The most important factors of Electronic approval system of battle management system are availability and reliability. Therefore, the electronic approval system uses a SAN(storage area network) to construct the reliable server and storage. In this paper, we analyze the security vulnerabilities of the SAN storage that stores the critical military information in the electronic approval system of battle management system. Based on the analysis, we verify the possibility of information leakage by the inside attackers through the scenario-based experiment. And we finally propose a new storage encryption algorithm on the basis of user's role that can prevent the leakage of information by the inside attackers.

The enforcement of labor protection laws is mostly carried out through labor inspection. Labor inspection uses criminal justice as the final means and solves problems through relatively flexible means such as labor inspection and administrative guidance. Workplace supervision is the most core means of the labor inspection system, and the problem of workplace supervision system today is the low number of detections and detection rates. Such a low level of supervision results makes it difficult to expect a negative effect from labor inspection and may weaken a company's will to voluntarily comply with labor laws. This paper examines policy applications regarding labor inspection from a behavioral economics perspective. In particular, it is revealed that the causes and problems of inefficiency and ineffectiveness of workplace supervision lie in the operation of the labor supervision system. The non- face-to-face ‘electronic approval’ method of the Labor-Management Nuri System of the Ministry of Employment and Labor is causing the side effect of making decision-making through mutual communication difficult and the internal control system not functioning during the supervision process. In addition, the ‘complete correction’ system in the workplace supervision process is highly likely to limit the detection of minor violations of law that are easy to correct or to avoid detection altogether due to work burden, evaluation, etc. Through a soft intervention or intervention approach called ‘nudge’ in behavioral economics, it is possible to increase the number of detections and detection rates, thereby improving the effectiveness of workplace supervision.

This study is about the Approval Seals of Contracts System introduced in October 1988 under the Special Act on Real Estate Registration to secure transparency in real estate transactions in Korea. The acquirer has been submitting a written contract of real estate transaction in a paper form to the municipal office for the approval seal, and the official in charge of the inspection formally reviews and stamps. This is because the electronic contract with different physical properties can not be stamped. Therefore, with the electronic contract, the real estate registration has not been allowed and the registration of transfer of ownership has not been legally possible. In this regard, this paper reviewed similar systems and cases to study the method of introducing an Electronic Approval Seals System for an Electronic Real Estate Transaction Contracts. As a result, a new Electronic Approval Seals of Contract System has been proposed in which an Electronic Real Estate Transaction Contracts and the Written Approval Seals Input System cooperate. This study included the step-by-step process, information flow, and function development of the business processing system for electronic approval seals. From the study, it is found that the electronic approval seals for Electronic Contract Certificate and Digitized Contract Certificate requires legal supplementation, Also it was confirmed that in order to prepare for a contract for the transfer of the status, not only the development of the necessary technical features but also the ability to interface electronic revenue stamp. 이 연구는 부동산거래 투명화를 위해 1988년 10월에 「부동산등기특별조치법」에 따라 도입된 검인제도에 관한 연구이다. 검인계약서 제도는 이중계약서 사용방지를 위해 서면 계약증서에 ‘검인’ 인장을 날인하고, 해당 계약증서를 세금신고 및 부동산등기에 사용하도록 했다. 전자계약증서는 서면 계약증서와 성질이 다르므로 현행 제도하에서 검인할 수 없어 문제가 발생한다. 대표적으로 아파트 단독분양을 전자계약으로 체결한 자가 증여에 해당하는 부부 공동명의 변경 시 전자증여계약증서에 검인할 수 없으므로 부동산등기 전자신청(소유권 이전 전자등기)이 불가능하다. 이에 연구자는 전자계약증서에 전자검인할 수 있는 제도와 시스템에 관하여 연구했다. 연구결과, 첫 번째, 「부동산등기특별조치법」 및 관련 규칙을 검토하여 필요한 전자계약증서의 요건 및 정보처리시스템에 의한 검인 신청 초안을 제시하였다. 두 번째, 대국민 서비스인 ‘부동산거래 전자계약시스템(IRTS)’과 시·군·구 담당 공무원용 ‘검인입력시스템’이 상호 연동하는 ‘전자계약증서용 전자검인시스템’을 구성하고 단계별 처리절차, 정보 흐름, 필요한 기능요소를 도출하였다. 세 번째, 검인이 형식적 요건의 심사인 점을 고려하여 초기 단계 공무원의 직접승인에서 자동승인 기능의 정비를 제시하였다. 마지막으로 지위 이전에 대한 계약인 경우를 고려하여 전자문서용 수입인지 연계 필요성을 확인하였다.
