의 세계적 확산으로 글로벌 생산 활동의 위축과 실물 및 금융 흐름이 둔화되고 고용도 악화되고 있는 환경변화에서 이러한 어려움을 극복하고, 대기업과 중소기업이 생존과 성장을 추구할 수 있는 두 당사자의 상생협력을 위한 관계마케팅 전략을 제시하는데 초점을 두고 있다. 본 연구의 방법은 관련 선행연구들의 문헌분석과 분석적 검토를 실시하였다. 대ㆍ중소기업 상생협력 및 관계마케팅 관련 주요 선행연구들을 분석적 검토를 하고 시사점을 평가하였다. 대ㆍ중소기업 상생협력에 있어서 현황, 저해 요인, 정책 등을 살펴보면서 보다 나은 성과를 달성하기 위해 대기업과 중소기업이 자신들의 비즈니스를 유지하고 성공하는데 필요한 장기적 관계를 충족시키는 관계마케팅의 접근방법을 제안하였다. 관계품질인 만족, 신뢰, 몰입의 변수가 대기업과 중소기업의 상생협력 성공에 상당한 영향을 미칠 수 있는 중요한 변수이다. 따라서 대기업과 중소기업의 상생협력을 성공시키기 위해서는 높은 수준의 관계품질이 유지될 수 있도록 많은 노력과 투자가 필요할 것이다. 중소기업은 대기업이 자신들에게 의존하도록 관계품질을 강화해야 하며, 대기업도 중소기업이 성장할 수 있도록 상생협력의 경영철학을 실천해야 할 것이다. 본 연구의 미래 연구 방향은 대ㆍ중소기업 상생협력 모델의 산업별로 접근하며 4차 산업혁명의 영향을 고려하고, 그리고 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 실증분석으로 접근할 필요가 있을 것이다. This study overcomes these difficulties in the environment change in which global production activity is shrinking due to the global spread of COVID-19, real and financial flows are slowing down, and employment is also deteriorating. It focuses on presenting a relationship marketing strategy for win-win cooperation between large companies and SMEs that can pursue survival and growth. For the method of this study, the literature analysis and analytical review of related previous studies were conducted. Major prior studies related to win-win cooperation and relationship marketing were analyzed and implications were evaluated. In order to achieve better results by examining the current status, impeding factors, and policies in the win-win cooperation between large and small enterprises, a relationship marketing approach is proposed that satisfies the long-term relationship required for large enterprises and SMEs to maintain and succeed in their business. The constructs of relationship quality, such as satisfaction, trust, and commitment, are important variables that can significantly affect the success of win-win cooperation between large companies and SMEs. Therefore, in order to succeed in win-win cooperation between large companies and SMEs, a lot of effort and investment will be required to maintain a high level of relationship quality. SMEs should strengthen the relationship quality so that large companies depend on them, and large companies should practice the management philosophy of win-win cooperation so that SMEs can grow. For the future research direction of this study, it will be necessary to approach the win-win cooperation model of large and small enterprises by industry, consider the impact of the 4th industrial revolution, and take an empirical analysis based on the results of this study.

        공공기관의 지방이전에 따른 자치단체와의 상생협력 방안 모색 - 한국서부발전과 태안군 사례를 중심으로 -

        The purpose of this study is to analyze win - win cooperation plan by analyzing the difference of awareness of win - win development performance and prospects for win - win cooperation between local governments and transfer agencies. To this end, we conducted surveys on the employees of the former West Coast Power Corporation, Taean County Office of Public Service, and the Taean people in 2013 and 2018 to draw up win-win cooperation projects and strengthening plans. According to the results of the survey, it is necessary for the western cooperation of Korea and Taean to be expanded to education, environment, local economy and volunteer service. It is analyzed that it needs to be developed into a practical cooperation relationship through. For this purpose, it would be a good idea to organize an idea contest for win-win cooperation programs every year, and to promote residents' briefing sessions and performance presentations. 본 연구는 공공기관의 이전에 따른 지방자치단체와 이전기관간의 상생협력에 대한 사전 기대감과 상생발전 성과에 대한 인지도의 차이를 분석하여 상생협력 방안을 모색하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 2013년과 2018년 2차에 걸쳐서 이전기관 종사자인 한국서부발전 직원들과 태안군청 공무원 및 태안군민을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 상생협력 과제와 강화방안을 도출하였다. 설문분석결과 한국서부발전(주)과 태안군의 실질적인 상생협력을 위해서는 교육, 환경, 지역경제, 자원봉사 등의 부문으로 확대가 시급하게 수반되어야 하고, 추진방식 또한 단순한 재정적 지원 방식이 아닌 인력과 프로그램을 통한 실질적 협력관계로 발전되어져야 될 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 상생협력을 강화하기 위해서는 교육, 문화예술, 생활체육, 일자리창출 등을 중심으로 인력과 프로그램 등을 지원하는 소프트웨어형 상생협력 프로그램을 개발하여 공동으로 추진하고, 한국서부발전(주)과 태안군이 가지고 있는 시설 중에서 지역사회구성원들에게 도움이 될 수 있는 시설을 개방하고, 한국서부발전(주)과 태안군의 상생협력협의체의 운영을 제도화하여 상호간 신뢰를 공고히 할 수 있도록 협력사업에 대한 홍보를 강화하고 지역주민들과의 공감대를 확대해 나가는 것이 필요할 것이다. 이를 위하여 상생협력 프로그램의 아이디어 공모전을 매년 개최하여 이에 대한 주민설명회와 성과발표회를 추진하는 것도 바람직한 방법이 될 것이다.

        유통산업 규제와 지역상생협력 활동이 점포 이용에 미치는 영향

        Regulation of distribution industry and regional win-win cooperation activities of large-scale stores are proceeding through coordination among local governments, large-scale stores, and small and medium-sized retailor. However, the opinions of consumers who use stores in this process are overlooked. The purpose of this study empirically investigate the effect of retail industry regulations and regional win - win cooperation activities on intention to use large - scale stores from consumers' viewpoint. Regulation of distribution industry is composed of opening of stores, mandatory business hours, and business hours, which can be called key regulations. Local win - win cooperation activities of large - scale stores are considered to expand recruitment of local talents, increase handling of local products, and contribute to local communities. Regulation of distribution industry and local win - win cooperation activities are divided into the benefits given to individuals and the benefits given to society by regulations and activities. The effects of individual benefits and social benefits of win - win cooperation activities on overall evaluation of activities were analyzed. In addition, the effect of the overall evaluation of regulation and activity on the intention to use large - scale stores was demonstrated. The verification of research model were analyzed by data collected from consumers who have experience using distribution facilities such as large marts, department stores, outlets, and traditional markets. The results show that the personal benefit of the retail industry regulation has a partially significant effect on the regulatory evaluation and the social benefit of the retail industry regulation has no significant effect on the regulatory evaluation. The personal benefits of local win - win cooperation activities of large - scale stores were not significantly related to activity evaluation, and social benefits had a significant effect on activity evaluation. In addition, overall evaluation of regulation was not related to the intention of large-scale store utilization, while overall evaluation of local win-win cooperation activity showed a partial influence on the intention of large-scale store utilization. Finally, based on the results of this study, implications and future research directions are presented. 유통산업 규제와 대규모 점포의 지역상생협력 활동은 지자체, 대규모 점포, 그리고 상권 내 중소 상인(단체)들 간의 협의와 조율을 통해 진행되고 있다. 그러나 이 과정에서 실제 점포를 이용하는 소비자들의 의견은 간과되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 소비자 관점에서 유통산업 규제에 대한 평가와 대규모 점포의 지역상생협력 활동에 대한 평가가 대규모 점포 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 실증하였다. 유통산업 규제는 핵심적인 규제라 할 수 있는 출점, 의무휴업, 영업시간으로 구성하였으며, 대규모 점포의 지역상생협력 활동은 지역인재채용 확대, 지역상품취급 확대, 지역사회 공헌을 고려하였다. 유통산업 규제와 지역상생협력 활동은 규제와 활동이 개인에게 주는 혜택과 사회에게 주는 혜택으로 다시 구분하였다. 아울러 규제 및 활동의 전반적 평가가 대규모 점포 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 실증하였다. 연구모형을 검증하기 위하여 대형마트, 백화점, 아울렛, 전통시장과 같은 유통시설을 이용한 경험이 있는 소비자들을 대상으로 수집된 자료가 분석에 사용되었다. 회귀분석을 통해 가설검증을 실시하였으며, 분석결과 유통산업 규제의 개인적 혜택은 규제 평가에 부분적으로 유의한 결과를 보여주었으며, 유통산업 규제의 사회적 혜택은 규제 평가에 유의한 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 대규모 점포의 지역상생협력 활동의 개인적 혜택은 활동 평가와 유의한 관련이 없었으며, 사회적 혜택은 활동 평가에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 규제에 대한 전반적 평가는 대규모 점포 이용의도와 관련이 없는 것으로 나타난 반면에 지역상생협력 활동에 대한 전반적 평가는 대규모 점포 이용의도에 부분적으로 유의한 영향력을 보여주었다. 마지막으로 본 연구를 통해 도출된 결과에 기초하여 시사점과 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.
