        도시환경의 건강친화도와 지역주민 건강도의 상관성에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 최근 도시환경이 각종 만성질환과 상관되어 있다는 연구 결과들을 기반으로 하여, 도시환경이 지역주민의 건강에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 작용하는지에 대해 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전국 지자체별로 도시환경의 건강친화도와 그 지역에 거주하는 지역주민의 건강도를 구분하여 측정한 후, 이 두 변수 간의 상관성이 존재하는지에 대해 분석하였다. 지역주민의 건강도는 선행연구에서 도출된 결과로 건강행태, 질병이환, 심리건강, 건강인식 등 4대 부문으로 구성된 지표를 활용하였고, 도시환경의 건강친화도는 제도기반, 물리환경, 시민실천, 사회환경 등 4대 부문으로 구분하여 측정하였으며, 지역적 특성을 분석하였다. 지역주민의 건강도 수준과 도시환경의 건강친화도 수준과의 관련성을 분석한 결과, 이 두 부문 간에는 유의미한 상관성이 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과로 도시환경의 건강친화도를 제고함으로써 지역주민의 건강도를 증진시킬 수 있는 가능성을 확인하였다. The purpose of this study is to find the relationship between environmental condition and population health. For verifying the correlation, this study measures health-friendly environmental condition and population health separatedly, and then analyze a correlation between them. While population health is measured with health behavior, disease morbidity, mental health, and health perception, health-friendly environmental condition is measured with institutional support, built environmental condition, civic participation in health exercise, and social environmental condition. As a result of correlation and t-test analyses, there were significant correlations between population health and health-friendly environmental condition. Specifically, areas with better conditions of environments had healthy conditions for citizens. This study contributes to better understanding the conditions of health with perspective of urban and regional planning.

        지역별 환경조건에 따른 용인시 초등학생의 환경친화적 태도 차이 분석

        이 연구는 도시형, 농촌형 환경조건에 거주하는 초등학생들의 환경친화적 태도에 차이를 조사하여 지역별 환경조건에 따른 환경교육의 활성화를 위한 기초자료를 제시하기 위해 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 용인시 소재 2개 초등학교에 다니는 6학년 학생 51명을 대상으로 환경친화적 태도에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이 연구에서 사용한 환경친화적 태도의 검사도구는 자연환경, 환경오염, 에너지, 수자원, 환경보전과 대책, 건전한 소비생활의 6개 주제와 신념, 정서, 행동의 3개 영역으로 구성하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 평균, 백분율, t-검정을 하였다. 이 연구에서 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학교 6학년 학생들의 환경친화적 태도는 비교적 높은 편이며, 특히 자연환경 주제와 정서 영역의 백분위가 가장 높았다. 둘째, 도시형 지역의 학생들이 농촌형 지역의 학생들보다 환경친화적 태도가 높게 나타났으며, 특히 6개 주제 중 에너지와 3개의 영역 중 정서에서 가장 큰 차이가 나타났다. 결론적으로, 지역별 환경조건에 따른 학생들의 환경친화적 태도를 함양시키기 위하여 지역별 환경조건에 따른 맞춤형 환경교육 프로그램을 개발하는 후속 연구가 이루어져야 할 것으로 보인다. This study was conducted to present basic data for revitalization of environmental education according to regional environmental conditions by examining the differences in the pro-environmental attitudes of elementary school students living in urban and rural environmental conditions. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, a survey was conducted on the pro-environmental attitude of 51 students in the 6th grade attending two elementary schools in Yongin-si. The pro-environmental attitude test tool used in this study consists of six themes of natural environment, environmental pollution, energy, water resources, environmental conservation and countermeasures, and healthy consumption and three areas of belief, emotion, and behavior. Data collected through this study were averaged, percentage, and t-tested using the SPSS program. The results obtained from this study are as follows. First, the pro-environment attitude of 6th graders of elementary school was relatively high, and in particular, the percentile of the natural environment subject and the emotional domain was the highest. Second, students in urban areas showed higher pro-environmental attitudes than students in rural areas, and in particular, the largest difference was found in energy among six subjects and emotions among three domains. In conclusion, in order to cultivate students' pro-environmental attitudes according to regional environmental conditions, follow-up research should be conducted to develop customized environmental education programs according to regional environmental conditions.

        독일 환경책임법상 환경책임보험특별약관에 대한 법적 연구

        The natural ecosystem is an essential element of universal well-being that sustains health and life for the people of the country. The destruction of the natural ecosystem order or the pollution of the natural environment can seriously threaten the health and life of the people. Unlike general accidents, accidents related to environmental pollution are characterized by not only difficulty in estimating the damage amount but also an immense amount of the cost due to a very wide range of damage. In order to prevent the seriousness of damage caused by environmental pollution, Korea enacted the “Act on Responsibility and Remedies for Environmental Pollution Damage (hereinafter referred to as “the Environmental Pollution Relief Act”), and environmental liability insurance is in operation. Prior to the enactment of the Environmental Responsibility Act, Germany, which had been operating environmental liability insurance before us, was in operation divided into general liability insurance, water pollution liability insurance, and former environmental pollution liability insurance. After the enactment of the Environmental Responsibility Act, a new environmental pollution compensation liability insurance model was established, Germany operates with absorbing existing insurances. In researching the special terms and conditions for environmental pollution liability insurance (hereinafter referred to as "special terms"), it is necessary to pay attention to the following points that give important meaning to the special terms and conditions. First, it is about the insurance coverage of the insurer. Special terms and conditions cover gradual contamination and pollution damage occurring in all areas of land and sea. Second, the debate on insurance accidents. Germany's General Terms and Conditions of Liability Insurance considers an insurance accident to be a “damage accident time” that considers the point at which the accident occurred. However, the special terms and conditions introduce the concept of 'the first confirmation that can be proved (nachprüfbare erste Feststellung)' to itself against insurance accidents caused by environmental pollution. Third, we look at a total of 16 items that are not covered by insurers. By examining the reasons for the exclusion of collateral in Germany's special terms and conditions, it can be seen what is different from the reasons for the exclusion of collateral recognized in Korea's environmental liability insurance terms. Fourth, it is necessary to understand the meaning and function of the additional liability period of insurers recognized by special terms and conditions. 자연 생태계는 국민의 건강을 지켜주고 삶을 지탱하는 국가의 보편적 복지의 필수사항에 해당한다. 자연 생태계 질서의 파괴나 자연환경의 오염은 국민의 건강과 생명을 심각하게 위협할 가능성이 있다. 일반적인 사고와 달리, 환경오염으로 인한 사고는 그 피해 범위가 매우 넓고 그 피해액 자체를 산정하는 것이 어려울 뿐만 아니라 피해 액수도 대단히 높다는 특징을 가지고 있다. 환경오염으로 인한 피해의 심각성을 예방하기 위하여 우리나라는 “환경오염피해 배상책임 및 구제에 관한 법률(이하 ‘환경오염피해구제법’이라 한다)”을 제정하고, 환경책임보험을 운용하고 있다. 우리보다 먼저 환경책임보험을 운영하고 있는 독일은 환경책임법 제정 전 일반배상책임보험, 수질오염책임보험 및 舊)환경오염배상책임보험으로 흩어져 운영하였다. 환경책임법을 제정한 후 현재 독일에서는 新)환경책임보험모델이 성립됨으로써 기존의 보험을 흡수하여 운영되고 있다. 환경책임보험특별약관(이하 ‘특별약관’이라 한다)을 연구함에 있어, 특별약관에서 중요한 의미를 부여하는 다음의 사항을 주목해 볼 필요가 있다. 첫째, 보험자의 담보범위에 대한 사항이다. 특별약관은 점진적 오염을 담보하고 육해공 전 지역에서 발생하는 오염손해를 담보한다. 둘째, 보험사고에 대한 논쟁이다. 독일 책임보험일반약관은 손해가 발생한 시점을 보험사고로 보는 ‘손해사고시설’로 규정하고 있다. 하지만 특별약관은 환경오염으로 인한 보험사고에 대하여 ‘증명할 수 있는 최초 확정'이라는 개념을 도입하고 있다. 셋째, 보험자가 담보하지 않는 사항들, 총 16개의 내용들을 살펴본다. 독일 특별약관 담보배제사유를 검토함으로써, 우리나라 환경책임보험약관에서 인정되는 담보배제사유와 어떠한 차이가 있는가를 알 수 있다. 넷째, 특별약관상 인정되고 있는 보험자의 추가적인 책임기간의 의미와 기능을 이해해 볼 필요가 있다.

        Monitoring of an electrically induced signal in melon in relation to different environmental conditions in a smart farm

        A smart farm that automatically regulates environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity and nutrient supply will maximize crop production per unit area by using ICT-based technology. To control the environment in a smart greenhouse, plant growth should be monitored in real time. The physiological activity of a plant was monitored by receiving an electrical signal from inside the plant stem which changed when the plant absorbed nutrients and water. In this study, the environmental conditions in different areas of a smart farm were not much different, and growth parameters were not much affected by the environmental conditions of the area. However, a plant induced electrical signal (PIES) was associated with the atmospheric and media temperature and relative humidity although there was time lag of 6 ~ 7 h for the peaks of the PIES and other environmental conditions. Therefore, monitoring a PIES will make it possible to improve the growth environments in smart farms.       • Field Survey on the Indoor Environment of Elementary Schools for Planning of Environment Friendly School Facilities

        <P>The purpose of this study is to suggest a direction by which to develop environment-friendly school facilities. To achieve this, field measurements were conducted to evaluate indoor environmental conditions such as thermal, visual and indoor air quality in 15 schools. Additionally, environmental elements were also investigated and analyzed through teachers' questionnaires. According to the results of measurements, the thermal condition, minimum illuminance, CO, TBC and formaldehyde were satisfactory in most of the classrooms. However, CO<SUB>2</SUB>, PM<SUB>10</SUB> and TVOCs exceeded the standards. As it was found that the indoor classroom environment significantly influences the academic achievement of students, a plan should be made for indoor noise isolation, comfortable thermal environment maintenance, and uniform light distribution. The environment-friendly architectural design elements applicable to school facilities were found to be: environmental studio, vegetable gardening, school forest, and landscape architecture elements, in this order.</P>

        우분뇨 유래 젖소 유방염 저감을 위한 자외선 조사 살균의 효과 규명

        Bovine mastitis is an important disease causing serious economic loss in dairy production and food poison in public health. The major causative agents of bovine mastitis include Escherichia coli (E. coli), Streptococcus agalactiae (S. agalactiae), Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus). These bacteria were found in milk and environmental condition such as feces, water, soil and so on. Recently, many cases of mastitis are derived from environmental contamination of micro-organisms, which important factors for the spread of this disease in farm. Ultraviolet irradiation (UV) has been used as disinfection for waste and water in clinical and industrial facilities. Moreover the UV irradiation has been used as useful bactericidal agents to remove bacterial biofilms in environmental condition. In this study, we determined the bacterial replication in different percentage of water content (PWC) in sterilized saw dust and feces complexes from farm, and results showed that slightly decreased growth pattern of E. coli and S. agalactiae but increased growth pattern of S. aureus in various PWC (200, 400 and 600%) until 144 h incubation. In the bacteriocidal effect of UV irradiation to bacteria in saw dust and feces complex, the results showed that bacteriocidal effect was depended on the UV irradiation time, irradiation distance and PWC. Especially the antibacterial activity of UV irratiation is stronger in low PWC (50%), long time irradiation (50 sec), and short distance (5 cm) than other condition of this study. Furthermore UV irradiation with stirring showed increased the bactericidal effect compared without stirring. These results suggested that bovine mastitis causing agents may survive long time in environmental condition especially saw dust and feces complexes in farm and can cause a various disease including mastitis. Moreover, these data can be used as basis for application and development of UV disinfection to control of bovine mastitis from environmental contaminated bacteria in dairy farm.

        무균 돈사 환경 모니터링을 위한 대기 중 미생물 탐지기법 확립

        Experimental animals have been used to biological and medical purposes and the animals must be, for these purposes, healthy and clean to microbial infection. However, the animals can be easily exposed to pathogenic microorganism via several routes. Of the routes, environmental conditions are the most important factors to keep the animals healthy and clean, especially air condition. Monitoring of air-condition has been required to keep the animal healthy and clean. However, any guideline is not available for experimental conditions with pigs. Therefore, the sampling times and points were compared in different conditions to establish an optimal protocol for monitoring of air borne bacteria. Tryptic soy agar(TSA), blood agar containing 5% defibrinated sheep blood and Sabraud dextrose agar(SDA) were used as media to capture total bacteria, pathogenic bacteria and fungi, respectively. Two methods, compulsive capture using an air-sampler and capturing fall-down bacteria were used to capture the microorganisms in the air. The points and time of capturing were different at each experiment. Air borne microorganisms were captured at three and five points in the open and closed equipments, respectively. Air was collected using an air-sampler for 1 min and 5 min and the agar plates as open status were left from 30 min to 2hr. At first, we monitored an experimental laboratory which dealt with several pathogenic bacteria and then, a protocol obtained from the investigation was applied to open or close experimental conditions with pigs. Number of bacteria was high from 10:00 to 15:00, especially on 13:30-15:30 but sharply decreased after 17:00. The tendency of the number of bacteria was similar between two methods even though the absolute number was higher with air sampler. Critical difference in the number of cells was observed at 5 min with air sampler and 2 hr with fall-down capturing method. However, 1 min with air sampler and 1 hr with fall-down capturing were the best condition to identify bacterial species collected from the air. Number of bacteria were different depending on the sampling points in closed condition but not in opened condition. Based on our results, a guide-line was suggested for screening air-borne microorganism in the experimental conditions with pigs.

        환경영향평가 협의 내용 분석을 통한 데이터 수요 도출방안 - 수환경 분야를 중심으로 -

        The need for improvement is raised due to limitations with environmental impact assessment, and the importance for data-based environmental impact assessment is increasing. In this study, data demand was derived by analyzing Agreed Terms and Conditions in the Water Environment field (Water Quality, Hydraulic & Hydrologic Conditions, and Marine Environment) of environmental impact assessment. Agreed Terms and Conditions on environmental impact assessment in the water environment field were classified and categorized by environmental impact assessment stage (addition to status survey, impact prediction and evaluation, establishment of reduction measures, post-environmental impact survey), and data demand for each type of consultation opinion was linked. As a result of the categorization of Agreed Terms and Conditions, it was classified into 18 types in the water quality, 15 types in the hydraulic & hydrologic conditions, and 17 types in the marine environment. As a result of linking data demand, the total number of data demand was 236 in the water quality, 98 in the hydraulic & hydrologic conditions, and 73 in the marine environment. The highest number of Agreed Terms and Conditions and data demands were found in the water quality for the evaluation item and establishment of reduction measures, specifically establishment of non-point source pollution reduction measures, for the stage. The numbers were judged to be linked to the relative importance of the items and the primary purpose of environmental impact assessment. The derivation of data demand through the analysis of Agreed Terms and Conditions in the environmental impact assessment can contribute to the advancement of the preparation of environmental impact assessment reports and is expected to increase data utilization by various decision-makers by establishing a systematic database. 환경영향평가에 대한 문제점으로 인한 개선 필요성이 제기되고, 데이터 기반의 환경영향평가의 중요성이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 환경영향평가의 수환경 분야(수질, 수리·수문, 해양환경)의 협의 내용 분석을 통해 데이터 수요를 도출하였다. 수환경 분야의 환경영향평가 협의 내용 총 400건(4,180문장) 을 평가항목(수질, 수리수문, 해양환경) 및 환경영향평가 단계(현황조사 추가, 영향예측 및 평가, 저감대책 수립, 사후환경영향조사)별로 분류 후 유형화하였고, 해당하는 협의 내용 유형 별 데이터 수요를 연계하였다. 협의 내용 유형화 결과 수질 분야 18개, 수리·수문 분야 14개, 해양환경 분야 17개의 유형으로 분류되었으며, 데이터 수요 연계 결과 수질 분야 254개, 수리·수문 분야 102개, 해양환경 분야 74개의 데이터 수요가 도출되었다. 평가항목으로는 수질 분야, 환경영향평가 단계 상으로는 저감대책 수립 분야에서의협의 내용 유형 및 데이터 수요가 가장 높은 빈도로 나타났으며, 세부 협의 내용 유형으로는 비점오염 저감대책이 가장 많은 빈도로 나타났다. 이는 항목의 상대적 중요도와, 환경영향평가의 주요 목적과 연계된 것으로 판단되었다. 환경영향평가 협의 내용 분석을 통한 데이터 수요의 도출은 환경영향평가서 작성의 고도화에 기여할 수 있으며, 환경영향평가 데이터 체계화를 통해 다양한 의사결정자의 데이터 활용도를 높일것으로 기대된다.

        스포츠영재성의 발화 환경

        본 연구는 스포츠영재성의 발화 환경을 탐색 및 구체화하고 선행연구(윤영길, 2011)에서 탐색된 스포츠영재성과 스포츠영재성 발화 환경의 구조를 논의하기 위해 진행하였다. 스포츠영재성 발화 환경을 탐색하고 구체화하기 위해 선수와 지도자 총 97명을 대상으로 비구조화 개방형설문과 심층면담을 진행해 자료를 수집하였다. 스포츠영재성의 발화 환경으로 151항의 원자료가 수집되었으며, 수집된 151항의 원자료에 대한 귀납적범주화 결과 지도자, 주요타자, 성장 경험, 훈련 환경 영역으로 스포츠영재성의 발화 환경이 분류되었다. 스포츠 영재성 발화 과정에서 지도자는 선수에게 잠재된 스포츠영재성을 발굴하고 선수의 노력을 끌어내는 동력으로 작용하며, 부모, 가족, 동료 등의 주요타자는 선수의 물리적, 심리적 주변에 위치하면서 격려, 지원, 평가 등을 통해 지속적인 영향을 미친다. 더불어 다양한 경기 및 도약 경험과 시대정신 등 사회문화적 배경에 기반한 성장 경험과 체계적인 훈련 프로그램이나 라이벌의 존재 여부와 관련한 훈련 환경은 개인의 스포츠영재성 발화에 영향을 미친다. 선행연구에서 추출된 신체지능, 경기지능, 심리지능 등의 스포츠영재성이 본 연구에서 추출된 외적 환경과 결합되면 스포츠영재는 잠재력 구현 가능성을 높이게 된다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 스포츠영재성과 스포츠영재성 발화 환경의 구조를 논의하였다. This study was to explore surrounding environment for sport talented and probability of interaction between sport talents with its surrounding environment for sport talented. In order to explore the surrounding environment for sport talented 97 athletes and coaches responded to open-ended questionnaires and participated in in-depth interviews. The results of open-ended questionnaires were analyzed by content analysis. As the results, surrounding environment for sport talented were categorized Coach, Significant others, Experience for Growth, Training and condition. Coaches were defined as a power to bring out the efforts of the players and potentiality support the self realization of sport talents. Significant others was defined as a important person who were located in player`s physical and psychological intimate distance, They provide encouragement, support, evaluation, and cheering to the players. And also experience for growth defined as a social and cultural background based on the variety of game experience and the zeitgeist. Training Condition was defined as the presence or absence of a systematic training program or rival. The surrounding environment for sport talented affects an individual sport talented ignite. In the previous study physical intelligence, competitional intelligence, and psychological intelligence were pointed out for sport talented`s sport talents. When combined sport talented sport talents and surrounding environment for sport talented of sport talents can increase the potential possibility of implementing sport talented. Sport talents and surrounding environment for sport talented, probability of interaction between the two is discussed.

        The effect of various environmental conditions on durability of E-glass fiber/vinylester resin composites has been investigated using tensile test specimen of strand type. Tensile strength decreased with the immersion time in all environmental conditions. The extent of decreasing was more serious in case of alkaline condition than deionized water condition regardless temperature condition. we found that the decrement of tensile strength during the immersion time in various environment conditions was mainly caused by the degradation of interface between glass fiber and vinylester resin and damage of glass fiber surface.
