        여성결혼이민자의 거주기간에 따른 구어 복잡성 발달 연구 : 통사 복잡성을 중심으로

        이 연구의 목적은 여성결혼이민자의 구어 사용에서 통사 복잡성을 측정하고 이민자의 거주기간과 통사 복잡성 간의 상관성을 밝히는 것이다. 이를 위해서 그동안 한국어교육에서 이루어진 통사 복잡성 관련 선행연구를 정리하여 통사 복잡성의 측정 지표를 설정하였으며, D도시의 여성결혼이민자와 1:1 인터뷰를 진행하여 구어 자료를 수집하였다. 이후 통사 복잡성 측정 결과를 이민자의 거주기간에 따라 비교·분석하였고, 통사 복잡성 측정 지표 간의 상관성과 더불어서 거주기간과 통사 복잡성 측정 지표 간의 상관성도 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 통사 복잡성을 측정한 양적인 수치는 거주기간에 따라 점점 증가하였다. 또한 통사 복잡성의 지표 간의 상관성도 유의미하게 나타났다. 결과적으로 문장 길이가 길어지면서 문장 확장에 관여하는 문법적 요소들의 사용 빈도도 높아진다. 그러나 거주기간과 통사 복잡성의 상관성을 살핀 결과, 거주기간과 통사 복잡성 측정 지표 간의 유의미한 결과가 나타나지 않았다. 이는 이민자의 거주기간이 길어질수록 문법 이해는 높지만, 산출 측면에서 어려움을 겪는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 또한 구어에서는 의미 전달을 중심으로 의사소통이 이루어지기 때문에 거주기간과의 상관성이 유의미하지 않을 것으로도 해석이 가능하다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 이민자의 거주기간이 통사 복잡성에 영향을 미치는가를 논의하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 그러나 향후 연구에서는 다양한 국적 이민자를 대상으로 대량의 자료를 구축하여 통사 복잡성 발달 양상을 밝힐 필요가 있다. The objective of this study is to discuss whether the complexity of spoken language increases with the residence period of immigrants. For this purpose, indicators of syntactic complexity were established based on earlier research. Spoken language data were then collected through one-on-one interviews with married immigrant women. In addition, the measures of syntactic complexity were analyzed by the residence period of immigrants, and correlations between measures of syntactic complexity and between residence period and measures of syntactic complexity were examined. The results showed that in quantitative terms, syntactic complexity gradually increased with the residence period. In other words, the longer the residence period, the greater the complexity of spoken language as measured quantitatively by syntactic complexity. However, the associations between residence period and measures of syntactic complexity were not significant, perhaps because communication in spoken language focuses on semantic transmission. Finally, this study discusses the effects of immigrants’ residence period on the syntactic complexity of their speech. Nevertheless, future research should examine the developmental aspects of syntactic complexity by collecting richer data from immigrants of diverse nationalities.

        단지특성에 따른 국민임대주택 커뮤니티시설의 거주자 이용 실태에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to examine the residents’ preference to community facilities in national rental apartment complexes. Twelve housing complexes were sampled and researched with questionnaire and field-survey methods. The data from the questionnaire survey were processed with SPSS 14 and analyzed by regional group, size of complex, and arrangement plan of facilities. The complexes are located in two regions, Seoul and Gyounggi province. They were also sorted into three groups by size: less than 500 households, 500 to 1,000, and more than 1,000. Lastly, the complexes were categorized into three types: those where facilities are concentrated in or around a single building, dispersed into several places, and located in residential buildings. The results are as follows: Majority of the community facilities are established outdoor and, therefore, the indoor facilities are relatively more insufficient. Especially, there is a shortage of indoor gymnasium while the demand is increasing. It is partly because there is no regulatory guideline on indoor gym requirements in housing complexes. The resident satisfaction measurement shows significant comparison according to region and complex size. The level of satisfaction with garden/kitchen-garden, pond/fountain/streamlet is higher at the complexes in Gyunggi. The residents of larger complexes give positive feedback about sports facilities while those of smaller complexes are more satisfied with education-related facilities such as library and study. The measurement of resident needs shows significant comparison according to complex size and facility arrangement plan. The residents of smaller complexes are more in need of community facilities. In both regulatory standards and actual condition, community facilities are more insufficient at small complexes with less than 500 households.

        아파트 거주자의 녹화 개선 방안에 대한 의식분석

        This paper aimed to identify the awareness of residents on the green area, the important element in residential environment in apartment complex, and find out the approach to improve such awareness by extensively analyzing the satisfaction of residents in small apartment complexes, whose demand have been recently increasing, on green environment in their residential areas, suitability, and the approaches to activate the use of green spaces and to improve green spaces, as the basic research related to improvement of environment in apartment complexes and awareness on green in those complexes. In accordance with the analysis results, the residents were generally satisfied with the green environment. In particular, the satisfaction on the dimension and quantity of green spaces was high. For the suitability of green environment in apartment complex, the residents considered resting, games or sports as the suitable activities in green areas. According to the analysis results on the awareness of residents on the approaches to activate the green environment in the complexes based on the evaluation on the satisfaction on and suitability of green environment, the residents selected the administrative and financial support as the major approaches for activation of green spaces. For improving the green environment, the major desires of residents were related to the formation of green spaces which could increase the quantity of green spaces and diversify the configuration of green spaces including increase of trees, flowering plants and trees. This paper suggested the following approaches to improve the afforestation in apartment complexes on the basis of the analysis results. The green spaces in apartment complexes are important elements in local green environment as well as the joint property. Accordingly, it is required to introduce the financial and administrative support and the programs for increasing the participation of residents and improving their awareness in the apartment complexes. Since it is estimated that the residents will be more satisfied with the green spaces when the green spaces are more increased and diversified, it is necessary to increase the green spaces intensively around the entrances to the apartment complexes where the visual amount of green spaces can be increased and the major spaces where residents use more than other spaces. The green spaces, the common outdoor space, plays the critical roles in forming the community of residents. Thus, the major activity space in the apartment complexes needs to be designed to enable diverse age groups to use such space.

        일제하 서울의 대단위 철도관사단지의 조성과 소멸

        During Japanese colonial rule over Korea in the 20th century, there were far more than 1,500 housing units for railroad-employees in Gyeongeong(Seoul), Capital of Colonial Chosun. Since the railroad business of Japanese Government-General of Korea was an indispensible backbone-infrastructure to govern Korea efficiently, the Government-General had put a great effort to establish the adequate housing facilities for their employees in the vicinity of every railway station, since such system would improve their entrepreneurial productivity by not only sharing comfortable residential environment but also lessening their commuting burden. Railroad Bureau of Government-General of Korea subsided large-scale dwelling units of railroad-employees took an initiative for opening new era of dwelling culture in Korea Peninsular. The various benefits including residence welfare given to the railroad-employees made them tied up strongly in a sense of railroad-family bond which played a prominent role in sustaining the colonial rule by Japanese Government-General of Korea. The types of official residence for railroad-employees varied widely from very luxurious western style-mansion for Chief Officer of Railroad Bureau to Japanese style-house of classy 3rd and 4th grade, moderate 5th~7th grade or simple 8th grade for fellows of lower rank. Large-scale housing complex established by Railroad Bureau was sited at several area in Gyeongseong metropolitan area, i.e. Yongsan, Kumjeong (Hyochang-dong), Whachun-dong(Sunwha-dong), Hapjeong-dong, Susaek, Cheongnyangri, etc. Upon the liberation of Korea from Japanese colonialism on August 15th of 1945, all asset of Railroad Bureau including residence facilities of their employees in Korea Peninsular was reshuffled to the vested property(confiscated enemy property) of US Armed Forces in Korea (USFK). However, the right on vested property of USFK was transferred to newly established Korea Government in 1948 by the Initial Financial and Property Settlement between Korea Government and USFK. In the mid-1950s, Department of Transportation of Korea Government owned whole right of Railroad Bureau’s asset began to sell out their employee’s residential facilities to civilians or school foundation, etc. Thus, the private property in railroad housing settlements became to lose its unique character of official residence. Due to the rapid progress of Seoul's urban development in the 1980s, almost all private land lots in these settlements was newly transformed to either huge apartment villages, public organization or high-rise buildings. Nowadays, memories of the huge residence complex for railroad-employees in Gyeongeong(Seoul) have almost completely vanished away from the minds of Seoulites. We are sure that this article will allow Seoulite to bring those memories back. Above all, the study would help to understand the introduction and disappearance of the official residence complex for railroad-employee and its historical meaning of the new residential culture of Korea. 일제강점기 경성에는 1500 채 이상의 철도관사가 있었다. 철도는 일제가 조선을 지배하는데 가장 중요한 기간시설이었기 때문에 조선총독부는 철도종사원이 언제라도 신속하게 업무에 응할 수 있도록 철도역사 주변에 대단위 주거시설을 조성하여 그들에게 제공했다. 그리하여 경성에는 용산, 화천동(순화동), 금정(효창동), 합정동, 수색, 청량리 등지에 철도인을 위한 대규모 관사단지가 형성되었다. 철도관사 단지에는 적게는 100여 채에서 많게는 5백여 채의 관사가 분포했다. 철도관사는 국장이 거주한 대지 1,200평의 고급 서양식 단독 사택에서부터 일반 철도 종사원용이 거주한 3등(건평 79평)~8등(10평)의 일본식 집단 가옥까지 다양했다. 주거시설 등 각종 혜택을 받은 철도종사원들은 가족적 유대감으로 똘똘 뭉쳐 일본의 식민 지배를 지탱하는 역할을 했다. 전국의 철도관사는 해방(1945.8.15.)이후 미군정청의 귀속재산(적산)이 되었다. 그리고 대한민국의 수립(1948.8.15.)과 함께 한국정부의 소유가 되었다. 교통부 공무원 주거시설로 활용했던 철도관사와 부지는 1950년대 중반부터 민간에게 불하 또는 매각되어 사유화되었다. 1980년대에 들어서면서 서울의 도시개발이 급속히 진척됨에 따라 철도관사단지는 훼철되어 거의 흔적을 찾아볼 수 없고 대신 그 자리에 학교시설, 거대한 아파트 또는 주상복합 건축물 등이 새로 들어섰다. 지금 철도관사는 대부분 서울 시민의 뇌리에서 사라졌다. 이번 경성(서울)의 대단위 철도관사단지의 연구는 한국에서 최초로 도입된 집단거주단지의 조성과 소멸을 밝히는데 기여했다고 볼 수 있다.

        주민중심적 커뮤니티 공간으로의 집합주거단지 외부 공간 활용 방향에 관한 연구

        (연구배경 및 목적) 우리나라는 현재 도시화로 인한 개인주의화로 점차 공동체 의식이 감소하고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 배경에서 집합주거단지 외부 공간을 중심으로 공간의 지속적 활용 및 지역 커뮤니티 증대를 위한 주민중심적 커뮤니티 공간의 방향성을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. (연구방법) 연구는 집합주거단지에서의 주민중심적 커뮤니티 공간에 대한 개념을 고찰하고, 우리나라 외부 공간의 현황 및 문제점 분석을 토대로 지역 관찰조사 및 주민 인터뷰를 통해 국내외 사례를 분석하는 순으로 진행되었다. (결과) 본 연구에서 도출된 결론을 바탕으로 제안하고자 하는 주민중심적 커뮤니티 공간의 방향성은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정부의 제공 방식이 아닌 주민의 요구와 필요에 따른 공간을 형성해야 한다. 둘째, 우리나라 집합주거단지 외부 공간의 특성에 맞는 커뮤니티 공간 형성이 필요하다. 셋째, 커뮤니티 공간의 지속적 활용 및 활성화를 위해 주체, 목적, 방법론에서의 주민 중심적 변화가 요구된다. 이러한 방향성은 향후 집합주거단지 외부 공간의 지속적 활용 증대 및 지역 문화를 담는 주민중심형 커뮤니티 공간 형성에 기여할 수 있을 것이다. This direction will be able to contribute to the expanded continuous use of the outdoor place of a residence complex and the formation of resident-centered community space reflecting the local culture in the future.

        도농복합시 거주민의 거주의향 결정요인과 그 시사점 : 지역정체성과 거주의향 간의 내생성을 중심으로

        도농복합시는 도시지역과 농촌지역이 병존하는 독특한 공간구조를 갖고 있다. 따라서 도농복합시의 농촌과소화에 대응하기 위해서는 기존 주민의 이탈을 방지할 수 있는 다양한 정책적 지원 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구에서는 ‘2017년 춘천시 사회조사’를 이용해 도농복합시 농촌지역 과소화 대응 방안으로 기존 거주민의 지속적인 거주의향에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 일반적으로 지역정체성은 내생적으로 결정되기 때문에 본 연구에서는 이러한 지역정체성과 거주의향과의 내생적 관계를 고려하여 연립 이변량 순위 프로빗 모델을 이용하였다. 분석결과, 도농복합시에 대해 지역정체성이 강할수록 지역내 거주의향이 높아지는 것으로 분석되었다. 가구주의 연령과 거주기간이 길수록, 일 · 여가생활 · 거주에 대해 만족할수록 지역정체성이 높다. 그리고 의료서비스에 대해 만족할수록, 종사하는 일에 만족할수록 거주의향이 높다. 따라서 도농복합시 농촌지역 거주민들의 생활서비스 수요를 파악 후 적재 · 적시 적절한 생활서비스를 공급할 수 있는 정책적 지원이 필요하다. 특히 도농복합시의 경우 의료서비스는 지역정체성에는 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않지만, 거주의향에는 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있다. 따라서 의료시설에 쉽게 접근하여 사용할 수 있는 시스템 구축이 필요하다. The urban-rural complex area in Korea has a distinctive spatial structure where the urban area and rural area coexist. Therefore, in order to cope with the over-depopulation in the rural region of the urban-rural complex area, it is necessary to explore various policies that can prevent the existing residents from leaving, and in fact support them to remain where they currently reside. In this context, this current study analyzed the factors affecting the existing residents" continuous intention to remain by employing the "2017 Chuncheon City Social Survey" as a countermeasure for the over-depopulation of the rural region in the urban-rural complex area. Especially, since a regional identity is determined endogenously, this study used a simultaneous bivariate ordered probit model with giving consideration to the endogenous relationship between a regional identity and a regional residents" intentions. As a result, it was found on analysis that the regional residential intention was higher as the regional identity was stronger. Furthermore, the regional identity was stronger as a householders" age and residence period were longer, and also as the residents were satisfied with their work · leisure and life · residence balance. It was also found that the residents" intention was higher as the residents" satisfaction with the local medical service and their work was increased. Thus, supporting policy is needed that can provide appropriate quality-of-life services in a timely manner, but only after identifying the demand for these services by the rural residents in the urban-rural complex area.

      • 도시형생활주택 유형별 거주만족도 비교 분석: 화성시 병점역주변 원룸형과 단지형다세대를 중심으로

        도시 내 소규모 주택 공급 활성화를 위해 도입된 도시형생활주택은 공급측면에서 주거불안정 해소에 부분적으로 기여 하였다는 긍정적 평가를 받고 있다. 하지만 한편으로는 초소형위주의 공급과 건설기준 완화에 따른 주거 및 생활환경 악화로 거주자들의 만족도를 떨어뜨리고 있다는 지적을 동시에 받고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 수도권 중 경기 남부권에 위치한 화성시 병점역주변 도시형생활주택 거주자들을 대상으로 거주 만족도를 분석함으로써 주거환경 개선대책 수립을 위한 자료를 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 선행연구를 검토하고 분포비율이 높은 원룸형과 단지형다세대 거주자들을 대상으로 설문을 실시한 후 독립표본 T-검정으로 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 첫째 방의 크기와 같은 구조 요인과 실내 환경 요인 그리고 주거안전 및 생활환경 요인에서 단지형 다세대 거주자의 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 둘째 관리 요인과 경제적 요인에서도 단지형 다세대 거주자의 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 셋째 주차장등의 부대시설 요인과 대중교통 요인에서는 원룸형 거주자들의 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 연구 결과 병점역 주변 도시형생활주택 원룸형과 단지형 다세대의 거주만족도는 원룸형에 비해 전반적으로 단지형 다세대에서 높게 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 이 자료를 토대로 거주만족도 비교에 대한 심도 있는 연구가 이뤄진다면 도시형생활주택 거주자들의 거주 만족도 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것이라 판단되어진다. Urban residential houses introduced for the activation of supply of small - scale housing in the city have received a positive evaluation that they partially contributed to the resilience of the housing instability in terms of supply. On the other hand, it is pointed out that the satisfaction of residents is being lowered due to deterioration of housing and living environment caused by the provision of ultra-small-scale supply and the relaxation of construction standards. The purpose of this study is to find out the data for establishing measures to improve the residential environment by analyzing the residents` satisfaction of residents living in the urban residential areas around the Byeongjeom Station in the southern part of Gyeonggi province in the metropolitan area. To do this, we conducted a preliminary study and conducted a questionnaire survey on multi-family residents of one-room type and multi-family complex with high distribution ratios and conducted an independent sample T-test. The results showed that the satisfaction of multi - family residents of the complex type was higher in the first room, such as the structural factors, indoor environment factors, and residential safety and living environment factors. Secondly, the satisfaction of multi - family residents of the complex type is high even in the management factors and economic factors. Third, the satisfaction of the one - room type residents was high in the auxiliary facilities such as the parking lot and the public transportation factors. The results showed that the residential satisfaction of the one - room type and the complex type multi - family around the bottleneck station was higher in the multi - family complex than the one - room type. Based on these data, it can be concluded that the in - depth study on the comparison of residence satisfaction can contribute to the improvement of residents` satisfaction of residents living in urban living.

        연대별 아파트 단지 옥외공간의 변화와 주민인식비교 - 대전광역시 아파트 단지를 대상으로 -

        Much has been made of the changes over time to apartment complexes during the era of rapid development in Korea. This study aimed at analyzing the chronological changes since the 1970s in the laws and regulations governing outdoor space and the residents' appreciation of outdoor space in Daejeon's apartment complexes. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. Similar changes can be found throughout Daejeon's apartment complexes. As time has passed, the building-to-land ratio and the floor-to-land ratio have deceased. The high density trend of apartment complexes has continued until very recently. 2. Although residents' satisfaction with outdoor space around apartments has improved, land for athletic and commercial spaces still remains at its lowest level. Therefore, these kinds of spaces need improvement. 3. Comparing the characteristics of outdoor space in apartment complexes from the 1980s to present indicates that current apartment residents are much more satisfied with the outdoor space, but are conscious of the lack of adequate facilities for the elderly and the handicapped people, and of the hiか density of their apartment complexes. Therefore, these essential consciousness should also be further improved. 4. The residents are gradually becoming aware of changes to the outdoor space that have occurred over time in the apartment complexes, such as in the areas allowed to parking, pedestrians, and athletics. 5. These chronological changes relate to the residents' interest in the changes that have occurred to the outdoor space, especially the convenience of parking, the color of the buildings, the form of the buildings, and the shape of the roofs.

        아파트 단지공간구성에서 차별화 계획요소에 대한 거주자 만족도 및 태도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the residents' satisfaction and attitudes according to the composition of an apartment complex with a differentiation of design factors; the shape of the building by floor plan, the type of open space, such as mounted space or deck garden, the type of boundary and security, and the type of tall buildings. This study is based on a comparative method using a questionnaire, interview and observation. Two neighboring apartments were selected, they are located in Busan and were built in 2003. The major findings are as follows: 1) For the shape of the apartment building, residents were satisfied with the Y-shape floor plan tower and with the mounted open space for the type of open space. 2) Residents preferred a more closed type of boundary and security for the territoriality and privacy control. 3) The tall tower-type of building was more popular because of view and lights. These results could contribute to future study for the improvement of the type of the apartment complex with a differentiation of design factors in order to gratify residents' pride in their housing complex.
