        통행전수화기법을 이용한 휠체어 장애인의 장거리 통행수요 추정

        이 연구는 휠체어장애인의 장거리통행 서비스 개선을 위한 현 정부의 휠체어 탑승 가능 시외/고속버스의 도입을 위한 기초연구로서 휠체어장애인의 장거리통행 수요를 추정하고 이를 토대로 휠체어장애인의 장거리 통행실태를 파악하고자 한다. 구체적으로 휠체어 이용 장애인을 대상으로 장거리통행에 대한 설문조사를 실시하여 조사결과를 기초로 통행전수화기법을 이용하여 휠체어 장애인의 고속/시외버스 이용수요를 추정하였다. 분석 결과 서울-부산, 서울-대전, 대전-청주 등 대도시를 연결하는 광역통행량이 많이 나타났고, 수단별로는 기차 노선이 발달한 지역 간에는 기차 이용률이 그 외 지역에서는 자가용 이용률이 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 통행목적별로는 친지방문이 가장 많고, 특이하게 강원권을 방문하는 장거리통행은 주로 관광목적이 많았다. 마지막으로 시간대별 통행발생률을 살펴보면, 주로 오전/오후 출퇴근시간대에 집중적으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 휠체어 탑승가능 버스의 노선 및 배차계획에 필요한 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 향후 연구에서는 SP조사를 통해 휠체어 장애인의 수단전환에 따른 통행변화도 함께 고려하고자 한다. Based on these results, it will be possible to provide the necessary information for the route planning and time scheduling of wheelchair-enabled express/intercity buses. In the following study, stated preference survey will be applied to consider changes in the transport mode decision of wheelchair users.

        장거리 통행의 교통수단 선택 결정요인

        This study focuses on the factors that determine a user’s choice between traveling by high-speed rail and private automobile when engaging in long-distance travel in Korea. Concerns over greenhouse gas emissions and congestion caused by excessive automobile use have drawn attention to the need for policies that encourage public transportation use. Increasing high-speed rail use can reduce the negative effects of excessive automobile use. Few studies, however, have empirically examined the factors that influence a user’s choice between high-speed rail and private automobile for long-distance travel. This study identifies the factors in Korea that influence a user’s choice between high-speed rail and private car for their commute, as well as for business and leisure travel. This study employs binomial logit models that use explanatory variables such as a user’s travel, personal and household characteristics, and especially built environment variables. The analysis results demonstrate that although the determinants of transportation mode choice depend on the purpose of the long-distance trip, a destination’s population density is generally an important factor regardless of travel purpose. However, an origin’s population density is not significant except with regard to leisure travel. These findings indicate that land use policies within the proximity of high-speed rail stations should address population density in order to reduce an inordinate dependence on automobiles for long-distance travel.

        淺析中國古代遠遊神话中的政治文化意义

        In this paper the author cites and explains some typical long-distance travel myths in ancient China, deduces their political and cultural meanings which were deeply rooted in Chinese tradition. She concludes that those travel stories imply two opposite political options inside: On the one hand, many stories involved tragedies revealing that as a big country,ancient Chinese tried to unify the whole country by enhancing authority and expelling random travel. On the other hand, by travel into a happy territory, especially the fairy land, ancient Chinese developed primitive ideas of utopia. The author also indicates that although ancient China is affluent in utopian stories, since ancient Chinese myths was always merged with witchery and was thought to be the opposite side of rationalism, it doesn't lead to an advanced utopian writing in China,which is quite abundant in western countries.

        고속 버스에서의 멀미발생 예측에 관한 연구

        This study alms to investigate the dynamic properties of express buses in the very low frequencies which cause motion sickness Incidence. Since passengers often use express buses for long distance traveling. it is a critical point whether the ride give rise to motion sickness or not. In the study accelerations at the three Points on the floor of the six test vehicles were measured during the driving at constant speeds. By applying the frequency weighting corves suggested in ISO 26.31-1, the Physical quantity of accelerations were changed into the perceptual amount used to judge quantitatively the incidence of motion sickness. Motion sickness dose values were calculated from the frequency weighted time history of acceleration signals, and compared between the vehicles, driving conditions. and the seat positions in the bus. During the 50 minutes' driving on the public road and high ways. the vomiting incidence ratios were seen to range from 0.4 to 0.8 %. which is equivalent to 2.4 to 4.8 % for 5 hours' driving. Unlike the very smooth road conditions considered in this work, motion sickness dose values encountered in real situations are expected to increase.
