      • 山东省跨境电商物流发展的影响因素研究

        在全球经济一体化和移动信息的推动下,山东省作为中国对外贸易的重要省份,跨境电商行业快速向前发展。跨境物流作为跨境电商的中间环节,对跨境电商的发展起着重要作用。然而现阶段山东省跨境物流方面仍存在着基础配套设施不够完善、物流配送缓慢,现代化程度低、缺乏专业人才等问题,因此跨境电商物流发展的影响因素值得进行深入研究。本文利用Eviews数据分析软件,首先分析山东省跨境电商物流的现状;其次通过钻石模型对山东省跨境物流的影响因素进行分析;最后选取出口额、港口货物吞吐量、货运周转量、人民币汇率四个影响因素,建立多元线性回归模型进行分析研究。研究结果表明出口额和港口货物吞吐量对山东省跨境物流的影响最为显著,呈正相关的关系,人民币汇率对跨境物流的影响呈负相关的关系。并通过研究结果提出了关于提高山东省跨境物流发展的建设性建议,这对于山东省跨境物流发展的理论研究及政策实施都具有一定的意义,本文对其它省份跨境物流的发展提供借鉴。 Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to explore the influencing factors of the development of cross-border logistics in Shandong Province. As an intermediate link of cross-border e-commerce, cross-border logistics plays an important role in the development of cross-border e-commerce. However, at this stage, there are still some problems in the cross-border logistics of Shandong Province, such as imperfect infrastructure, slow logistics distribution, low degree of modernization, lack of professionals and so on. Therefore, the influencing factors of cross-border e-commerce logistics development are worthy of in-depth study. Design/Methodology/Approach - Based on international trade, this paper first analyzes the development status of cross-border logistics in Shandong Province, and then analyzes the influencing factors of cross-border logistics in Shandong Province through diamond model; Finally, the paper selects four influencing factors of export volume, port cargo throughput, freight turnover and RMB exchange rate, and establishes a multiple linear regression model by using Eviews data analysis software. The results show that export volume and port cargo throughput have the most significant impact on cross-border logistics in Shandong Province, which is positively correlated, while RMB exchange rate has a negative impact on cross-border logistics. Therefore, we put forward three suggestions. Findings - This paper studies improve infrastructure, develop advanced production factors, improve cross-border e-commerce logistics service level, and cultivate professionals. Research Implications - In the management of this paper, this study has significance for the theoretical research and policy implementation of cross-border logistics development in Shandong Province. This paper provides reference for the development of cross-border logistics in other provinces

        The cross-border E-commerce logistics in China is mostly traditional ways such as international postal parcel or international express, and also some emerging ways such as overseas storage, international logistics special line, bonded zone and free trade area logistics, goods collection logistics and so on. The cross-border E- commerce logistics in China, which cannot match up with the demand of the rapidly developing cross-border E-commerce and also has other problems such as environmental adaptation obstacles, the low informatization degree and so on, has become the one of the main factors restricting cross-border E-commerce development. Therefore, this paper points out some key measures that include promoting cross- border logistics and environment coordinated development, choosing the appropriate cross-border logistics mode in view of different countries, actively building the integrated information service platform of cross-border logistics and promoting the development of the fourth party logistics to realize the match-up and coordination of cross-border E-commerce and cross-border logistics.

        Development Mechanism of Cross-Border E-commerce and Logistics in China : Focused on JD.com

        Cross-border e-commerce, especially in China, has been favored by businesses in recent years. A large number of companies are experimenting with cross-border commerce, which greatly promotes the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce. While, as a lifeline for cross-border e-commerce, cross-border logistics is difficult to adapt to high-speed development, which to some extent hampers the smart development of cross-border e-commerce. In this contradiction, it is necessary to promote the integrated development mechanism of cross-border e-commerce and logistics to solve the problem of the inconsistent pace of development between them. This article takes as a starting point the current situation of integration of cross-border e-commerce and logistics, showing the close relationship between the two. In its first stage, we analyzed the internal and external problems caused by lack of coordination and mutual trust, the regulatory and supervisory system aiming to develop the infrastructure and the talent fostering systems. Then we took the example of JD.com's cross-border e-commerce logistics mechanism implemented by the vision based on the development mechanisms of JD.com's cross-border activities to formulate its development strategy. Finally, the corresponding solutions are proposed to provide a smart integration of cross-border e-commerce and logistics based on the development strategies of JD.com.

        Big Data Analytics and Cross-Border Logistics for Foreign Direct Purchasing

        Purpose: The direct purchasing of foreign goods is very useful and can be an effective tool in terms of expanding into the overseas marke and various developments related to e-commerce, Internet of Things and online payment system, etc. The purpose of this study is to find ways to delivery types of cross-border logistics for foreign direct purchasing, to apply the big data analytics the from the transaction processes of foreign direct purchasing, and to establish and review the development strategy for direct purchasing of foreign goods. Research design, data, and methodology: The study examined domestic and foreign literature related to cross-border logistics and big data analysis. Also, the major issues and development plan results of smart logistics and cross-boarder logistics were analyzed from logistics and professors who are affiliated with domestic universities and practitioners. Results: With the rapid increase in overseas direct sales, it is possible to create new opportunities for online transactions through reverse direct search, and big data analysis can be used as a very useful tool as it can identify trends and consumption behaviors of overseas direct customers in advance. An the bonded import method has the advantage of greatly reducing the logistics cost and delivery time, and is considered an efficient logistics shipping method for cross-border e-commerce. Conclusions: While the domestic offline retail sales growth rate has increased very low, the online shopping transaction volume has been increasing at a faster pace due to the recent influence of Corona19. The consumer's consumption trend reflects the characteristic of changing from offline to online and mobile, and moreover, the reliance on direct purchasing of foreign goods, which is a form in which online shopping is expanding into overseas markets, is also increasing. This change has led to fierce competition in the world's major ports to attract multinational corporations' logistics bases, and promotes the expansion of port facilities, advancement of port functions, and diversification. Therefore, in this study, we studied the efficient cross-border logistics that can secure the opportunity to expand their products and services to overseas markets and improve the smart logistics through big data analytics when it is direct purchasing of foreign goods.

        Logistics Service Quality in Cross-Border E-Commerce and Consumer Repurchase Intention: The Moderating Effects of Consumer Ethnocentrism and Cosmopolitanism

        In recent years, with the rapid rise of cross-border e-commerce platforms, there has been increasing attention to improving logistics service quality and its impact on consumer post-purchase behavior, particularly repurchase intention. Accordingly, this study further divides logistics service quality in cross-border e-commerce into four dimensions: security, timeliness, empathy, and cost-effectiveness, with the aim of analyzing their influence on the repurchase intention of Chinese consumers. Additionally, this research examines how cultural attributes, such as individualism and cosmopolitanism, influence consumer behavior and further validates their moderating roles. Through a survey of 179 Chinese consumers, the results confirm that security, timeliness, empathy, and cost-effectiveness of logistics service quality in cross-border e-commerce positively impact repurchase intention. Additionally, the study partially substantiates the moderating effects of consumer ethnocentrism and cosmopolitanism on the relationship between logistics service quality and consumers’ repurchase intention. These findings reveal the intricate interplay between logistics service quality and repurchase intention in cross-border e-commerce, emphasizing the significance of consumer cultural characteristics. Based on these findings, the study offers practical recommendations for relevant businesses and platforms, including strategies to enhance logistics service quality and implement tailored marketing approaches.

        The Logistics Strategies of China’s Cross Border E-Commerce Platforms - based on a case study of AliExpress and Joybuy

        본 연구의 목적은 중국의 대표적인 국경간 전자상거래 플랫폼인 Alibaba와 Jingdong의 물류전략을 상호 비교·분석하여 각 전략별 우위성과 차별성을 도출하고 왜 서로 다른 물류시스템을 채택하고 있는지에 대해 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 문헌연구 및 4개 요인(기업강점 corporate strength, 물류중요성과 능력 importance and capability of logistics, 물류비용 logistics cost, 상품특성features of commodity)를 중심으로 within-case & cross-case Analysis를 이용하였다. 분석결과 서로 다른 물류전략을 채택하는 원인으로 자본전략(capital strategy), 고객충성도(customer loyalty), 공급사슬(supply chain), 정보기술(technology) 등이 있었으며 자본전략이 서로 다른 물류시스템을 채택하는 주 원인인 것으로 판단되었다 Purpose : The objective of this study is to identify the reasons why different CBEC Malls choose different logistics distribution systems based on case study of China’s CBEC platforms AliExpress, Joybuy, Research design, data, methodology : In order to identify the adoption factors for different logistics strategies, Alibaba and Jingdong, China s leading e-commerce platform, were selected. In addition, Within-Case & Cross-case Analysis was conducted based on four factors(corporate strength, importance and capability of logistics, logistics cost and Features of commodity). Results : The reasons for choosing different logistics strategies were capital strategy, customer loyalty, supply chain and information technology. especially, the selection of logistics is not significantly affected by the corporate strength but by the capital strategy. Conclusions : The selection of logistics is not significantly affected by the corporate strength but by the capital strategy. self-built logistics will eventually move toward openness and 3PL logistics can also work together with self-operated logistics. Alibaba and Jingdong have different overseas market expanding strategies. As for logistics it’s mainly based on the consideration of capital strategy, customer loyalty, supply chain and technology and these 4 factors have mutual interaction. In the future 4PL or 3PL and self-operated logistics may still be the mainstreams for CBEC logistics but two of them can be collaborated to improve customer loyalty.

        AHP 기법을 이용한 국제 전자상거래(Cross-Border e-commerce) 물류서비스 품질의 고객만족요인에 관한 연구

        과거 규모가 있던 기업들만 진입이 가능한 무역거래가 이제 정보통신기술(Information and Communication Technology)발전으로 인해, 비교적 규모가 적은 중소기업들도 전자상거래를 통해 무역거래가 가능하게 되었다. 세계 곳곳에서 국제 전자상거래 주문량이 급증하였고. 원활한 무역거래 및 활동을 위해서 적합한 물류서비스 제공이 관심사로 대두되었다. 이에 고객은 언제나 만족할 만한 높은 수준의 서비스를 받기를 원하지만, 물류기업은 한정된 경영자원과 역량하에 고객의 이러한 요구들을 모두 다 수용하지 못할 것이고, 이는 곧 비즈니스 창출기회를 잃는 것을 의미한다. 국제전자상거래라는 새로운 시장에서 고객이 요구하는 니즈를 충족시키기 위해서는, 고객에게 어떠한 물류 서비스품질 속성요인이 중요하게 인식되고 있는지 탐색하는 것이 중요하며, 그 결과를 기업경영 의사결정에 반영하는 것이 중요하다. 이에 본 연구는 물류서비스를 구성하는 품질요인 중 어떤 요인이 중요하게 인식되고 있는지 탐색하고 중요도와 필요성의 관계를 밝혀 보고자 한다. 본 연구를 실행하기 위해 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)에 관한 이론과 물류서비스품질에 관련한 선행연구들을 참고하고 검토하였다. 이를 통해 선정된 요인들을 물류산업에 관련한 물류서비스를 이용한 판매업체(고객)로 나눠 설문조사를 하고, 이를 통해 도출된 결과를 AHP를 이용, 분석하여 두 그룹의 결과값과 격차를 종합적으로 검토하고 분석하였다. 물류서비스품질을 구성하는 요인들을 정의하고 각 요인들이 갖는 상대적 중요도를 밝혀냄으로써 물류서비스품질의 개선이나 혁신을 위해 우선 고려해야 할 선택요인을 선정하는데 이바지하였다. 또한 공급측과 수요측의 인식 격차를 확인함으로써 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다. In the past, only large-scale companies were able to gain the benefit of international trade based on their capabilities and resources, but even relatively small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have been able to trade through e-commerce due to the help of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Cross Border Trade (CBT) is one of the trends driving the borderless world of e-commerce. As a result, Cross-border trade orders have skyrocketed around the world which is led by an increasing amount of people are shopping online across the borders. Now, it has become a great concern to provide logistics services to meet the demand for anytime, anywhere trade transactions and activities seamlessly. While customers always want a higher level of customer satisfaction, logistics companies are not able to accommodate all of their customers’ needs with their scarce resources, losing out on the chance to increase revenue generation. In order to meet the customer’s needs in the cross-border trade (CBT), it is important to explore which logistics quality attributes are recognized as important to customers and to reflect the results in corporate decision making. Therefore, this study seeks to explore which of service quality attributes constituting the logistics service are recognized as important and to identify the relationship between importance and necessity. To conduct this study, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and preliminary studies related to logistics service quality were referenced and reviewed. The survey was conducted by dividing the selected groups into sellers (customers) and logistics companies (providers). Results obtained were processed using AHP to comprehensively review and analyze the results of the two groups. By defining the factors that make up the quality of logistics services and identifying the relative importance of each factor, we contributed to prioritize service criteria to consider for improvement or innovation of logistics service quality. Accordingly, it would be a good reference for logistics companies to meet customer’s demand in an efficient allocation of resources by identifying the perception gap.

        Cultural Measures to China-Mongolia border Logistics promotion and Transportation Facilitation

        최근 중국, 몽골 및 러시아의 경제 회랑의 건설에 따른 기반시설의 전진적 배치로, 중국과 몽골 사이 화물 수송량과 내용에 대한 몇 가지 새로운 변화가 있었다. 중국과 몽골 사이의 교통 협력은 많은 기술적 문화적 문제가 존재하는 한편, 양국간 경제 협력의 지속적인 발전에 따른 수요를 충족할 수 없다. 몽골과 중국의 물류 운송에 종사하는 기업은 몽골과 중국의 국경 물류 촉진에서 몽골이 가지고 있는 문화적 침식에 대한 우려 뿐만 아니라, 운송 관련 요구 사항을 포함한 진입 조건 강화 등으로 협력이 제한되고 있다. 중국과 몽골 사이의 물류운송을 촉진하기 위해 기업의 실제수요를 분석하고 교차 국경물류교통 촉진 상태 및 문화적 영향 요인의 평가를 통해 정책적 시사점을 도출하였다. 특히, 경제 정책, 국내 조정, 철도 및 도로, 항구 건설, 기업 협회 및 기업의 설립측면에서 제안한 내용은 국내와 국제적인 협력에서 기초적 역할을 할 것이다. With the construction and advancement of the Economic Corridor of China, Mongolia and Russia, there have been some new changes on the quantity and content of the cargo transportation between China and Mongolia. Transportation cooperation between China and Mongolia still exists many problems and can"t meet the demand of further development of bilateral economic cooperation. The enterprises engaged in logistics transport of Mongolia and China put forward higher requirements on Mongolian and China’s cross-border logistics transporting facilitation. This paper puts forward some measures and suggestions to further improve the logistics transporting facilitation between China and Mongolia in the light of the actual demand of enterprises through analyzing and evaluating the cross-border logistics transport facilitation status and impacting factors. Some proposals about coordination with the economical policies, domestic coordination, construction of the railway and road, port construction, clearance facilitation, industry associations and enterprises are put forward on the basis of domestic and international experience.
