        다시점 이미지 센서 기반의 동작 분석에 대한 신뢰성 분석

        연구목적 본 연구는 다시점 이미지센서 기반의 4DEYE와 기존 IR 광학 신호 기반 Vicon의 동작 분석을 통하여 두 장비 간의 데이터 일치도를 비교하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법 연구에서는 5명의참여자를 대상으로 고관절 굴곡 회전 동작을 수행하고, 고관절 굴곡과 무릎 굴곡의 변화를 측정하였습니다. 데이터 길이를 일치시키기 위해 MATLAB를 사용하고, SPSS 프로그램을 활용하여 급내상관계수(ICC) 및 95% 신뢰 구간(CI) 분석을 수행하였습니다. 결과 그 결과 Hip flexion rotation 왼쪽동작의 Hip flexion에서는 ICC=.726 ~ .998, 95% CI=.592~ .994, Knee flexion에서는 ICC=.525 ~.997, 95% CI=.294 ~ . 994로 높은 수준의 두 장비의 일치도가 나타났다. Hip flexion rotation 오른쪽 동작 Hip flexion에서 ICC=.842 ~ .997, 95% CI=.766~ .998, Knee flexion에서는ICC=.685 ~ .997, 95% CI=.532 ~ .998로 좋은 수준의 일치도를 보였다. 결론 본 연구를 통하여4DEYE와 Vicon 장비의 동작 비교 분석 결과 두 장비 간의 신뢰도 및 일치도는 높은 것으로 판단된다. Purpose The purpose of this study is to compare the consistency between the two devices by analyzing the operation of 4DEYE based on multi-view image sensors and Vicon based on IR optical signals. Methods Five participants were involved in the research, who performed Hip flexion rotation movements, and measurements taken to assess changes in hip flexion and knee flexion. Data alignment was achieved using Matlab, and the statistical analysis was conducted using the SPSS program to calculate the Intraclass Correlation Coefficients (ICC) and 95% Confidence Intervals (CI). Result The results showed a high level of data consistency between 4DEYE and Vicon device. The Intraclass Correlation Coefficients(ICC) for hip flexion ranged from .726 to .998, with 95% CI from .592 to .994, in the analysis of left-side Hip flexion rotation movement while the Intraclass Correlation Coefficients(ICC) ranged from .525 to .997, with 95% Confidence Intervals(CI) from .294 to .994 in knee flexion anaysis. Therefore, a strong agreement was indicated between two devices. In additioin, the hip flexion exhibited Intraclass Correlation Coefficients(ICC) values ranging from .842 to .997, with 95% Confidence Intervals(CI) from .766 to .998 for the right-side Hip flexion rotation movement while the knee flexion showed Intraclass Correlation Coefficients(ICC) values ranging from .685 to .997, with 95% Confidence Intervals(CI) from .532 to .998, due to a good level of consistency. Conclusion Through this study, the comparative analysis of the operation of 4DEYE and Vicon equipment indicates a high level of reliability and consistency between the two devices

        The Examination of Reliability of Lower Limb Joint Angles with Free Software ImageJ

        Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the reliability of lower limb joint angles computed with the software ImageJ during jumping movements. Background: Kinematics is the study of bodies in motion without regard to the forces or torques that may produce the motion. The most common method for collecting motion data uses an imaging and motion-caption system to record the 2D or 3D coordinates of markers attached to a moving object, followed by manual or automatic digitizing software. Above all, passive optical motion capture systems (e.g. Vicon system) have been regarded as the gold standards for collecting motion data. On the other hand, ImageJ is used widely for an image analysis as free software, and can collect the 2D coordinates of markers. Although much research has been carried out into the utilizations of the ImageJ software, little is known about their reliability. Method: Seven healthy female students participated as the subject in this study. Seventeen reflective markers were attached on the right and left lower limbs to measure two and three-dimensional joint angular motions. Jump performance was recorded by ten-vicon camera systems (250Hz) and one digital video camera (240Hz). The joint angles of the ankle and knee joints were calculated using 2D (ImageJ) and 3D (Vicon-MX) motion data, respectively. Results: Pearson"s correlation coefficients between the two methods were calculated, and significance tests were conducted (α = 1%). Correlation coefficients between the two were over 0.98. In Vicon-MX and ImageJ, there is no systematic error by examination of the validity using the Bland-Altman method, and all data are in the 95% limits of agreement. Conclusion: In this study, correlation coefficients are generally high, and the regression line is near the identical line. Therefore, it is considered that motion analysis using ImageJ is a useful tool for evaluation of human movements in various research areas. Application: This result can be utilized as a practical tool to analyze human performance in various fields.

        Y-Balance Test 시 마커리스 시스템에서 산출된 하지운동학적 변인의 타당도

        연구목적 본 연구는 Y-Balance Test를 수행하였을 때 마커리스 시스템에서 산출된 하지운동학적 변인의 타당도를 검증하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구방법 건강한 20대 성인 남녀 21명의 실험참가자가 Y-Balance Test 동작을 실시하고 마커베이스 시스템인 Vicon과 마커리스 시슴템인 OpenCap, Theia3D로 동시에 측정한 후 하지운동학적 변인에 대하여 피어슨 상관계수, 일원배치분산분석, MAPE을 실시하여 연구결과를 도출하였다. 결과 OpenCap과 Vicon의 상관관계는 모든 구간의 관절에서 유의하게 나타났으나 일원배치 분산분석에서 PMP에서 발목관절에 유의한 차이가 발생하였고, MAPE에서 AP에서 엉덩관절과 PMP에서 발목관절에 불충분한 일치도가 나타났다. Theia3D와 Vicon의 상관관계는 모든 구간의 관절에서 유의하게 발생하였으나 일원배치 분산분석에서 AP의 엉덩관절, AP, PLP, PMP에서 발목관절에 유의한 차이가 있었고 MAPE는 AP와 PLP에서 엉덩관절 및 발목관절에 불충분한 일치도가 나타났다. 결론 Y-Balance Test 동작을 하였을 때 마커리스 시스템에서 산출한 하지운동학적 변인의 타당도가 특정 구간에서 일부 관절에 낮게 나타났지만 Y-Balance Test의 일부 구간에서는 활용 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

        정상인과 편마비 환자의 보행분석 연구

        The aim of this study is to present the basic reference data of age and specipic gait parameters for Hemiplegia Patients. The basic gait parameters were extracted from 30 Adult Hemiplegia Patients and 30 normal adult, 50 to 60 years of age using VICON 512 Motion Analyzer. The results were as follows; I) The mean Cadence of the adult to the hemiplegia were 108.50±11.67 steps/min, to 77.57±22.71 steps/min. 2) The mean Walking Speed of the adult to the hemiplegia were 1.07±0.18m/s, to 0.44±0.14 m/s. 3) The mean Stride Length of the adult to the hemiplegia were 1.17±0.12m, to 0.69±0.21 m. 4) The mean maximal angles of joint on the pelvic tilt for different adult or hemiplegia were 7.60±3.91°. to 9.63±4.94°.(p>0.05) 5) The mean maximal angles of joint on the hip flexion motion for different adult or hemiplegia were 29.53±5.03°, to 25.30±9.94°.(p<O.05) 6) The mean maximal angles of joint on the knee flexion motion for different adult or hemiplegia were 56.36±5.81°, to 41.64±17.21°.(p<0.05) 7) The mean maximal angles of joint on the ankle dorsiflexion motion for different adult or hemiplegia were 16.65±2.72°,to 16.53±7,45° .(p>0.05) 8) The mean maximal angles of joint on the ankle plantarflexion motion for different adult or hemiplegia were 7.11±5.42°, to 2.81±6.14°.(p<0.05)

        동작분석 시스템을 이용한 골프 스윙 분석 기초 알고리즘 개발

        Three-dimensional(3D) motion analysis is a useful tool for analyzing sports performance. During the last few decades, advances in motion analysis equipment have enabled us to perform more and more complicated biomechanical analyses. Nevertheless, considering the complexity of biomechanical models and the amount of data recorded from the motion analysis system, subsequent processing of these data is required for event-specific motion analysis. The purpose of this study was to develop a basic golf swing analysis algorithm using a state-of-the-art VICON motion analysis system. The algorithm was developed to facilitate golf swing analysis, with special emphasis on 3D motion analysis and high-speed motion capture, which are not easily available from typical video camera systems. Furthermore, the developed algorithm generates golf swing-specific kinematic and kinetic variables that can easily be used by golfers and coaches who do not have advanced biomechanical knowledge. We provide a basic algorithm to convert massive and complicated VICON data to common golf swing-related variables. Future development is necessary for more practical and efficient golf swing analysis.
