가상회의 앱 기반 온라인 수업환경에서 집단응집력이 학업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 다수준 분석: 집단효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로

[연구목적] 본 연구는 COVID-19 이후 대학의 경영교육에 가상회의 앱을 기반으로 한 온라인 수업이 도입됨에 따라 가상 환경에서 구성된 집단이 응집력을 형성하고 궁극적으로 성과를 향상시킬 수 있는지 실증연구를 통해 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 변화된 경영교육 환경에서의 성과창출 요인을 도출하고 시사점을 제공하였다. [연구방법] 인천지역에 위치한 A전문대학 B학과에서 2020년 1학기동안 가상회의 앱 기반의 온라인 경영학 수업을 수강한 242명을 대상으로 집단응집력 및 집단효능감에 대한 설문을 진행하였으며, 학생들의 개별 학업성적을 통해 성과를 측정하였다. PROCESS macro와 HLM을 활용하여 집단수준 및 교차수준 간 변수의 인과관계를 검증하였다. [연구결과] 첫째, 가상회의 앱 기반 온라인 수업환경에서 학생들의 사회응집력과 정서응집력은 집단효능감을 매개하여 집단학업성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교차수준 분석에서 집단응집력의 네 가지 차원 중 정서응집력만이 집단효능감을 매개하여 개인학업성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [연구의 시사점] 본 연구는 비대면 수업환경에서 구성된 집단의 사회응집력과 정서응집력이 집단차원과 개인차원의 학업성과를 향상시킴을 확인하였으며, 이에 따라 가상 앱을 활용한 온라인 학습상황에 대한 전망 및 성과창출의 구체적 방안을 제시하였다. [Purpose] Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, online classes based on a virtual conference app were imported in university education. This study inspects whether the group in the virtual education environment can have cohesion and ultimately improve student’s academic performance. [Methodology] During the 1st semester of 2020, a survey has been conducted, and 242 data from students who took online business classes based on virtual conference apps have been collected. Using PROCESS macro and HLM, we tested the hypothesis. [Findings] Social cohesion and emotional cohesion had positive effects on group academic performance mediated by group efficacy. In the cross-level analysis, only emotional cohesion had a positive effect on individual academic performance mediated by group efficacy. [Implications] This study proved that the social cohesion and emotional cohesion of the virtual study group improve academic performance at the group level as well as the individual level. Accordingly, the prospects for online classes based on a virtual conference app were discussed.

Recently enterprises are forced to outsource globally to meet diverse needs of customers and a short life cycle of products. For the global outsourcing it is indispensable for OEM and venders to collaborate for design and development of products. In this paper ECSC(Engineering Collaboration Service Center) is proposed to support the collaboration between OEM and venders. The ECSC is comprised of drawing distribution system, part data search system, and CAE analysis system. Once geographically dispersed engineers take part in the workplace of ECSC, they can share and distribute the engineering data and drawings in real time through the Web. Implementation of the ECSC in OEM and venders can reduce largely the time and cost required for their engineering business.

The purpose of this study is to elicit essential factors that need to be considered in planning and operating online conventions and analyzing relevance and priority. To do this, consideration factors were analyzed by preliminary research, opinions from experts in MICE industry and AHP questionnaires. The consideration factors were the six categories above (i.e., participant's personal experience, program planning, event operation, technicality, online convention service, and hardware) in addition to the 25 sub-categories below are formulated. The responders included 41. As a result of analyzing the relative importance of the six categories, the program planning was considered the most important and followed the participant's personal experience, event operation, technicality, online convention service, and hardware, in order. Such a result suggests that planning a online-oriented program is the most important criteria. In addition, the five most important sub-categories were a creative content specialized for online, solutions to technical problems, utilizing stable connection for the video conference, utilizing application to encourage participation, and minimizing churn rates are the top 5 out of 25 sub-categories.

최근 우리나라에서 디지털자산 이용자 보호 관점에서 디지털자산의 규제법적 영역에 관한 활발한 논의와 더불어 가상자산이용자보호법이라는 입법적 전진도 있었다. 그러나 디지털자산의 민사법적 측면 그중에서도 디지털자산의 국제사법적 측면에 대한 논의는 거의 없었고 있다고 하더라도 큰 주목을 받지 못했다. 이에 반해, 국제적으로는 2020년부터 UNIDROIT에서 디지털자산의 사법적 측면에 관한 통일 원칙의 제시를 위한 작업을 진행하여 2023년 5월에 최종안이 채택되었다. UNIDROIT 디지털자산원칙은 실질법적 원칙뿐만 아니라 저촉법적 원칙도 포함하고 있어, 디지털자산의 국제적 거래와 관련한 예측가능성과 명확성 확보 측면에서 한층 진일보할 수 있는 첫걸음을 마련하였다. 또한 헤이그국제사법회의(HCCH)에서도 디지털자산 거래와 관련한 국제재판관할 및 준거법 등과 관련한 본격적인 논의를 준비하는 단계여서 디지털자산 거래의 국제사법적 측면에 관한 국제적인 논의가 더욱 활발하게 이루어질 것으로 예상된다. 이에, 이 글에서는 디지털자산 거래와 관련한 물권적 측면의 준거법 결정과 관련한 쟁점을 외국의 주요 입법례 등의 동향과 우리법상 해석론을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 우선 실질법상 디지털자산의 유형과 디지털자산의 법적 성질을 살펴보았고, 우리법상 블록체인 내생적가치 디지털자산은 기존의 법률에서는 존재하지 않는 특수한 형태의 재산권이라고 보았다. 반면, 외생적가치 디지털자산은 외부에서 이미 형성된 권리를 디지털자산에 의해 표창 내지 표창하거나 증거하는 것이므로 대부분 채권이나 사원권 등의 전통적인 권리에 포섭될 수 있다고 보았다. 물론, 어느 경우에서든 우리 민법상 물건에는 해당되지 않는다고 해석하였다. UNIDROIT 디지털자산원칙에서 제시하는 주연결점은 디지털자산 자체나 디지털자산이 기록된 시스템인데, 이는 미국의 UCC 제12-7조에서 제시하는 주연결점과 상당히 유사하여 이에 관한 반감이 있을 수도 있다. 그러나 디지털자산원칙은 향후 개별 국가의 관련 실질법 및 저촉법의 입법에 상당한 시사점을 줄 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. 그간 우리나라는 디지털자산에 대한 논의를 터부시해 온 바람에 규제법적 측면은 물론이고 민사법적 측면의 논의도 큰 진보를 하지 못하였다. UNIDROIT 디지털자산원칙을 참조로 하여 규제법적 영역뿐만 아니라 민사법적 측면에 대해서도 학계와 정부 및 국회에서 활발하게 논의할 수 있기를 기대한다. UNIDROIT 디지털자산원칙에서 제시하는 바와 같이 디지털자산의 경우에는 최밀접관련지법을 정하는 것이 어렵다는 것은 부인하기 어려우므로 입법론으로서 향후 주관적 연결점 도입에 대해서도 개방적인 자세로 이를 적극 검토할 필요가 있을 것이다. 다만, 물권적 측면에 대한 주관적 연결점의 도입에 따른 부작용을 적절히 제어할 수 있는 방안도 같이 논의되어야 할 것이다.
