기업 내 PLM 적용을 위한 웹 기반 제품 개발 공정 협업 솔루션 개발

When developing products, several companies save data in the database and use related information during further product development. In this research, a web-based PLM solution which includes optimized user interfaces has been developed in order to apply a concept of PLM to several companies. This solution can guide how to develop products and manage data by using PLM software in a product development process. Especially, the system is constructed to consider compatibility on a mobile environment. Therefore, this system satisfies requirements in a collaborative process since the system is not limited by locality. Flow of the solution was configured for manufacturing process, and limitations of the existing PLM software are modified. For the application of PLM in enterprise and online conference, solution are organized composed with simple user interface and web based mobile-PC system. This system provide web-based conference, cost process, web-based 3D CAD conference, and after-management. Ultimately, this system contains designers, customers and manufacturers.

소프트웨어 개발 프로세스 교육을 위한 웹 기반 로그 시스템의 구현 및 분석

The Personal Software Process(PSP) is a rigorous, measurements-based process designed to help software developers produce high-quality codes. Learning PSP requires substantial and tedious record keeping including clerical computations with plenty of data occurred at every project. The required task reduces the educational effect and motive by time consuming characteristic and easy occurrence of errors. To alleviate these problems, a web-based PSP log system having streamlined mechanism of data manipulation is designed and implemented at this study. Three years of experiment shows that the system not only improves productivity and accuracy of the process but also allows students and instructors to focus on learning and teaching PSP, rather than PSP data collection. PSP(personal software process)는 소프트웨어 개발자들이 양질의 코드를 생산할 수 있도록 개발된 정밀하면서도 계량적인 수치를 기반으로 한 소프트웨어공학 기법이다. PSP의 효과적 학습을 위해서는 프로젝트에서 발생하는 많은 양의 데이터를 계산하고 기록하는 작업을 필수적으로 행해야만 한다. 이 작업은 많은 시간이 소요될 뿐 아니라, 오류의 발생이 쉬워 PSP 학습의 동기와 효과를 감소시키는 결과를 초래한다. 이를 개선하기 위해서 본 연구에서는 데이터의 정리, 검증 및 분석을 처리할 수 있도록 웹 기반의 PSP 로그 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 3년간의 실험 결과는 이 시스템이 생산성과 정밀도를 높일 뿐만 아니라, 데이터의 처리보다는 PSP 기법의 프로세스에 대한 학습과 교수에 더 집중할 수 있게 해주었음을 보여주었다.

디지털 경제가 확산되면서 금융 업계에서 모바일 서비스 사용 행태가 확대되고 있다. 이러한 환경에서 모바일 금융 서비스의 UX/UI는 서비스 만족도와 지속 사용에 있어서 매우 중요한 요소이다. 공공부문에서도 서비스 UX/UI의 중요성을 인지하고, UX/UI 감리 형태로 점검을 진행하고 있다. 그러나 현재의 UX/UI 감리는 제 3자인 숙련된 감리전문가에 의해서만 이루어지거나, 감리 인력 부족 등의 이유로 공공부문 위주로 그 대상이 한정되어 있다. 이에 본 연구는 감리 전문가 활용 없이 기업이 자체적으로 금융 모바일 서비스를 기획하고 출시함에 있어서, UX 단계별로 기획 의도 유지 및 서비스 품질 증진을 통한 사용자 만족도 충족 측면에서 의의와 그 목적을 가진다. 특히 점검 기준은 금융 모바일 서비스의 UX/UI를 자체적으로 점검하기 위하여 점검 기준, 시점 및 항목을 제안하고자 한다. 이에 선행연구를 기반으로 유용성, 사용성, 감성 그리고 금융 모바일 서비스 특징에 기반하여 인지된 보안성을 도출하며, 점검 시점은 웹 개발 프로세스 및 린 UX 프로세스를 기반으로 도출한다. 점검 상세 항목은 모바일 웹 UX/UI 감리 및 연구 린 UX 프로세스를 기반으로 점검 기준을 중심으로 재구성하여 도출한다. 점검의 필요성과 적합성 점검은 금융 모바일 UX/UI 전문가를 대상으로 진행한다. Due to the spread of the digital economy, mobile service usage is expanding in the financial industry. In this environment, UX/UI of mobile financial services is a very important factor in service satisfaction and continuous use. The public sector is also aware of the importance of service UX/UI and is conducting inspections in the form of UX/UI Audit. However, the current UX/UI Audit is conducted only by third parties, skilled Audit experts, and the target is limited to the public sector. Therefore, this study has significance and purpose in terms of satisfying user satisfaction through maintaining planning intentions and improving service quality in each UX stage without using Audit experts. In order to self-check the UX/UI of financial mobile services, perceived security is derived based on and financial mobile service characteristics, and the check point is derived based on the web development process and the Lean UX process. Detailed inspection items are derived by reconstructing around inspection criteria based on mobile web UX/UI Audit and research UX process. The necessity and suitability of the Audit Process are conducted for financial mobile UX/UI experts.

The current information system audit merely inspects a web based information system by focusing on checking items that are extracted from structured and information engineering model and object-oriented component model. As a result, the checking item of web contents and design is inadequate. This paper aims to extract audit framework in order to strengthen the audit of web contents and design during the development of the web based information system and to suggest checking items based on audit framework. For this, the web development process and web site evaluation model were studied, compared, and analyzed with the current information system development audit. From a result of the survey, it was found that the adequacy of the suggested audit framework and audit checking items is above the average value. It is believed that the suggested audit framework is helpful for the audit of web based information system.

웹서비스 개발 프로세스에서 구현전략 결정을 위한 평가 지침

To integrate heterogeneous distributed systems, there exist various researches and developments for the purpose of its adoption into enterprise environment. However, when web service technologies are applied, it is difficult to adopt directly existing software system development methodologies, because of the peculiar architecture of web services, such as service provider, service requester, and service repository. M4WSD(Method for Wes Services Development) is a web service development process model and involves procedures and guidelines to develop web services based on a Use Case model that is elicited from a business domain in requirement analysis. In this paper, we focus on how to determine key realization decisions for each service. The assessment guidelines help you to structure the problem of determining implementation strategy. 이기종의 분산시스템들을 통합하여 기업 환경에 적용할 수 있도록 여러 다양한 연구들과 시도들이 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 웹서비스가 갖는 특별한 구조 즉, 서비스 제공자, 서비스 요청자, 그리고 서비스 저장소의 세 역할을 갖기 때문에, 웹서비스 기술에 기존의 시스템 개발 방법론을 직접 적용하기는 어렵다. M4WSD(Method for Wes Services Development)는 웹서비스 개발 프로세스 모델로서, 요구사항 분석 단계에서 유도되는 유스케이스 모델을 기반으로 하는 웹 서비스 개발 절차 및 가이드라인을 포함하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 각 서비스를 구현하기 위하여 주요 구현 전략을 어떻게 결정하는지에 초점을 맞춘다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 평가 가이드라인은 구현 전략을 결정하는 문제를 구조화할 수 있도록 한다.
