정원치유 확산과 원예치료에 관한 관심이 높아짐에 따라 원예치료프로그램에 이용되고 있는 식물소재인 지피초화류의 이용과 재배현황을 파악하였다. 지피초화류의 원예치료프로그램 이용품목을 정리하고 이용전문가와 재배농가의 의견을 반영한 결과를 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 지피초화류의 치유프로그램에 이용품목을 계절별로 분류 체계화하고 공급과 이용에 유의미한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 원예치료전문가 대상으로 지피초화류의 치유프로그램 이용 관련 설문지를 배포 130부 회수하였고 재배농가 대상으로 지피초화류의 재배품목 관련 설문지를 배포하여 20부를 회수하여 이용과 재배품목 현황, 추천식물, 이용과 재배의향을 빈도분석과 비교분석을 실시하여 연구결과를 도출하였다. 연구결과 원예치료전문가들은 다양한 종류의 지피초화류를 이용하고 있었으며, 최근 들어서는 주로 꽃꽂이 용도로 이용하고 있는 절화류나 그라스류를 이용하기 시작한 것으로 나타났다. 추천식물로 이용자·재배자 모두 허브를 1순위로 추천하였다. 또한 원예치료전문가와 재배농가의 이용과 재배의향은 동일한 의향을 보이는 지피초화류도 있었지만 상이한 의향을 보이는 지피초화류도 있는 것으로 파악되어 이용자·재배자간의 관심도와 이용도에 차이점도 분명히 나타나고 있었다. 따라서 지피초화류의 치유프로그램 적용 시에는 원예치료전문가에게 식물 선택의 용이성을 제공하고 원예치료전문가와 재배농가의 정보교류를 통한 소비와 공급의 상호 불일치 품목에 대해 보완해 나갈 수 있는 좋은 기초자료를 제공할 수 있는 연구결과를 도출한 것이 본 연구의 성과라 할 수 있다. This study organizes the items used in the horticultural treatment program by identifying the current status of the use and cultivation of the plant material used in the horticultural healing program. It systematizes the items used in the healing program of the horticultural plants by season and provides meaningful primary data for supply and use. The purpose of this study was to distribute 130 questionnaires related to the use of the horticultural treatment experts' healing program and 20 questionnaires about the cultivation items of the horticultural plants. According to the study, horticultural treatment experts were using various types of lichen flowers, and recently, cut flowers and grass, which are mainly used for flower arrangements, have begun to be used. Herbs were recommended as the top priority for both users and growers, and some of the lichen plants showed the same intention and different intentions. Still, lichen plants also showed other intentions, showing apparent differences in interest and use between users and growers. Therefore, when applying the healing program of cover plants, this study makes it easy for horticultural treatment experts to choose plants and provides good basic data to supplement the inconsistent items of consumption and supply through information exchange between horticultural treatment experts and growers.

The life expectancy of human beings has been extended, and the transition from aging to aging is accelerating. This rapid increase in aging has made health problems of the elderly more important. The health problems of elderly people are burdened with social and economic burden. Along with the physical change of the elderly, the psychological stability and mental health measures of the elderly should be emphasized and adequate and sustainable social support for the elderly should be provided. A healthy lifestyle is an important factor that had been better in the elderly with a lively social relations determine these social links are physical activity, the ability of the elderly. Elderly people living in the facility tend to be depressed or self-esteemed by mental anxiety due to the transfer from the family to the facility. Therefore, we need a program to improve the self - esteem and depression of the elderly. If a non-single, self-integration program is provided to the elderly, the integration program consisting of nature-friendly contents will be familiar to the elderly and participation will increase. The program with the play is effective because it can give pleasure and laughter, and the nature-friendly integration program is applied. A natural-friendly integration program is an integration program of integrated forest healing, horticultural therapy, and play, based on an earlier paper on the effects of forest healing and plant-mediated horticultural therapy, Respectively.
