충격응답스펙트럼 요구도를 충족하는 파이로 충격모사 시험장치의 시험변수 선정에 관한 연구

The pyrotechnic shock(or pyroshock) can cause severe damage and failure to the satellite electronic equipments. Therefore, the electronic equipments should satisfy the pyroshock SRS requirements. In order to comply the SRS requirements for the satellite electronic equipment, the test variables of pyroshock simulated impact should be selected to simulate the SRS requirements. However, it spends much time, cost and workmanship to select the test variables. A simple and reliable methods to select the appropriate impact test variables which satisfy the pyroshock SRS requirements have been proposed in this study. We defined the acceleration-frequency parameters of SRS from the typical SRS curve to evaluate quantitatively the test results according to the test variables. And to deduce the response surface model for the SRS parameters, the test was conducted through the design of experiment(DoE) in the major test variables of the pyroshock impact simulator. With using the response surface model and the optimum algorithm, it is selected the impact test variables which is satisfying the SRS requirements. The overall outcome of pyroshock simulated impact test showed the proposed method to be simple and reliable in selecting test variables satisfying the SRS requirements. 파이로 충격은 인공위성 탑재 전장품에 심각한 손상과 고장을 발생시킬 수 있으므로 인공위성 탑재 전장품은 파이로 충격 응답 스펙트럼(SRS)에 대한 요구 조건을 충족해야 한다. 인공위성 탑재 전장품의 SRS 요구조건에 대한 검증을 위하여 파이로충격 모사 시험을 수행해야 한다. 그러나 파이로 충격모사 시험 변수를 선정하기 위하여는 많은 시간, 비용 및 기술적 경험이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 SRS 요구조건을 충족하는 적절한 충격 시험 변수를 선정할 수 있는 간단하고 신뢰성 있는 방법을 제안하였다. 충격 시험 변수에 따른 시험 결과를 정량적으로 평가하기 위하여 일반적인 SRS의 가속도-주파수 곡선의 형상 변수를 정의하였으며, SRS 형상 변수에 대한 반응면 함수를 생성하기 위해 충격시험장치의 주요 설계변수를 종속변수로 하여 시험계획법에 따른 충격시험을 수행하였다. 생성된 반응면 함수 및 최적 알고리즘을 사용하여 SRS 요구 사항을 충족하는 충격 시험변수를 선정하였다. 기계적 파이로 충격모사 시험을 통하여 간단하고 신뢰성있는 방법임이 검증되었으며, 선정된 충격 시험변수는 주어진 SRS 요구 사항을 충족하였다.
Design of the Hydraulic Pump for the Pilot Lifting Test (PLT) in Deep-sea

The deep-sea hydraulic pump was designed for the pilot lifting test(PLT) after the determination of lifting distance and flow quantity. We deduced four design factors for the optimization of the hydraulic design. Four design factors are inlet/outlet angles of one blade of an impeller and inlet/outlet angles of one blade of a guided vane. Each angle has three variation of magnitude to be called three levels. For the respective factors, three levels of factors were deduced on the basis of CFD. The optimum values of four angles were determined by using design of experiments and parametric study.

The optimal design and characteristic analysis of Double Fed Induction Generator(DFIG) was performed. The purpose of the paper is to verify the accuracy of design and the reliability of DFIG by experiment. A grid connection experiment is performed to confirm generating performance in wide operating range. In this experiment, 2.7MW M/G set is used. The finite element method is applied to calculate parameters and characteristic analysis of DFIG. And in order to reduce design time and efforts, Design of Experiment(DOE) is used. The experimental results are compared with the optimum design results.

With the increasing demand for higher production quality and growing competition in the global market, coordinate measuring machine(CMM) has been widely used in industry to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of measurement. In this paper the performance evaluation of coordinate measuring machine is proposed using design of experiments. A factorial design is applied to carry out the performance test proposed by ISO 10360 with a length bar and to investigate CMM measurement errors associated to orientation and length in the work volume. The determination of the significance of effects in an experiment is made through the analysis of variance(ANOVA). The results show that the proposed method is suitable to analyze the factors which affect the CMM measurement performance.

The optimization of injection parameters was performed to improve the combustion noise without deterioration of exhaust gas emission. The DoE(Design of Experiments) methods was used to minimize the number of tests and create experimental models. The injection parameters were optimized by the models obtained. Driving modes of a passenger vehicle with a diesel engine were simulated at anechoic chamber to verify the exhaust emissions and the combustion noise levels. The level of the combustion noise was reached to the development target with maintaining the exhaust emissions. This paper describes a new experimental approach for developing the combustion noise and illustrates some examples of results obtained.

When assembling the window regulator and glass when assembling the car side door, the carrier plate may be damaged if the operator presses it with excessive force and assembles it. In order to improve this phenomenon, it was checked whether the carrier plate was damaged when the force was applied, and an improved sample was prepared. And it was confirmed that there is statistical effect by testing and analyzing the improved sample.
