급성기 족관절 염좌 환자의 봉약침 시술 효과에 대한 임상적 연구

        서진우,박민정,성인형,김남옥,안치권 대한침구의학회 2006 대한침구의학회지 Vol.23 No.1

Objectives : This study was to evaluate the clinical effectiveness of Bee Venom acupuncture therapy for acute ankle sprain. Methods : From September 1st, 2005 to December 31st, 2005, the 60 patients who had visited Conmaul oriental medical hospital with acute ankle sprain were sampled into 2 groups for this study; one group for the bee-venom acupuncture therapy combined with needle acupuncture therapy and the other group for needle acupuncture therapy only at least 3 times respectively. Both group had been treated with same additional infrared lamp, physical therapy and ankle supporter during the whole treatment period. Among 60 patients, 20 participants satisfied the whole inclusion criteria. To estimate the efficacy of treatments, Numerical Rating System(NRS) and Ankle-Hindfoot Scale(AHS) were applied before 1st and 4th treatment. Each score results were analysed and compared by Mann-Whitney test and Wilcoxon signed rank test with the level of 5% significance. Results : The NRS score in bee-venom acupuncture therapy group was increased significantly and the AHS score in bee-venom therapy group was decreased significantly compared to each of single acupuncture therapy group(P<0.01). The score change comparisons between the two groups had no significance before and after the treatment. Conclusion : Both bee-venom acupuncture therapy and single acupuncture therapy were effective to treat the acute ankle sprain. but there were no significant data to prove that bee-venom acupuncture therapy is more effective than single acupuncture therapy.

2001 Journal of pharmacopuncture Vol.4 No.3

Objective: This study was done to observe the effects on the thermal changes and side effects of Bee Venom acupuncture. The objectives are as follows; If there are remarkable local thermal changes between pre and post Bee Venom acupuncture therapy on D.I.T.I. or not. If there are those, we examine how long it' s changes are maintained, what is the adequate interval on Bee Venom acupuncture therapy, and what the reactions in a local or whole body are on that therapy. Methods: To study the local thermal changes in Bee Venom acupuncture therapy, D.I.T.I. was used. Determination of this analysis periods are pre and post-therapy(5 minutes, 1 hour, 1day,2days, 3days, 5days and 7days later). The study group was divided into two groups. One was BV group(N=19), another was NS(Normal Saline) group. The Bee Venom acupuncture was injected by 0.2ml divided into 0.05ml at the Fengmen(風門:12), Feishu(肺兪:B13), Fufen(附分:B41), Pohu(魄戶: B42) 4 points. Then, in order to analyze the clinical form, we have observed responses of 23 students whenever we checked the thermal changes of their after performing. Results: The following results were obtained. 1. In BV group, there was a significant dermatothermal difference between pre and post therapy. That difference was most remarkable in post-therapy 1 hour to lday, and was not remarkable in post-therapy 5-7days later. 2. There was no significant dermatothermal changes at NS group, but BV group had remarkable changes between operated and non operated area in post-therapy 1hour, 1day, 2days. But there was none 7 days later. 3. Among the physical reactions after Bee Venom acupuncture therapy, operated-area pain, itching, pain on moving and fatigue sign most appeared until post-therapy 3days. Itching and fatigue sign appeared until post-therapy 7days. 4. In comparison the dermatothermal changes with the physical reactions, the decrease of { CT = (Rt Temperature -Lt. Temperature) / Rt. $Temperature{\times}100$} and the disappearance of physical reactions were about the same.

蜂針療法에 對한 考察 -月刊 ≪養蜂界≫의 ‘蜂針療法에 對한 硏究’를 中心으로-

        강중원,박동석,이상훈,이재동 대한침구의학회 2009 대한침구의학회지 Vol.26 No.1

Objectives : To survey concept, meaning, and problems of beekeeper’s bee sting therapy by reviewing and summarizing outline, indications, and clinical cases of ‘Research on Bee Sting Therapy’ described in Monthly Yangbonggye. Methods : As a narrative review, literature researches were carried out based on ‘Research on Bee Sting Therapy’ in Monthly Yangbonggye in the aspects of outline, indications, and clinical cases. In the concrete, outline was just summarized and described, and indications were categorized by recent version of international statistical classification of diseases and related health problems (ICD) of WHO (World health organization), and clinical cases were collected and summarized from the viewpoint of acupoints and methods of therapy. Results : 1. Bee sting therapy is to inject venom into skin by stimulating affected lesions or acupoints on meridian with sting of bee alive for therapeutic purposes. It can be divided into two classes (direct stimulation (直針法) and indirect stimulation (拔針法)) by the differences of methods, and is different from bee venom acupuncture therapy in the aspects of the way of extraction and injection. 2. In this material, bee sting therapy has 83 indications classified into 17 of 22 chapters of ICD. Among clinical cases, cases on neoplasm, goitre, lump, and haemorrhoids by direct stimulation were especially outstanding. 3. The therapeutic acupoints selected in bee sting therapy are mainly Ashi points (阿是穴), and partly acupoints on meridian (經穴), Extra points (經外奇穴), and New points (新穴) with careful consideration of patients’ condition. Conclusions : Although bee sting therapy has more or less controversial points of diagnosis, treatment, and management of side effects, it is thought that the accumulated and inherited experiences from old times can be used as meaningful material by further experimental and clinical researches.

Female is prominent in distribution of sex, the average age bracket is 70’s, and the largest group was Faccidental fall in the distribution of cause. 2. In regard to level of injury, T12 was found to be most prominent, followed in turn by L1, L2. In regard to grade of clinical symptoms, Grade Ⅲ was most prominent, followed by Grade Ⅳ, Grade Ⅱ. 3. As a result of evaluation by using VAS score and ODI score, treatment score at final was significantly different from that at the baseline in each group. 4. After treatment, Bee Venom acupuncture therapy group showed significant difference on VAS score and ODI score compared with acupuncture therapy group.
