      • THE EFFECT OF THE ATTRIBUTES OF IT SHOPPING SERVICE AND THE LEVEL OF TECHNOLOGY ON CUSTOMER RESPONSES IN FASHION RETAIL

        According to the development of information technology (IT) and new media, customers’ needs have changed to seek not only high quality goods but also a differentiated service in retail stores (Lee & Shin, 2011). For this reason, fashion retail stores started to provide an interesting service by setting up an IT machine or a gadget in the stores. Thereby, customers can get the information or have a special experience while they shop fashion goods. IT shopping service is defined as using technology in retail stores to enhance interaction between retailers and customers. Retailers have tried several types of IT shopping services, which offer information or experience with a high or low level of technology. Informative IT shopping service provides various and useful information, which is related to each product such as size, color, contents, stock, location and fashion styling. Retailers use experiential IT shopping service as an emotional appeal that gives direct experience to customers in some way or other such as watching or acting in a virtual situation. Also, as technology develops, IT shopping services are embodied with diverse technology that are simple or complexity. Some are easy to use with one button and shows 2D images only, but some have a lot of contents such as video clips, SNS share service, showing 3D images, and implementing augment reality. We saw customer responses on the attributes of IT shopping service (informative vs. experimental) x technology level of IT shopping service (high vs. low) x fashion innovativeness/technology innovativeness (high vs. low) This study aims to see the effect of the attributes of IT shopping service and the level of technology on procedure satisfaction and outcome satisfaction, and the moderating effect of perceived enjoyment and perceived complexity. Furthermore, this study will see whether these effects affect visit intention. In this study, the experimental design was adopted as the main methodology, and a total of four stimuli types were selected: 1) informative x high technology 2) informative x low technology 3) experiential x high technology 4) experiential x low technology. The common element, which all types of stimuli have, is a digital touch screen since it is a general equipment nowadays, and the common fashion good for all types is a black blazer. The type of informative service only has the information (size range, color assortment, contents, stock) about selected fashion good with its image. High technology in informative service shows the image with 3D simulation that can help to see 360° of the blazer, and styling tips including a video clip. Moreover, it helps to share the information with friends via SNS. Low technology in informative service only shows a front side of the blazer and presents a store map for customers to find a product they want to try. The types of experiential service draw customer participation providing a picture of customers that are trying on clothes. Experiential service use augment reality (AR) as a high technology and take the back side of customers picture as low technology. For the manipulation check, 18 graduate students in total viewed for each type, and the total sample comprises 387 college students via survey instrument. All hypotheses were tested using AMOS and SPSS 18.0. The main findings of this study are as follows: depending on type of the attributes of IT shopping service and the level of technology affect perceived enjoyment and perceived complexity differently, and there were significant mediating effect of perceived variables toward IT shopping service on procedure satisfaction, outcome satisfaction, and visit intention. Implications for usefulness and role of the IT shopping service in fashion retail stores are provided. And also, limitation of this study and future study are suggested.

        북한 정보 산업과 스마트폰 -‘정보기술교류소’의 사례를 중심으로 -

        이 연구는 김정은 시기 스마트폰의 등장과 함께 전국적으로 보급·확산된 정보기술교류소에 주목하여 다양한 사례연구를 토대로 북한 정보산업의 등장과 이에 따른 사회적·경제적 파급효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 정보기술교류소는 인민의 정보 욕구와 당국의 정보통제 사이에 절충된 형태로 발전하며, 북한 특색의 정보 유통 장치로 등장·확산되었다. 즉, 북한은 가상의 공간을 접속하는 내부 인트라넷조차 통제하는 특수한 방식으로 정보를 제한하면서도 동시에 산업 측면에서는 경제적 효과를 노리는 제한적 개혁을 추진하였다. 주민은 외부세계에 대한 호기심과 정보 욕구에 의해 이동식 저장매체나 블루투스 기능을 활용하여 동영상과 소프트웨어를 개발·복제·확산시켰다. 이에 당국은 정보통제를 위해 법·제도를 보완하고 주민의 무단 복제와 블루투스 기능을 기술적으로 제약하는 한편, 정보기술교류소를 통해 IT 관련 기기 및 소프트웨어를 유통 및 판매할 수 있도록 상업망을 전국적으로 구축하여 북한 내에서도 외부세계와 다른 형태의 정보산업이 싹텄다. 이러한 의미에서 인터넷과 같은 글로벌 차원의 열린 가상공간이 개방된다면 정보기술교류소는 유지가 불가능하게 되겠지만, 현재는 북한 정보산업의 중심축으로 산업에 미치는 효과가 크다. 명문대학을 졸업한 IT 엘리트와 돈주의 붉은 자본이 몰리는 신흥산업으로 육성되어 점진적으로 북한의 정보와 문화산업이 산업의 한 축으로 성장하는데 기여하였다. 동시에 국가 또한 정보산업의 가치를 인지하여 독점하려는 경향을 보이고 있다. 따라서 김정은 시기 스마트폰과 정보기술교류소는 모기장을 친 제한적인 정보 개혁개방의 형태이며, 북한 특색의 디지털 권위주의의 상징이기도 하다. This study focuses on the information technology exchange center that was distributed and spread nationwide with the advent of smartphones during the Kim Jong-un era, and analyzes the emergence of North Korea's information industry and its social and economic ripple effects based on various case studies. As a result of the analysis, the information technology exchange developed as a compromise between the people's desire for information and the government's information control, and emerged and spread as a North Korean-specific information distribution device. In other words, North Korea restricted information in a special way by controlling even the internal intranet that accesses virtual spaces, while at the same time pursuing limited reforms aimed at economic effects in terms of industry. Driven by curiosity about the outside world and desire for information, residents developed, copied, and spread videos and software using removable storage media and Bluetooth functions. Accordingly, the authorities supplemented laws and systems for information control, technically restricted residents' unauthorized copying and Bluetooth functions, and established a nationwide commercial network to distribute and sell IT-related devices and software through information technology exchange centers. Meanwhile, a type of information industry different from that of the outside world sprouted within North Korea. In this sense, if a global open virtual space such as the Internet were to be opened, it would be impossible to maintain the information technology exchange, but it is currently the central axis of North Korea's information industry and has a great impact on the industry. It was fostered as an emerging industry attracting red capital from IT elites and donjus who graduated from prestigious universities, contributing to the gradual growth of North Korea's information and cultural industries as an axis of the industry. At the same time, the state also recognizes the value of the information industry and shows a tendency to monopolize it. It was. On the other hand, there are still aspects of the smartphone and information technology exchange center under Kim Jong-un that reveal the limitations of reform and opening.

At the first step to the improvement of productivity, they have to set the goal at the service provider focused on the needs of consumers and the satisfaction of customers. It is based on the productivity attached more importance to quality than quantity. At the next step, They have to provided the service with the technical power, reliability, and safety of information technology. The technical power of IT is made by the application of the latest technology and the continuous education for technical employees. The reliability for IT is built by the keeping of stabilized system and the quality guaranteed of software and information. The safety of IT is formed by the support of complete security and the protection of privacy. The qualitative productivity of IT service industry will become improved by such two goals and three conditions.

        정보기술투자가 재고최소화에 미치는 효과에 대한 분석

        This study aims to investigate the relationship between information technology investment and inventory management performance as measured by inventory leanness. To this end, we choose the information technology intensity as an indicator of information technology investment and employ the empirical leanness indicator to measure inventory leanness. Then, using the dataset of 72 US firms over the period from 2001 to 2009, we examine the impact of information technology intensity on empirical leanness indicator and investigate the moderating effect of firm size on the association of information technology intensity with empirical leanness indicator. The main results of this study are as follows. First, we find that information technology investment has a positive effect of inventory leanness. Second, we find that the firm size has the negative moderating effect on the relationship between information technology investment and inventory leanness. Last, we show that there exits the IT productivity paradox in terms of inventory leanness. Moreover, the main findings of this study suggest some managerial implications as follows. First, to improve inventory management performance, the managers need to expand the investment in information technology. Second, the managers in large-sized companies should keep in mind that the expected effect of information technology investment might be smaller in terms of inventory management performance.

        기술정보화(IT) 시대의 회계 교육 : IT교과와의 융합교육의 제안

        Recently, social and economic environment has been rapidly changed. In particular, the development of IT technology accelerated the introduction of databases, communication networks, information processing and analyzing systems, making the use of such information and communication technology an essential factor for corporate management innovation. This change also affected the accounting areas. The purpose of this study is to document changes in accounting areas due to the adoption of IT technologies in the era of technology and information, to define the required accounting professions in this era, and to present the efficient educational methodologies for training such accounting experts. An accounting expert suitable for the era of technology and information means an accounting profession not only with basic accounting knowledge, competence, independency, reliability, communication skills, and flexible interpersonal skills, but also with IT skills, data utilization and analysis skills, the understanding big data and artificial intelligence, and blockchain-based accounting information systems. In order to educate future accounting experts, the accounting curriculum should be reorganized to strengthen the IT capabilities, and it should provide a wide variety of learning opportunities. It is also important to provide a practical level of education through industry and academic cooperation. Distance learning, web-based learning, discussion-type classes, TBL, PBL, and flipped-learnings will be suitable for accounting education methodologies to foster future accounting experts. This study is meaningful because it can motivate to consider accounting educational system and curriculum to enhance IT capabilities.

        정보기술(IT)역량 제고를 위한 공인회계사 시험제도 개선방안에 대한 연구

        본 논문은 2018년 발족된 한국회계학회 미래교육위원회의 ‘IT역량 제고를 위한 공인회계사 시험제도 개선방안’에 대한 연구결과를 학계 및 업계와 공유하여 최근의 공인회계사 양성을 위한 제도 개선에 대한 다양한 이해관계자의 의견수렴과정에 기여함으로써 실현가능한 개선방안을 도출하고자 한다. 미래교육위원회는 2017년 이후 4차 산업혁명과 관련한 회계학의 비전에 대한 한국회계학회의 기조에 이어 글로벌 회계환경 변화의 핵심동력을‘IT발전’으로 보고 ‘IT역량을 제고하는 회계교육을 통해 국제적 수준에 부합하는 역량을 지닌 회계전문직 미래세대를 양성하는 것’을 발전방향으로 수립하였다. 글로벌 네트워크를 통해 국제적 수준에 부합하는 IT역량 제고 요구에 대한 대응력을 갖추고 있는 Big4 대형회계법인의 현직 공인회계사 110명을 대상으로 한 설문조사에서 국제회계환경의 변화가 국내 회계환경에 어느 정도 영향을 미치고 있는가를 확인한 주요 사항은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 미래 공인회계사 세대가 IT역량을 갖추기 위해 공인회계사 시험제도에 IT내용을 검증해야 하는 이유로 가장 많은 응답을 받은 것은 ‘IT기술을 많이 활용하는 피감사기업의 증가’이다. 이는 감사대상에 대한 깊이 있는 이해와 전문지식을 바탕으로전문가적 판단을 해야 한다는 점에서 감사인이 반드시 IT역량을 갖추어야 함을 의미한다. 또한 IT발전은 감사대상인 기업에서 발생한 것이라는 점에서 감사인이 통제할 수 없는 외부환경의 변화로 감사위험을 증가시킬 수 있는 현안을 파악해야 하고, 감독당국도 산업에서의 IT변화에 민감하게 대처해야 한다. 둘째, 공인회계사 시험출제범위로 우선하여 포함해야 하는 것으로 ‘데이터분석(빅데이터, 통계, 의사결정)’이 현재의 공인회계사 시험에서검증되고 있지 않다는 점에서 대응방안을 필요로 한다. 단기적 개선방안으로 현재 제2차시험과목 회계감사의 출제범위, 비중, 난이도 등을 국제적수준에 부합하는지 검토가 필요하고 최근 변화된 IT내용을 반영할 수 있다. 경영환경과 관련된 IT내용은 제1차시험과목 경영학에서 출제하고, 사전학점이수제도에 경영학, 경영정보계열의 IT교과목을 학점인정과목으로 포함할 수 있다. 이러한 방법은 IT발전으로 인한 경영환경의 변화에 부합할 수 있지만 회계와 관련된 IT역량은 검증할 수 없다는 한계가 크다. 회계와 관련한 IT공교육 제공이 이루어질 수 있도록 역량중심 교육이 이루어지고 있는대학의 교육과정과 실무연수 및 실무수습 과정이 연계될 수 있도록 공인회계사 선발제도에서 검증되는 IT역량을 체계화하여 핵심 IT역량을 파악하고 집중 투자해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 중요하고 시급한 현안의 우선순위를 ‘공익’에 두고 회계감사에 집중하여 논의한 한계가 있다. 장기적으로 회계감사보다 더 높은 수준의 숙련도가 요구되는 다양한 회계 세부분야의 IT내용을 반영하여 공인회계사 선발과정에서 IT역량을 검증할 수 있어야 한다. 이와 관련한 깊이 있는 연구가 수행되고 IT회계교육이 실제 교육과정에 도입될 수 있다면 사전학점이수제도에서 회계·세무학계열의 IT교과목을 포함하는 것이 가능할 수 있다. 다양한 대학의 교육환경을 고려할 때, 융합, 캡스톤 등 다학제간 교육과정과 회계학의 IT 교육과정의 연계방안을 마련해야 한다. 미래교육위원회는 IT역량 제고의 교육이 ‘미래세대’를 위한 핵심적... This study disseminates and shares the research results of 2018 Korean Accounting Association(KAA)’s Future Accounting Education Committee with academics and practitioners, with an aim to facilitate the consensus-building process and to contribute to establishing an agreement among the stakeholders to improve the Korean CPA examination for the enhancement of information technology(IT) competence. Since 2017, the plenary sessions at KAA have addressed the needs for effective measures to respond to the challenges of the 4th industrial revolution. The Future Accounting Education Committee recognizes that the advancement in information technology is a critical factor in fostering a new generation of professional accountants with IT competence at the highest proficiency level to meet the demands of today’s global market. The followings are the main survey results from the 110 CPA respondents who work in public accounting at the Big4 accounting firms with global capabilities to respond to the demands of IT advancement. First, the respondents emphasized the need to include sections in the CPA examination to test the IT competence of an individual as a response to the growing number of ‘audited firms’ using IT. This finding indicates that auditors should be proficient at using IT in order to gain a deeper understanding of audited firms’ business environment and use professional knowledge for professional judgement. It further implies that CPAs, including monitoring and oversight bodies, should identify the issues that can increase future audit risks, and prepare the counterplans for uncontrollable risks. Second, the majority of respondents suggest that the topic of ‘Data Analytics(big data, statistics, decision-making)’ should be included in the CPA examination sections. Short-term improvements are as follow. Whether the auditing and attestation section in the current Korean CPA Examination effectively tests the IT competence at the global level of proficiency should be reviewed and the scoring weight of areas and questions need to be adjusted accordingly. The Management Information System(MIS) area of the business administration section covers the IT topics related to external business environment. Furthermore, a list of CPA prerequisite courses from universities and colleges may include the business administration and MIS courses that provide the IT curriculum. These short-term improvements correspond with global trends in IT areas; however, they have explicit limitations in testing the IT competence for professional accountants. It is important, therefore, that the public education system offers accounting courses that are designed to enhance IT competence. With the change in the CPA examination where IT competence is tested, it becomes imminent for the university's curriculum to reflect the needs of the professional development courses, and further investment to meet this end is necessary. This study has limitations in that it mainly focuses on the auditing and attestation section that is central to the public interests in the market. Long-term improvements should include other accounting sections in the CPA examination that also require higher level of IT proficiency to secure licensed and qualified CPAs. Therefore, a continued research in the accounting education to improve CPA’s IT competence is necessary. A list of CPA prerequisite equivalent courses that should be included in the IT accounting curriculum needs be identified and the interdisciplinary approach such as convergence education and capstone should be developed. The KAA Future Accounting Education Committee highlights the importance of the current issues related to the advancement in IT that should be at the core of accounting education for the next generation of professional accountants.         국가경쟁력 향상을 위한 정보교육진흥법 제정의 필요성과 입법 방향

        본 우리나라는 전 세계 IT 생산량의 7%를 차지하는 IT 강국이지만 정보교육을 소홀이 다루고 있어 핵심 원천기술과 SW를 개발할 인력이 부족한 형편이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 열악한 교육체제를 개선하고 정보교육을 활성화하기 위한 「정보교육진흥법」의 제정 방안을 제안하였다. 그리고 이법에서 담아야할 내용으로 체계적이고 안정적인 정보교육의 활성화를 위한 국가와 지방자치단체의 “정보교육종합계획 수립”에 대한 책무, 정보교육의 활성화를 추진하기 위한 위원회 구성, 학교교육과 사회교육에서의 정보교육 활성화 방안, 정보활용능력인증제 도입 등에 대한 구체적인 방안을 제시하였다. 따라서 본 논문을 통해 도출되는 연구 결과는 침체되어 있는 우리나라의 정보교육을 활성화할 수 있는 「정보교육진흥법」 제정의 방향을 제시해 주는 지표가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. Korea is a powerful nation in field of IT that has a 30 percent of world market. However Because of the IT education have been treated unimportant, korea has a shortage problem of manpower that develop core technology and software. Therefore, in this paper we propose a direction of the enactment of Information Technology Education Promotion Law to improve an education system and to promote education for IT. Also, we propose detailed contents to include in this law - the duty of country for a comprehensive planning of Information Technology Education, the organization of committee to promote Information Technology Education, a method to promote Information Technology Education in school and society, certification system of Information Technology using ability. Therefore, we expect that the result of this paper will contribute to enact an Information Technology Education Promotion Law that can improve an education system for IT.

        제4차 산업시대의 개인정보 관리수준 진단지표체계 개선방안: 특정 IT기술연계 개인정보보호기준 적용을 중심으로

        This study tried to suggest ways to improve the indicator system to strengthen the personal information protection. For this purpose, the components of indicator system are derived through domestic and foreign literature, and it was selected as main the diagnostic indicators through FGI/Delphi analysis for personal information protection experts and a survey for personal information protection officers of public institutions. As like this, this study was intended to derive an inspection standard that can be reflected as a separate index system for personal information protection, by classifying the specific IT technologies of the 4th industrial revolution, such as big data, cloud, Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence. As a result, from the planning and design stage of specific technologies, the check items for applying the PbD principle, pseudonymous information processing and de-identification measures were selected as 2 common indicators. And the checklists were consisted 2 items related Big data, 5 items related Cloud service, 5 items related IoT, and 4 items related AI. Accordingly, this study expects to be an institutional device to respond to new technological changes for the continuous development of the personal information management level diagnosis system in the future. 개인정보보호위원회에서 공공기관을 대상으로 시행하고 있는 개인정보 관리수준 진단제도의 지표체계는 「개인정보 보호법」의 법적 준수사항을 점검하지만, 새로운 IT기술의 도입에 따르는 개인정보보호사항을 기준으로 적용하는 데 한계가 있었다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 제4차 산업혁명의 핵심기술인 빅데이터, 클라우드, 사물인터넷, 인공지능을 특정IT기술의 도입에 따라, 개인정보보호가 강화될 수 있도록 별도의 지표체계가 운영될 수 있도록 지표체계의 개선방안을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 선정한 특정IT기술의 개인정보보호사항에 관한 국내외 문헌조사를 통해 지표체계의 구성요소를 도출하고, 공공기관의 개인정보보호담당자 대상으로 한 설문조사 및 개인정보보호 전문가대상으로 FGI/Delphi분석을 통해 진단지표로 선정하였다. 이렇게 선정한 지표체계는 먼저, 모든 특정IT기술의 기획 및 설계단계에서부터 개인정보보호원칙(PbD)과 가명정보처리 및 비식별 조치에 관한 기준의 적용여부를 점검하는 공통지표를 선정하였다. 이외에 빅데이터에 관한 2개 점검항목, 클라우드에 관한 개인정보처리방침 게재 사항 등 5개 점검항목, 사물인터넷관련 원칙적용, 로그기록 관리 등 5개 점검항목, 인공지능에 관한 원칙 적용 등 4개 점검항목을 선정하였다. 이처럼 본 연구는 개인정보 관리수준 진단제도의 발전을 위해 새로운 IT기술변화에 대응할 수 있도록 개인정보보호의 신속한 대응을 유도하는 진단제도가 되도록 제언하고자 하였다.

        국방 정보기술조사 개선을 위한 실태 분석 및 기술수준조사 연구

        본 논문은 기존의 국방 정보기술(IT) 조사의 개선을 위한 실태를 분석하고 기술수준조사 결과를 바탕으로 2012 국방 정보기술(IT)을 제시한다. 기존의 국방IT조사는 2008년과 2009년에 실시되어 책자형태로 배포되어 시스템으로 관리되고 있다. 기존의 국방IT조사는 86개 기술을 대상으로 조사하였으나, 선정 방법 등 제공되는 내용이 단순하였다. 따라서 기존의 국방IT조사 개선을 위해 관련 유관자들에게 인터뷰 및 설문을 실시하였고, 활용 측면에서 시스템 분석과 배포된 문서를 파악하여 개선사항을 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 조사대상 기술을 다양한 측면에서 검토하여 선정하였고, 약 130명의 전문가들에게 자료에 대한 검토 및 기술수준을 위한 설문을 의뢰하였다. 기술수준은 최고기술 보유국가, 기술격차, 파급효과, 기술 달성시기, 연구개발방법 등을 요소로 하였다. 이를 통해 2012 국방IT조사의 40개의 기술을 선정하였고, 각 기술별 수준조사결과를 제시하였다. In this paper, we propose a study on the technology level survey and analysis of problems for improving the defense IT survey. Existing in 2008 and 2009, were surveyed and the documents were distributed. It's managed on system. It was surveyed 86 technology but, the selection method and content was simple. we surveyed and interviewed to work-related parties for improving and analyzed management system and documents. So we derived improvements. we selected defense IT from various aspects. and commissioned survey for document review and technology level to about 130 experts. The technology level is composed of the best technology weapon states, technology gap, spread effect, technology achievement time and research & development method.. We finally selected 40 technology, and suggested results of the technology level survey.
