        체육수업 팀 정체성이 기본 심리 욕구에 미치는 효과 분석 - 성별, 학교급, 팀 실체성 간의 조절효과 -

        본 연구의 목적은 체육수업 팀 정체성이 기본 심리 욕구에 미치는 효과를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 성별, 학교급, 팀 실체성간의 조절 효과를 분석할 것이다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 팀 활동 수업을 하는 경남 소재 중·고등학교 4개교를 임의 표집하였고, 그 중 810명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하여 자료를 수집하였다, 자료의 분석은 SPSS version 21을 이용하여 성별, 학교급별, 그리고 팀 실체성별 평균 및 표준편차를 분석하였고, 팀정체성과 기본심리 욕구간의 인과관계를 분석하기 위해 AMOS version 21을 이용하여 구조방정식모형을 분석하였고, 성별, 학교별, 팀 실체성 간의 경로계수의 차이를 분석하기 위해 다집단분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 성별, 학교급별, 팀 실체성이 높고 낮음에 따라 체육수업 팀 정체성과 기본 심리 욕구의 차이가 있는지 알아본 결과, 성별에 따라 팀 정체성 요인 중 팀 중요성과 기본 심리 욕구의 관계성 욕구에서 차이가 있는 것으로나타났고, 학교급별에 따라 팀 정체성 요인 중 팀 결속, 팀 정서 요인이 기본 심리 욕구 중 관계성 욕구와 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 팀 실체성의 높고 낮음에 따라 체육수업 팀 정체성과 기본 심리 욕구의 모든 하위 요인에서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 체육수업 팀 정체성이 증가하면 기본 심리 욕구가 증가할 것인지를 알아본 결과, 체육수업 팀 정체성 요인 중 팀결속이 증가하면 자율성, 유능성, 관계성 욕구가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 팀 중요성이 증가하면 유능성 욕구가 증가하는 것으로 나타났고, 팀 정서 요인은 세 가지 욕구 모두에 영향을 미치지 못했다. 셋째, 체육수업 팀 정체성과 기본 심리 욕구와의 인과관계에서 팀 실체성의 조절 효과가 나타나는지를 알아본 결과, 팀 실체성이 높은 집단이 낮은 집단에 비해 체육수업팀 정체성의 팀 정서 요인이 기본 심리 욕구의 관계성 욕구에 미치는 부정적 영향이 더 큰 것으로 밝혀졌다. 결론적으로 본 연구의 결과는 체육교사가 팀의 정체성을 높일 수 있는 다양한 수업 전략을 활용하여, 학생들의 기본 심리 욕구를 자극하는 수업설계가 학생들의 내재적 동기와 체육수업 참여를 높일 수 있다는 점을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of physical education class team identity on basic psychological needs. To do so, we analyzed the moderating effects of gender, school level, and team entitativity. To achieve the purpose of the study, four middle and high schools in Gyeongnam province with team activity classes were randomly selected, and 810 students were surveyed to collect data. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 21 to analyze the mean and standard deviation by gender, class, and team identity; AMOS version 21 to analyze the structural equation model to analyze the causal relationship between team identity and basic psychological needs; and multivariate analysis to analyze the differences in path coefficients by gender, school, and team entitativity. As a result, first, we examined whether there were differences in physical education team identity and basic psychological needs according to gender, school level, and high and low team entity, and found that there were differences in team importance among team identity factors and relational needs among basic psychological needs according to gender, and that team unity and team emotion among team identity factors were significantly different from relational needs among basic psychological needs according to school level. Second, we examined whether an increase in PE team identity would increase basic psychological needs, and found that among the PE team identity factors, an increase in team unity would increase autonomy, competence, and relatedness needs, while an increase in team importance would increase competence needs, and team emotion would have no effect on all three needs. Third, the moderating effect of team entity on the causal relationship between physical education team identity and basic psychological needs was examined, and it was found that the negative effect of the team emotion factor of physical education team identity on basic psychological needs' relational needs was greater in the high team entity group than in the low team entity group. In conclusion, the results of this study suggested that physical education teachers can utilize a variety of instructional strategies to increase team identity, and that instructional designs that stimulate students' basic psychological needs can increase students' intrinsic motivation and participation in physical education classes.

      • 부모와 교사의 자율성 지지, 성취목표지향성, 기본심리욕구, 학업성취도간의 구조적 관계 분석

        본 연구는 지각된 부모와 교사의 자율성 지지, 성취목표지향성, 기본심리욕구, 학업성취도 간의 구조적 관계를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 초등학교 4-5학년에게 지각된 부모와 교사의 자율성 지지, 성취목표지향성, 기본심리욕구, 학업성취도간의 관계를 분석하였다. 또 지각된 부모와 교사의 자율성 지지가 초등학생이 학업성취도에 미치는 영향에 있어 학생들의 성취목표지향성과 기본심리욕구가 매개효과가 있는지 알아보기 위해 연구모형과 대안모형을 설정하고 공분산구조분석을 통해 모형의 적합도를 비교 검증하였다. 적합도 비교 검증 결과, 지각된 부모와 교사의 자율성 지지, 성취목표지향성, 기본심리욕구, 학업성취도간의 구조적 관계에서 학생들의 성취목표지향성이 기본심리욕구 만족에 직·간접적인 효과를 미치는 연구모형이 보다 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 초등학생들의 부모와 교사는 자율성을 많이 부여하면서 학업에 관여하는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 지각된 부모와 교사의 자율성 지지는 학생들에게 수행목표지향성보다 숙달목표지향성을 가지게 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 성취목표지향성은 학생들의 기본심리욕구 중 유능감과 높은 상관을 보였으나 학생들의 유능감에 대한 평균은 다른 기본심리욕구에 비해 낮게 나타났다. 또 성취목표지향성 유형 중 숙달목표지향성은 학생들의 기본심리욕구만족에 정적인 영향을 미쳐 학업성취도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 수행목표지향성은 학생들의 기본심리욕구만족에 부적인 영향을 미치고 학업성취도와도 유의미한 상관을 보이지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 부모와 교사의 자율성 지지에 따라 학생들의 성취목표 지향성 유형과 기본심리욕구만족이 달라지며 학업성취도에도 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 본 연구결과는 부모와 교사들에게 많은 시사점을 준다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationships among perceived parents and teachers` autonomy support, goal orientation, basic psychological needs, and academic achievement. A total of 170 4th through 5th grade elementary school students responded to a questionnaire that included the perceived parents and teachers` autonomy support, goal orientation, basic psychological needs scales and academic achievement, which were all analyzed in this study. Covariance structure analysis was used to compare the goodness of fit of two models: default model and alternative model. The results showed that the default model was better fitted to the data than the alternative model. The default model depicted the direct and indirect effects of goal orientation on basic psychological needs satisfaction in the structural relationships among parents and teachers` autonomy support, goal orientation, basic psychological needs satisfaction, and academic achievement. Through this study, It was found that parents and teachers of elementary school students supported student`s autonomy and engaging in academic problems. The structure model analysis revealed that perceived parents and teachers` autonomy support influenced mastery goal orientation rather than performance goal orientation. The correlation analysis revealed that the relationship between goal orientation and competence of basic psychological needs was high but students did not meet the mean competence level compared to that of the other basic psychological needs. Mastery goal orientation had positive effects on students` basic psychological needs and basic psychological needs had positively effects on academic achievement. However, performance goal orientation had negative effects on students` basic psychological needs and the relation between basic psychological needs and academic achievement was not significant. The results indicated that perceived parents and teachers` autonomy support might contribute to change in the type of students` goal orientation, specifically in their satisfaction of basic psychological needs and academic achievement. The findings of the present study suggests parents and teachers of the importance of parent and teacher`s autonomy support.

      • The Relationship between Perfectionism, Exercise Commitment, and Athlete Burnout in Elite Taekwondo Athletes: The Mediating Role of Basic Psychological Needs

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of perfectionism on Taekwondo athletes’ exercise commitment and athlete burnout, and whether these relationships are mediated by basic psychological needs. Methods: The participants of this study were 251 high school Taekwondo athletes participating in the 2017 Jeju Peace Taekwondo Competition. The participants completed a series of the questionnaire on perfectionism, basic psychological need satisfaction and thwarting, exercise commitment, and athlete burnout. The collected data were verified by using SPSS 18.0, SPSS PROCESS macro (V.2.13). Results: First, the perfectionistic striving was positively related to the basic psychological need satisfaction, and the basic psychological need satisfaction was positively related to the exercise commitment. Second, perfectionistic concerns were negatively related to the basic psychological need satisfaction, whereas basic psychological need thwarting was positively related to athlete burnout. Third, basic psychological need satisfaction had a significant indirect effect in the relationship between perfectionistic striving and exercise commitment, whereas basic psychological need thwarting had a significant indirect effect in the relationship between perfectionistic concerns and athlete burnout. Conclusions: In modern society, many people seek perfection to achieve their goals in social relationships, personal business or sports events. This phenomenon is equally applied to athletes who have invested a lot of time and effort to improve their athletic performance and win in order to achieve personal goals such as entering a senior high school or entering an unemployment team. In Taekwondo competition in which the rules of the game and the method of competition changed rapidly after the introduction of the electronic body protector, it is required to understand perfectionism by continuously studying various skill changes, learning the intelligent way of playing the game, and the differential score system. In fact, perfection is impossible, and in the pursuit of perfection, emotional and physical exhaustion has a negative effect on athletic performance and performance ability, eventually leading to athlete burnout. On the other hand, exercise commitment refers to the psychological state, which indicates a determination or desire to participate in leisure activities or sports and exercise commitment is a concept contrast with burnout. As the basic psychological needs are satisfied, the level of physical activity increases, and previous studies showed that the basic psychological need of satisfaction has a positive effect on commitment. If the basic psychological need has an appropriate mediating effect in the relationship between perfectionistic striving and exercise commitment, the effect of exercise commitment can be expected to increase. Perfectionistic concerns will also significantly predict exercise burn-out.

        태권도 선수들의 완벽주의 성향이 운동열의에 미치는 영향: 기본적 심리욕구의 매개효과 검증

        본 연구의 목적은 완벽주의 성향이 운동열의에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 기본적 심리욕구가 이들간의 관계를 매개하는지 여부를 조사하는 것이었다. 219명의 엘리트 태권도 선수들로부터 얻은 자료를 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 완벽주의 노력은 운동열의 변인들(자신감, 전념, 활력, 열광)과 유의한 관계가 없었으나, 완벽주의 우려는 운동열의 변인들(자신감, 전념, 활력, 열광)과 유의한 정(+)의 관계가 있었다. 둘째, 완벽주의 노력은 심리적 욕구만족과 유의한 정(+)의 상관이 있고, 심리적 욕구좌절과는 유의한 부(-)의 상관이 있었다. 완벽주의 우려는 심리적 욕구만족과 유의한 부(-)의 관계가 있었으며, 심리적 욕구좌절과는 유의한 정(+)의 관계가 있었다. 한편, 심리적 욕구만족은 운동열의 변인들(자신감, 전념, 활력, 열광)과 유의한 정(+)의 관계가 있었으며, 심리적 욕구좌절은 운동열의 변인들(자신감, 전념, 활력, 열광)과 비 유의적인 부(-)의 상관을 보였다. 셋째, 완벽주의 노력은 심리적 욕구만족을 경유하여 운동열의 변인(자신감, 전념, 활력, 열광, 합성치)에 유의한정(+)의 간접효과를 유발하였다. 완벽주의 우려는 심리적 욕구만족을 경유하여 운동열의 변인들(자신감, 전념, 활력, 합성치)에 유의한 부(-)의 간접효과를 유발하였다. 반면, 심리적 욕구좌절은 완벽주의와 운동열의간의 관계에서 유의한 매개변인의 역할을 하지 못하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine effect of perfectionism on athletes engagement, and whether these relationships were mediated through basic psychological needs. Two hundred and nineteen elite Taekwondo players completed measures of multidimensional perfectionism, athlete engagement, basic psychological need satisfaction and thwarting. The major finding were as follows. First, perfectionistic striving was non-significant associated with athlete engagement, while perfectionistic concerns was positively related to all factors of athlete engagement(confidence, dedication, enthusiasm, and vigor). Second, perfectionistic striving was positively related to basic psychological need satisfaction, but was negatively related to basic psychological need thwarting. Perfectionistic concerns was negatively associated with basic psychological need satisfaction, but was positively related to basic psychological need thwarting. On the other hand, basic psychological need satisfaction had a significant positive association with all factors of athlete engagement(confidence, dedication, enthusiasm, and vigor), whereas basic psychological need thwarting had a non-significant negative association with athlete engagement. Third, perfectionistic striving had a significant positive indirect effects on athlete engagement(confidence, dedication, enthusiasm, vigor, and composite) via basic psychological need satisfaction. In contrast, perfectionistic concerns had a significant negative indirect effects on athlete engagement (confidence, dedication, vigor, and composite) via basic psychological need satisfaction. On the other hand, basic psychological need thwarting did not act mediator in relationship between perfectionism and athlete engagement.

        중국 소비자들의 게이밍 커머스 이용 심리 및 행동에 관한 연구 : 기본심리욕구 충족감을 중심으로

        본 연구는 게이밍 커머스를 이용하는 중국 소비자의 심리 및 행동의 본질을 파악하기 위하여 기본심리욕구이론을 이론적 토대로 하여, 게이밍 커머스 이용 소비자의 ‘기본심리욕구 충족감’에 대한 선행요인과 결과요인을 밝히고자 하였다. 질적연구(연구 1)와 양적연구(연구 2)의 혼합연구방법이 사용되었는데, 연구 1은 게이밍 커머스 사용경험이 있는 총 226명의 중국 소비자들을 대상으로 게이밍 커머스에 대한 인식 및 이용동기를 서술하게 하여 수집된 텍스트 자료를 주제적 내용분석법으로 분석하였고, 연구 2에서는, 총 360명의 게이밍 커머스 사용 경험이 있는 중국 소비자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 하여 연구1에서 밝혀진 동기들이 소비자들의 ‘기본심리욕구 충족감’에 유의미하고 긍정적인 영향을 미치는지, 나아가 ‘기본심리욕구 충족감’이 긍정적 소비행동(지속사용의도 및 인앱결제의도)으로 연결되는지 검증하였다. 연구1의 주제적 내용분석 결과, 중국 소비자들이 게이밍 커머스를 이용하는 동기로 ‘가상현실’, ‘게임’, ‘소셜 네트워킹’, ‘쇼핑’, ‘기타’의 다섯 가지 차원이 도출되었다. 이차적으로, 하위 주제적 내용분석을 실시한 결과 가상현실 경험 관련 동기로는 ‘일상으로부터의 해방감’, ‘아바타 맞춤화’, ‘자아표현’, 게임 경험 관련 동기로는 ‘오락성’, ‘자아성취감’, 소셜 네트워킹 경험 관련 동기로는 ‘상호작용성’이 귀납법 비율 5% 이상의 주요하고 반복적인 이용동기로 나타났다. 연구 2에서 수집된 양적자료를 구조방적식모델을 활용해 분석한 결과, ‘아바타 맞춤화’, ‘자아표현’, ‘오락성’, ‘상호작용성’은 ‘기본심리욕구 충족감’에 유의미한 영향을 미친 반면, ‘일상으로부터의 해방감’과 ‘자아성취감’의 영향은 유의하지 않았다. 또한 ‘기본심리욕구 충족감’은 게이밍 커머스 ‘지속사용의도’와 ‘인앱결제의도’에 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로 ‘지속사용의도’가 ‘인앱결제의도’에 유의한 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 글로벌 게임 시장에서 가장 큰 규모와 영향력을 행사하는 중국 소비자들을 대상으로 게이밍 커머스 이용동기, 기본심리욕구 충족감 및 행동을 밝혔다는 점에서 학문적, 실무적 의의가 있다. This study attempted to understand the nature of Chinese consumers psychological and behavior of using gaming commerce and to clarify the antecedents and consequences of ‘satisfaction of basic psychological needs’ based on the Basic Psychological Need Theory. We used a mixed-method approach of qualitative research(study 1) and quantitative research(study 2). In Study 1, a total of 226 Chinese consumers who experienced using gaming commerce were asked to describe their perception and motivation for using gaming commerce, and the collected textual data were analyzed by thematic content analysis. In study 2, an online survey of 360 Chinese users of gaming commerce was conducted to verify whether the motivations identified in study 1 have a significant, positive effect on consumers basic psychological needs satisfaction and whether basic psychological needs satisfaction leads to positive consumption behavior (i.e., continuous use intention, in-app purchase intention). As a result of study 1, the motives of Chinese consumers to use gaming commerce were classified into five dimensions: virtual reality- related experience, game-related experience, social networking-related experience, shopping- related experience, and others. With sub-thematic content analysis, liberation from daily life, avatar customization, self-expression, entertainment, self-achievement, and interaction was found to be the main motivations for using gaming commerce, with the induction ratio of 5% or above. The quantitative data collected in study 2 were analyzed using a structural equation modeling and the results are as follows. First, avatar customization, self-expression, entertainment, and interaction had a significant effect on basic psychological needs satisfaction, while the effect of liberation from daily life and self-achievement were not significant. Second, basic psychological needs satisfaction had significant effects on continuous use intention and in-app purchase intention. Lastly, continuous use intention had a significant effect on in-app purchase intention. This study has academic and practical significance in that it identified the motivations for using gaming commerce, the satisfaction of basic psychological needs, and the behavior of Chinese consumers, who have the largest scale and influence in the global game market.

        아동의 기본심리욕구 예측요인 및 결과요인 간의 관계

        This study aims to assess whether the effects of parents’ positive and negative parenting behaviors perceived by children on their school satisfaction and depression are mediated by basic psychological needs satisfaction and frustration and to verify correlations between the predictive and consequent factors of basic psychological needs. The study subjects were 310 children in fifth to sixth grade at an elementary school located in J City. Structural relationship between related variables was identified using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs. The study results are as follows. First, the correlation analysis revealed a significant relationship among primary variables. Second, parents’ positive parenting behaviors had an indirect effect on school satisfaction and depression by a medium of children’s basic psychological needs satisfaction. Parents’ negative parenting behaviors had an indirect effect on school satisfaction and depression by a medium of children’s basic psychological needs frustration. In addition, after analyzing the mediating effects of basic psychological needs, it was found that parents’ parenting behaviors were a predictive factor for children’s basic psychological needs satisfaction and frustration. School satisfaction and depression were the outcome variables associated with children’s basic psychological needs satisfaction and frustration. The study results show that basic psychological needs have a significant influence on the development of psychological emotions, including school satisfaction and depression, in children. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to identify viable ways for interventions to create a parenting environment where children’s needs can be satisfied without frustration. 본 연구의 목적은 아동이 지각한 부모의 긍정적⋅부정적 양육행동이 아동의 학교만족도와 우울에 영향을 미치는데 기본심리욕구 만족 및 좌절이 매개하는지 분석함으로써 기본심리욕구의 예측요인과 결과요인 간의 관계를 검증하는 것이다. 연구대상은 J시에 재학 중인 초등 5∼6학년 아동 310명이며, SPSS 25.0과 AMOS 21.0 프로그램을 활용하여 관련 변인들 간의 구조적 관계를 검증하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상관분석 결과 주요 변수 간에 유의미한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모의 긍정적 양육행동은 아동의 기본심리욕구 만족을 매개로 학교만족도와 우울에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 부모의 부정적 양육행동은 아동의 기본심리욕구 좌절을 매개로 학교만족도와 우울에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 기본심리욕구의 매개효과 분석 결과는 부모의 양육행동이 아동의 기본심리욕구 만족 및 좌절을 예측하는 요인이며, 학교만족도 및 우울은 아동의 기본심리욕구 만족 및 좌절을 통해 나타나는 결과변수임이 밝혀졌다. 이는 아동의 학교만족도 및 우울과 같은 심리정서 발달에 기본심리욕구가 중요한 영향력을 가지므로 욕구가 좌절되지 않고 만족될 수 있는 양육환경을 마련하기 위한 중재방안을 모색할 필요가 있다.

        전문대학생이 지각한 사회적 지지와 심리적 안녕감 간의 관계에서 기본심리욕구의 매개효과

SPSS 21.0을 사용하여 첫째, 기술통계 및 상관분석을 실시하였으며, 둘째, 기본심리욕구의 매 개효과를 검증을 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하고 매개효과의 유의성을 검증하기위해 Bootstrapping을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 전문대학생이 지각한 사회적지지, 기본심리욕구, 심리적 안녕감은 모두 유의한 정적 상관이 있었다. 둘째, 전문대학생이 지각한 사회적 지지와 심리적 안녕감 간의 관계에 있어서 기본심리욕구의 부분 매개효과가 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 전문대학생의 심리적 안녕감을 향상시키기 위해서는 이들이 사회적 지지를 받는다고 지각하는 것이 중요하며, 동시에 기본심리욕구(자율성, 유능성, 관계성)를 만족시키는 것이 중요하다는 것을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to survey the perceived relationship among the social support, basic psychological needs, and psychological well-being and test the mediated effects of basic psychological needs in between social support and psychological well-being. To this end, this study surveyed college students located in Busan and Gyeongnam regions with a questionnaire that scales social support, basic psychological needs, psychological well-being. Among the collected data, a total of 310 responses were analyzed. SPSS 21.0 was used for the descriptive statistics and correlation analysis; specifically hierarchical regression and Sobel test were utilized to examine the mediated effects of basic psychological needs. The results of the analysis are two-fold. First, there was a significant positive effect found on all of the social support, basic psychological needs, and psychological well-being perceived by the college students. Second, basic psychological needs showed partial mediated effects between social support and psychological well-being perceived by the college students. Based on these results, this study discusses implications for improving the psychological well-being of the college students. To improve the psychological well-being for the college students, it is crucial to help them perceive that they receive social support, and satisfy their basic psychological needs (i.e., autonomy, competence, and relationship) as well.

        일반운동애호가들의 기본심리욕구가 운동중독에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 일반운동애호가들의 기본심리욕구가 운동중독에 미치는 영향의 차이 분석하여 지속적으로 생활체육을 하도록 제시하는 데 주된 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2020년 1월에 경남에 소재한 일반 운동애호가들을 대상으로 선정하고 유층집락 무선 표집법으로 표본 추출을 이용한 설문지로 시행하였다. 첫째, 타당도와 신뢰도를 확보하기 위해 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였다. 둘째, 응답자의 일반적 특성을 알아보기 위해 빈도분석 평균(M)과 표준편차(sd)를 실시하였다. 셋째, 일반적 특성에 따라 기본심리욕구와 운동중독의 차이를 규명하기 위해 t-test와 One-way ANOVA 분석을 실시하였다. 넷째, 변수들 간의 상관분석을 실시하였다. 다섯째, 독립변수와 종속변의 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이와 같은 방법과 절차를 통하여 본 연구에서 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일반적 특성의 기본심리욕구와 운동중독에 유의한 차이가 없었으나 1주일운동량에서 6일 참여가 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 기본심리욕구(자율성, 유능성, 관계성)는 운동중독(금단증세, 운동욕구, 감정적애착)에 높은 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 모든 변수들 간의 상관관계 분석은 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 넷째, 기본 심리욕구(자율성, 유능성)는 운동중독(금단증세, 운동욕구, 감정적애착)에 높은 영향이 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to examine the differences and the relationship between basic psychological needs and exercise addiction and to identify effects of To do this, the data were collected using the self-evaluating questionnaires on the exercise addiction, the of basic psychological needs, and the subjective were distributed to 305 participants in general exercise enthusiast for all, and the collected data. This study used the SPSS Statistics 18.0 program to process data. Exploratory factor analysis was performed for validity and Cronbach’s α was performed for reliability. In addition, Frequency Analysis was carried out to analyze the demographic characteristics and Pearson"s Correlation Analysis, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis Analysis were performed to verify the correlations and differences among variables. The significance level in this research was set at=.05 and the followings α are derived outcomes. The following is the comprehensive finding of the effect of general exercise enthusiast exercise addiction through basic psychological needs. First, there was no significant difference in basic psychological need and Exercise Addiction of general characteristics, but participation in 6 days was the highest in exercise amount per week. Second, Basic Psychological Need(autonomy, competition, relatedness) showed a high difference in Exercise Addiction(withdrawal symptoms, exercise need, emotional attachment). Third, correlation analysis between all variables showed statistically significant difference. Fourth, Basic Psychological Need(autonomy, competition) was found to have a high effect on Exercise Addiction(withdrawal symptoms, exercise need, emotional attachment).

        생산적 행동에 대한 기본심리욕구 충족의 영향력과 위계

        The purpose of present study are two parts; main impacts and relative impacts of basic psychological needs fulfillment to productive behaviors, and hierarchy of needs in the mechanism to productive behaviors. The total data applied in the analysis was collected from 216 employees in hotel and service area in Jeju province. The results are as followed. Basic psychological needs fulfillment (autonomy, competence relatedness) had positive impacts to productive behaviors excluded in the path need for autonomy to task behavior. Both relative effects in the links between needs for competence to task behavior and needs for relatedness to OCB-I were supported, whereas need for autonomy to innovative behavior was not significant. Hierarchy of basic psychological needs fulfillment to productive behaviors was proved in the mechanism that need for relatedness and autonomy was through need for competence. This present study contributes to expand the research area of basic psychological needs. This current study contribute to apply for the basic psychological needs theory in organizational behavior.

        소비자 욕구론의 기본욕구(Basic Needs)와 디자인 선호도의 연관성에 관한 연구 : 관련 디자인심리 원리 분석

        (Background and Purpose) Maslow categorized human needs as basic needs, social needs, and self-fulfillment needs. He suggested these needs in a hierarchical structure and emphasized that even though self-fulfillment needs are one of fundamental needs of human beings, people want the satisfaction of higher needs only when lower basic needs are satisfied. Because basic needs have been satisfied in terms of its material aspects in the 20th century, consumers now increasingly want to meet their psychological needs. The design paradigm reflecting this change is human-centered design. An important point in human-centered design is to reflect the understanding of consumer psychology. Regarding consumer psychology, this paper focused on the correlation between the design preference and the satisfaction of consumer's basic needs (physiological needs and safety needs). (Method) Chapter 2 and 3 used literature review as the main research methodology. Chapter 4 proceeded with qualitative case analyses and the results were summarized in radar chart diagrams of quantitative analyses. The flagship stores are selected for the case analyses. The flagship store is the place that emphasizes customer experiences, so it is important to apply principles of design psychology to its planning and composition. (Results) Psychological principles related to safety needs were analyzed as Prospect-Refuge Theory (humans prefer a space which has both a view point and a hiding place.), Savanna Preference (humans prefer savanna-like environments.), Needs for Personal Space (humans unconsciously want to defend the invisible psychological space surrounding their body.), Defensible Space Theory (spaces with signs of territoriality, surveillance, and symbolic barriers are difficult for others to trespass.), Uncanny Valley (user's preference drops sharply when the human-imitation form is halfway similar to a real human image.), and Contour Bias (curved objects generate human's emotional preferences while angled objects stimulate thoughts.). Psychological principles related to physiological needs were analyzed as Biophilia Effect (body reactions are positively improved when human beings are in an environment with natural images.), Classical Conditioning (neutral stimulus can become positive when it is repeatedly associated with positive stimulus.), and Color Therapy Effect (color can act as a factor in stimulating muscles, mind, and nerves.). In Chapter 4, two flagship stores (Hyundai Motor Studio Goyang & Sulwhasoo Flagship Store) were analyzed in detail. As a result, it was confirmed that there is a high correlation between the flagship store's design and psychological principles related to consumer's basic needs. (Conclusions) This paper is part of the studies for psychological principles that designers need to know in order to improve user's preference for the design. However, more principles for improving design preferences still exist in addition to the ones analyzed in this paper. In order to develop human-centered designs preferred by consumers, designers must have sufficient knowledge of these principles.
