The shaft surface machining is a popular machine for studying descale machine design and process in automobile industry. In this study, the descale design machine of cutting shaft surface was conducted for the detection of a tool failure in surface process. Induction harden surface is used as analyzing function to detect a sudden change in cutting process level. A preliminary stepped workpiece which had a hard condition was cut by the surface tool and a tool process obtained cutting force machine. At machine failure, the results were suddenly increased and the detailed surfaces were extremely obtained.

위터젯(water jet)은 해저면의 케이블 및 파이프라인 매설을 위한 굴삭용으로 사용되고 있는 공법이다. 워터젯을 이용한 굴삭 장비의 경우 노즐의 기능에 따라 굴삭 능력이 좌우되므로 노즐 부분의 설계가 중요하다. 특히, 노즐의 형상 설계와 노즐 기능을 향상 시킬 수 있는 분류기(ejector)의 설계는 굴삭 효과에 직접적으로 영향을 미친다. 본 논문에서는 해저 지반 굴삭장비 설계 중 노즐 설계에 관한 기초 연구를 실시하였다. 먼저 노즐 설계에 영항을 미치는 요소를 살펴본 후, 국내ㆍ외에서 사용되고 있는 워터젯 굴삭장비에 대해 조사를 하려다 그리고 각 장비의 단점을 극복할 수 있도록 새로운 형태의 노즐을 고안하였다.

The constant velocity internal grinding is a popular process for studying axle machine design and process in automobile industry. In this study, The program which gives the data of wheel size and truing diameter of ball groove is developed. As a result I obtained the data of grinding conditions makes good surface roughness get a grinding conditions. The grinding characteristics and conditions of constant velocity joint were investigated with respect to grinding feed, cutting depth, grinding time. At machine failure, the results were suddenly increased and the detailed surfaces were extremely obtained. Grinding condition was big more affected by grinding depth, grinding speed and grinding time.
