본 논문은 조직진화론 특히 조직계통학(organizational systematics) 관점에서 일본 교토 중소기업들의 경영방식을 규명하고자 하는 탐색적 연구이다. 하나의 독특한 조직군으로서 교토기업들이 현재와 같이 지속적인 성장을 할 수 있었던 경쟁우위의 원천을 규명하는 것이 중요하다. 교토기업들의 독특한 역량요인이 무엇인지, 이것은 일본의 다른 기업들과 어떻게 다른지 그리고 어떤 원인에 의해 형성되었고 또 진화되어 왔는지를 규명하는 것은 이론적으로 실무적으로 중요한 시사점을 제공할 것이다. 먼저 조직 종(organizational species)에 대한 개념을 정립하고, 교토기업들을 하나의 종으로 선정한 뒤 교토식 경영방식의 독특한 특성에 대해 분석한다. This paper explores a management style of small and medium size companies in Kyoto at the population level, the foundation of which lies in organizational evolutionary theory, especially organizational systematics. An organizational species(Kyoto companies) is a group of organizations that share dominant competences, technological or managerial competences, or cultural constituents. This includes all the studies on organizational types, diversity and relationships ? extensive and specific. The school of organizational systematics aims to explain and understand what contributed to current structures and behaviors of organizations. This perspective on management style of population level provides a comprehensive and influential research framework by engaging the advantages of other major organizational theories.

한국산 창선충목의 미기록 7조: Dorylaimus helveticus, Opisthodorylaimus cavalcantii, Thonus circulifer, Paralongidorus strelitziae, Oxydirus oxycephaloides, Dorylaimoides(D.) leptus, D.(D.)micoletzki을 재기재 하였으며, 한국에서 지금까지 발표 된 종을 계통적으로 분류하였다. Seven known species of Dorylaimida from Korea were newly reported, redescribed and illustrated viz., Dorylaimus helveticus Steiner, 1919, Opisthodorylaimus cavalcantii(Lordello, 1955) Carbonel and Coomans, 1985, Thonus circulifer(T. & S. 1936) Thorne, 1974, Paralongidrus strelitziae (Heyns, 1966) Aboul-Eid, 1970, Oxydirus oxycephaloides (de Man, 1921) Thorne, 1939, Dorylaimoides (Digidorylaimoides) leptus Husain and Khan, 1968 andD.(D.) micoletzki(de Man, 1921) Thorne and Swanger, 1936. The species of Dorylaimida from Korea were arranged systematically.
Field Preservation Methods of Moths for Use in Molecular Systematics: A Preliminary Comparison

Twelve procedures that simulate methods of filed-collecting and preserving moths are compared for their ability to preserve nucleic acids for subsequent molecular studies, as assessed by agarose gel electrophoresis and Polymerase Chain Reaction amplification of single-and multi-copy nuclear gene sequences. Continuous storage in 100% ethanol freezing of live moths at$-85^{\circ}$. Storage in 100% ethanol at $0^{\circ}$ and at $21^{\circ}$ gave no noticeable difference.
제7차 교육과정에 의한 고등학교 생물2 교과서의 동물분류단원에 대한 분석

The contents of animal systematics in Biology Ⅱ textbooks of Korean high school in the 7th curriculum were analyzed and compared with the textbooks of previous curricula. The purpose of this study is to help both teachers and students teach and learn, in addition to giving informations for the contents of animal systematics in the new version. The criteria of animal classification and the categories phylum and class dealt with in the textbooks were examined and analyzed. The results were as follows. 1. The systematics is treated in the unit of "The Diversity of Living Organisms' of 'Riology Ⅱ in the 7th curriculum. 2. According to the investigation and analysis about animal systematics, the criteria of animal classification which are presented in all the textbooks were the kinds and number of germ layers, relationship of blastopore either with mouth or anus, the kinds and origin of coelom. 3. In the 7th curriculum, living organisms were classified into five kingdoms : Monera, Protista, Fungi, Plantae, and Animalia, unlike 3-kingdoms system of the 6th curriculum. 4. The phyla of kingdom Animalia dealt with in all the textbooks were ten, and three of them treated the category of class. 5. It is suggested that hierarchial rank should be described more clearly to avoid the confusion. 6. Whenever one introduce some species in the textbook, reference to Korean species should be made. And the names of the taxa should be given consulting the 'List of Animals in Korea'.
문제중심학습(Problem-Based Learning)을 활용한 예비 생물교사 대상의 식물분류학 수업 사례 연구

This study was aimed to investigate the effects of problem-based learning (PBL) applications in plant systematics classes for pre-service biology teachers through two problems about the vegetative and reproductive organs of plants during 8 weeks. The study was conducted with 26 pre-service biology teachers from one college of education. This study reported the first PBL class case in plant systematics classes as a part of botanical education for pre-service biology teachers, and thus, the students’ solutions to the problems were presented. The data for the students’ views about the PBL classes was collected from a questionnaire on the plant teaching efficacy, students’ reflective journals and semi-structured interviews. The students produced diverse solutions through active participation to PBL activities. Plant teaching outcome expectancy was shown to be higher than personal teaching efficacy. Pre-service biology teachers expressed satisfaction with the PBL activities for creating plant teaching materials. They were found to have enjoyed the process of communicating with their members, forming good relationship and solving problems with collaborative learning in PBL classes. Although expressing lack of time, they also had opportunity for self-directed learning and indirect experience in teaching. In conclusion, PBL needs to be applied to other biological subjects for educating pre-service teachers.
