초고밀도 디스크 드라이브를 위한 반 진공 작동 환경에서 서보 트랙 기록 방법에 의한 RRO 저감에 대한 연구

In high-capacity disk drives with ever-growing track density, the allowable level of position error signal(PES) is becoming smaller and smaller. In order to achieve the high TPI(track per inch) disk drive, it is necessary to improve the writing accuracy during the servo track writing(STW) Process through the reduction of track mis-registration sources. Among the main contributors of the non-repeatable runout(NRRO) PES, the disk vibration and the head-stack assembly vibration is considered to be one of the most significant factors. Also the most contributors of repeatable runout(RRO) come from the contributors of NRRO which is written-in at the time of STW process. In this paper, the effect of NRRO on servo written-in RRO is Investigated by experimentally, and the experimental result shows that the written-in RRO can be effectively reduced through a STW process under low dense medium condition such as semi-vacuum.

나노급 정밀 구동을 위한 스핀들 모터-척 시스템 설계

The STW(servo track writing) system which is the process of writing servo signals on disks before assembling in drives uses the spindle motor-chuck mechanism to realize low cost because the spindle motor-chuck mechanism has merit which can simultaneously write multi-disk by piling up disks in hub. Therefore, when the spindle motor-chuck mechanism of horizontal type operates in high rotation speed it is necessary to reduce the effect of RRO(repeatable run-out) and NRRO(non-repeatable run-out) to achieve the high precision accuracy of nano-meter level during the STW process. In this paper, we analyzed that the slip in assembly surfaces can be caused by the mechanical tolerance and clamping force in hub-chuck mechanism and can affect NRRO performance. We designed springs for centering and clamping considering centrifugal force by the rotation speed and assembly condition. The experimental result showed NRRO performance improves about 30 % than case of weak clamping force. The result shows that the optimal design of the spindle motor-chuck mechanism can effectively reduce the effect of NRRO and RRO in STW process.

This paper presents three algorithms of repetitive controller for compensation of the repeatable runout in hard disk drive. The basic theory of the repetitive controller and the analysis of the disturbance in hard disk drive are introduced. The tracking controller is designed in order to design the 'plug-in type' repetitive controller. Design of the repetitive controller is considered as the design of the filter, determination of gain and design of additional compensation for the various types. Specially, trade-off relationship between stability and performance is important for the design. The three kinds of 'plug-in type' repetitive controllers are designed, simulated and experimented. Performance and characteristic of them are compared with the analysis of the experimental results.

박태원 산문세계에 나타난 부정적 인식과 정체성

The studies on Park Taewon is still valuable. But, almost of thosestudies are limited to novels. Especially, Park Taewon is a writer whoconcentrated on imagery of the writings he wrote his experiences forhimself through novels, so the awareness embodied in novels is deeplyrelated to the awareness of essay. In this sense, Prose world of ParkTaewon can be understood more accurately from an angle of mutual textof novels and proses. In his novels and proses, there are various subjectssuch as women, aged men, central part, surrounding part, etc. Especially,the awareness shown in prose world of Park Taewon is shown bynegative realization on some subject. The negative realization shows ParkTaewon’s own identity by the awareness to classify others and himselfand becomes the base of Park Taewon’s prose world. First of all, women are the existence eaten into by selfishness andignorance in prose world of Park Taewon. As women are objects damedby capitalist desire in 「Daily life of novelist Gubo」, so the work isdifferent from existing works. Women of his prose are daughter or wife,who is directly related to Park Taewon closely, so the works show frankawareness. In 「Young people」, his two daughters, Sulyoung andSoyoung, cannot control their desire because of greed. 「Egoist」 showsselfish and dual appearance of his wife, seen by Park Taewon, throughseveral stories. In 「Vain thing」, weakness of Joseon women is that theyare passionate to myths. And, aged people are surplus existence who cannot help being deniedin prose world of Park Taewon. In 「Fallen bird」, he uses some agedperson who sticks to the glory of the past without living at present and thesituation he fears of his death as the most of narrative. In Chunbyun landscape, the aged are doing mysterious and impatient behaviors fortheir health. In 「Youngilmandam」, the aged have pretension andshamelessness. In 「Mohwagwan-Yongduri」, the aged make an excuse forall things. In 「Unlucky grandmother」, the aged person does not intend toreturn other’s fan, but cannot help returning. In 「Byungsangjabsul」, ParkTaewon is negative to longevity and points out that loneliness of the agedis nearly a kind of mental extinction of the aged. Finally, there is the awareness on central part and surrounding part asthe boundary of sungmun of gyungsung. In 「Mackerel」, a grandmotherclassifies out of sungmun and in sungmun and it is planned bydiscriminated sight. However, Park Taewon mentioned that he does notagree the thought, but 「Criminal and prize」 shows negative awareness onthe outside of sungmun. Especially, his 3 portraits 「Eumwo」, 「Tudo」,and 「Chaega」 show the situation that problems occurred out of thesungmun must be solved by resources in sungmun, the situation thatproblems are occurred by Joseon thief living out of sungmun, thesituation that problems caused by brokerage of Joseon person are solvedby assistance of Japanese person in sungmun, etc. Park Taewon designedGyungsung as inside and outside of sungmun and showed contemptagainst surrounding part and awareness aiming at central part. 박태원에 대한 연구는 여전히 가치를 지닌다. 하지만 그에 대한 연구는 거의 소설에 한정되어 있다. 박태원의 경우 스스로 체험하며 남긴 글을 소설로 형상화함에주력했던 작가이기에 소설에서 구현된 의식은 수필에서의 의식과 깊은 관련을 지닌다. 이와 같은 측면에서 보자면 박태원의 산문세계에 대한 이해는 소설과 수필의상호텍스트적인 차원에서 보다 명확하게 이루어질 수 있다. 그의 소설과 수필에서여성, 노인, 중심부와 주변부 등과 같이 다양한 대상이 나타난다. 박태원의 산문세계에 나타난 의식은 어떤 대상에 대한 부정적 인식으로 드러난다. 이와 같은 부정적 인식은 타인과 자신을 구별하고자 하는 의식에 의해 박태원 자신의 정체성을 드러내는 역할을 하며 박태원 산문세계의 근간을 이룬다. 먼저 여성은 박태원의 산문세계에서 이기심과 무지함에 잠식당한 존재로 그려진다. 「소설가 구보씨의 일일」에서 여성들은 자본주의적 욕망에 경도된 대상들로나타난다는 점에서 기존의 작품과 차이를 지닌다. 그의 수필에 나타나는 여성은 박태원 가까이에서 직접적으로 관계를 맺고 있는 딸 혹은 아내와 같은 이들을 대상으로 하고 있기 때문에 보다 진솔한 의식이 드러난다. 「어린것들」에서는 박태원의두 딸인 설영과 소영이 식탐에 빠져 욕망을 제어할 수 없는 대상으로 나타난다. 「에고이스트」은 박태원의 시선에 비친 이기적이고 이중적인 아내의 모습을 여러 일화를 통해 말하고 있다. 「허영심 많은 것」에서는 조선의 여인이 지닌 결점으로 미신이라 불러 마땅할 것들에 열정을 보이는 모습을 문제로 지적한다. 이와 같은 사항은 「재운」이란 소설 작품에서 그대로 주제화가 된다. 그리고 노인은 박태원의 산문세계에서 부정할 수밖에 없는 잉여적 존재로 나타난다. 「낙조」에서 현재를 살아가지 못하고 과거의 영광에 취해 살아가는 한 노인의모습과 함께 자신의 죽음을 두려워하는 상황을 서사의 대부분으로 사용한다. 천변풍경에서 노인들은 건강관리를 한다며 기괴하고 극성스러운 행위를 하는 존재들로 묘사된다. 「영일만담」에서 노인은 허세, 뻔뻔함을 지닌 존재로 나타난다. 「모화관 - 용두리」에서는 핑계로 모든 것을 일관하는 노인의 모습을 나타낸다. 「불운한 할멈」에서는 타인의 부채를 갚지 않으려 했다가 갚을 수밖에 없게 된 노인의 모습을 그려낸다. 「병상잡설」에서 박태원은 장수에 대한 비관론을 드러내며 노령만이 지닌 고독이 일종의 정신적 소멸에 가까움을 지적한다. 마지막으로 경성의 성문을 경계로 한 중심부와 주변부에 대한 인식이 나타난다. 「고등어」에서 할멈은 성문 밖과 안을 구분하여 이를 차별적인 시선으로 구획한다. 그러나 박태원 자신은 이런 생각에 동조하지 않는다는 것을 밝히지만 「죄인과 상여」에서 성문 밖에 대한 부정적 인식을 드러낸다. 특히 그의 자화상 3연작으로 불리는 「음우」, 「투도」, 「채가」에서 성문 밖에서 문제가 발생했을 때 성문 안의 자원으로 해결해야 하는 상황, 성문 밖에 사는 조선인 도둑에 의해 문제가 발생한 상황,조선인의 중개로 문제가 발생해 성문 안 일본인의 도움으로 이를 해결하는 상황등을 드러낸다. 박태원은 경성을 성문 밖과 안이라는 곳으로 구획하여 주변부에 대한 멸시와 함께 중심지에 대한 지향 의식을 드러낸다.

3.5인치 HDD용 FDB스핀들 시스템의 훨링, 플라잉과 틸팅 거동에 관한 연구

This research develops an experimental method to measure the motion of a FDB spindle system with a 3.5' disk by using three capacitance probes fixed on the xyz-micrometers, and it shows that a FDB spindle system has the whirling, flying and tilting motion. It also shows that the whirling, flying and tilting motion converge very quickly to the steady state at the same time when the rotor reaches the steady-state speed. However, they are quite large even at the steady state when they are compared with the 10nm flying height of a magnetic head. For the FDB spindle system used in this experiment, the whirl radius and the peak-to-peak variation of flying height and tilting angle at the steady-state speed of 7,200rpm are 0.675m, 30nm and $5.758\times10^{-3^{\circ}}$, respectively, so that the radial motion of the FDB spindle system exceeds a track pitch of a 3.5' HDD with 90,000 TPI.
