        소셜미디어 도서정보 이용의도의 영향 요인에 대한 연구: 혁신확산이론, 기술수용모델, 혁신 저항이론의 통합모형을 중심으로

        Advances in information and communication technology and increased use of smartphones, along with the recent COVID-19 pandemic, are accelerating changes in the digital content market. Since COVID-19, the time spent at home has increased due to social distancing and telecommuting, which were implemented for ‘coexistence of quarantine and daily life,’ and there has been a significant change in the way consumers purchase and read books. This study focused on the fact that many book consumers are using social media as a channel to obtain book information. Accordingly, by applying innovation diffusion theory, technology acceptance model, and innovation resistance theory as theoretical models for new technology acceptance, we examine the impact of innovation characteristics of book information on social media on the main variables of the technology acceptance model and intention to use book information. As a result of conducting a survey of 366 people with experience using social media book information, it was found that among the innovation characteristics, compatibility, complexity, and observability had a differential impact on the ease of information search, usefulness of information search, and innovation resistance. In addition, ease of information search, usefulness of information search, and innovation resistance were confirmed to have a significant impact on the intention to use book information. The significance of this study is to demonstrate the influence of various factors on the intention to use social media book information through an integrated model related to technology acceptance and to provide theoretical and practical implications by improving understanding of the book information diffusion process.

        농약 판매인들의 농약 저항성 관리에 대한 인식조사

        Pesticide sellers are responsible for not only selling pesticides needed by farmers, but also delivering and communicating information about the selection and use of pesticides to farmers. In order to use it as basic data for establishing a pesticide resistance management system, this study investigated the level of awareness of pesticide resistance among pesticide sellers and their awareness of the role of pesticide sellers in managing pesticide resistance. A survey was conducted on 83 dealers who privately sell pesticides nationwide and 39 prescribers in charge of prescribing pesticides at Nonghyup. More than 97% of pesticide sellers had above average knowledge about resistance, and more than 60% of respondents considered the problem of pesticide resistance in the region to be more serious than average. The majority of respondents (54.1%) answered that the cause of the pesticide resistance problem was the repeated use of the same pesticide. Pesticide sellers gave priority to efficacy when recommending pesticides, and accordingly tended to actively consider information on resistance. The majority of opinions were that pesticide sellers were the most suitable agents for managing pesticide resistance. It is believed that it is necessary to establish a system in which information on pesticide resistance is quickly shared by region, and based on this information, it is reflected when prescribing pesticides to farmers and sales of pesticides are made.

        조직변화에 대한 구성원 저항의 다차원적 접근

          조직변화에 대한 구성원 저항과 관련한 선행연구에서 변화에 대한 구성원들의 심리적 정서와 행동이 반드시 일치하지 않을 수 있기 때문에 조직변화에 대한 저항의 다차원적 접근이 필요함을 제시하였다. 즉 변화에 대한 저항은 노골적으로 드러내놓고 저항하는 경우와 드러나지 않게 교묘하게 감추어진 형태로 나타날 수 있다. 이러한 선행연구를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 저항을 심리적, 행동적 저항의 2가지 요인으로 파악하고 조직변화에 대한 저항을 유발하는 원인들을 고용안정감, 변화에 관한 정보 및 경영자 신뢰 풍토로 구분하여 이들이 각각 심리적, 행동적 저항과 어떠한 관련성을 가지는지를 실증적으로 밝히고자 하였다. 그리고 저항에 따른 결과로써 구성원들의 심리적, 행동적 저항이 조직몰입과 어떠한 연관성을 갖는가를 검증하였다. 실증분석을 위해 조직변화를 추진하고 있는 국내 12개 기업을 대상으로 분석한 결과, 첫째 고용안정감은 구성원의 심리적 저항과 행동적 저항에 모두 부(-)적인 영향을 미치며, 둘째, 변화 과정에서 제공되는 변화 정보는 심리적 저항에 부정적 영향을 미치나, 행동적 저항에는 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 셋째, 변화 과정에서 근로자 -경영자간 신뢰 풍토는 심리적, 행동적 저항과의 관계에 모두 유의한 관련성을 확인할 수 없었다. 마지막으로, 구성원의 심리적, 행동적 저항이 높을수록 조직몰입 모두 부정적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.   The study on employee resistance to organizational change literature noted that resistance should be classified into psychological resistance and behavioral resistance within the multi-dimensional approach. Based on the prior research, this paper examines empirically context traits(job security, change-related information, and trust climate) as antecedents that affect on those resistances and to examine how both psychological and behavioral resistance impact on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior.<BR>  Previous research on resistance to organizational change suggested that resistance to change in organizations requires multi-dimensional approach because employees’ emotions and behaviors in response to change do not necessarily coincide. In other words, resistance to change can be made either openly or subtly. Based on the prior research, resistance should be classified into psychological resistance and behavioral resistance within the multi-dimensional approach, and this paper examines empirically context traits(job security, change-related information, and trust climate) as antecedents that affect those resistances and to examine how both psychological and behavioral resistance impact on organizational commitment as consequences.<BR>  Researchers and businessmen have attempted to define and reunify the concept of resistance to organizational change based on the assertion that organizational change efforts fail mainly because of employee resistance. However, they have not shown how employee resistance affects the success or failure of various change attempts (George & Jones, 2001; Piderit, 2000).<BR>  First, most previous research examined resistance to organizational change from a single- dimensional perspective. Some researchers focused on employees’ psychological state during the change process (Labianca, Gray, & Brass, 2000), while others defined resistance with emphasis on employees’ behavior (Brower & Abolafia, 1995). Most researchers investigated resistance to change in organizations from one of the two perspectives. From a theoretical view, however, employee reactions to change include cognitive, emotional and behavioral dimensions (Breckler, 1984; Piderit, 2000).<BR>  In short, resistance can be conceptualized as an emotional state or a behavior. As each state is an important component of employee response to change in organizations, defining resistance with emphasis on either of the two perspectives seems less than complete. In reality, understanding employee resistance to organizational change from the both perspectives will help understand employee response to change in depth.<BR>  Thus, this paper attempted to define each state of employee resistance to change in organizations based on the fact that employees’ psychological and behavioral reactions to organizational change can be different. For instance, during the change process, employees can have discontent or other psychological resistance, but the resistance can be explicitly expressed and lead to behavioral resistance. In addition, as psychology, behavior and cognition of organizational change do not necessarily coincide, resistance can usually accompany conflicting emotions. In this regard, this paper put an emphasis on multi-dimensions of resistance, examine the relations between each dimension and factors that cause employee resistance during the organizational change process and empirically identify how the outcomes of resistance affect organizational commitment.<BR>  For an empirical analysis, this paper administered surveys to 12 Korean companies which were implementing organizational change, and this paper obtained the following findings:<BR>  First, job security was found to have a significant negative relationship with an employee’s psychological and behavioral resistance.         총채벌레 살충제 저항성 관리 웹기반 플랫폼 구축

        Management of pest relies mainly on the use of insecticides, which can lead to the development of insecticide resistance. In particular, thrips species are notorious for developing high levels of resistance to many types of insecticides. We aim to establish a web-based platform to provide farmers with accurate information on the insecticide resistance status of thrips and recommend optimum insecticides for efficient management. The platform has been designed with a high degree of user-friendliness, utilizing QR codes for data input, processing, and visualization in a responsive web environment. The insecticide information platform consists of an administrator page, resistance diagnostic kit result input page, and insecticide resistance map. The administrator page allows users to configure host plant, pest, and pesticide information for platform utilization. Kit results, based on the RCVpW(Residual Contact Vial plus Water) method, provide information on pesticide, and these results are displayed on a map for regional analysis. Therefore, users can make more informed pest control decisions tailored to their farms, effectively preventing the misuse of pesticides.

      • 은행 CRM 정보시스템 품질과 업무성과의 관계에서 저항요인의 조절효과에 관한 연구

        이 연구에서는 은행 CRM 정보시스템 품질이 업무성과에 미치는 영향에 있어 사용자 저항요인의 조절효과 를 분석하고자 한다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 선행연구 검토를 통해 연구가설을 설정하고, 이를 실 증하기 위해 국내은행에 종사하는 임직원을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 설문 답변 내용을 분석한 결과를 통 해 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 업무성과에 정보품질과 서비스품질은 유의미한 영향을 주었고, 시스 템품질은 유의미한 영향을 보이지 않았다. 둘째, 업무성과는 직원 만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미친 것으로 나 타났다. 셋째, 실무적 저항의 조절효과를 파악한 결과, 시스템품질, 정보품질, 서비스품질의 업무성과에 대한 영향에서 유의미한 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 개인적 저항의 조절효과는 시스템품질과 서비스품질이 업무성과에 미치는 영향에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 정보품질에 의한 업무성과에는 개인적 저 항의 조절효과는 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 CRM 정보시스템의 품질과 업무 성과의 영향관계에서 저항요인을 고려한 연구가 많이 부족했다는 점에서 매우 큰 의미가 있으며, CRM 정보 시스템에 관한 후속연구의 기반이 될 것으로 기대한다. In this research, we try to analyze the moderating effect of the user's resistance factor on the impact of the quality of bank CRM information system on job performance. In order to achieve the objectives of these studies, we set up hypotheses of research through review of prior research and conducted a questionnaire for employees engaged in domestic banks. We analyzed the response of the questionnaire and derived the following conclusion. First of all, the quality of the information and the quality of service to the results of the work had a significant influence, but the quality of the system did not show a significant influence. Secondly, it was found that the results of the work had a significant influence on the satisfaction of the employees. Thirdly, as a result of grasping the effect of adjustment of performance, it has been revealed that practical resistance does not significantly affect the quality of the system, the quality of the information, and the quality of service. It was found that the resistance of the individual had a significant influence on the quality of the system and the quality of service, but it did not have a significant influence on the quality of the information. This research is very significant in that there are not many studies considering factors of resistance due to the influence of the quality and performance of the CRM information system, it will be the basis for subsequent research on the CRM information system.

        핀테크 사용에 대한 정보프라이버시 염려와 이용자 저항에 대한 연구

        최근 금융과 IT가 결합된 핀테크에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 현재 핀테크 서비스는 확산 초기 단계에 있으며, 사용 확산을 위한 이슈로서 정보 보안 이슈가 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 핀테크 서비스 실 사용자들이 인지하는 정보프라이버시 염려를 중심으로 사용 저항 정도를 분석하고, 이들에 영향을 주는 요인들로 사회적 영향 정도와 모바일 인터넷 활용 능력을 분석하였다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 사용자의 조절초점성향과 정보프라이버시 염려의 상호작용이 사용자 저항에 미치는 효과를 검증하였다. 이를 통해, 핀테크 서비스에 대한 저항 감소 및 사용 확산을 위한 전략적 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. Recently, there is a growing interest in Fintech which is a business based on using IT to provide financial services. At the early stage of diffusion of Fintech, one of the issues raised is the concern for information security. This study examines actual users’ information privacy concern and user resistance to Fintech services. We also investigates the effects of social influence and mobile Internet literacy on information privacy concern and user resistance. In particular, this research verifies the interaction effect between regulatory focus and information privacy concern to influence user resistance. Based on the findings, the results of this study provide strategic implications for firms which attempt to reduce user resistance to Fintech services and proliferate Fintech usage.

        Spatial interpolation of geotechnical data: A case study for Multan City, Pakistan

        Geotechnical data contributes substantially to the cost of engineering projects due to increasing cost of site investigations. Existing information in the form of soil maps can save considerable time and expenses while deciding the scope and extent of site exploration for a proposed project site. This paper presents spatial interpolation of data obtained from soil investigation reports of different construction sites and development of soil maps for geotechnical characterization of Multan area using ArcGIS. The subsurface conditions of the study area have been examined in terms of soil type and standard penetration resistance. The Inverse Distance Weighting method in the Spatial Analyst extension of ArcMap10 has been employed to develop zonation maps at different depths of the study area. Each depth level has been interpolated as a surface to create zonation maps for soil type and standard penetration resistance. Correlations have been presented based on linear regression of standard penetration resistance values with depth for quick estimation of strength and stiffness of soil during preliminary planning and design stage of a proposed project in the study area. Such information helps engineers to use data derived from nearby sites or sites of similar subsoils subjected to similar geological process to build a preliminary ground model for a new site. Moreover, reliable information on geometry and engineering properties of underground layers would make projects safer and economical.

        The purpose of this study is to clarify the resistance factors of mobile banking users in China. So, in order to inquire into the resistance factors to the mobile banking, this study was constructed as follows. First, this study is devised to verify the relationship between Negative social cognition, Convenience, Information security cognition, Perceived complexity, Trust, Attitudes toward existing banking and innovation resistance. Second, the Moderating effect is designed additionally to verify the effect of the Moderator variables between ages. Empirical results indicate that the Negative social cognition, Perceived complexity and Attitudes toward existing banking have positive effect on Innovation resistance and on the contrary, Convenience, Information security cognition and Trust have negative effect on Innovation resistance. In addition, as a moderator variable, age has a moderator effect between these factors.

        항생제 처방 결정에 미치는 요인 및 적정처방 관리 모색에관한 질적 연구

        Background:Korea has high prescribing rate and rising antibiotic resistance. This study was conducted to understand why primary physicians prescribe antibiotics for acute respiratory infections and to explore the factors that influence antibiotic resistance, and so to suggest strategy to reduce antibiotic resistance. Methods:A qualitative exploratory approach was used using 4 focus groups composed of physicians from different area. A semi-structured guide was applied in obtaining the physicians' opinions. Common themes were extracted by authors, which were used to gather results and draw conclusion. Results:Participants acknowledged multiple factors such as clinical factor and competitive environment are involved in physicians' decision of antibiotic prescribing. They identified that causes of rising antibiotic resistance were shortage of information, discontinuation of taking antibiotics, and other system factors. Conclusion:Participants were certain that less prescribing antibiotics and selecting appropriate antibiotics might be method to reduce antibiotic resistance. To change the prescribing behavior, it should be provided periodically for community physicians with prescribing information and specific guidelines for antibiotics resistance. Patients should be also noticed about antibiotic medication information more accurately. Including prescription incentive policy, improvement of healthcare system will be carried out at the same time. 연구배경: 항생제 내성 문제에 대한 공중보건상의 인식을바탕으로 지역별 개원의사 집단에 대해 항생제 처방을 결정하는 과정에 영향을 미치는 요인을 찾아보고, 적절한 처방 문화를 위한 대안 의견 모색을 목적으로 하였다. 방법: 서울지역, 경기지역, 강원지역, 광주지역 개원의사30대에서 70대까지 총 23명에 대해서 지역별 포커스 그룹인터뷰를 실시하였다. 연구 자료는 2015년 5월 14일부터 19 일까지 수집되었다. 환자 증상 시나리오를 바탕으로 항생제 처방 결정에 미치는 임상적․비임상적 요인 및 항생제 적정 사용에 대한 대안 제시 등 자유로운 의견 교환이 지역별로 약 90분간 진행되었다. 결과: 임상적으로는 주로 임상지침에 근거한 처방이나예방적, 경험적 차원에서 처방이 이뤄지고 있었다. 환자의요구, 의료접근성의 제한, 의료환경의 차이 등 비임상적 요인도 처방에 영향을 주고 있었다. 한편 항생제 내성 증가경험은 대부분의 참가자가 공유하였고, 특히 항생제 이용정보의 부족에 대한 교육 강화와 보건의료시스템 측면에서보험급여 기준 등에 대한 보완 및 처방 인센티브 제공이정책적 대안으로 제시되었다. 결론: 본 연구에서는 항생제 내성의 원인과 관리 대책에대한 논의에 있어 “정보의 역할”과 “보건의료시스템 개선” 등이 매우 중요하게 부각되었다. 환자들이 보다 정확하게항생제 복약 정보를 제공받아야하며, 지역사회 의료진에게도 정기적으로 항생제 내성 정보를 비롯하여 구체적인 처방 지침 교육 등이 실시되어야 한다. 또한 처방 인센티브및 의료체계의 개선 등 보건의료시스템의 개선이 함께 수행되어야할 것임을 제시한다.

        클라우드 기반 의료정보시스템 도입에 대한 지각된 위험 및 혜택이 수용저항에 미치는 영향: 가치기반수용모형을 기반으로

        In the 4th industrial revolution era, cloud computing has been spreading in various industries. In the healthcare industry as well, calls for advancing the healthcare information system (HIS) through cloud-based digital transformation are gaining momentum so that healthcare services can be received ‘anytime and anywhere’ from a patient perspective, not from a hospital one. Most of the previous studies on cloud computing in the field of HIS have been conducted from the perspective of hospitals that establish and operate HIS; there is a clear limitation that it has not been conducted from the perspective of patients who need healthcare services. Therefore, based on the value-based adoption model (VAM), this study derives perceived risk (i.e., privacy risk, performance risk, institutional risk) and perceived benefit (i.e., usefulness, shared benefit, economic benefit) factors, and investigates their impact on perceived value and acceptance resistance in the context of cloud-based HIS. A structural equation model analysis was conducted using 118 samples obtained through an online survey targeting potential HIS users at general hospitals in Korea. As a result of hypotheses testing, it was found that privacy risk, shared benefit, and economic benefit significantly impact perceived value, which in turn negatively influences acceptance resistance. This study is the first to apply the VAM to the context of cloud-based HIS. Research findings would help managers considering the introduction of cloud-based HIS in the future prepare practical guidelines to reduce user acceptance resistance effectively.
