        Social networking atmosphere and online retailing

        Online store atmosphere is an important determinant of shopping behavior. The rapidgrowth of online social networks means it is widely used in online stores in manypatterns. We seek to address the lack of systematic research on how customer-tocustomersocial environment can influence consumer online shopping outcome. Thisstudy adopts the concept of social networking atmosphere of online stores and uses theStimulus-Organism-Response framework widely used in environmental psychology totest whether the characteristics of the social networking environment of online storescan influence their consumers’ shopping behavior. The characteristics of the socialnetworking atmosphere are proposed to be convenience, personalization, and socialsurveillance. We received 270 valid responses from people who have experience usingonline stores with a social networking environment. The results indicate that thecharacteristics of the social networking environment (convenience, personalization,and social surveillance) will increase consumers’ satisfaction with (affective) andperceived usefulness of (cognitive) the online store atmosphere, which in turn willincrease the consumers’ purchase intention in the online store with a social networkingatmosphere. Moreover, males have better internal states to convenience andpersonalization than females and females have better internal states to socialsurveillance than males.         고등학교 남학생이 인식한 학교분위기가 민주시민의식에 미치는 영향: 사회적 유능성을 매개변인으로

        목적 본 연구는 고등학생의 학교분위기, 민주시민의식 및 사회적 유능성의 관계를 살펴보고, 고등학생의 학교분위기가 민주시민의식에 미치는 영향에서 사회적 유능성의 매개효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 방법 연구대상은 K 지역에 소재한 고등학교 1학년 학생을 임의표집 하였다. 연구대상은 180명이었고 모두 남학생으로 구성되었다. 연구방법은 학교분위기, 민주시민의식, 사회적 유능성 측정도구를 사용하였다. 분석방법은 첫째, 학교분위기, 사회적 유능성, 민주시민의식 간의 상관관계를 산출하였다. 둘째, 학교분위기와 사회적 유능성이 민주시민의식에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 셋째, 학교분위기와 민주시민의식 간의 관계에서 사회적 유능성의 매개효과를 살펴보기 위해 Process macro를 실행하였다. 결과 첫째, 학교분위기, 민주시민의식 및 사회적 유능성은 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 학교분위기의 하위요인인 교우관계, 교사와의 관계, 학생의 의견반영이 민주시민의식에 영향을 미쳤다. 사회적 유능성의 하위요인인 상호작용개시, 정서적지지, 갈등관리가 민주시민의식에 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 학교분위기가 민주시민의식 간의 관계에서 사회적 유능성이 매개효과를 보였다. 결론 이러한 결과는 고등학생의 민주시민의식을 높이는데 학급분위기의 조성과 사회적 유능성의 지원이 필요함을 시사한다. Objectives The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between high school students' school atmosphere, democratic citizenship, and social competence, and to find out the mediating effect of social competence in the influence of high school students' school atmosphere on democratic citizenship. Methods The subject of the study was a random sample of first-year high school students located in the K area. The subjects of the study were 180 students, and all consisted of male students. The research method used tools to measure school atmosphere, democratic citizenship, and social competence. As for the analysis method, first, the correlation between school atmosphere, social competence, and democratic citizenship consciousness was calculated. Second, a regression analysis was conducted to examine the effect of school atmosphere and social competence on democratic citizenship consciousness. Third, the process macro was implemented to examine the mediating effect of social competence in the relationship between school atmosphere and democratic citizenship consciousness. Results First, school atmosphere, democratic citizenship, and social competence showed significant positive correlations. Second, the sub-factors of the school atmosphere, such as companionship, relationship with teachers, and reflection of students' opinions, influenced democratic citizenship. Interaction initiation, emotional support, and conflict management, which are sub-factors of social competence, influenced democratic citizenship. Third, social competence showed a mediating effect in the relationship between democratic citizenship consciousness in the school atmosphere. Conclusions These results suggest that it is necessary to create a class atmosphere and support a sense of social competence to increase the democratic citizenship consciousness of high school students.

        야구 동호회의 팀 커뮤니케이션과 팀 분위기가 팀 효과성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 야구 동호회의 팀 커뮤니케이션과 팀 분위기가 팀 효과성에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 부산지역에서 야구 동호회에 참가하고 있는 성인을 모집단으로 선정하고 편의표본추출법을 사용하여 302명의 유효표본 자료를 분석에 이용하였다. 조사도구는 설문지를 이용하였다. 팀 커뮤니케이션 문항은 김수현(2007)의 연구에서 사용된 문항을 이용하였으며 팀 분위기와 팀 효과성은 권세창(2006)의 연구에서 사용된 문항을 수정 보완하여 사용하였다. 가설검정을 위한 자료 분석 방법으로는 SPSS Ver. 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 탐색적 요인분석, Cronbach’s α 검정, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이상과 같은 연구목적, 연구방법, 자료 분석 결과를 기초로 하여 본 연구에서 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 수평·비공식, 팀 전망·통합, 분위기가 역할특성에, 수평·비공식, 팀 전망·통합이 동료관계특성에, 감독, 분위기, 미디어의 질은 조직특성에, 팀 전망·통합, 미디어의 질, 분위기는 리더특성에 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 수평·비공식, 팀 전망·통합, 분위기는 역할만족에, 수평·비공식, 팀 전망·통합, 분위기, 미디어의질은 팀 몰입에 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 역할특성, 동료관계특성은 역할만족에, 역할특성, 동료관계특성, 리더특성은 팀 몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study aims to empirically showed the effect of team communication and team atmosphere of social baseball club members on their team effectiveness. To achieve this goal, adults participating social baseball club in Busan region in 2011 were chosen as the population and for sampling, the valid sample of 302 persons have been used for the analysis using convenience sampling. Questionnaires for team communication are utilized by Kim(2007)’s survey. Team atmosphere and team effectiveness questionnaires are utilized by Kwon(2006)’s survey. As a data analysis, multiple regression analysis have been executed, using Window SPSS Ver. 18.0 program. The results are showed as following. First, it found that team communication had a significant effect on team atmosphere. Second, it found that team communication had a significant effect on team effectiveness. Third, it found that team atmosphere had a significant effect on team effectiveness.

Negotiation not only determines the extent to which resources and services can be provided in supporting and supporting the client to become self-reliant in the relationship with the client, but also serves as a standard for social welfare institutions to determine sustainability in the local community. do. Therefore, the negotiating ability of a social worker is very important, and in order for a social worker to be good at negotiating, it is necessary to have the skills to write a negotiation proposal so that the conditions of the negotiation can be satisfied and the negotiation result can be advantageous to me. In particular, atmosphere-making skills and listening skills are very important in negotiation skills.         초등교사의 사회정서역량이 학습자의 사회정서역량, 공동체의식, 학급분위기에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목표는 초등교사의 사회정서역량의 수준에 따른 학습자 간의 사회정서역량, 공동 체의식, 학급분위기의 차이를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 U 광역시 초등학교 4,6학년을 담임 하고 있는 20명의 교사와 그 학급에 해당하는 학생 478명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 교사의 사회정서역량을 상·중·하로 구분하고 이에 따른 학생들 간의 차이검증을 일원변량분석 (One-Way ANOVA)을 통해 실시하였다. 연구결과 사회정서역량, 공동체의식, 학급분위기 모두 에서 집단 간의 유의미한 차이를 나타내었으며 사회정서역량의 하위변인 중에서는 자기관리와 사회인식에서, 공동체의식의 하위변인 중에서는 상호영향력, 욕구 총족, 정서적 연계에서, 학급 분위기의 하위변인 중에서는 친구에 대한 태도와 학급생활에 대한 태도에서 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 이를 통해 초등교사의 사회정서역량 함양의 중요성에 대한 시사점 을 논의하였다. The purpose of the study was to explore the effects of Social and Emotional Competencies(SEC) of Elementary School Teachers on SEC, Community Consciousness(CC) and Classroom Atmosphere(CA) of learners. For this, A total of 478 elementary school students in the 4th and 6th grade and their 20 homeroom teachers in U providence participated as subjects. Based on the level of teacher’s SEC as high, middle, and low, students were divided into three groups. And their differences were verified by One-Way ANOVA. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences among all the variables of SEC, CC and CA. In detail, the group difference of Self-management and Social-awareness of SEC, Fulfillment of needs, Influence, and Emotional connection of CC, and attitude for classmates and class of CA appeared statistically significantly. The discussion follows about the importance of SEC on elementary school teachers, based on results.

        혐오표현의 규제 가능성에 대한 논의

        Freedom of expression is an important democratic element that has been pursued through historical evolution as the natural rights of people which is ensured by the constitutional law. This democratic evolution works for national development as a prerequisite condition. Various policies of government are necessary in other for national development, but the atmosphere in which other opinions are accepted should be made for it. However if freedom of expression were accepted without limitation, either human rights or honor of other people would have been infringed at least. Especially violation of human rights to the disadvantaged like females, the elderly, the handicapped, the downscale, sex minorities might happen ordinarily in disguise as freedom of expression. Freedom of expression to the disadvantage could bring the result of violation of human rights by being used to make words with the expression like aversion, shame, contempt, discrimination. Therefore even if freedom of expression should be ensured as much as possible, some limitation must exist for preventing violation of human rights and honor of others. However the way of limitation was mostly criminal punishment. It is not sufficient that excess of freedom of expression is limited by only criminal punishment. Therefore it is limited by not only criminal punishment but also civil and administrative punishment, furthermore diverse political discussion is needed for including constructive regulation that is positive one for forming social atmosphere. Accordingly effort of central and local governments is required for constructive regulation, but effort of people themselves on autonomy is required as well.

        How online shopping festival atmosphere promotes consumer participation in China

        Despite the immense success of China’s Double Eleven online shopping festival (OSF), research on how OSFs’ unique atmosphere relates to customer behavior has been scarce. This study investigates the influence of the OSF atmosphere on consumers’ participation behavior based on the stimulus–organism–response framework. Based on the data from 239 young Chinese consumers (in their 20 s and 30 s) and using structural equation modeling, this study explores the influence of three OSF atmosphere types—promotional, entertaining, and social interaction—on consumers’ continuous participation intention. All three types are found to influence consumers’ excitement, which strengthens their continuous participation intention. Additionally, the moderating effect of perceived time pressure is the highest for the relationship between entertaining atmosphere and excitement, followed by that between social interaction atmosphere and excitement. The greater the time pressure perceived by consumers, the stronger is the relationship between entertaining/social interaction atmosphere and excitement. This study bridges the gaps in the literature on atmosphere, consumer sentiment, and festival consumption.

        일상의 폭력 분위기와 윤리적 품성의 회복

        In today's society, the atmosphere of violence is manifesting as a daily threat. The ambiance of violence in everyday life is rapidly spreading throughout society, intertwining with the extinction of romanticism in the era of ultra acceleration. In contemporary society, violence is rapidly disseminating sensory waves that erode the roots of empathy in social relationships. As this atmosphere in the exhibition society intertwines with consumption culture, people are living in an environment excessively dominated by profitability and utility. In particular gaslighting rapidly erodes the perspective of viewing each other's lives as the artworks as the distance of penetration that shows mutual hospitality and respect and transcends minor flaws. In such an atmosphere, narcissism is originated within the narrow structure of sensitivity and sensibility towards the lost world in the romanticized space. Ethical insensitivity in the exhibition society is transitioning into a psychological game within contemporary social relationships. However, the problem arises when gaslighting extends beyond the family and unfolds in social relationships, leading the wounds of gaslighting to gradually corrode and permeate into other social connections, causing a rapid contagion and spread of the erosion of social relationships. The romanticized space where narcissism is originated causes a sensory wavelength that seeks to recover ethical sensibility of narrow-minded people in the contemporary society from the euphoric sorrow trying to restore longing for the lost world. The transition of sensory wavelengths, inviting to the embrace of the fragrance of time and the aesthetics of existence, gets rid of everyday ethical insensitivity of modern individuals becoming narrow-minded, and leads to restore the ethical sensitivity welcoming others as the flexible psychological regulators from the erosion of numerous social relationships.

        소셜커머스 웹사이트의 단골 의도 모형: 전자 서비스 및 소비 환경 속성의 영향을 중심으로

        Social commerce has been dramatically expanding along with the recent growth of social networking services. In spite of social commerce boom, it is anticipated that a good deal of social commerce firms will not be sustainable owing to growing marketing and operating costs. To be sustainable, they need to improve their profitability. This study dealt with a patronage intention mechanism of social commerce from a servicescape standpoing. That is, it was analyzed how their profitability was impacted from servicescapes of social commerce, which consisted of e-servicescape and consumptionscape. According to analysis results, consumers’ patronage intention to social commerce firms was affected from both attributes of e-servicescape and consumptionscape. In particular, spatial layout/functionality and signs/symbols/artifacts attributes of e-servicescape influenced more consumers’ patronage intention than the others of e-servicescape and consumptionscape. The relationships between servicescape attributes and consumers’ patronage intention were well mediated by shopping values and shopping satisfaction. On the whole, these results mean that the sustainability of social commerce firms depends on more e-servicescape of social commerce firms than consumptionscape of offline partners. SNS의 성장으로 인해 소셜커머스도 급속히 확장되고 있다. 소셜커머스의 성장 붐에도 불구하고 일부 학자들은 급증하는 마케팅 비용 및 운영 비용 등을 근거로 소셜커머스 기업들의 지속성에 의문을 제기하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 소셜커머스 기업들의 지속성을 개선시켜줄 영업 성과가 서비스 환경에 의해 어떻게 영향을 받는지를 단골 의도 메커니즘을 통해 조사하였다. 분석결과에 따르면, 소비자의 단골 의도는 전자 서비스 환경과 소비 환경의 속성들로부터 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 전자 서비스 환경의 공간배치 및 기능성과 표시물 속성이 소비자의 단골 의도에 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 서비스 환경 속성들과 단골 의도 간의 관계는 쇼핑 가치 및 쇼핑 만족도에 의해 매개되는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 종합하면, 소셜커머스 기업의 지속성은 소비 환경의 속성보다 전자 서비스 환경의 속성들에 의해 더 많은 영향을 받음을 알 수 있다.

      • Risk Factors for Suicide Attempts of Korean Elderly : Relative Effects of Individual Traits and Social Quality

        The main purpose of this research is to explore risk factors for suicide attempts of Korean elderly persons who are aged 61 and over. Using data from 2011 Elderly Living Condition Survey database, this study focuses on the effects of social quality on suicide attempts. Social quality is estimated by social unkindness, which is operationalized through having experiences of feeling hurt by others’ unkind words or actions. Analysis results show that age, area of residence, ADL functional score, geriatric depression score, communication frequency with children, communication frequency with friends or neighbors, and having experiences of feeling hurt by others’ unkind words or actions are significant predictors. Key findings are that those with experiences of feeling hurt by social unkindness have far higher probability of attempting suicide. This implies that, for those who are exposed and vulnerable to social unkindness, without improving unkind social quality, it is not possible to get lowering those suicide attempts. Based on the analysis results, to prevent suicide attempts among older persons, improvement in social quality through encouraging members of society to activate an act of kindness with each other is needed. Policy makers should take this into account when developing policies to deter suicide attempts among the elderly persons.
