국내․외 친환경건축물 인증제도 평가항목의 비교분석에 관한 연구

The citizen of world is getting interested in circumstance therefore respective country struggle that eco-friendly environment has to be saved. A form of pert of the this certification, which is a Green Building Certification System, a Korean government has worked to certification into confirmation institute and reform the raw. In this study, we are going to compare with foreign certificated system which are LEED, CASBEE, GB-Tool2005. And then we would like to fix on our certificated system. 국내외 친환경건축물 인증기준을 이용한 사례건물의 평가결과 비교분석

To solve the global environment and energy problems caused by rapid industrialization and urbanization, many countries have tried to find various methods for the environmentally sound and sustainable development. Now, the environmentally advanced countries including our country are assessing environmental performance of buildings by using their assessment tool. The purpose of this study is to assess case study by using domestic and foreign Green Building Certification Criteria (GBCC), compare and analyze assessment results and improve domestic GBCC.In the assessment results of case study by domestic and foreign Green Building Certification Criteria, acquired scores are 91.2 points for GBCC, 2.6 points for GBTool2005 and 3.8 points(BEE) for CASBEE. And ratio of acquired scores to total scores is 67.1%, 52%, 76% respectively.

국내 의료시설에 적합한 친환경건축물 인증기준의 외부환경 평가항목 개발에 관한 연구

Recently, As more serious environmental problems of buildings, our country and the advanced countries are developing Green building assessment tools for estimating environmental performance of buildings. Especially, hospital architecture has acknowledged remedial value of environment as well as which have been relation with human beings relied on the quality of natural environment. So, it is not only desirable for the patients to make healing environment on the basis of eco-friendly architecture and the facilities have to be developed eco-environmentally. The purpose of this study is to prepare the basic data to develop the items of outdoor environmental assessment for hospital. Furthermore, for this research paper, we compared domestic green building certification criteria to foreign green building certification criteria, such as LEED v.2.2 and GBTool 2005. From the analysis results, we were able to grasp basic data of outdoor environment assessment for domestic hospital's Green Building Certification Criteria.

The global energy and environment problems gave rise to environmentally friendly architectural concept, and now the environmentally advanced countries are assessing environmental performance of buildings by using their assessment tool. Also our country is enforcing Green Building Certification Criteria(GBCC) for multi-unit residential building, mixed-use dwellings, office and school and GBCCs for stores and accommodations are under development.The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze foreign GBCCs with a domestic GBCC integrated from four GBCCs for four uses(multi-unit residential building, mixed-use dwellings, office, school), grasp concrete assessment system and improve domestic GBCC.

The number of projects certified by domestic Green Building Certification System was very small in the early stage of the enforcement but has been increased gradually. As the number of projects certified increases and works for certification are large in quantity, current ways performed by handwork give applicants and examiners troublesome and it takes a long time to perform works. The purpose of this study is to develop domestic assessment program by which applicants and examiners can perform assessment works for certification efficiently, having advantages such as a reduction of the attached materials, easy calculation of the credits, high visibility of the assessment results and a reduction of the working hours.

노인전문요양시설에 적합한 친환경건축물 인증기준의 실내환경 평가항목 개발에 관한 기초연구

Recently, the considerable increase of the old people is expected annually and there is a great demand for facilities for the old people like a nursing homes for the elderly. So, it is desirable for the old people that is needed that the expansion of specified facilities and improvement of services for these old people. The purpose of this study is to assess nursing homes' indoor environment of case study using domestic and foreign Green Building Certification Criteria, compare and analyze assessment results and prepare the basic data to develop the items of indoor environmental assessment for the nursing homes. From the analysis results, we were able to grasp the difference among domestic and foreign Green Building Certification Criteria and came to a conclusion that improvements of nursing homes' indoor environment.
