        MND-AF를 활용한 운용개념기술서(OCD) 및 운용요구서(ORD)에 대한 보완 연구

        Modern weapon systems are composed of complex systems(System of Systems) and require a complex and advanced operational concept that performs missions through interoperability with various weapon systems. In order to derive the operational concept of the weapon system that the military wants to acquire (i.e., single mission, component operation, Joint and Alliance operations), it is necessary to identify the system related to the weapon system, environmental factors and restrictions of the weapon system to be developed. Through the derivation of the operational concept, the weapon system acquisition agency can reasonably and accurately extract various and complex requirements. In this paper, we propose a complementary method of using MND-AF to OCD and ORD required in weapon system acquisition process. MND-AF can increase the understanding and consensus of business stakeholders (users, acquirers, developers, etc.) by showing the results of weapon system analysis from various perspectives. We compare the items in the standard form of OCD and ORD with the MND-AF outputs.

        논문 : 노외기계시스템공학 ; 농업용 트랙터의 주요 농작업 소요동력 분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze power requirement of an agricultural tractor by major field operations. First a survey was conducted to obtain annual usage ratio of agricultural tractor by field operation. Plowing, rotary tillage, and loader operations were selected as major field operations of agricultural tractor. Second, a power measurement system was constructed with strain-gauge sensors to measure torque of four driving axles and a PTO axle, speed sensors to measure rotational speed of the driving axles and an engine shaft, pressure sensors to measure pressure of hydraulic pumps, an I/O interface to acquire the sensor signals, and an embedded system to calculate power requirement. Third, the major field operations were experimented under fields with different soil conditions following planned operation paths. Power requirement was analyzed during the total operation period consisted of actual operation period (plowing, rotary tillage, and loader operations) and period before and after the actual operation (3-point hitch operating, forward and reverse driving, braking, and steering). Power requirement of tractor major components such as driving axle part, PTO part, main hydraulic part, and auxiliary hydraulic part were measured and calculated to determine usage ratio of agricultural tractor power. Results of averaged power requirement for actual field operation and total operation were 23.1 and 17.5 kW, 24.6 and 19.1 kW, and 14.9 and 8.9 kW, respectively, for plowing, rotary tillage, and loader operations. The results showed that rotary tillage required the greatest power among the operations. Averaged power requirement of driving axles, PTO axle, main hydraulic part, and auxiliary part during the actual field operation were 8.1, 7.8, 3.4, and 1.5 kW, respectively, and the total requirement power was about 70% (20.8 kW) of the rated power. Averaged power requirement of driving axles, PTO axle, main hydraulic, and auxiliary hydraulic for the total operation period were 6.5, 6.0, 2.1, 0.9 kW, respectively, and total requirement power was about 52% (15.5 kW) of the rated power. Driving axles required the greatest amount of power among the components.

        공공정보화사업 제안요청서 품질분석 : 시스템 운영 개념을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to present an evaluation model to measure the clarification level of stakeholder requirements of public sector software projects in the Republic of Korea. We tried to grasp the quality of proposal request through evaluation model. It also examines the impact of the level of stakeholder requirements on the level of system requirements. To do this, we analyzed existing research models and related standards related to business requirements and stakeholder requirements, and constructed evaluation models for the system operation concept documents in the ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148. The system operation concept document is a document prepared by organizing the requirements of stakeholders in the organization and sharing the intention of the organization. The evaluation model proposed in this study focuses on evaluating whether the contents related to the system operation concept are faithfully written in the request for proposal. The evaluation items consisted of three items: 'organization status', 'desired changes', and 'operational constraints'. The sample extracted 217 RFPs in the national procurement system. As a result of the analysis, the evaluation model proved to be valid and the internal consistency was maintained. The level of system operation concept was very low, and it was also found to affect the quality of system requirements. It is more important to clearly write stakeholders‘ requirements than the functional requirements. we propose a news classification methods for sentiment analysis that is effective for bankruptcy prediction model.

        지역방위작전 간 지역예비군 작전소요 산정 발전방안 연구

        The purpose of this study is to develop a computational model to determine operational requirements for regional reserve forces during both wartime and peacetime operations. For this purpose. tactical consideration factors(METT+TC: Mission, Enemy situation, Terrain and weather, Troops and support available, Time available, Civil considerations) were considered for the analysis of the effects of environmental factors on regional defense operations, and this constitutes for this study. For example, as to the aspect of mission, it was proposed that the use of regional reserve forces ought to be shifted from a static defense concept which concentrates on the control of key areas such as choke points and check points to a concept of highly mobile reserve distributed to points where they were most needed. And it was also proposed that the shift of duty ought not to be implemented in consideration of the characteristics of regional defense operations during wartime and peacetime. The criteria for determination of the operational requirements for of the regional reserve forces were computed using the number of important national facilities, the number of reserve forces resources, and the area by administrative unit. This computational model showed a total of 1,458 regional reserve companies for operational requirements. In the future, the desired size of the regional reserve force unit can be computed by using the standardized number of members. once the structure of the regional reserve force unit is established.

        열차의 분리결합 기술은 통상적으로 열차의 편성조성과 구원 운전시 사용되며 더 나아가 동일 노선내 수송 수요변화에 따른 가변편성 운행과 본선과 지선의 배차간격을 균등화하기 위한 직결운행에 반드시 필요하다. 하지만 현재까지의 열차 분리결합은 전적으로 운영자의 개입 하에서 이루어지고 있어 소요시간이 길고 인적 오류에 의한 사고가 빈번하게 발생되는 문제가 있다. 본 연구에서는 열차제어시스템의 개입에 의한 열차분리결합 자동화를 위한 열차의 분리와 결합상황에 대한 운영시나리오를 제시하며 이를 위해 새롭게 개발이 필요한 열차제어시스템 기능 요구사항을 제시한다. 본 연구를 통해 제시된 열차분리결합 운영시나리오 및 열차제어시스템 기능요구사항은 향후 시스템 개발 및 도입시 기초가 되는 접근방법으로 활용될 것으로 기대된다. Most of the coupling/decoupling technologies of train are used for usual formation building, relief drive of train, and furthermore, they are used for the operation with variable formation and direct operation according to the change in transportation demand within the same line. However, there are problems of long time required and frequent occurrence of accidents due to the human error since existing train coupling/decoupling operation is completely accomplished by the intervention of operator. In this paper, we propose operation scenario and functional requirements of train control system for automated coupling/decoupling operation. Through this study, we expect that the proposed coupling/decoupling operation scenario and functional requirements will play a key role in system development and implementation in the future.

        장애아통합어린이집 운영 실태 및 정책적 요구

        정부의 유보통합 정책에 따라 장애아통합어린이집의 지역 교육청 이관을 고려하여 현재 장애아통합어린이집의 운영 실태와 운영상의 정책적 요구를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 장애아통합어린이집 원장을 대상으로 운영 실태와 장애영유아에 필요한 요구를 충족하고 삶의 질을 높이기 위한 장애통합어린이집의 운영을 위한 정책적 요구는 무엇인지에 대하여 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 장애아통합어린이집을 운영하고 있는 서울 및 경기도 소재 장애아통합 어린이집 원장 280명을 그 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위한 연구는 장애아통합어린이집 운영과 관련된 선행연구들을 참고하여 장애아통합어린이집에 대한 일반적 배경, 장애아통합어린이집 운영 실태, 장애아통합어린이집의 정책적 요구에 대한 문항을 구성하고 설문을 실시하였다. 자료는 2023년 7월 중에 수집되었으며 수집한 자료는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 활용하여 배경변인별 차이 검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 장애전담교사 채용 방법, 어린이집 운영시 도움되는 물리적 환경, 가정과 연계하여 제공하는 정보, 어린이집 운영 시 도움이 되는 교육, 운영상의 어려움, 장애전담교사 확보를 위한 정책요구, 비용지원 정책요구, 우선지원 정책요구 등의 결과가 분석되었다. 본 연구는 장애아통합어린이집 원장을 대상으로 하여 장애아통합어린이집의 운영 실태와 정책적 요구를 분석하여 이를 통해 적합한 장애통합교육을 위한 기초자료를 제공했다는 측면에서 의미가 있다. 한편 당면한 문제점을 보다 세부적으로 해결할 수 있는 다양한 연구 또한 요구됨을 제언하였다. Considering the transfer of inclusive daycare centers for disabled children to local offices of education in accordance with the government's policy to integrate children with disabilities, we sought to confirm the current operation status of inclusive daycare centers for disabled children and operational policy requirements. To this end, the director was examined on the operation status of the disability integrated daycare center and the policy demands for the operation of the inclusive daycare center to meet the needs of infants with disabilities and improve the quality of life. To this end, 280 heads of inclusive daycare centers for children with disabilities in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, which operate inclusive daycare centers for children with disabilities, were targeted. The research tool for conducting this study was based on previous studies related to the operation of inclusive daycare center, the status of operation of inclusive daycare center, and the policy needs of inclusive daycare center. The data were collected during July 2023, and the collected data was verified by background variables using the SPSS 21.0 program. The results of the study were analyzed, including physical environments that are helpful in operating daycare centers, information provided in connection with homes, education that is helpful in operating daycare centers, operational difficulties, policy demands for cost support, and priority support policy demands. This study is meaningful in that it provided basic data for appropriate inclusive education by analyzing the operation status and policy needs of the disabled children's inclusive daycare center for the director of inclusive daycare center. On the other hand, it was also suggested that various studies that could solve the immediate problems in more detail should be requested.

        A Holistic Method Determining Takeoff Field Length Requirement for Commercial Aircraft

        The takeoff field length (TOFL) requirement is one of the top-level aircraft requirements. This requirement has a direct impact on airport compatibility, and also has a significant impact on aircraft direct operating cost (DOC) and airport environmental issues. A holistic method is proposed to determine the TOFL requirement of commercial aircraft, in which targeted operation airports, DOC and environmental issues are all considered rationally. The major steps of the method include normalizing runway lengths of the targeted operation airports, aircraft concept design and analysis, TOFL and DOC tradeoff through the multi-objective optimization. A case study for notional wide-body commercial aircraft is used to illustrate and verify the proposed method. The TOFL requirement is determined logically according to the procedure of the method. As a result, the most reasonable TOFL requirement for this case study should be less than 2400 m. Under this TOFL requirement, the aircraft can takeoff at 95% of the targeted operation airports with maximum takeoff weight as well as meet environmental requirements. Compared to the concept with TOFL of 2700 m, the airport compatibility is increased by 10.5% with 2.4% DOC penalty.

        관측포탄 작전운용성능 검증을 위한 시뮬레이션 연구

        무기체계의 성능을 뜻하는 작전운용성능(Required Operational Capability)은 신규 무기체계의 소요 결정 시 함께 결정되며, 무기체계의 획득부터 전술적인 운용에 이르기까지 결정적인 영향을 미치기 때문에 이를 정의하는 것은 매우 중요한 일이다. 본 연구에서는 새롭게 개발되는 무기체계인 관측포탄의 ROC를 검증하기 위한 시뮬레이션 기반의 방법론을 제안한다. 이를 위해, ROC를 구성하는 무기체계의 주요 성능과 무기체계의 성능에 영향을 미치는 외부환경요인을 입력값으로 하고, 작전운용효과를 결과값으로 출력하는 이산사건 시뮬레이션 모델을 제안한다. 시뮬레이션 모델을 구현하는데 필요한 모의논리를 설명하고 민감도 분석 등 다양한 시뮬레이션 결과를 활용하여 ROC를 검증할 수 있는 방법에 대해 설명한다. 본 연구는 관측포탄과 같이 유사무기체계가 없고 군의 분석모델을 직접적으로 활용하기 어려운 무기체계의 ROC를 분석하고 작전효과를 예측할 수 있는 방법론으로 활용이 가능할 것이다. Required Operational Capability(ROC), which means the performance of a weapon system, is determined when estimating the requirements of a new weapon system. It is very important to define the ROC as it has a decisive influence from acquisition of a weapon system to tactical operation. In this study, we propose a simulation methodology to verify the ROC of the Para-Observation Munition(POM), a newly developed weapon system. To this end, we propose a discrete-event simulation model that takes main performance of the weapon system constituting the ROC and environmental factors that affect performance of the weapon system as input values, and outputs operational effect as a result value. It describes various simulation logic required to implement a simulation model, and explains how to verify ROC using various simulation results such as sensitivity analysis. POM is a weapon system that does not have a similar one and that is difficult to directly utilize the military analysis model. This study can be used as a methodology to analyze the ROC and predict operational effects of weapon systems such as POM.

        The Personal Rapid Transit (PRT) is a transportation system that uses stations and moves without stopping to the destination through driverless train operation. It is basically a public transport for small group transportation. In this paper, we analyzed the requirements of various user - oriented information systems for the development of high - quality service for the re - birth of PRT, which has characteristics of public transportation, safety and timeliness. Along with the requirements of the user perspective for smart PRT, we analyzed the requirements of the information system for major decision making. Therefore, we tried to carry out basic research for the development of railway transportation system with competitive services in the future transportation sector.

        운영기반의 철도시스템 RAMS 성능 요구사항 설계에 관한 연구

        Recently the design of railway systems have been performed, based on the analysis of operational conditions and service targets, it is to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of system operation. Many RAMS requirements have been developed to transform operation conditions into system design characteristics. However, our railway industry has not actived the application of RAMS into system design performance. According to short of RAMS application, many technologies that have been developed are not only applied the existing systems that is operating, but also have not succeed to apply for new systems. In order to design the effective and efficient railway systems that are optimized to operation conditions and service targets, a systems approach and RAMS management are necessary in railway development, operation and maintenance. Therefore, in this study, the RAMS performance requirement design methods are discussed. the allocation methods from system level to each devices of subsystems.
