        자발적 컴퓨팅 환경에서 중복작업 분배를 위한 P2P 기반 지역적 매치메이킹 기법 (pp.831-835)

        자발적 컴퓨팅은 인터넷을 통해 연결된 컴퓨터의 유휴 자원을 활용해 큰 규모의 애플리케이션의 연산을 처리하는 컴퓨팅 패러다임이다. 자발적 컴퓨팅 환경에서 사용하는 중복 작업 분배기법은 동적인 자원과 작업의 특성에 대해 고려하지 않기 때문에 작업 시간 지연과 지속적인 작업재분배 요청으로 인해 작업 수행의 비효율성의 문제를 일으킨다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 작업과 자원의 특성을 고려하여 작업을 재분배 할 수 있는 P2P 기반 지역적 매치메이킹 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 매치메이킹은 작업/자원에 대한 명세, 자원가용공간 모니터링 모듈, 매칭 요청/응답을 위한 프로토콜, 매치율 계산 모듈 등의 요소로 구성된다. Volunteer computing is a computing paradigm in which the operations of a large-scale application are processed using idle resources of Internet-connected computers. The redundant-work distribution techniques used in the volunteer computing environment cause some problems like delay of the work completion time or inefficiency of the work execution due to continuous requests of the work redistribution because the techniques do not consider the characteristics of works and dynamic resources. To cope with such problems this paper suggests a P2P based regional matchmaking technique which can redistribute works in consideration of the characteristics of the works and the participant resources. The techniques consist of the profiles for works/resources, the module for monitoring the available resources spaces, the protocols for the matching request/reply, the module for match-ratio calculation, and so on.

        역할모호성과 역할과다가 조직갈등의 정도에 미치는 영향 : 커뮤니케이션 능력의 조절효과를 중심으로

        본 연구는 일반 직장인을 대상으로 역할모호성과 역할과다가 조직 내 역할갈등, 과 업갈등, 관계갈등에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 이러한 과정에서 개인의 커뮤니케이션 능력을 조절변수로 적용하여 그 영향력을 확인하고자 하였다. 연구결과 역할모호성과 역할과다는 역할갈등, 과업갈등, 관계갈등을 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 조직구성원 은 역할모호성과 역할과다를 지각하면 긴장, 불안감이 증가하고 업무에 대한 자신감과 동기부여가 저해되어 업무태도에 부정적인 영향을 미치며 역할갈등과 과업갈등이 증가 하는 것을 알 수 있다. 역할모호성은 역할에 대한 권한과 불명확성에 기인하고 과다한 업무수행은 감정적 탈진을 유발시켜 구성원 간에 문제를 일으키며 관계갈등까지 초래 할 수 있다. 커뮤니케이션 능력은 역할모호성과 역할과다가 낮은 영역에서 갈등을 조절 하는 역할이 일부 발견되었으나 조직 내 갈등을 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 조직은 역할과 관련하여 나타나는 문제에 대한 중요성을 인식하고 구성원이 업무수행을 위한 역량을 강화할 수 있는 지원이 필요할 것이다. 아울러 조직 내에서 발생하는 다양한 갈 등에 관심과 주의를 기울여야 한다. This study involving ordinary employees explores the impact of role ambiguity and redundancy on role, task, and relationship conflicts inside the organization. In this process, the study has made an attempt to shed the light on what the impact is by using an individual's communication competence as moderating variable. The results reveal that role ambiguity and redundancy increases role, task, and relationship conflicts. It can be seen that perceived role ambiguity and redundancy increase tension and anxiety, decrease confidence and motivation in work, negatively affect work attitude, and increase role conflict and task conflict. Role ambiguity is due to the authority and ambiguity of the role, and excessive work performance can cause emotional exhaustion, causing problems among members, and even relationship conflict. It was also found that communication competence had some moderating effects on the antecedents’ relationships with the different types of conflict in lower instances of role ambiguity and redundancy, but it increases conflicts within the organization. The organization, recognizing the importance of issues arising from the role, will require any support to strengthen the members' capability to perform assigned works. In addition, this raises awareness about the need to show interest in and heed the diversity of conflicts apparent in the organization.

        빈곤과 노동법의 과제

        The main cause of poverty is the lack of income. Among income from various economic activities, income earned from working is the most important. The instability of working activity which results in reduction or cessation of income causes the exacerbation of poverty or makes it difficult to escape poverty. The Korean financial crisis of 1997 worsened job insecurity and generated many working poor. It went worse with the global financial crisis of 2008 which led to unstable employment, low pay, rising unemployment, and chronic unemployment and consequently, more working poor, regardless of regular employment or contingent employment. This study aims to identify the problem of working poor in terms of labor law, examine the challenges of the labor laws to combat poverty and seek alternatives. The first issued of labor law to solve working poverty is an overall application of Labor Standard Act to all of the work place. The second is to restrict of redundancy only to the case of ‘urgent business needs’ in order to prevent abuse of redundancy because redundancy without worker’s reason of imputation makes many social problems such as bankruptcy of working poor. In the third issue, it is suggested that the ‘equal pay for work of equal value’ principle be applied to the Labor Standard Law in order to improve working conditions of contingent employment as well as the ‘responsibility’ element be excluded and judged passively when measure the work of equal value.

        Prediction method for shape drawing force considering redundant deformation

        A prediction method for shape-drawing force was developed with the cross-section division method, which divides the cross-sections of the initial workpiece and final product into finite elements at small angles. Each divided element is assumed to undergo an axisymmetric drawing process. Wistreich’s equation, which considers redundant deformation by employing a redundant work factor, was applied to calculate the axisymmetric drawing force for each element. To evaluate the redundant work factor, which varies with the reduction ratio and half die angle, a regression equation between the redundant work factor and a geometric parameter associated with the die’s deformation zone was derived by performing a finite element (FE) analysis on a series of axisymmetric drawing processes. The validity of the proposed method was confirmed via FE analysis of various shape-drawing processes. The forming load predicted by the proposed method exhibited good agreement with the results of the FE analysis, with errors of approximately 10% or less.

        EU 노동법제에 관한 연구

        In Korea, there has been no prior researches dealing EU labour legislation in depth. This paper, therefore, is firstly aiming at describing the general features of EU labour legislation on an objective point of view. This study starts from looking at the formation process of the EU labour legislation first, then examines its current system, structure and legal effects in general. In fact, EU labour legislation itself is still in the process of developing, thus it is necessary to understand the past transitional process beforehand in order to grasp the contents of the current law. In addition, unlike general international organizations, EU has its own legislative power. This means it is essential to understand the mutual relationship between the EU legislation and legislations of the member states prior to discussing the normative effect of the EU labor legislation. This paper focuses on the principle of equal treatment, working time and occupational safety, irregular work and restructuring issues in particular. To discuss those mentioned subjects, this paper mainly deals with the Treaties and Directives related to labour issues along with some decisions from the European Court of Justice for certain cases. Based on this, this paper is drawing out the characteristics of EU labour legislation and examining its connection with Korean legislation at the same time. The European Court of Justice has taken the principle of equal treatment as a general principle and has recognized so-called `direct effect`. Knowing that EU itself has been faced with this issue since the 1970s, it may make a good comparison to the Korean situation. Also EU has been making its continuous efforts, in spite of the continuous objection from England, to form a unificative labour market through equalization of working conditions along with the universal objective of improving the quality of life. And it is worthy of notice that EU approves a collective agreement concluded by social partners as a pattern of Directive in order to reflect the industrial or sectoral characteristics and diversities. In the issues of irregular work, the standing out point is that the Directive for part-time workers or fixed-term workers has been developed through social dialogues between employees and employers. It is a good comparison to the Korean case where compromising settlement is hardly found as both employees and employers stay in discussing the legitimacy of irregular work itself. Various Directives, concerning the protection of employees in case of the collective redundancy and the transfer or merger of undertakings and the insolvency, have been introduced simultaneously since the 1970s. It is due to the restructuring process occurring supra-nationally as making the single Europe. Considering that legislation related to this issue are to be proceeded sporadically after 1990 in Korea, the EU way can be a good comparison with the Korean way.

        경찰공무원 직무와 인사고충의 중복성과 업무성과에 대한 사기의 동기부여 효과 실증연구

        이 논문은 사기의 매개변수와 담당업무의 통제변수를 이용하여 경찰공무원의 직무와 인사 환경에 따른 고충과 업무성과의 인과관계를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 선행연구의 대부분은 경찰공무원의 인사 고충에 상대적으로 관심을 덜 가진 채 다른 공무원의 경우와 비교한 직무고충의 특징과 주관적인 직무만족도 조사 그리고 이직율에 미치는 효과를 연구한다. 하지만, 이 연구는 경찰의 경직되고 위계적인 구조에서 비롯한 직무와 인사고충의 중복성을 유념하여 두 가지 요인을 함께 논한다. 특히, 동기부여 기능과 관련하여 사기의 매개효과는 전체 경찰조직의 목적인 업무성과를 개선하기 위해 집단적인 수준에서 개인의 고충을 각각 이론화하여 생성된 개념으로서 강조된다. 더하여 이 연구는 업무성과를 지표화함으로써 수치를 객관적이고 지속적으로 관리할 수 있는 가능성을 제고하고자 한다. 마지막으로 이 분석결과는 경찰의 인사고충이 실제로는 그들의 사기에 영향을 미치지 않음을 말함으로써 더 많은 후속연구를 초래한다. This paper aims to verify the relationship between police officers’ grievances caused by their job and personnel environment and the work performance by using a parameter of morale, and a control variable of assigned tasks. Most of the preceding research, paying less attention to police officers’ personnel complaint, studies the characteristics of their job complaint compared to other public officials’, the survey of subjective job satisfaction, and the effect on the turnover rate. However, this paper discusses the job and personnel complaint together by caring about the redundancy of the two factors resulting from the inflexible and hierarchical structure of the police. Especially, the mediating effect of morale related to the role of motivation is emphasized as a concept made from theorizing individuals’ grievance each on a collective level to improve the work performance that is the goal of the entire police organization. Moreover, this research intends to raise the possibility to manage the figures objectively and continuously by indexing the work performance. In the end, this analysis invites more follow-up study by saying that police officers’ personnel grievance does not really affect their morale.

        Work Efficiency in a Double Cup Extrusion Process

        A double cup extrusion process (DCEP) has been analyzed numerically to investigate the characteristics of energy consumptions for a selected model material, AA 2024 aluminum alloy. The forming energy in a double cup extrusion process was analyzed in terms of ideal, redundant and frictional energy or work, which constitute of a total forming energy in metal forming process. Ideal and theoretical forming or deformation efficiencies were also examined for various process parameters chosen for analysis. The objective of this study is to investigate the influence of geometrical process parameters in DCEP on the characteristics of energy consumption or dissipation. It was revealed from this study that frictional energy was expected to be more dissipated for high reductions and low thickness ratios. It was also found that the theoretical work efficiency would decrease as the thickness ratio increases and the reduction decreases.

        다수의 추진기를 지닌 ROV의 추력배분을 통한 정지 상태에서의선수각 및 수심 제어 구현

        This study deals with the heading angle and depth keeping control technique for an ROV with multiple horizontal and vertical thrusters by thrust allocation. The light work class ROV URI-L, which is under development at KRISO, is a redundant actuating system with multiple thrusters that are larger than the ROV's degree of freedom. In the redundant actuating system, there are several solutions for a specific ROV motion to be performed. Therefore, a thrust allocation algorithm that considers the entire propulsion system should be regarded as important. First, this paper describes the propulsion system of the ROV and introduces the thrust allocation method of each motion controller. In addition, the performance of the controller is examined using a heading angle and depth keeping control test in a stationary state.

        신자유주의 구조조정의 경험과 노동계급 계급의식

        한국 노동계급은 1987년 노동자 대투쟁 이래 계급 형성에 큰 진전을 보았으나 1997년 말 외환위기 이후 후퇴 양상을 보였으며 계급의식은 보수화를 겪었다. 신자유주의 경제정책과 구조조정 시기 물적 조건 후퇴 속에서 노동계급이 보인 계급의식 보수화와 계급 형성 후퇴라는 역설적 현상을 설명하는 것이 이 글의 목적이다. 이를 위해 이 연구는 전반적 보수화 추세 속에서 나타난 노동자 사이의 보수화 정도 차이를 노동시장 경험 차이를 중심으로 설명하고자 한다. 설문조사 자료 분석을 통해 이 연구가 확인한 것은 첫째, 노동자가 물적 조건 악화에도 보수화된 것은 경제위기라는 상황과 이를 적극 활용한 지배계급의 이데올로기적 조작의 성과라는 점이다. 둘째, 전반적 보수화 추세 속에서 노동자들은 보수화 정도에 차이를 보였으며, 이러한 편차는 대항 이데올로기 기구로서 민주노총의 역할과 경재위기 이후 노동자의 노동시장 경험에 의해 잘 설명된다. 셋째, 구조조정 과정에서 실직을 경험한 바 있는 재취업자는 그렇지 않은 노동자에 비해 높은 계급적대의식과 반신자유주의의식을 보였으며, 이능 물적 조건 악화 경험이 계급의식을 강화한다는 명제의 경험적 타당성을 부분적으로 확인해주는 것이다. 넷째, 전반적인 노동계급 보수화 추세 속에서 정규직과 비정규직 모두 보수화를 겪었으나 정규직의 보수화가 더 급격하게 전개됨으로써 정규직과 비정규직의 의식수준은 역전되어 비정규직이 정규직에 비해 더 높은 의식수준을 보이게 되었다. 다섯째, 정규직ㆍ비정규직 의식 역전의 결과 경제위기 이전 노동계급의 이데올로기적 형성과 조직적 형성의 주체로서 지도적 역할을 담당했던 민주노조 중심 정규직 노동자의 계급 내적 지도력이 크게 훼손되었고, 비정규직 재취업자는 의식수준이 높으나 조직률이 낮고 정규직 재취업자ㆍ생존자들은 조직률은 높으나 의식수준이 낮아서 노동계급의 이데올로기적 형성과 조직적 형성의 미스매치(mismatch)로 나타나게 되었다. The Korean working class showed advance in class formation since the Great Worker Struggle in 1987, it began to experience retreat after the 1997 financial crisis, with class consciousness becoming more conservative. The objective of this study is to explain the paradoxical working class conservatization despite deterioration of working conditions along with neoliberal economic policies and restructuring. For this purpose, this study will put an effort to explain the variations among the workers in the level which they became more conservative under an overall trend to become more conservative, focusing on the difference in workers’ labor market experience. By means of statistical analysis on survey data, this study confirmed the following. First, the economic crisis and following ideological manipulation of the ruling class could explain largely the fact that workers became more conservative despite their deterioration in material conditions. Second, workers showed variation in the level they became more conservative and this could be explained well by the role of democratic union as a counter-hegemonic apparatus and workers’ labor market experience. Third, the re-employed workers who have experienced unemployment during the restructuring period showed higher class antagonism and anti-neoliberalism compared to the workers who have not. This confirms the proposition that worker experience of worsening material conditions strengthens their class consciousness. Fourth, although regular workers and irregular workers both went through an experience of becoming more conservative under an overall trend of conservatization, regular workers became conservatized more dynamically. This reversed the order of consciousness level between regular workers and irregular workers, with irregular workers showing higher consciousness than the other. Fifth, as a result of reversed consciousness level between regular workers and irregular workers, leadership of regular workers centered around democratic unions became seriously damaged. As a consequence, the Korean working class came to face a mismatch for class formation, while the re-employed irregular workers with high class consciousness weakly organized and the well organized regular workers with low class consciousness.

        휴머노이드 로봇 관절 아암의 운동학적 해석 및 모션제어에 관한 연구

        This study proposes a new approach to Control and trajectory generation of a 8 DOF human robot arm with computational complexity and singularity problem. To deal with such problems, analytical methods for a redundant robot arm have been researched to enhance the performance of research, we propose an analytical kinematics algorithm for a 8 DOF bipped dual robot arm. Using this algorithm, it is possible to generate a trajectory passing through the singular points and intuitively move the elbow without regarding to the end-effector pose. Performance of the proposed algorithm was verified by simulation test with various conditions. It has been verified that the trajectory planning using this algorithm.
