As the information technology has rapidly developed, the ERP system concept was introduced. ERP is a new information system that can operate the management resources. Now business enterprises have strategic opportunities and launch on their management innovation and ERP is a method of innovation. In order to adopt and apply the ERP system, ERP system planning and ability to build the plan are necessary. Domestic enterprise also have taken interest in ERP as a method to implement system with low cost and fast different culture is an obstacle of successful implementation This Paper examined the concept and effect and applications of SMERP. SMERP is ERP solution developed by KCC(Korea Chamber of Commerce & Industry) for small size company. SMERP integrates all business process and data of financing, accounting, manufacturing, sales, inventory and human resources. The major objective of SMERP is to promote improvement and development in small size commerce and industry company, SMERP is always moving forward to increase profit of companies. Throughout this study, Enterprise which introduced the SMERP system can provide the information on the judgment or standard, successful adaptation of the ERP system suitable for the e-Business.

바람직한 산학협동에 관한 연구

일반적으로 대학은 대학설립정신에 따른 전통적인 교육목표를 추구하고, 기업은 기업목표를 달성하기 위하여 경영의 합리화, 생산의 효율화 등을 추구한다. 그런데 교육목표의 효율적인 달성과 기업의 이익극대화를 지속적으로 달성을 위한 방안으로 대학과 기업간의 산학협동이 제시되고 있다. 즉, 산학협동은 대학과 기업이 서로 자기의 목적을 효율적으로 달성하려고 보유자원을 이용하여 협력하는 체계적인 노력이다. 우리나라에서 산학협동이 잘 이루어지기 위하여, 먼저 대학과 기업의 유대관계가 실질적인 방향에서 이루어져야 한다. 이를 위하여 현장기술 인력이 대학의 강연ㆍ연구 등에 상시적으로 참가하는 인력 교류 등이 활성화되어야 하며, 대학 내에서 현장 경영자와 기술진을 위한 교육 과정을 설치하고 창업자를 양성할 수 있는 실무강의도 실시해야 한다. 또한 산학협동에 대한 성공적인 사례를 발굴해 이와 같은 모델이 확산되도록 노력해야 한다. 그리고 대학은 학교 차원에서 산학협동에 적극적으로 참여하고, 참여하는 교수들에게 충분한 인센티브를 마련해 주어야 한다. 본 연구는 대학이 중심이 되어서 현장실습 기회를 가질 수 있는 창업보육센터, 학교기업 등과 같은 내용들을 살펴 바른 산학협동이 되기 위하여 적정한 산학연계프로그램을 개발하거나 지역사회나 대학의 독자성, 이용가능자원 등을 정확히 평가해 보고 나서 실행하여야 한다. 또한 본 논문은 대한상공회의소의 산학협동의, 일환으로 실시한 SMERP설치작업에 관한 전반적인 내용에 대하여 기술하였다. SMERP관련 산학협동컨설팅 사업을 수행하면서 느낀 사항은 현재는 개발된 ERP모델 설치를 중심으로 산학지원활동을 하고 있으나, 앞으로 각 기업에 맞는 ERP 모델을 개발하여 지원할 필요성이 제기되었다. 예를 들어 쇼핑몰 구축, 웹서버 구축, EDI, 전자무역, 네트워크 관리, 물류배송 등의 모델을 개발하면 더욱 기업의 효율성이 증가될 것이다. 본 연구에서 다룬 대한상공회의소의 산학협동사업은 대학인재의 기업체 파견 및 지원활동을 통하여 정보화 및 e-비즈니스 전문인력이 부족한 중소기업의 전문인력난을 해결하는데 도움이 될 것이다. An Educational-Industrial cooperative system is a relationship that industrial body and educational body make an effort for mutual interests and nation's development. Through this cooperative system, Educational party trained a man of ability and publish research works. Also industrial party develop goods of excellent quality and recruit a man that was experienced in business. Government supported Educational-Industrial cooperative system to contributed development of nation and industry. The type of educational-industrial cooperative system are business incubation center and school-based enterprise. This paper described theoretical basis and type of Educational-Industrial cooperative system. H university's ERP consulting team set up SMERP for O company in the Iksan city. This paper described SMERP's setting and improvement & supplementation. SMERP's objective is to promote improvement and development in small size commerce and industry company. SMERP is always moving forward to upgrade its services of companies. The above results, however, are contingent upon the theory described in this research. A sustained research and development effort will be necessary if substantial and meaningful progress is to be made in Cooperative System theory and practice.

성공적인 ERP 도입에 관한 연구

과거 기업은 생산, 회계, 인사 등의 독자적인 업무시스템을 운영하고 있었는데, 이들 시스템은 별도로 운영되어 다른 부문과의 연계성이 부족하였다. 따라서 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 모든 정보들을 서로 공유하고 새로운 정보 생성 및 신속한 의사결정을 지원하는 시스템이 개발되었는데 이것이 ERP이다. ERP는 어느 한 부문에서 자료를 입력하면 회사의 전 부문이 이를 사용할 수 있게 하는 프로그램으로 경영자원을 하나로 묶는 통합적 시스템을 구축함으로써 생산성을 극대화하는 기업 리엔지니어링 기법이다. 본 연구는 기업의 경영혁신수단으로 인정받고 있는 ERP의 이론적 내용과 이를 기업에 성공적으로 도입하기 위하여 필요한 내용을 살펴 보았는데, 이런 사항은 기업이 ERP를 성공적으로 구축하는데 필요하며 정보의 신속성, 경제성, 예측가능성을 증대시키는데 도움이 될 것이다. 본 연구는 대한상공회의소에서 보급하는 SMERP가 산학협동 차원에서 설치된 전북 익산의 중소기업을 대상으로 ERP 시스템의 전반적인 내용과 기대효과 및 개선사항을 기술하였다. ERP를 도입한 후, 도입성과의 평가는 단기간 내에 이루어지기 어려우며 정확한 평가는 2-4년 후에 나타난다는 것이 일반적인 견해이다. 이는 ERP 설치 작업 후 발생하는 오류를 장기적으로 관찰하고 보완해야 하며, 기존 시스템과의 병행유지를 통하여 장단점을 파악해야 하기 때문이다. 따라서 현 시점에셔, 2003년 11월에 마무리한 SMERP 설치효과를 파악하기에 시갼이 짧다고 할 수 있다. 그러므로 앞으로 시간을 두고 SMERP의 설치효과를 측정하여 분석할 필요가 있다. 일반적으로 ERP를 도입하면 회사업무의 IT화에 따른 행정업무의 효율화, 사내정보의 공유화로 인한 경쟁력 강화가 나타나며, 업무의 표준화로 인하여 체계적이고 효율적인 업무관리가 가능해지는 장점이 발생한다.

ERP 도입 실태 조사 및 모듈 적용방안에 관한 실증연구 : 목표지역 해운기업을 중심으로 Primarily on the Shipping Companies of Mokpo

ERP는 생산, 자재, 영업, 인사, 회계 등을 기업 전 부문에 걸쳐있는 인력, 자금 등 각종 경영자원을 하나의 체계로 통합적으로 재구축 함으로써 생산성을 극대화하는 대표적인 기업 리엔지니어링 운동이다. 본 연구는 목포지역의 해운 관련업체 대상으로 정보화 사례와 ERP 도입실태를 파악하여 통합경영 소프트웨어인 SMERP를 보급하기 위한 기초 자료 활용과 발전 및 정책방안 수립을 위한 연구자료로 활용하고 도한 ERP에 대한 이론적 고찰 등을 통해 해운 기업에 ERP모듈 적용 방법을 예견해 보는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 대한상공회의소에서 제공한 기초컨설팅자를 통해 목포지역 해운기업의 ERP도입 실태를 조사하여 통계처리 하였다. 또한 ERP에 대한 이론적 고찰과 해운기업의 홈페이지를 통해 정보화 현황을 조사하였다. 본 연구결과의 시사점으로 크게 2가지로 집약할 수 있겠다. 하나는 목포지역 해운 관련업체 대상으로 정보화와 ERP도입실태를 파악함으로써 향후 사업추진 방향을 정할 수 있겠다. 또 하나는 ERP에 대한 이론적 고찰과 사례연구 등을 통해 해운업형의 ERP모듈적용방안을 제시할 수 있겠다. ERP is stretching the business the material, manufacture, business, human resource, accounting at whole company section. The productivity the re-setup the manpower to do a back every kind management resource of the funds to one system to the consolidation. We are representative company reengineering which does the greatest exercise. The purpose of this paper is to predict ERP a module apply scheme at the shipping companies through theoretical consideration about ERP. The statistics investigated ERP introduction actual condition of a mokpo area shipping companies through this basis consulting data which offers from the commerce and industry meeting hall to treat in research. We investigated an information current situation through INTERNET HOMEPAGE of shipping companies about ERP. This paper will integrate greatly to an events of day point of this research product to 2 kinds. One will select the direction through we dance the hereafter grasp ERP introduction actual condition and the information to a mokpo area shipping companies. Another will present ERP module apply scheme of the shipping industry through another instance research with theoretical consideration about ERP.

SMERP : The Smart Merchandising Project

최근 최대한 신선하고 건강한 식품, 산지에서 직송하는 혹은 그런 느낌이 드는 농산물을 섭취하고자 하는 고객들의 관심과 욕구가 증가하면서, 오프라인과 온라인 마켓 모두 신선식품 유통 전쟁이 과열되고 있다. 이는 하나의 사회적인 소비 트렌드로 자리매김하여 제품의 성분, 생산 및 유통과정을 철저히 확인하고 구매하려 하는 ‘체크슈머(Checksumer, Check+Consumer)’ 같은 용어를 등장시키기도 하였다. 농산물은 생산, 가공, 유통, 판매 등 복잡한 공급망을 거치게 되므로 최종 고객은 단순히 노출된 ‘원산지명’을 신뢰하고 구매를 해야 하는 정보의 약자 입장에 놓여 있다. 또한 온라인 마켓의 급격한 성장추세에 힘입어 해당 채널로 농산물을 구매하는 고객은 증가하고 있으나 수령 후 시각 및 미각으로 직접 확인하기 전까지는 농산물의 신선도나 당도, 파손 정도 등을 정확하게 파악하기 어려워 오히려 오프라인 매장에서 구입하는 것을 선호한다. 본 연구진은 이와 같은 배경을 토대로 오프라인 매장에 디지털 기술을 접목한 혁신적인 [SMERP] 매장을 구축하고자 한다. 첫째, 매장에 유입되는 모든 농산물에 QR코드를 부착하고, 블록체인 기술을 기반으로 한 유통 프로세스 추적 시스템을 도입할 것이다. 원산지, 제조일자, 유통 과정 등이 통합 관리되므로 안전성과 신뢰도를 향상시켜 고객에게는 올바른 제품을 제공하고, 농업인들에게는 소득의 증대에 기여할 수 있도록 한다. 둘째, 농산물의 휴대용 품질측정기(분광기)를 매장 내 비치하여 고객 혹은 매장 담당자가 단시간 내에 직접 신선도, 당도 등의 품질 상태를 판별하여 최상의 농산물을 진열하고 구매할 수 있게 한다. 이는 식품 안전성 확보와도 직결되는 솔루션이 될 것이다. [SMERP]가 고객에게 투명하고 신뢰성 있는 정보를 제공하는 동시에 식품오염에서 자유로운 농산물을 공정하게 거래할 수 있게 하는 미래의 새로운 바람이 될 것이라 기대한다.

중소기업용 ERP S/W 적용방법에 관한 연구

In recent years, environments of business are changing due to epoch-making development of information technology and the advent of digital economy ages. It is an active confrontation as to the environments for information. Unlike the large scale enterprises in those days, hower, many small & medium enterprises especially the enterprises which are engaged in the manufacturing industry-aren't participate in information's rank due to the lack of funds, manpower, insufficient management environments, and manager or staff's lack of cognition as to information. So, this paper make a base of establishment for ISP through the establishment of ERP that is used to management activity for small & medium manufacturing enterprises. A way for small & medium enterprises' ERP construction is SMERP S/W for the small & medium enterprises' ERP package which is offered by the Korea chamber of commerce & industry. And, that is applied to the real management environment.
