정서,행동장애연구 : 「자폐성장애유아교육」교과목의 포트폴리오 체제 운영을 통한 예비유아특수교사의 자폐성장애 아동에 대한 교사효능감과 응용행동분석적 교수전략 관련 지식의 변화

본 연구에서는 예비유아특수교사들을 대상으로 「자폐성장애유아교육」교과목을 운영할 때 응용행동분석적 교수 전략의 교수를 포함하는 포트폴리오 체제를 적용함으로써 예비유아특수교사들이 자폐성 장애학생에 대한 교사효능감에 있어서 변화를 나타내는지와 응용행동분석적 교수 전략에 대한 지식이 변화하는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 아울러 예비유아특수교사들이 포트폴리오 체제 활동에 참여함으로써 무엇을 경험하였는가를 질적으로 탐색하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 자폐성장애학생 대상 교사효능감 척도를 사용하여 예비유아특수교사들의 사전사후 교사효능감의 변화를 분석하였고, 예비유아특수교육교사들의 사전사후 개념도를 비교 분석함으로써 응용 행동분석적 교수 전략에 대한 지식의 변화를 알아보았다. 또한 예비유아특수교사들이 교과목 관련 과제 수행 시 작성한 개인별 반성적 저널을 질적으로 분석함으로써 예비유아특수교육교사들의 포트폴리오 체제 활동 경험을 분석하였다. 연구 결과 응용행동분석적 교수 전략을 포함한 포트폴리오 체제 활동 이후 예비유아특수교사들의 자폐성 장애아동 대상 교사효능감은 일반적 교사효능감과 개인적 교사효능감 모두에서 유의미한 향상을 나타냈다. 또한 예비유아특수교사들은 응용행동분석적 교수 전략에 대한 지식에 있어서도 상위개념, 종속개념, 밀도 및 위계의 모든 측면에서 뚜렷한 향상을 나타냈다. 예비유아특수교사들은 포트폴리오 체제 활동을 수행하면서 이론 수업을 통해 습득한 지식과 자폐성 장애학생의 특성 및 자신의 과거의 반응들을 성찰하였고, 수업을 통해 획득한 이론적 지식을 아동의 교육을 위해 적용하고자 노력하였으며, 교육적 실천을 위해 습득한 지식 이외의 다양한 자원들을 활용하고 탐구하고자 하였다. 예비유아특수교사들은 또한 교육적 실천을 통해 기쁨과 어려움을 경험하였고, 아울러 교육적 실천을 위해 확장된 탐구 자세를 갖게 되었으며, 이러한 경험을 통해 자폐성 장애학생을 잘 가르치는 교사가 되고 싶은 바램과 각오를 나타냈다. 또한 자신들이 유아특수교사의 길을 선택한 것에 대한 자긍심을 갖게 되었다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of Portfolio System including Applied Behavior Analysis educational strategies for children with autism spectrum disorder on teaching efficacy and knowledge change of pre-service early childhood special education teachers. In addition to, this study is to inquire how pre-service teachers tell about the experiences of the Portfolio System. Twenty-two pre-service teachers in 「Teaching young children with Autism」university lecture course participated in the Portfolio System. Teaching efficacy test and concept mapping analysis were conducted on before and after running the Portfolio System, and pre-service teachers` daily reflective journals were analysis. The major findings were as follows. First, The general teaching efficacy and personal teaching efficacy of pre-service teachers were proved to have a meaningful difference at application of the Portfolio System. Second, There were considerable change on their knowledge(in general concepts, sub-concepts, concept map levels and cross-links) about Applied Behavior Analysis educational strategies. And the third, pre-service teachers had a practical experience and established image of good teacher for children with autism spectrum disorder.

5G 이동통신 서비스를 위한 효율적인 5G 망구축 방안에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 5G 이동통신의 서비스 트래픽 특성 및 주파수를 분석하고, 5G 이동통신 서비스를 효율적으로 제공할 수 있는 망구축 및 운용 방안을 제시하였다. 5G 이동통신 서비스는 수 kbps의 음성 및 사물인터넷 서비스부터 1 Gbps 이상의 홀로그램 영상 서비스까지 다양한 데이터 전송 속도를 나타내고 있다. 5G 이동통신 서비스는 다양한 데이터 전송 속도와 모바일 서비스 트래픽의 증가로 인한 다중 주파수 대역을 이용함으로써 다양한 셀 커버리지 환경을 나타낸다. 5G 이동통신 서비스를 효율적으로 제공하기 위해서는 새로운 서비스 환경에서 나타나는 서비스 커버리지와 다중대역 주파수의 최적화된 망구축이 필요하다. 현재 논의되는 5G 주파수 블록을 고려하여 3.5 GHz 대역이 5G 서비스 100 Mbps를 셀 경계 200 m에서 제공한다고 가정하면, 28 GHz 대역은 1 Gbps의 홀로그램 서비스를 셀 경계 50 m에서 그리고 500 Mbps 4k UHD 서비스를 셀 경계 100 m에서 제공할 수 있음을 보여주고 있다. 따라서 다양한 5G 서비스를 다중 주파수 대역과 매칭하는 주파수 포트폴리오를 구성한 망구축 방안은 5G 이동통신 서비스를 효율적으로 제공할 수 있다. We herein analyze the service traffic characteristics and spectrum of the 5G mobile communication and suggest the effective 5G network deployment method for 5G mobile communication services. The data rates of the 5G mobile communication are from several kbps (voice and IoT) up to 1 Gbps (hologram, among others). The 5G mobile communication services show the diverse cell coverage environments owing to the use of diverse service data rates and multiple spectrum bands. To effectively support the 5G mobile communication services, the network deployment requires the optimization of the service coverages for new service environments and multiple spectrum bands. Considering the 5G spectrum bandwidth debated at present, if the 5G services of 100 Mbps can be supported in the 200 m cell edge using the 3.5 GHz spectrum bands, the 5G services of the 1 Gbps hologram and 500-Mbps 4k UHD can be supported in the cell edges of 50 m and 100 m using the 28 GHz spectrum bands. Therefore, the 5G services can be supported effectively by the 5G network deployment using spectrum portfolio configurations to match the diverse 5G services and multiple bands.

모기업 연상이 브랜드 포트폴리오 평가에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

강력한 모브랜드 자산을 구축하고 이를 레버리지로 이용하는 브랜드 확장의 활용은 다양한 장점에도 불구하고 모브랜드 자산의 약화 등 여러 부정적 측면도 고려해야 할 필요가 있다. 이에 반해 개별브랜드 전략의 활용은 브랜드 확장전략보다 세분시장 내에서 브랜드 고유의 정체성을 구축하고, 강력한 포지셔닝을 할 수 있다는 장점이 있지만, 강력한 브랜드 자산을 지니기 까지 많은 투자를 요구한다는 약점을 지니고 있다. 본 연구는 이와 관련해 브랜드 확장전략이 아닌 개별 브랜드 전략을 활용해 기업 브랜드 포트폴리오를 관리하는 경우에도 기업 브랜드가 보증의 역할을 수행하는 경우에는 기존 모브랜드의 자산 레버리지를 활용할 수 있는 성공적인 기업의 브랜드 관리 전략 대안이 될 수 있음을 실증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 브랜드 포트폴리오 전략에 따라 구매의사결정에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 확인비용 및 결정비용의 역할을 검증하고, 각 전략이 의사결정 효율에 어떠한 차이가 가져오는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구결과 개별브랜드 전략을 활용하더라도 기업브랜드가 보증의 역할을 하는 수행하는 경우에는 브랜드 확장 전략과 같은 높은 의사결정 효율성을 기대할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구는 개별 브랜드 전략을 활용하면서 기업브랜드를 통해 보증을 수행할 경우 개별브랜드 장점을 유지하면서 브랜드 관리 효율성은 제고할 수 있음을 제시하고 있다. Todays companies build strong brand assets which, through the expansion of other business areas, promote efficient corporate management. Many companies manage brand assets among through a multitude of brand groups using brand portfolios rather than the single brand strategy. Such brand group influence can be related not only to brand group expansion, but also to parent company brands and product brand groups. The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of parent corporate brand associations on brand portfolio evaluation. The results of the present study is as follows: positive parent corporate brand image was revealed to play a positive role in brand portfolio evaluation. Parent corporate brand image provided endorsement for their product brands, and this can reduce consumer’s decision cost on brand portfolio evaluations. This study focused on two types of brand relationship strategy : brand expansion strategy and individual brand strategy. With individual brand strategy, cases where parent company brands provided endorsement and cases to the contrary were studied separately. In cases where well-managed parent corporate brand image were able to provide endorsement in the case of individual brand strategy like that of brand expansion strategy.
