      • Spectral Analysis of the Moving System with Multi-object Based on V-system

        Based on an orthogonal function system over triangular domain, V-system, decomposing orthogonally a moving system with multiple moving objects into V-series, motion state of this moving system at different moment can be expressed in the frequency domain. To make full use of the advantage of the V-system, the capability to precisely express a 3D object group, each moving object is represented by a triangular mesh model, and then the energy curve data for the moving system is calculated by determining the coefficients of the V-series. The energy curve can be applied to the state analysis of the moving system. The relationship of energy curves of a moving system with different triangular mesh resolutions is analyzed. The experiment results show that there exist no strong dependence between energy curve and the resolution of 3D model, so when performing spectral analysis for a moving system, we can choose the model with low resolution, so that the computation can be reduced and the analysis efficiency can be improved. Finally, the mathematic relationship between energy of a moving system and some related variables is obtained by processing a large number of experimental data using the linear regression method. The characteristic of this study is reflected in the whole expression of a 3D model group, and the objects in the group are in motion.

        고정상태에서 신체 형태변화에 따른 떨림 판별의 예측시스템 연구

        생체의 움직임을 판별을 예측하는 기술은 흐름판별율과 스트림판별율로 변화의 형태를 구성하여 진행한다. 떨림의 움직이는 형태는 판별율의 조건에 따라 움직임의 유동시스템으로 구성한다. 흐름판별율은 생체 내 물질에서 특별한 부위의 신호를 대상으로 생체의 움직임을 정의하고 그 주변에 형태에 따라 흐름을 판별하여 떨림을 비교하여 신호값으로 선정한다. 스트림판별율은 스트림상태의 기준값을 설정하고 측정된 값과 비교하여 신호값으로 선정한다. 대상 조건에 따라 판별은 특정부위의 상-아래-주변-중앙을 대상으로 최대치와 최소치 및 평균값으로 변수를 측정하였다. 떨림의 변화에 따라 상 (-0.817)±0.15, 주변 (-2.53)±(-0.11), 아래 (-0.29)±0.03, 중앙 (-0.09)±(-0.01) 의 최대치-최소치-평균값이 나타났다. 형태의 변화에 따른 현상을 통하여 생체의 움직임의 범위가 어떠한 형태의 유동현상을 갖고 있는지 예측할 수 있고, 특정부위의 상-아래-주변-중앙의 움직임으로 데이터를 구성하면 앞으로 특정부위의 여러 변화를 주었을 때 신체의 다양한 변화를 판별하는 예측기술이 진행될 것으로 판단된다. Moving techniques is made up the physical moving status of the flow distinction modulus (FDM) and stream distinction modulus (SDM) on the shudder moving shape. Condition of the distinction modulus by the shudder moving shape is organized the dangle moving system. As to define the physical moving of special signal on the matter, we compared a shudder value of the flow distinction modulus on the flow state. The concept of stream distinction modulus is analyzed the reference of stream distinction signal and stream distinction signal by the stream state. For detecting a variation of the FDM-SDM of the maximum-minimum and average in terms of the moving shape, and shudder moving value that is a shudder value of the top variation of the Top-εMAX-MIN-AVG with (-0.817)±0.15 units, that is a shudder value of the peripheral variation of the Per-εMAX-MIN-AVG with (-2.53)±(-0.11) units, that is a shudder value of the limbus variation of the Lim-εMAX-MIN-AVG with (-0.29)±0.03 units, that is a shudder value of the center variation of the Cen-εMAX-MIN-AVG with (-0.09)±(-0.01) units. The dangle moving will be to assess at the capacity of the physical moving shape for the control degree of distinction modulus on the FDM-SDM that is showed the flow and stream shape by the distinction modulus system. Dangle distinction system is adjusted of a shape by the special moving and is included a shudder data of dangle moving modulus.

        Wind loads on a moving vehicle–bridge deck system by wind-tunnel model test

        Wind-vehicle-bridge (WVB) interaction can be regarded as a coupled vibration system. Aerodynamic forces and moment on vehicles and bridge decks play an important role in the vibration analysis of the coupled WVB system. High-speed vehicle motion has certain effects on the aerodynamic characteristics of a vehicle-bridge system under crosswinds, but it is not taken into account in most previous studies. In this study, a new testing system with a moving vehicle model was developed to directly measure the aerodynamic forces and moment on the vehicle and bridge deck when the vehicle model moved on the bridge deck under crosswinds in a large wind tunnel. The testing system, with a total length of 18.0 m, consisted of three main parts: vehicle-bridge model system, motion system and signal measuring system. The wind speed, vehicle speed, test objects and relative position of the vehicle to the bridge deck could be easily altered for different test cases. The aerodynamic forces and moment on the moving vehicle and bridge deck were measured utilizing the new testing system. The effects of the vehicle speed, wind yaw angle, rail track position and vehicle type on the aerodynamic characteristics of the vehicle and bridge deck were investigated. In addition, a data processing method was proposed according to the characteristics of the dynamic testing signals to determine the variations of aerodynamic forces and moment on the moving vehicle and bridge deck. Three-car and single-car models were employed as the moving rail vehicle model and road vehicle model, respectively. The results indicate that the drag and lift coefficients of the vehicle tend to increase with the increase of the vehicle speed and the decrease of the resultant wind yaw angle and that the vehicle speed has more significant effect on the aerodynamic coefficients of the single-car model than on those of the three-car model. This study also reveals that the aerodynamic coefficients of the vehicle and bridge deck are strongly influenced by the rail track positions, while the aerodynamic coefficients of the bridge deck are insensitive to the vehicle speed or resultant wind yaw angle.

        Identification of pseudo-natural frequencies in a beam-moving mass system with periodic passages

        The response of a linear time-invariant (LTI) system to harmonic input generates a harmonic output with constant frequency but varyingmagnitude and phase. Many structural dynamic systems have been modeled as linear time-varying periodic (LTP) systems. Previousstudies have reported that the response of an LTP system to an exponential input establishes an infinite number of frequencies. Thesestudies have presented a new, exponentially modulated periodic signal space and a corresponding harmonic transfer function as usefultools in the operational modal analysis of LTP systems. In consideration of this new approach, this study mainly identifies the frequenciesof a typical LTP system, such as a beam that is subject to the intermittent passage of moving masses. Upon obtaining the harmonic transferfunction for the beam-moving mass system, conventional frequency domain methods for LTI systems are used to derive the frequencycharacteristics of the LTP system from the system response. These methods include the peak-picking method. As expected in anLTP system, an infinite number of pseudo-natural frequencies resonate in the beam-moving mass system.

      • 토양의 이동에 대한 합리적 관리제도 마련 연구

        This is a policy-focused study of the management system on soil moving. In this report, we analyzed current state of domestic and foreign management and suggested three alternatives for management of soil moving in 1) self-regulation, 2) obligatory regulation, 3) phase-in according to types of regulation. 1) Self-regulation We suggested self-regulating system by the volition of owners of receiving site. This system is that they carry out soil contamination investigation for receiving site and soil before receiving it and identify that it was uncontaminated. If they performed the investigation process, they may be exempted from obligation for soil remediation when soil contamination in the site identified at a later date. The soil contamination investigation must be conducted by authorized investigation institute and prepared guideline for it. We proposed that the acceptable standards for substances in receiving soil are (1) lower than 70 % and 40 % of soil remediation standards for heavy metals/fluoride and the others, respectively, (2) lower than 80 % of soil remediation standards for all substances, (3) values which suitably developed for free use of soil in Korea. 2) Obligatory regulation We also suggested obligatory regulating system under the Soil Environment Conservation Act. When residual soil is moved from a site to another site, the project operators have to be permitted for soil moving by accredited soil management organization if destination is accurate. If not, they have to be issued a soil moving permit by Soil Management Complex and residual soil is moved to the complex temporarily. This is a measure expanding the function of Soil Management Complex under the Soil Environment Conservation Act. We made suggestions for regulation targets, acceptable standards and remediation responsibility. The regulation targets for soil moving are the large scale projects subjected to Environment Impact Assessment in case of regulating soil moving by the project scale. If the soil moving is regulated by transport load, the targets are (1) actions applied to notification duty for change of land shape and quality by the National Land Planning and Utilization Act, (2) soils more than 1000 by standard of small scale private corporation for registration in TOCYCLE, (3) soils more than 250 by standard of object of permission in Belgium. Also, we proposed that the acceptable standards for substances in receiving soil are the same as that for self-regulation except one of alternatives. The supplement is that the soils may be accepted to the receiving site if contamination level of the site is lower than the receiving soil through comparison. In this regulation system, when soil contamination in the site identified at a later date, the obligation for soil remediation is preferentially imposed on the accredited soil management organization or the Soil Management Complex. However, an executive must be make a close investigation in the site whether it is certain or not. 3) Phase-in We analyzed strengths and weaknesses for self-regulation and obligatory regulation and suggested phase regulation in over several years as a compromise proposal. First of all, the self-regulation system is enforced for a certain period, and then the obligatory regulation system is imposed when institutional arrangements are prepared.

        초고층, 대규모 건물의 에너지 절약적 공조방식 선정을 위한 설계접근 방안에 대한 연구

        More than 60% of people all over the world are living in urban areas, and the people and buildings keep spending energy, and it makes excessive problems of global energy system. Currently, lots of attention is being paid for how to design HVAC(heating ventilating air conditioning) system in large-scale and high-rise buildings. Increasing awareness of energy use is main point of this research. HVAC systems' energy characteristics are not clearly identified and understood, so the optimal design of HVAC system is very important. Despite the fact that cold air distribution system, displacement air conditioning system, UFAD(under floor air distribution) system, cooling/heating radiation system, chilled beam system and DOAS(dedicated outdoor air system) have many energy conservational benefits and are being applied in the field in increasing numbers, there is need for fundamental understandings of several energy consumption factor of these HVAC systems. This study investigates the energy parameters of HVAC design that are system input energy, water/air moving equipments(pumps/fans) energy and outdoor air conditioning energy for IAQ. The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data for energy conservation strategies and it is a main target in the development of HVAC system selection/design guideline.

        초기 변위를 가지고 연속 이동하는 스프링-질량계가 등분포종동력을 받는 단순지지보의 동특성에 미치는 영향

        A simply supported beam subjected to a uniformly distributed tangential follower force and the two successively moving spring-mass systems upon it constitute this vibration system. The influences of the velocities of the moving spring-mass system, the distance between two successively moving spring-mass systems and the uniformly distributed tangential follower force have been studied on the dynamic behavior of a simply supported beam by numerical method. The uniformly distributed tangential follower force is considered within its critical value of a simply supported beam without two successively moving spring-mass systems, and three kinds of constant velocities and constant initial displacement of two successively moving spring-mass systems are also chosen. Their coupling effects on the transverse vibration of the simply supported beam are inspected too. In this study the simply supported beam is deflected with small vibration proportional to natural frequency of the moving spring-mass systems. According to the increasing of initial displacement of the moving spring-mass systems the amplitude of the small vibration of the simply supported beam is increased due to the spring force. The velocity of the moving spring-mass system more affect on the transverse deflection of simply supported beam than other factors of the system and the effect is dominant at high velocity of the moving spring-mass systems.

        반송제어모드를 이용한 인라인 식각/세정장치의 ITO 전극형성기술

        An in-line wet etch/cleaning system was established for the research and development in wet etch process as a formation of electrode such as metal or transparent conductive oxide layer. A reverse moving system was equipped in the in-line wet etch/cleaning system for the alternating motion of glass substrate in a wet etch bath of the system. Therefore, it was possible for the glass substrate to be moved back and forth and it was possible to reduce the size of the system by using the reversing moving system. For the effect of the alternating motion of substrate on the etch rate in the in-line wet etch bath, indium tin oxide(ITO) patterns were obtained through wet etch process in the in-line system in which the substrate was moved back and forth. From the CD(critical dimension) skews resulted from the ADI CD and ACI CD of the ITO patterns, it was concluded that the alternating motion of glass substrate are possible to be applied to the mass production of wet etch process.

        동영상 유통시스템 기반요소에 관한 고찰

        With the rapid dissemination of Internet and the fast development of IT technology, utilization and circulation of video files through Internet has been widely popularized. To keep playing a central role in information circulation in this ever-changing environment, libraries should pay attention to the circulation of video content, as it emerges to be an important type information resource. In this context, this paper examines the issues surrounding the development of the video content circulation system, while suggesting foundational knowledge required for the development of the system. First, the author reviews the current state of video content utilization and circulation on the internet and examines the related technical developments. Then, the author explains each component of the video content circulation system, while discussing the issues to be considered in the practical implementation of the system. The paper will provide practical guidelines for the librarians in their investigation and/or implementation of the video content circulation service and system. 인터넷의 대중화와 IT 기술의 발전에 따라 인터넷을 통한 동영상 자료의 활용 및 유통이 활성화되고 있다. 성장하는 유기체로서 정보 유통의 중심이 되어야 할 도서관의 입장에서는 새로운 정보원으로서 동영상 정보의 유통에 관심을 기울어야 하는 시점이다. 본 고에서는 이러한 배경에서 동영상 정보자료의 유통을 위한 시스템 구축의 기반을 제시하고자 하는 목적으로 동영상 유통시스템 구축과 관련된 제반 사항을 검토하였다. 이를 위해 인터넷을 통한 동영상 유통현황과 유통활성화의 기술적 기반이 되는 관련 기술 발전현황을 살펴보았다. 또한 동영상 정보자료의 유통을 위한 시스템의 각 구성요소를 소개하였고 실제 구축과정에서 고려해야 할 기반 요소들을 검토하였다. 본 연구를 통해 소개된 내용을 기반으로 실제 동영상 유통시스템의 구축을 검토하는 도서관 실무에 도움이 될 수 있기를 기대한다.
