국제 택배서비스 품질의 고객가치가 고객만족과 재이용의도에 관한 연구

본 연구는 국제 택배서비스 품질인 안전성, 편리성, 친절성, 신속성, 정확성이 국제 택배서비스 가치를 조절변수로 하여 택배서비스 만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 아울러 국제 택배서비스 만족이 국제 택배서비스 재이용에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 이의 연구를 활용하여 택배산업의 발전과 소비자의 의식을 관찰하며, 정책적 시사점을 제시하는데 있다. 이의 연구를 도출하기 위해 독립변수가 종속변수에 영향을 미치는 과정에 다른 변수인 조절변수가 개입하여 변수의 직접적인 효과가 아닌 또 다른 영향을 야기하는 현상을 분석하기 위한 연구방법론인 조절회귀분석을 한다. 본 연구 분석결과 국제 택배서비스 안전성, 편리성, 친절성, 신속성 그리고 정확성 요인이 만족도에 미치는 영향과 국제 택배서비스 가치의 조절효과가 만족도에 미치는 효과 분석에서 거의 모둔 요인에 서 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 그러나 국제 택배시장의 과열로 오히려 국제 택배 서비스의 질적 수준이 저하할 염려가 발생할 수 있다. 국제 택배시장의 확대로 인하여 택배시장 진입 기업의 증대로 인하여 많은 문제점이 수반되고 있다. 특히, 국내 택배업계의 가장 큰 문제점중 하나가 단가경쟁에 의한 수익성 악화이다. 때문에 중소형 국제 택배업체들의 적자운영은 일반화 되었다고 할 수 있다. 이와 같은 현상은 곧 소비자의 피해나 서비스 품질 하락을 초래하는 현상을 초래할 우려가 있다. 이에 국제 택배서비스를 제공하고 있는 국제 택배업체는 글로벌 고객이 요구하는 서비스 품질을 개발하여 고객의 니즈에 충족시켜야 할 것이다. This study analyzes the effect of parcel service quality such as safety, convenience, kindness, promptness, and accuracy on the satisfaction of parcel service by using parcel service value as a controlling variable. In addition, the empirical analysis of the effect of the satisfaction of the parcel service on the reuse of the parcel service. The purpose of this study is to observe the development of the parcel delivery industry and consumers consciousness, and to present policy implications. In order to derive the research results, a controlled regression analysis is performed to analyze a phenomenon that causes another influence rather than a direct effect of the variable by intervening the control variable in the process of the independent variable affecting the dependent variable. As a result of the analysis of this study, it was found that the effects of parcel service safety, convenience, kindness, promptness, and accuracy factors on satisfaction, and the effect of controlling the value of parcel service on satisfaction were significantly affected by almost all factors. However, due to the overheating of the parcel delivery market, there may be fears that the quality of the parcel service will deteriorate. Due to the expansion of the parcel delivery market, many problems are accompanied by the increase of companies entering the parcel delivery market. In particular, one of the biggest problems in the domestic courier industry is the deterioration of profitability due to unit price competition. Therefore, it can be said that the operation of deficits of small and medium-sized criminals has become generalized. Such a phenomenon is likely to lead to a phenomenon that causes damage to consumers or deterioration of service quality. Accordingly, global courier companies that provide parcel service will have to develop the quality of service required by global customers to meet the needs of customers.

Acute fatty liver of pregnancy are relatively rare but extremely dangerous, because they may quickly develop into a fulminant disease and become a serious life-threatening disorder for mother and fetus in the third trimester. Therefore, early diagnosis, prompt delivery and intensive supportive care the cornerstones in the management of acute fatty liver of pregnancy. Clinical findings in acute fatty liver of pregnancy vary because it may occur with varying degrees of clinical severity and in conjunction with other third trimester symptoms, making early diagnosis difficult. However, careful history and physical examination, in conjunction with compatible laboratory and imaging results, are often sufficient to make the diagnosis, and liver biopsy is rarely indicated. We have experienced a case of acute fatty liver of pregnancy presenting as early hepatic encephalopathy, renal failure which developed during the third trimester. We diagnosed acute fatty liver of pregnancy based on clinical presentation and laboratory abnormalities. Despite of prompt delivery and adequate supportive care management, this severe complication of pregnancy has had an adverse outcome for mother.
