        크롬 도금과 강선 변화 포신에 대한 포구 속도 영향의 통계적 분석

        포구 속도는 발사된 탄두가 표적에 도달하는 사거리를 결정하는 중요한 요소이다. 포신의 사용수명을 연장하기 위하여 포강 내부 전 구간에 크롬 도금을 적용하였으며, 마찰에 의한 강선 마모를 최소화하기 위하여 강선의 변화를 적용한 포신을 분석 대상으로 선정하였다. 크롬 도금의 적용 유무와 강선 변화 적용 유무에 따라 포신을 세 그룹으로 구분하여 사격을 실시하고 포구 속도를 측정하였으며, 크롬 도금과 강선 변화가 포구 속도에 영향을 주는지 여부를 통계적으로 분석하였다. The muzzle velocity is an important factor aiding the determination of the range of a fired warhead. To extend the service life of the barrel, chrome plating was applied to all sections inside the barrel where the rifling change occurs. Further, statistical analysis was conducted to determine the effects of the chrome plating and rifling change on muzzle velocity.

      • 장식용 크롬 도금에 대한 Russian Mud 특성

        Recently to cope with slippery road conditions by the snow in winter, calcium chloride is widely used as de-icing agent for road maintenance around the world. The calcium chloride melts the snow and the roads become muddy by mixture of calcium chloride and dirt on the road. Normally when chrome plated parts are exposed to this calcium chloride mud mixture for long periods of time, it can lead to melting the Cr layer on the parts and occur corrosion issues called as Russian mud corrosion. To improve the Russian mud corrosion performance, some chemistry companies have developed the trivalent chrome plating process which has better corrosion resistance against calcium chloride and some of them has already applied to vehicle. This paper introduces the ASTM B995 to evaluate the resistance for Russian mud corrosion and compares the property of each type of chrome plating solution.

        A new point of view in Wet Electro Plating is proposed by Selective Plating Method, which is a new development method based on the principle of laser cutting and spray coating, material, engineering design, test and evaluations. As a result of the application of Radiator-Grille on front bumper, this paper classifies appliance of spray coating is more design friendly method, but laser cutting is not efficiency method by manufacturer. And material of spray into plastic are set up and developed by Taguchi method, two plastic materials are considered into Radiator grille by wet electro plating manufacturing lines and environment test, therefore, This paper classify the selective plating method of Radiator grille have characteristic that reduction of cost and weight, gray color spray coating, multi-usage of ABS, More flexibility of collision without broken, high grades of heat deflection temperature.

        A new point of view in vehicle rear bumper is proposed by Heat Resistant Composites Tail-Trim STRUCTURE, which is a new development method based on the principle of heat-resistance material, plastic injection, new fabric aramid compression, new electric chrome plating, design, test and evaluations. As a result of the application of new tail trim on rear bumper, this paper classifies Increased of heat resistance temperature in aramid fabric and chrome plating, new woven compression, Shapes of Tail-Trim to protect chrome Plating and to keep fabric aramid, Reduction of weight, improvement of liberty of design & colors.
