        역사적 건축물의 보존⋅활용에 대한 민간비영리조직 (NPO)의 활동 분석 및 과제

        역사적 건축물의 보존은 일반적으로 공공역역에서 담당하여 왔으나, 보존이 필요한 역사적 건축물의 양적 증대와 다양화로 인하여 민간차원에서의 적극적인 참여가 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구의 목적은 역사적 건축물 보존?활용과 근린공동체 활성화를 위해 활동 중인 미국의 히스토릭 보스턴사(HBI)의 사례연구를 통하여 국내에서도 역사적 건축물의 보존과 활용에 대한 NPO의 활동방향을 제안하는데 있다. 연구결과, HBI의 활동은 국내 NPO활동에 다음과 같은 시사점을 제공하고 있었다. 첫째, 보존과 정비가 필요한 역사적 건축물을 취득하여 정비, 복원한 후에 이를 다시 매각 또는 임대하여 활용하고, 매각된 대금을 다시 역사적인 건축물을 보존?활용하는데 사용하는 회전기금 사업방식을 도입할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 보존지역권 제도의 도입을 통해 보존사업의 효율성을 제고할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 역사적 건축물의 보존?활용을 근린공동체의 재생, 강화, 활성화와 연계시킬 필요가 있으며, 넷째, 역사적 건축물 보존과 활용에 있어 다양한 기관과 협력을 위한 전문성 확보 및 보존사업 효과의 극대화를 위해 지역의 리더들과 함께 해야 하며, 향후 국내에서도 HBI와 같은 역사 NPO의 활동이 활성화되길 기대한다. The preservation of historic buildings in Korea has been considered to be the responsibility of the public sector. Recently, however, due to the increasing number of buildings to be preserved as well as the diversification of historic buildings induced the private sector to take a part in the preservation activity. The purpose of this study is to seek the direction of NPO?s activity in Korea on the preservation by analyzing the cases of Historic Boston Incorporated(HBI) which has played a significant role in preserving historic buildings and activating local community by utilizing those buildings. The activity of HBI provides following implications on domestic NPO activity. First, on-going stewardship, in which the profit from selling or leasing the preserved buildings is reinvested to preserve and reuse historic buildings, needs to be brought in. Secondly, the efficiency of preserving historic building business should be improved by adopting the preservation easement. Third, the preservation and reuse of historic buildings should be connected with the regeneration, reinforcement and revitalization of communities. Fourth, regional leaders must participate in preserving and reusing historic buildings in order to maximize the effects of preservation business.

        제천시 건축문화재의 보존과 활용을 위한 시민의식 조사 연구

        This study is targeted at the people who live in Jecheon. It investigated the general term concerning the preservation and reuse of architectural heritage, the awareness of local architectural heritage, and the civic consciousness about the relationship between architectural heritage and townscape. And, it is aimed to be used as a basic data for the preservation and reuse of architectural heritage and townscape in Jecheon. This study was conducted using the survey and the statistical analysis. The result are as followings. Firstly, when the policy related to the preservation and reuse of architectural heritage in Jecheon is to be made and proceeded, it should actively promote and reflect the views of the citizens. Secondly, it should be to develop the available utilization programs and to find the method to increase the accessibility of architectural heritage. Thirdly, it should be considered the method which can give the economic benefits to owners and the enjoyment of culture to the citizens. Lastly, the long term plan will be required for a distinctive townscape in Jecheon. And, when modern architecture adjacent to the architectural heritage is built, we should be considered the design which can be expressed the historicity of architectural heritage.

        도심지 근대건축의 보존과 활용에 관한 연구

        The aim of this study is to understand the plan characteristics used in unit floor planning mainly with examples of mixed-use residential tall buildings. The study will extract plan characteristics mainly using the graph expressive technique with essential information of the zoning function of residential space, rather than merely analyzing the various construction floor plans by type. The research method involves studying a group of 50-story buildings (over 200 meters) which were built between 2002 and 2008. Among 6 high-rise residential buildings case, we extract the most preferred type from 34 types, And then we simply classify rooms in 3 zoning, the master, living and children’s zones. Finally we analyze the correlation among 3 simple zone and then extract some model type. The results of this study revealed three main findings. First, using the 3 functional zones, the shape of the main building and the unit floor plan can be analyzed simply even when they appear to be complicated. Second, we can extract common features when we analyze the unit floor plan from the viewpoint of the penetrability among 3 zoning. Third, we can extract 2 types when we analyze the unit floor plan from the viewpoint of 3 connected functional zoning concepts.

        청풍문화재단지 활성화를 위한 시민의식 조사 연구

        This study was conducted as a basic study for the preservation and reuse of local cultural heritages for the Cheongpung Cultural Heritage Complex in Jecheon, which created a cultural heritage complex by relocating cultural heritages that were in danger of being submerged due to the construction of Chungju Dam. The study was analyzed using STATA, a statistical program. The result are as followings. Firstly, due to the low recognition of Cheongpung Cultural Heritage Complex and the low number of visits, it is necessary to come up with online promotional plans such as SNS, etc. And, it will also be necessary to develop content linked to the cherry blossom festival. Secondly, Although the level of interest in the vitalization of the Cheongpung Cultural Heritage Complex was low, it was highly aware of the need for the vitalization. In order to vitalize the cultural heritage complex, the maintenance of nearby street facilities, focusing on the cultural heritage, should be an important project. Thirdly, although it is thought that the architectural cultural heritage in Cheongpung Cultural Heritage Complex are important, the level of interest was low and the architectural cultural heritages were not well known. Lastly, the expansion and improvement of parking lots and convenience facilities in Cheongpung Cultural Heritage Complex will be necessary. It will also be necessary to develop various operating programs.

        역사문화유산을 활용한 중소도시의 가로 재생방안

        역사문화유산의 활용을 재생과 연계하기 위해서는 공간적 재생, 활용에 의한 경제적 재생, 공동체의 사회적 재생접근이 필요하다. 그러나 대부분의 가로계획은 환경적인 계획에만 치우쳐 가로재생에 이르지 못하고 있다. 본 연구목적은 중소도시인 강경의 중심가로에 남아있는 근대건축물의 보존?활용을 통한 가로재생 방안을 모색하는데 있으며, 가로재생의 목표를 가로 속에서 근대 건축과 역사문화를 체험할 수 있는 근대역사문화 거리박물관 조성으로 설정하고, 네 가지 추진전략과 전략별 사업방안을 마련하였다. 이러한 방안 마련을 통하여 다음 세 가지의 연구의의를 도출할 수 있었는데, 첫째 도시재생과 경쟁력 제고 차원에서 역사문화유산을 어떤 용도로 활용할지에 대한 고민과 거점공간의 형성에 기반한 네트워크 계획이 필요하며, 둘째 역사문화자원의 활용은 테마 속에서 그 테마를 연출하고 체험할 수 있는 용도의 도입과 함께 축제 및 이벤트 등을 도입한 마케팅적 접근이 중요하다. 셋째 중소도시의 인구특성상 리더가 부재하고 공동체가 느슨한 상태에서는 물적인 정비 활용을 위해 리더 육성과 공동체 형성을 함께 하여야 한다는 것이다. For the regeneration to be connected with the utilization of historic and cultural heritage, it is needed to consider spatial regeneration, the economic regeneration through utilization and the social community regeneration. However, most of street regeneration projects are inclined to focus on environmental aspects of streetscape. The purpose of this study is to explore ways for successful street regeneration through the preservation and reuse of the modern buildings remained in a small town, Ganggyeong. As a goal of the street regeneration, it is set up the foundation of a modern historic and cultural street museum that provides visitors with the experiences of modern buildings, histories and cultures in the streets. Three significant and strategical business methods are suggested. First, it needs to decide how to use historic and cultural heritage and to plan on the networks based on the formation of core space. Second, under a theme, facilities should be developed to provide theme experiences, and marketing approach, such as employing festivals and events, should be included. Third, it has to be accompanied with leaders for organizing communities in case of small and medium-sized cities with poor connections among citizens.

        도시재생의 관점에서 본 전북 구도청사 주변 재생방안에 대한 연구: 전주 구도심 구도청사 재사용을 중심으로

        This study aims to propose an urban renewal plan for the old downtown Jeonju with conservation and reuse of old Jeollabuk-do Hall. I discussed the factors that form the urban identity which is recognized as a critical factor in post-modern city. Architecture and landscape provide physical space which constitute urban identity and these meaningful space become the place that provides the background and the space for action and specific memory. The old town has more potential to reflect urban identity, because it has a lot of layer of time with historical legacy and industrial heritage. However, some places in urban area are fallen into derelict places with losing their vitality with the growth of the city. It is required to regenerate these derelict areas for us to give the new program and features for the city in post-modern era. The trend of the regeneration is developed from one precious spot restoration to area generation which is networking various specific meaningful locations. Because it can facilitate a variety of actions and events that are essential elements for people``s gathering. Gamyeong 5th gil in Jeonju old town has been formed in the Joseon Dynasty. It was the longitudinal axis of the city connecting from Pungnam gate to Gaeksa. But it has been changed into an unattractive street with physical problem such as generation of derelict space, discontinuity of walking route, and mass with scale of buildings recently. It is possible to reproduce the place by inserting a public space with the new features and programs for solving these problems. The first step is to paving with pedestrian oriented environments. Next is to transferring current court yard parking space into urban public park for gathering and resting. The third is to reuse old Jeollabuk-do Hall into the library or the museum for the public destination or attraction.

      • 논리회로 시뮬레이터에 있어서 실행상태의 동적 패턴 추출과 고속화

        In general, simulation cost is enormous when the actual designs are described in hardware description languages such as VHDH. Such hardware simulation is one of the typical jobs in big computation application. Analyzing the simulation process closely, we have found that appeared pattern sequence of state transition is limited when the size of hardware modules are determinded property not be so large. The pattern sequences can be preserved dynamically when they appeared at first occurrence, and can be utilized in the later simulation in order to reduce the simulation costs. This paper proposes the basic approach of dynamic preservation and reutilization of state transitions, and presents the effectiveness of the approach based on the simulation results.

        중국 고대도성계획에서 宗廟·社稷의 배치와 그 의미-商代에서 秦代까지 : 종묘·사직의 성격과 위치변화를 중심으로

        본 연구에서는 夏商代에서 秦代까지의 도성계획에서 朝寢영역과 대응하여 각 시대의 종묘․사직의 위치와 규 모에서 드러낸 의미를 파악하고자 한다. 먼저, 고대도성계획에서 宗廟와 社稷의 성격을 논하였다. 둘째, 夏商代 偃師 二裏頭에서부터, 偃師 商城, 殷墟 小屯 등을 거쳐, 秦代 咸陽城까지 순차적으로 역사문헌과 발굴조사보고를 근거로 각 시대별 고대도성계획에 서 조침과 의례시설을 중심으로 복원하여 그 배치양상을 이해하였다. 셋째, 각 시대별 복원된 도성계획에서 조침과 의례시설의 입지와 비교하여, 시대별 종묘․사직의 성격, 규모, 건축구성, 배치, 위치 등의 변화양상과 그 의미를 해석하였다.

        도시설계수법을 활용한 근대건축물 보존 및 활용에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 역사적 가치와 장소성을 지닌 근대건축물이 박물관식 보존이 아니라 주변 건축물과의 관계를 이루며 도시적 차원에서 지속가능한 역사문화자원으로 보존 및 재생, 활용될 수 있는 방안을 마련해 보는데 있다. 특히 명동지구단위계획 구역에 위치한 (구)국립극장과 (구)대한증권거래소를 중심으로 복원 및 철거의 배경 및 진행과정을 세부적으로 고찰하여 기록하고, 도시설계수법을 활용한 근대건축물 등 역사경관의 보존과 활용에 대한 고찰 및 필요한 도시설계적 근거를 제시한다. 본 연구의 결과 및 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 근대건축물의 보전과 활용을 위해서는 소유자가 자발적으로나 타의적으로 보전에 대한 명분을 찾을 수 있도록 역사문화적 가치와 경제적 가치가 부여되어야 한다. 둘째, 개발과 보전이라는 양립된 가치를 도시설계수법을 통해 지역 및 지구차원에서 조율할 수 있도록 제도 및 계획적 차원에서 배려가 이루어져야 한다. 셋째, 공공과 건물소유주 간에 계획적, 경제적으로 만족할 수 있는 협상과정과 도시설계차원의 인센티브 마련이 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to propose an alternative scheme in dealing with buildings that are classified as“modern” and generally regarded as historically valuable. Previously, buildings of this sort were treated as if they were artifacts of museum;, however, an alternative method attempts for a sustainable and urban strategies for the rehabilitation. By paying particular attention to the recent rehabilitation projects for the Korea National Theater and Daehan Stock Exchange Building in the Myungdong District Unit Plan, this article aims to analyze the rehabilitation strategy. Followings are the conclusion of the study. First, in order to succeed in a rehabilitation project for any historically significant modern buildings, the owner needs to have cultural awareness and economic incentives. Second, two antithetical concepts of development and rehabilitation need to be carefully mediated during urban design phase of district and zoning with the aid of planning policy. Third, sophisticated negotiation between the public and the owner is important. It also needs a incentive of urban design.
