        대학생의 정보만족도가 휴대폰 소액결제 이용과 피해경험에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 점차 확대되고 있는 휴대폰 소액결제 시장에서 대학생소비자의 합리적인 이용과 피해예방 방안을 모색하기 위해서, 휴대폰 소액결제 단계별 정보만족도가 휴대폰 소액결제 이용과 피해경험에 미치는 영향, 휴대폰 소액결제 차단ㆍ한도 인지여부의 조절효과를 살펴보았다. 주요 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생소비자의 휴대폰 소액결제 단계별 정보만족도의 척도를 구성하기 위하여 경기도 소비자정보센터에 접수된 피해 사례와 휴대폰 소액결제관련 선행연구를 고찰하여 기초문항을 개발한 후, 실증 조사를 통하여 단일차원성 검증, 신뢰도 검증, 타당도 검증, 적합도 검증을 실시하여 휴대폰 소액결제 단계별 정보만족도척도를 구성하였다. 둘째, 대학생소비자의 휴대폰 소액결제 단계별 정보만족도가 휴대폰 소액결제 이용수준과 피해경험수준에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 실시한 구조방정식 모형분석에 의하면, 결제 전 정보만족도는 피해경험수준에 부적인 영향을 보였고, 이용수준은 피해경험수준에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학생소비자의 휴대폰 소액결제 단계별 정보만족도가 휴대폰 소액결제 이용수준과 피해경험수준에 미치는 영향에서 휴대폰 소액결제 차단ㆍ한도 인지여부의 조절효과를 알아보기 위하여 측정동일성 분석과 다중집단 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였다. 측정동일성 분석결과는 휴대폰 소액결제 차단ㆍ한도 인지 집단과 비인지 집단이 측정도구를 동일하게 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타나 측정동일성이 적정한 것으로 나타났다. 휴대폰 소액결제 차단ㆍ한도 인지여부의 조절효과를 알아보기 위하여 실시한 다중집단 구조방정식 모형분석 결과에 의하면, 차단ㆍ한도 인지 대학생소비자는 결제 전 정보만족도가 휴대폰 소액결제 이용수준에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았으나, 차단ㆍ한도 비인지 대학생소비자는 결제 전 정보만족도가 휴대폰 소액결제 이용수준에 정적인 영향을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 휴대폰 소액결제 차단ㆍ한도 인지 대학생소비자는 결제 시 정보만족도가 휴대폰 소액결제 이용수준에 정적인 영향을 보였으나 차단ㆍ한도 비인지 대학생소비자는 결제 시 정보만족도가 휴대폰 소액결제 이용수준에 부적인 영향을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 소비자의 휴대폰 소액결제 이용과 피해예방에 있어 정보의 중요도가 소비자의 정보 취득 시기에 따라 차이를 보여, 소비자 구매의사결정과정의 각 시기에 적합한 정보 제공을 위한 소비자보호방안을 모색해야 함을 함의한다. This study tries to find out how College-student-consumers can reasonably use increasingly bigger small-scale transactions by cell phone and how they can be prevented from damage caused by the transactions, assessing how information satisfaction influences small-scale transaction by cell phone and damage and whether College-students are aware of blocking and limit of small-scale transaction by cell phone. The main results are as follows: First, the damages reported to Gyeonggido Consumer Information Center and relevant studies were examined and basic questions were developed to define the scale of College-student-consumer information satisfaction with small-scale transaction by cell phone. Unidimensionality, reliability, validity and fitness were verified by substantive research to define the scale of information satisfaction. Second, Structural Equation Modeling was analyzed to find out how College-student-consumer information satisfaction influenced small-scale transaction by cell phone and its damage. Information satisfaction before transaction showed negative influence on the level of damage experience and small-scale transaction level showed positive influence on the level of damage experience. Third, measurement equivalence and multiple group structural equation modeling were analyzed to investigate the moderator effect of awareness of blocking and limit of small-scale transaction by cell phone. As shown by the results of measurement equivalence analysis, the awareness group and the non-awareness group were identically aware of measurement instrument, thus measurement equivalence was considered adequate. Multiple group structural equation modeling was analyzed to investigate the moderator effect of awareness of blocking and limit of small- scale transaction by cell phone. Information satisfaction before transaction has no statistically significant influence on the College-student-consumers aware of blocking and limit in contrast to the College-student-consumer unaware of it. In addition, information satisfaction has a positive influence on small-scale transaction level in the case of the awareness group in contrast to the non-awareness group. The results of this study suggest that information impotance is conditioned by the time of information acquisition with regard to small-scale transaction by cell phone and damage prevention and it is necessary to seek measures to protect small-scale transaction users by supplying adequate information in each phase of purchase decision-making process.

        소규모 미술관 실내공간의 공간체험 요소에 관한 연구

        Modern fine art museums have advanced by having their concept of existence different dependent on the times. Now, modern fine art museums became to have an active posture with functions of an information center by way of various programs supplying social education; exceeding the previous concept of focusing on exhibition and archiving. The stabilization of economy and rapid growth of people in the 1990s let the people have more interest in the quality of their lives. Accordingly, interest in culture and art also increased and small-scale fine art museums to satisfy the cultural demand of people began to appear. Small-scale fine art museums have spatial characteristics of compressing, integrating, variable disassembling and opening the space structure dependent on user environment, in order to overcome the limitation in space being in small scale. The recent design trend of fine art museums is active application of spatial experience elements that create bigger variation in the provided-program sand control possible experience of viewers. This study explores this trend change and discusses on it. Then the spatial experience elements are analyzed for the whole space of small-scale fine art museums and their characteristics are drawn. It is expected that the results of this study would contribute in the search of effective production method of spatial experience elements in indoor spaces of fine art museums when preparing design planning of fine art museums or studying the fine art museum design. 인간의 체험이 공간 전체에서 중요시 되어야 하는 미술관 공간은 과거에는 단순히 전시, 관람만이 이루어지는 곳이었으나 점차 미술관의 기능이 확대되면서 80년대 이후에는 미술관의 공간 자체도 하나의 공간 체험적인 예술작품으로 보는 경향이 생겨나면서 미술관 공간에서의 체험을 중요시 하고 있다. 현대의 미술관은 시대에 따라 그 존재의 개념을 달리 하면서 발전하여 기존의 수장, 전시위주의 단일개념에서 탈피하여 사회교육, 보급을 위한 다양한 프로그램을 통해 정보센터의 기능을 갖춘 적극적 자세로 바뀌었다. 1990년대에 이르러 경제의 안정과 대중의 급성장은 인간의 삶의 질에 대한 관심을 가지게 하였으며, 결과적으로 문화, 예술에 대한 관심이 높아지게 되었고 대중들의 문화적 욕구를 충족하기 위한 소규모 미술관이 드러나기 시작하였다. 소규모 미술관은 소규모라는 공간의 한계를 극복하는 방법으로 공간구조를 사용자 환경에 따라 서로 압축, 통합되거나 가변적 분해와 오픈하는 공간적인 특징을 가지고 있으며, 전달하고자 하는 프로그램의 변화가 크고 이에 따른 관람객들의 가능성 있는 경험의 조절을 위한 공간체험 요소를 적극적으로 적용하여 디자인하는 경향이 늘어나고 있다.본 연구는 이러한 변화추세와 논의에 더하여 차후의 소규모 미술관의 전체적인 공간에 걸쳐 공간체험 요소들을 분석하고 그 특징을 추출하여 미술관의 디자인 계획이나 연구에 있어 실내공간에 나타나는 공간체험 요소의 효과적 연출 방법을 모색하는데 도움이 될 수 있기를 기대한다.

        소규모 미술관에 나타나는 현상학적 요소에 관한 연구

        This study aims to analyze and explore phenomenological elements that appear in small-scall art museums with spatial concepts, such as top and bottom, depth, movement, and experienced space on the basis of Merleau-Ponty ‘Phenomenologie de la perception.’ Therefore, small-scale art museums may be regarded as an ideal space that can be analyzed with Merleau-Ponty’s phenomenological theory since they should provide viewers with various spatial experiences in a limited space, breaking away from spatial limitations beyond appreciation of artworks. As research subjects, the range of art museums was limited to ones whose designs architectures or interior designers participated in out of all the small-scale art museums constructed after the 1990s, when the concepts and directing methods of spatial experience elements started being applied to art museums. Small-scale art museums chosen as cases were analyzed with Merleau-Ponty"s spatial concepts explained earlier, and this study drew conclusions for each one. The significance of this study is that the results of this study can be used as efficient materials to reflect phenomenological elements on planning future small-scale art museums through further studies on various small-scale art museums.

      • 국내 소규모 미술관의 실내공간에 나타나는 공간체험 요소에 관한 연구

        The space of art gallery where human experiences had to be considered importantly in the whole space was for simple exhibition and visits in the past, but trends of seeing the space of art gallery itself as an artwork of experiencing space have come into being after 1980s, and the gallery laid emphasis on experiences there while art gallery’s functions have been expanded gradually. Recently small-scale art galleries are being appeared so as to find out a solution on various cultural needs that cannot be gotten from existing galleries owing to increased public needs for culture. In order to overcome spatial limitation of small-scale art gallery, cases of performing spatial experiences for spectators in the whole spaces in addition to watching the exhibition are being increased. This study will analyze the spatial experience’s factors throughout total spaces of small-scale art gallery, and aim at presenting more effective design methods after extracting its characteristics.

        Feasibility Study of Communication Access via Iridium Constellation for Small-Scale Magnetospheric Ionospheric Plasma Experiment Mission

        The small-scale magnetospheric and ionospheric plasma experiment (SNIPE) is a mission initiated by the Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute (KASI) in 2017 and comprises four 6U-sized nano-satellites (Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute Satellite-1, KASISat-1) flying in formations. The main goal of the SNIPE mission is to investigate the space environment in low Earth orbit at 500-km. Because Iridium & GPS Board (IGB) is installed on the KASISat-1, a communication simulation is required to analyze the contact number and the duration. In this study, communication simulations between the Iridium satellite network and KASISat-1 are performed using STK Pro (System Tool Kit Pro Ver 11.2) from the AGI (Analytical Graphics, Inc.). The contact number and durations were analyzed by each orbit and date. The analysis shows that the average access number per day is 38.714 times, with an average of 2.533 times per orbit for a week. Furthermore, on average, the Iridium satellite communication is linked for 70.597 min daily. Moreover, 4.625 min is the average duration of an individual orbit.

        Small-Scale Chemistry을 적용한 초등학교 과학실험 수업이 과학학업성취도에 미치는 영향 및 교사의 인식

        The purpose of this study is to devise a Small-Scale Chemistry (SSC) lab program for primary school learners and to examine its effects on science learning achievement. In addition, it will be examined whether the type of learning groups affects the achievement or not. The participants in the current study were 173 6th graders from 6 classes of Y elementary school in Changwon city, Gyeongnam. Three classes (86) were assigned to the experimental group and the other three, the comparative group after checking the pre-homogeneity between the two groups through t-test on the scores of the science mid-term exam. We conducted five experimental sessions on the Acid and Base in the science textbook for the sixth graders. The students of one experimental class worked in pairs and another class worked individually, but the students of the comparative classes were divided into groups of six(one group with pair, another group with individual work in the SSC program, and the other group conducting the traditional experiment with groups of six students). The data were analyzed by t-test and ANOVA. The results showed that experimental learning using individual work in the SSC program compared to traditional experimental learning was effective in improving science learning achievement. also it was indicated that the teachers could reduce their burden of preparing for classes and of school hours when they utilized the SSC laboratory learning program. Teachers could also actively support students` experimental activities in employing the program. Based on the results, we suggest that the development of the SSC laboratory learning program is meaningful in the sense that this program can help elementary schoolers to improve science learning achievements more than the existing traditional experimental methods.

        소규모 재생발전사업자의 중개시장참여 촉진요인 분석

        Rapid spread of intermittent renewable energy has amplified the instability and uncertainty of power systems. The Korea Power Exchange (KPX) promoted efficient management by opening the power brokerage market in 2019. By combining small-scale intermittent renewable energy with a flexible facility through the power brokerage market, the KPX aims to develop a virtual power plant system that will allow the conversion of existing intermittent renewable energy into collective power plants. However, the participation rate of renewable power owners in the power brokerage market is relatively low because other markets such as the small solar power contract market or the Korea Electric Power Corporation power purchase agreement are more profitable. In this study, we used a choice experiment to determine the attributes affecting the participation rate in the power brokerage market for 113 renewable power owners and estimate the value of the power brokerage market. According to the estimation results, a low smart meter installation cost, low profit variations, long contract periods, and few clearances increased the probability of participation. Moreover, the average value of the power brokerage market was estimated to be 2.63 million KRW per power owner.

        공간분석 프로그램을 활용한 소규모 미술관의 공간 활성화 방안 연구

        As the economical and cultural levels become higher, the public have more various and new cultural desires, leading to an increase in the number and kinds of cultural facilities. Out of all the cultural facilities built in such a trend, art museums are the yardstick for a certain nation"s cultural level, and the number of art museums is gradually increasing every year in Korea, as a cultural space where the public can make cultural exchanges with artists. On the contrary to the increasing number of art museums, however, the number of art museum visitors is decreasing every year, so various attempts are made to activate art museums in Korea. Thus, this study aims to seek a plan to activate the space of an art museum by improving the physical movement of art museum visitors, especially targeting small-sized ones out of all the art museums in Korea. For accurate analyses and verifications, this study used the visibility-ERAM program. As a result of analyses, this study found out and reconsidered several problems related to the space of art museums, and based on the results, the researcher could verify the related hypotheses, further comprehending possible errors of the proposed solution to those problems and supplement in a short period of time. Since such an analysis method and process has objective accuracy, it is expected that the results of this study will be used as basic data for future plans to activate the space of art museums.

        WEE 도구를 활용한 소상공인 비즈니스 활성화 방안 연구

        This study purposed to develop a process to evaluate the functionality of spaces based on the emotional understanding of customers’ experiences in using the business spaces of small scale business. The major contents of this study are summarized as follows. First, this study discussed the concept of the WEE (wheel of Emotion-EXPERIENCE) tool, which can evaluate the functionality and usability of spaces from customers’ position. Second, it also discussed the current state of small scale business problems. Third, the concept of spatial design management in the small scale business and it was applied to the design evaluation process. Lastly, using the WEE tools, a spatial design simulation process was proposed for small commercial. Accordingly, the goals of this study are summarized as follows. This study aimed to develop a more effective and efficient problem solving process from an ulterior and macroscopic viewpoint in order to activate the businesses of small scale business, which are the root and trunk of national economy rather than for superficial and microscopic support policies. Ultimately, this study expects to strengthen the competitiveness of small scale business by proposing a substantial methodology for small scale business to diagnose and evaluate the design of their business spaces and attain higher operating incomes. 본 연구는 소상공인의 비즈니스 공간을 사용하는 고객의 경험에 대한 감성적 이해를 바탕으로 소상공인 비즈니스 활성화 방안인 공간의 기능성 평가 프로세스를 개발하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 주요 내용을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 먼저 고객의 입장에서 공간에 대한 기능성과 사용성을 평가할 수 있는 WEE(wheel of Emotion-EXPERIENCE)도구의 개념을 연구하였다. 둘째, 소상공인 현황과 문제점에 대해 논의하였다. 셋째, 소상공인 비즈니스 공간디자인 매니지먼트의 개념을 논의하고 이를 디자인 평가 프로세스에 적용하였다. 그리고 마지막으로 WEE 도구를 활용해 소상공인 공간디자인 시뮬레이션 프로세스를 제안하였다. 본 연구의 의의를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 국가 경제의 근간이 되는 소상공인 비즈니스의 활성화를 위해 표면적이고 미시적인 지원 정책이 아니라 이면적이고 거시적 관점에서 보다 효과적이고 효율적인 문제해결 프로세스를 개발하고자 하였다. 또한 소상공인 스스로 영업장의 디자인에 대해 자가 진단 및 평가 프로세스를 통해 영업이익으로 연계될 수 있도록 하는 실질적인 방법론을 제안해 소상공인의 경쟁력을 강화하는데 초점을 맞추어 논의하였다는 것이다.
