      • The Family Satisfaction of Business-Owning Families

        This paper expands empirical research on family satisfaction by introducing the family APGAR scale, developed and validated in the field of nursing, to measure the satisfaction of business-owning families and applying the Stafford et al.(1999) model of sustainable family businesses to the assessment of family satisfaction. More specifically, this study compares the differences in the effects of business- and family-related variables on family satisfaction for the families of lifestyle business owners and earner business owners. The sample was drawn from the 1997 National Family Business Survey. The family satisfaction was greater for the families of lifestyle business owners, but the family variables made a greater contribution to the explanation of variance in the satisfaction of families of earner business owners. The regression equation explained a higher percentage of the variance for the families of earner business owners. Nine family variables were significant in the satisfaction equation for earner business owners, in contrast to seven significant family variables in the equation for lifestyle business owners. Structured families had a significant positive effect on the satisfaction of lifestyle business owners. The family manager's education, putting the family first rather than the business, and the family management score had significant effects on the satisfaction of earner business owners.

        노인일자리 사업의 교육 만족도가 사업효과성에 미치는 영향 : 일자리 만족도의 매개효과

        This study examined what effect the educational satisfaction level in the grey job project had on the business effectiveness and verified the effect the participant education satisfaction level had on the project business effectiveness ultimately by influencing the job satisfaction. This study utilized the source data of the senior job project old participant status survey of the Korea senior manpower development center which was conducted in 2013, and the non-proportional stratification sample extracting method was used which considered the project type, regional size, and cities/provinces. Sejong City was excluded from the survey target and the survey targeted 2,005 persons except for non-response or response-irrelevant persons concerning this study question. The collected material was analyzed by using SPSS WIN 21.0 program. The frequency and percentage were calculated to apprehend the general characteristic of the study target. Also, the regression analysis was conducted to examine the effect the educational satisfaction level had on the business effectiveness of the senior job project, and the hierarchical regression analysis was conducted in order to examine the mediated effect of the job satisfaction level in the effect the educational satisfaction level had on the business effectiveness of the senior job project. The main result of this study is as follows. First, among the effects the educational satisfaction level had on the business effectiveness, both interest level of educational contents and the job utilization of education had a significant effect on the psychological effect, and the interest level of the educational contents had a significant level on the physical/social effect, and the job utilization of education had a significant effect on the economic effect. Second, in the effect the educational satisfaction level had on the business effectiveness, the job satisfaction level was confirmed the job satisfaction level had a partial mediated effect in the effect the educational satisfaction level had on the psychological/physical/social effect. The job satisfaction level was confirmed the job satisfaction level had a complete mediated effect in the effect the educational satisfaction level had on the economic effect. Also, The job satisfaction level was confirmed the job satisfaction level had a partial mediated effect in the effect the educational satisfaction level had on the business effectiveness. Consequently, the educational contents according with the demand of job participants will have to be developed and the exclusive manpower must be arranged to conduct the education effectively. Also, making participants feel a pride on the job fully will largely contribute to raising the business effectiveness because the job satisfaction level has a positive effect on the business effectiveness. 본 연구는 노인일자리 사업에서의 교육 만족도가 사업효과성에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 살펴보고, 참여자 교육 만족도가 일자리 만족에 영향을 미처 궁극적으로 사업효과성에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 본 연구는 2013년 수행된 한국노인인력개발원의 노인 일자리사업 참여노인 실태조사의 원자료를 활용하였으며, 사업유형, 지역규모, 시도 등을 고려한 비비례층화표본 추출방법을 활용하였다. 조사대상에서 세종시는 제외하였으며, 이들 중 본 연구 문제와 관련한 문항에 무응답 또는 응답 비해당자를 제외시킨 2,005명을 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석기법으로는 연구대상자의 일반적 특성을 파악하기 위해 빈도와 백분율을 산출하였다. 또한 교육 만족도가 노인일자리 사업의 사업효과성에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 교육 만족도가 노인일자리 사업의 사업효과성에 미치는 영향에서 일자리 만족도의 매개효과를 알아보기 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육 만족도가 사업효과성에 미치는 영향 중 심리적 효과에는 교육내용의 흥미도와 교육의 직무 활용도 모두가 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으며, 신체적·사회적 효과에는 교육내용의 흥미도가 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으며. 경제적 효과에는 교육의 직무 활용도가 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 교육 만족도가 사업효과성에 미치는 영향에서 일자리 만족도는 교육 만족도가 심리적·신체적·사회적 효과에 미치는 영향에서 부분매개효과가 있음을 알 수 있다. 일자리 만족도는 교육 만족도가 경제적 효과에 미치는 영향에서 완전매개효과가 있음을 알 수 있다. 또한 일자리 만족도는 교육 만족도가 사업효과성에 미치는 영향에서 부분매개효과가 있음을 알 수 있다. 결과적으로 일자리 참여자들의 요구에 맞는 교육 내용을 개발하고, 전담 인력을 배치하여 교육이 효과적으로 진행되어야 할 것이다. 또한 일자리 만족도가 사업효과성에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 점에서 참여자 스스로 일에 대한 자부심을 충분히 느낄 수 있도록 한다면 사업효과성을 높이는데 크게 기여할 것이다.

        경영학 교육 특성, 수강학생 만족도 및 교육성과 간의 관련성 연구

        The purpose of this study is to verify whether the characteristics of business education (business professors, business education contents and business education environment) affect the performance of business education. In addition, it is to verify whether satisfaction level of student for business education mediates between business education characteristics and business education performance. And the effect of characteristics of business education on business education performance was investigated according to the characteristics (sex, grade) of respondents. In order to achieve these research objectives, research methods using survey method and questionnaires were applied. As the subjects of the questionnaire, 289 copies of the questionnaires were distributed to the students of the College of Business Administration of the metropolitan area, and 284 copies of the questionnaires were used as research data except for five questionnaires with some missing contents. The reliability and validity of the data collected through the questionnaire were verified, and the correlation between the variables used in the hypothesis was analyzed, followed by multiple regression analysis, mediate regression analysis, and moderate regression analysis for hypothesis testing. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, as a result of examining the effects of business education characteristics on business education performance, it was found that business education characteristics had a positive effect on business education performance, and the influence of business education characteristics on business education performance. The positive effect level was the characteristics of business administration professors > characteristics of business administration education contents > business administration education environment characteristics. Second, as a result of the mediating regression analysis for confirming whether the characteristics of business education has an influence on the performance of business education by mediating student satisfaction, the characteristics of business education which is an independent variable was found to have a significant effect on the educational performance of business administration mediated by students' satisfaction. Third, as a result of the moderator regression analysis for confirming whether the relationship between the characteristics of business education and the performance of business education is different according to the characteristics of respondents, there was no adjustment effect according to gender, the characteristics of business education contents differ according to grade, the effect of the lower grades on the performance of business education is higher than that of the upper grades according to characteristics of business education contents. The characteristics of business administration professors and business administration education environment did not show any difference according to grade.

        프랜차이즈 서비스품질이 사업만족도와경영성과에 미치는 영향-서울지역 치킨 프랜차이즈 중심으로-

        This study designed to examine the effect of franchise service quality on business satisfaction and business performance, and examined previous studies, herewith designed research model based on it. In order to obtain the data of this study, questionnaires were surveyed. The regional scope for the questionnaire survey was set as chicken franchise in Seoul. The survey period was from Aug. 1, 2016 to Aug. 15, 2016, and 250 copies were distributed and analyzed for 239 copies. As the analysis tool, frequency analysis of demographic variables, factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted for the multi - item scale and linear regression analysis was conducted to verify the hypothesis of this study. The research results are as follows; first, franchise service quality has a significant effect on business satisfaction. Second, franchise service quality has a significant effect on business performance. Third, business satisfaction has a significant effect on business performance. And it was found that business satisfaction and business performance are high when service quality consisted of service promptness, convenience, assurance, food material quality and information system, and business performance are high. Therefore, this study is expected to contribute to the successful franchise business by providing the standard model of franchise selection to the pre – founders.

        창업농교육 경험이 창업자기효능감, 교육만족도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 농학계 대학 및 정부기관 등에서 행하고 있는 창업농교육의 현황을 살펴보고, 창업농교육 경험에 따른 학습자의 창업자기효능감, 교육만족도 수준의 차이가 있는지를 분석하였다. 창업자기효능감의 구성요인은 창업자신감, 과제선호도, 자 기조절효능감으로 구분하였다. 교육만족도는 창업 동기 부여, 교육 내용에 대한 만족, 교육기관에 대한 신뢰도로 구분하였다. 분석결과에 따르면, 남학생일수록 창업자신감, 과제선호도, 자기조절효능감은 높았고, 전공에 있어서는 축산, 과수 전공자들 이 상대적으로 창업자신감이 높았다. 교육만족도에 있어서는 창업동기부여, 교육기관 신뢰 정도에 대해 학과별로 차이가 있었다. 그러나 창업농교육 경험(학년별)에 따른 창업자기효능감과 교육만족도는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타나, 창업농교육의 교육 내용과 교과과정에 대한 개선의 필요성이 제기되었다. 향후 창업농교육은 첫째, 창업자기효능감을 증진시키기 위한 창업적 기술 교육의 강화, 둘째, 학습자 역량 중심의 창업농 교육 설계, 셋째, 성별·전공의 차이에 따른 창업농교육의 세분화 등의 개편이 필요하다고 본다. The study examines the current state of the education for starting agriculture business that has been performed by agriculture education institutions and governmental institutions and looks into the effect of the education for starting the agriculture business on self-efficacy for starting the business and satisfaction level from education course. Self-efficacy consists of self-confidence for starting the business, task preference level and self-control efficacy. The study measures the satisfaction level from the education course by classifying into the categories such as motivation for starting the business, satisfaction from education contents and trust in education institution. As a result, male students are more satisfied in self-confidence for starting the business, task preference level and self-control efficacy. The students majoring in animal husbandry and fruit growing are relatively higher self-confidence for starting the business. Regarding the satisfaction level from the education course the findings shows that there is a difference according to the department in the items of motivation for starting the business and trust in education institution. However, it is revealed that there is no difference in self-efficacy for starting the business and the satisfaction level from the education course in any grade of the students, which means that revamping the education course is necessary. The researcher think that three points are required in order to improve the education for starting the agricultural business. First, strengthening the business-starting technique education to improve self-efficacy for starting the business. Second, planning the education course focusing on improving the capability of would-be founder. Third, seeking the classified education strategy suitable for each gender and each major.

        외식창업부동산점포의 입지요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향: 창업만족도의 매개효과

        Selection of location in food service start-up business is sure to be a shortcut to achievement of business performance, and in this context, it’s no exaggeration to say that food service industry is an real estate industry. This study looked into what influence of the location factor in food service start-up business had on sales performance, and intended to verify whether the location factors ultimately influenced business performance consequent on the influence of location factors on start-up business satisfaction. To this end, this study set food service owner-operators as its research subject, and conducted a survey of the operators (of restaurants) located in Anyang-si from December 1, 2016 until January 30, 2017. This study distributed a total of 300 copies of questionnaires, and collected 245 copes, among which this study used 198 copies for empirical study excluding the copies whose reply was unfaithful. This study did empirical analysis of 198 copies using SPSS 22.0 Statistical Package Program, together with the application of frequency analysis, factor analysis and regression analysis. The major results of this study are as follows: First, this study divided the location factors in food service start-up business stores into the four, i.e. accessibility, clustering property, placeness and visibility, etc. Second, the study results showed that accessibility, clustering property, placeness and visibility had significant influence as one in the influence of locational factors on sales performance. Third, this study could understand that start-up business satisfaction had a partial mediated effect in the influence of location factors on sales performance. Resultantly, this study confirmed food service start-up business’s own selection of location, and wished to find major factors and a differentiated point in time of selection of location of stores in other fields. Such a result gives an implication that it’s necessary to concentrate all efforts to increase sales performance of food service start-up business from the location selection phase, and to make efforts to increase start-up business satisfaction. 외식창업에 있어서 입지선정은 경영의 성과를 이루는데 첩경이라 할 수 있으며 이러한 의미에서 외식산업은 부동산 산업이라 해도 과언이 아니다. 본 연구는 외식창업점포의 입지요인이 매출성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 살펴보고, 입지요인이 창업만족도에 영향을 미쳐 궁극적으로 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 조사대상은 외식자영업자들을 대상으로 정하였으며, 설문조사는 안양시에 소재하고 있는 외식창업업자를 대상을 2016년12월1일부터 2017년1월30일까지 실시하였다. 설문지는 총300부가 배포되어 245부가 회수되었고, 불성실한 답변을 제외한 198부가 실증연구에 사용되었다. 실증 분석은 SPSS 22.0 통계패키지 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 빈도분석, 요인분석, 회귀분석을 활용하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 외식창업점포의 입지요인으로 접근용이성, 군집성, 위치성, 시계성 등 4가지로 구분하였다. 둘째, 입지요인이 매출성과에 미치는 영향에서 접근용이성, 군집성, 위치성, 시계성 모두가 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 입지요인이 매출성과에 미치는 영향에서 창업만족도는 부분매개효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 결과적으로 외식창업점포만의 입지선정요인을 확인하고 다른 분야의 점포의 입지선정 시 중요요인과 차별점을 찾고 싶었다. 이러한 결과는 안양지역 외식창업의 매출성과를 높이기 위해 입지선정단계부터 총력을 기울여야하며 창업의 만족도를 높이기 위해 노력하는 것이 필요하다는 시사점을 준다.

      • 이.미용업에서의 프랜차이즈 공정성 지각이 신뢰와 전환장벽에 미치는 영향

        The start point of a franchise system such as Lotteria was in 1979. Since 1990, the franchise systems in Korea have rapidly spread over all industry types. As 'Franchise Law' was enforced in 2002, the expansion of a franchise picked up its' speed. The barbers and beauty parlors business has the same expansion trend. However, there was no study about the franchise systems in the barbers and beauty parlors business. The purpose of this study was to find the goodness of fit of the structured equation model proposed and identify the significances of relationships in the variables of justice perceptions, trust, satisfactions, business performances, switching barriers, switching cost etc. This study tries to find a solution for a good development between franchisor and franchisee in the barbers and beauty parlors business in Korea. The theoretical considerations about justice of this study is limited in reciprocal relation justice and procedure justice. And it did make simplify for trust, satisfaction, business performance, switching barrier. And switching barrier did measure as dimension of switching coot. From October 26, 2005 to October 29, this study collected 250 survey questionnaires from the franchisees located in Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Ulsan, and Keoyng-Nam. In analyses of using SPSS Windows 11.0 and LISREL 8.14, this study used 208 cases because 48 cases did not response appropriately. Tn conclusions. reciprocal justice perception and procedure justice jointly determined trust. Secondly, reciprocal justice perception significantly determined satisfaction. Procedure justice perception negatively determined satisfaction, but this relationship was not significant. Thirdly, reciprocal justice perception positively influenced business performance, and procedure justice negatively influenced business performance, but the last relationship was not significant Fourthly, trust positively significantly influenced satisfaction and business performance. Fifthly, satisfaction positively influenced business performance and true determined switching barrier positively. This study shows following: firstly, a composition concept did make structural relationship and secondly, a reciprocal relation justice of a franchisor did appear as an important variable and it gives positive influence to trust, satisfactions, business performance, switching barriers of the franchisees.

        주얼리 사업 경영자의 사업 만족도에 미치는 사회적 자본의 역할

        The purpose of the present study is to analyze the effects of the structural dimension, relational dimension, and cognitive dimension, which are components of jewelry business managers’ social capital on jewelry business managers’ satisfaction with business and business performance and the moderating effects of organizational commitment, which is a situational factor, and public agency’s support with management consulting, which is a perceived potential, on the relationship between jewelry business managers’ social capital and satisfaction with business. 465 The jewelry business managers were participated in the present research. Multiple regression analyses and hierarchical regression analyses were used to test hypotheses. The sub factors of social capitals were also identified as factors that affect satisfaction with jewelry business. Organizational commitment, which is a situational factor, public agency’s support with management consulting, which is a perceived potential, and market situations, which is an element of management environments were partially identified as playing moderating roles when the sub factors of social capitals affect satisfaction with jewelry business. The satisfaction with jewelry business formed as such was found to have positive effects on business performance of enterprises. New manager education systems are necessary that will foster such positive recuperative power and challenging spirit of jewelry managers. 본 연구의 목적은 주얼리 사업 경영자들의 사회적 자본이 사업 만족도에 영향을 미치고 있는가를 분석하기 위한 것이다. 주얼리 산업 경영자들의 사회적 자본과 사업 만족도와 관계에 미치는 상황적 요인인 직업 몰입과 지각된 가능성인 공공기관의 경영컨설팅 지원과 시장상황의 조절효과를 분석하기 위한 것이다. 국내 주얼리 사업체를 경영하는 총 465명의 CEO들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 가설을 검정하기 위하여 다중회귀분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 사용하였다. 사회적 자본의 하위 요소인 구조적 차원, 관계적 차원, 인지적 차원 모두 주얼리 사업의 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났으며, 상황적 요인인 직업 몰입과 지각된 가능성인 경영컨설팅 지원 및 경영환경의 한 요소로 시장상황 방해는 주얼리 산업 경영자들의 사회적 자본의 구조적 차원, 관계적 차원, 인지적 차원과 사업 만족도 간의 관계에서 부분적으로 유의한 조절 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 이렇게 형성된 사업 만족도는 주얼리 사업의 경영 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

        창업보육센터 매니저의 서번트 리더십이 입주기업의 매니저 만족도와 경영성과에 미치는 영향

        4차 산업혁명과 세계경제 불황으로 인해 최근 기업의 고용시장 규모가 축소되고 있는 현 시점에서 우리경제는 창업의 활성화를 통해 고용 창출과 경제성장을 이룰 수 있다. 창업은 개인의 자아실현뿐만 아니라 국가경제와 지역경제를 활성화시킬 수 있다. 특히 창업보육센터는 창업 초기의 창업자들이 자생력을 갖출 수 있도록 정부정책자금에 대한 정보제공 및 교육, 컨설팅 등의 서비스를 제공하며 초기 사업장 유지비용의 절감을 위해 회의실 등 다양한 공간을 제공하는 등 창업활성화에 큰 도움을 주고 있다. 본 연구에서는 창업보육센터 매니저의 서번트 리더십이 입주기업의 매니저 만족도와 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하고, 이러한 관계에서 입주기업 구성원들의 자기효능감의 매개효과에 대해 분석하였다. 이를 위해 전국의 100개 창업보육센터의 400개 입주기업을 대상으로 우편 및 이메일로 설문지 400부를 배포하여 246부를 회수하였고, 이 중 불성실한 응답의 설문지를 제외한 211부를 통계분석에 활용하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창업보육센터 매니저의 서번트 리더십이 입주기업 구성원의 자기효능감과 매니저 만족도에 각각 긍정적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 창업보육센터 매니저의 서번트 리더십이 입주기업의 경영성과에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 입주기업 구성원의 자기효능감은 매니저 만족도와 경영성과에 각각 긍정적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 매니저 만족도도 경영성과에 긍정적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있음을 검증하였다. 셋째, 창업보육센터 매니저의 서번트 리더십과 입주기업의 매니저 만족도 및 경영성과의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 각 관계별로 자기효능감의 매개효과가 있음을 검증하였다. 기존의 창업보육센터 관련 연구들은 주로 창업보육 매니저의 역량과 특성에 관한 연구를 중심으로 이루어지고 있으며, 매니저의 리더십과 보육기업의 성과에 대한 연구가 부족하였는데, 본 연구는 향후 창업보육센터 입주기업의 성과 향상과 자생력을 높일 수 있는 기초 자료로 활용 할 수 있고, 창업보육센터 매니저의 리더십 연구의 확장에도 기여할 것으로 기대한다. The fourth industrial revolution and the global economic recession have recently reduced the size of the employment market for companies. Thus, the Korean economy can achieve job creation and economic growth through the activation of the start-up. Start-up can boost the national and local economies as well as the self-realization of individuals. In particular, the Business Incubator provides information on government policy funds, education and consulting services so that the founders can establish self-sufficiency in the early stage of the start-up. It is a great help for the activation of a start-up. In this way, the role of Business Incubator is growing in the start-up ecosystem. Therefore, it is becoming more and more necessary to establish a business infrastructure and activate the business. The role of a business incubator to increase the success rate of start-up is increasing. The Business Incubator provides information on government policy funds, training, and consulting services so that the founders at the start of the business can develop self-sufficiency. In addition, the Business Incubator provides a variety of spaces to reduce rental costs and the cost of maintaining the initial workplace, and provides information exchange, operation support, technology and financial support to help revitalize entrepreneurs. As such, the role of Business Incubator, which is a place where technology is based on entrepreneurship, is becoming important in start-up ecosystem. The suggested hypothetical relationships were tested with primary data from a sample 211 firms in the Business Incubator. The main findings of this study are as follows: first, it is found that servant leadership of Business Incubators manager have positive impact on self-efficacy, manager satisfaction of firm but not on business performance. It is meaningful to extend the scope of research in the study of existing leadership of business incubators manager. Second, self-efficacy of firm have positive impact on the manager satisfaction and business performance, also manager satisfaction have positive impact on business performance. It can be seen that the role of self-efficacy is important as the factor that makes it possible for firms to satisfy Business Incubators manager. Especially, it is considered that self-efficacy is important as a way to improve the business performance of firm. Third, self-efficacy of firm mediated the relationship of servant leadership of Business Incubators manager and manager satisfaction and business performance. Thus, the hypothesis on the mediating role of self-efficacy of firm was supported. This study contributes to the understanding of business performance of firm by developing an theoretical model, incorporating the role of servant leadership of Business Incubators manager, self-efficacy of firm and manager satisfaction. So far, studies related to Business Incubator have mainly focused on the competence and characteristics of Business Incubators manager. There is a lack of research on manager s leadership and incubating company s performance. This study can be utilized as basic data to improve performance. It is also expected to contribute to the expansion of leadership research of Business Incubators managers.

        전공직무 유용성이 직장 만족도에 미치는 영향 : 경영학 전공자를 중심으로

        잡코리아의 설문조사(2017)에 따르면 전공의 직무유용성이 높고, 전공의 직무기여도가 높을수록 직장 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 경영학 전공자를 대상 으로 직장 만족도의 결정요인을 알아보고자, 경영학 전공자의 전공직무 유용성이 직장 만족도에 영 향을 미치는지 파악하고자 한다. 이를 통해 대학교육에 있어 경영학 교육의 중요성을 제시하고, 경 영학 교육과정 설계 및 진로 지도를 위한 가이드라인을 제시하고자 한다. 분석결과 경영학 전공자 의 전공직무 유용성은 타 전공에 비해 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 현재 경영학 교육이 타 전공에 비해 실무에서 필요로 하는 지식을 교육하고 있으며, 취업에도 유리할 수 있음을 시사한다. 또한 전 공직무 유용성은 직장 만족도와 유의한 양의 관계를 보여 전공직무 유용성이 높을수록 직장 만족도 가 증가하는 것을 나타냈다. 특히 경영학 졸업자의 경우 전공직무 유용성이 증가할수록 전반적인 만족도, 평판 만족도, 복리후생 만족도가 모두 증가하는 결과를 보고하였다. 이러한 결과는 경영학 전공자의 경우 전공직무 유용성이 증가함에 따라 더 나은 직장에 취업하거나 이직할 가능성이 높아 지고, 좋은 대우를 받기 때문에 나타난 결과라 해석된다. 경영학 전공자의 전공직무 유용성이 타 전공자에 비해 높고, 전공직무 유용성이 높을수록 직장 만족도가 증가한다는 결과를 보고함으로써 본 연구가 갖는 공헌점은 다음과 같다. 첫쨰, 대학에서 전공직무 유용성을 높이기 위한 실무중심적 교육은 직장 만족도를 증가시켜 취업가능성을 높이고 이직희망을 감소시키는데 도움이 될 수 있다. 기업 입장에서는 종업원의 직장 만족도에 미치는 영 향을 파악함으로써 채용시 지원자의 전공에 따라 직무배치를 하는데 보탬이 될 것이다. 둘째, 졸업 후 취업을 희망하는 대학생들은 전공선택과 수강과목을 결정함에 있어 직무유용성이 높은 전공 또 는 과목을 선택하는데 도움이 될 것이다. 마지막으로 고등교육의 방향과 청년 취업률을 높이기 위 한 정책을 수립하는데 도움이 된다. According to a survey by Job Korea (2017), it was found that the higher the job usefulness of the major and the higher the job contribution of the major, the more positive the job satisfaction was. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the determinants of job satisfaction for business administration majors, and to determine whether the job usefulness of business majors affects job satisfaction. It will be helpful to design curriculums of business administration in university, and and career guidance. As a result of the analysis, it was found that business administration majors had higher job usefulness compared to other majors. This suggests that the current business administration education provides the knowledge required in practice compared to other majors, and can be advantageous for employment. In addition, major job usefulness showed a significant positive relationship with job satisfaction, indicating that the higher the major job usefulness, the higher the job satisfaction. In particular, in the case of business graduates, overall satisfaction, reputation satisfaction, and welfare benefit satisfaction all increased as the usefulness of the major increased. These results are interpreted as the result of business majors being treated favorably and are more likely to get a better job or change job as their major job usefulness increases. The contribution of this study are as follows by reporting the results that business administration majors have higher job usefulness than other majors, and that job satisfaction increases with higher major job usefulness. First, practice-oriented education to increase the usefulness of major jobs in colleges can help increase job satisfaction, increase job prospects, and reduce job turnover. From the company's point of view, it will be helpful in assigning jobs according to the applicant's major at the time of recruitment by understanding the effect on the job satisfaction of the employees. Second, college students who wish to find a job after graduation will be helpful in selecting a major or subject with high job usefulness in choosing majors and taking courses. Finally, it is helpful in establishing policies to increase the direction of higher education and increase the youth employment rate.
