        크레인 LMTT용 이동체의 구조최적설계

        LMTT는 항만 자동화를 위한 수평 이송이 가능하도록 설계된 셔틀카(shuttle car)와 격자구조의 레일에 부착된 스테이터 모듈(stator module)로 구성된 PMLSM(Permanent Magnetic Linear Synchronous Motor)에 의해 구동된다. 본 논문에서는 강도 및 강성기준을 고려하고 경량화 설계를 위하여 셀 요소로 유한요소 모델링된 이동체(mover)의 구조최적설계를 수행하였다. 설계변수로는 가로빔, 세로빔, 휠 빔의 두께와 가로빔 및 세로빔의 높이를 포함시켰다. 목적함수는 중량, 제한조건 함수는 안전율이 고려된 허용응력과 가로빔의 허용변위로 설정하였다. LMTT (Linear Motor-based Transfer Technology) is the horizontal transfer system for yard automation, which has been proposed to take the place of AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) in the maritime container terminal. The system is based on PMLSM (Permanent Magnetic Linear Synchronous Motor) that consists of stator modules on the rail and shuttle car. It is desirable to reduce the weight of LMTT in order to control the electronic devices with minimum energy. In this research, structural optimization for a mover of shuttle car is performed to minimize the weight satisfying design criteria. The objective function is set up as weight. On the contrary, the design variables are transverse, longitudinal and wheel beams’ thicknesses and its height, and the constraints are considered as strength and stiffness.

        선형모터의 설계에 있어서 열적 거동의 파악은 모터의 연속 추력 및 열변형과 관련하여 중요한 고려요소 중의 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 항만자동화를 위한 차세대 컨테이너의 수평이송시스템인 LMTT (Linear Motor-based Transfer Technology)용 선형모터의 설계를 위해 고정자의 코일에서 발생되는 열에 의한 이동체의 온도분포를 분석하여 고정자 모듈의 열해석을 고려한 이동체의 구조설계에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 먼저, 선형모터의 주요부품의 치수를 설계하고, 다음으로 고정자 모듈의 발열을 고려한 이동체의 온도분포를 분석하여 열-구조 연성해석을 수행하였다. When we design a linear motor, the thermal behavior investigation is one of great important considerations with respect to uniform thrust force and thermal deformation of a linear motor. In this study, we conduct the research for the structural design of the linear motor for LMTT(Linear Motor-based Transfer Technology) which is the next generation of container horizontal transfer system in order to automate a container terminal. After the dimensions of main parts for a linear motor were set up, we carried out the thermal-analysis of the linear motor considering the thermal analysis of the stator module.

The shuttle car is divided into the frame part, the driving part, and wheels. In order to design this system, various researches on each part of it must be conducted. In this study, we dealt with the optimum design for the frame part of the shuttle car designed from previous studies on the strength of the frame with respect to the number of cross beams to minimize the weight of the shuttle car and to satisfy design criteria of cargo-handling systems in container terminal. For the optimization of the frame, thicknesses of each beam were adopted as design variables, the weight of the frame as objective function, and stress and deflection per unit length as constraint condition.

        LMTT (Linear Motor-based Transfer Techn-ology) is a horizontal transfer system for the yard automation, which has been proposed to take the place of AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle) in the maritime container terminal. The system is base don PMLSM (Permanent Magnetic Linear Synchronous Motor) that consists of stator modules on the rail and shuttle car. It is desirable to reduce the weight of LMTT in order to control the electronic devices with minimum energy. In this research, the DACE modeling known as the one of Kriging interpolation, is introduced to obtain the surrogate approximation model of the structural responses. Then the GRG(Generalized Reduced Gradient) method built in Excel is adopted to determine the optimum. The objective function is set up as weight. On the contrary, the design variables are considered as transverse, longitudinal and wheel beam's thicknesses, and the constraints are the maximum stresses generated by four loading conditions.

        전경과 배경 개념을 이용한 통사 구조 분석

        The purpose of this study is to examine the semantic properties of Figure-Ground organization and apply these concepts to the analysis of syntactic structures in English. Talmy`s (2000a: 311-344) Figure-Ground distinction explains an asymmetrical prominence in linguistic expressions. He focuses mostly on the visual and psychological aspects, not on the syntactic aspects. Through examining the relations between the cognitive conceptualizations and grammatical realizations, we can divide syntactic components into Figure and Ground: a subject or an object serves as Figure, and a PP modifier or a subject/object complement serves as Ground. In addition, this study provides a unified account of different types of grammatical functions in terms of Figure and Ground.
