        基于‘文化沟通’视角的韩⋅中基本色彩词‘붉다’和 ‘红’的含义对比及翻译方法研究

        Language is a significant component of culture, and also a main method of generating and expressing culture. Therefore, the communication between languages is not only the understanding of phonetic or literal meaning, but also the process of intercultural communication. Under the circumstance of ‘intercultural communication’, it not simply requires the understanding of the target language, but further emphasizes that on the basis of making flexible use of the acquired language, both sides are more active and appropriate to select the suitable communication mode according to the understanding of the target culture. In the vocabulary formation system, color words vividly reflect the characteristics of social and cultural community. It expresses the sequential colors in natural world in the form of ‘non-continuity’ and express individual feelings at the same time, which reflects the characteristic of cultural community. As a result, from the specific perspective of ‘intercultural communication’, this paper will discuss the similarities and differences of associative meanings between the most representative color words in Korean and Chinese cultures, the associative meaning of the most representative color words, ‘붉다’ and ‘Hong’ in South Korea and China, thus seeking for several translation schemes that can promote the smooth progress of intercultural communication. This paper compares Korean ‘붉다’, Chinese ‘Hong’ and other color lexical groups related to red from three aspects of ‘etymology’, ‘basic meaning’ and ‘associative meaning’ and deeply analyzes the corresponding relation between associative meanings of red color in two countries. According to the analysis, there are 17 kinds of associative meanings in Korean related to ‘붉다’, including 7 kinds of affirmative meanings and 10 kinds of negative meanings. By contrast, there are 17 kinds of associative meanings related to ‘Hong’ in Chinese, including 9 kinds of affirmative meanings and 8 kinds of negative meanings. According to the results of various meanings through deep comparison, four corresponding forms of associative meaning ‘associative overlap’, ‘associative correspondence’, ‘associative conflict’ and ‘associative shock’ are sorted out and summarized in this study. At the same time, based on this, this paper proposes four translation methods to promote intercultural communication, that is, ‘literal translation based on associative overlap’, ‘substitution method based on associative correspondence’, ‘literal translation with annotation based on associative conflict’ and ‘free translation with subtraction color based on associative shock’, and lists the specific translation examples according to the characteristics of each translation method. 언어는 문화의 중요한 구성 요소이자 문화를 생성하고 표현하는 주요 수단이다. 따라서 언어 간의 의사소통은 단지 단어의 음성이나 개념적 의미에 대한 이해뿐만 아니라 서로 다른 언어를 지탱해 주는 문화 간의 의사소통 과정이라고 보는 것이 더 타당할 것이다. 문화 간 의사소통 상황에서는 상대방의 언어만 이해하고 활용하는 것에서 나아가 목표 언어를 바탕으로 하여 상황에 맞는 의사소통 방법을 파악해야 한다. 언어를 구성하는 어휘 체계 중에 색채어(色彩词)는 사회와 문화 공동체의 특성을 생동감 있게 표현해 주며, ‘비연속적’인 형식으로 자연 속의 연속적인 색채들을 반영한다. 그뿐만 아니라 색채어 또한 개인적 정감을 드러낼 수 있으며 이를 통해 문화 간의 차이도 쉽게 파악할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 ‘문화 간 의사소통’이라는 시각에서 출발해서 한⋅중 양국 문화에 대표적인 색채어로서의 ‘붉다’와 ‘红’이 지닌 연상적 의미를 비교하고자 한다. 그 결과에 따라 문화 간 의사소통을 원활하게 진행할 수 있게 하는 몇 가지 색채어 번역 방안을 제시하는 데에 목적을 두었다. 이 논문에서는 ‘어원적 의미’, ‘개념적 의미’, 그리고 ‘연상적 의미’ 이 세 가지 측면에서 한국어 ‘붉다’와 중국어 ‘红’의 의미를 비교하였으며, 심도 있게 두 색채어휘의 연상적 의미 간의 대응 관계를 각각 분석하였다. 이러한 대응 관계를 ‘연상일치(联想一致)’, ‘연상대응(联想对应)’, ‘연상충돌(联想冲突)’ 그리고 ‘연상충격(联想冲击)’ 4가지 기준으로 정리할 수 있었으며, 각 연상 관계에 따른 번역법은 ‘연상일치에 따른 직역법(直译法)’, ‘연상대응에 따른 대체법(代替法)’, ‘연상충돌에 따른 직역가주법(直译加注法)’, 그리고 ‘연상충격에 따른 감색의역법(减色意译法)’ 총 네 가지를 제시하였다.

        지방체육회와 공공스포츠클럽의 갈등과 조정

        Purpose The purpose of this study was to derive content on conflicts and adjustments between regional sports associations and public sports clubs. Methods For this purpose, snowball sampling was used as a nomadic selection method for analysis. The research participants, 5 public sports club operation executives, regional sports associations executives and decision makers, 2 sports policy experts, were selected for in-depth interviews. Result As a result of the study, conflicts between regional sports associations and public sports clubs, conflicts due to institutional changes in regional sports associations' civil election system, hierarchical identity conflicts between regional sports associations and public sports clubs, overlapping projects between regional sports associations and public sports clubs, and conflicts over ambiguous roles, conflicts over budget execution of public sports clubs through regional sports associations, and conflicts about facility resource limitations of local governments, regional sports associations, and public sports clubs were showing.As for the adjustment, it was found that, first, institutional arrangements were needed to form the identity of the two organizations, and second, adjustment and cooperation were needed so that the two organizations could form a relationship through various methods, such as facilities, tasks, and budget execution. Third, the business of regional sports associations and public sports clubs should be flexibly operated according to the environment and conditions of each region by promoting the business according to the characteristics of the region. Conclusion Based on these results, we should strive to create a Korean-style sports system that advances step by step based on the currently operating sports system. 연구목적 본 연구의 목적은 지방체육회와 공공스포츠클럽의 갈등과 조정에 대하여 내용을 도출하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구방법 이를 위해 유목적 선택방법으로 눈덩이 표집법(Snowball Sampling)을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구참여자는 공공스포츠클럽 운영 실무자 5명과 지방체육회 실무자 및 결정권자 4명, 체육 정책 전문가 2명, 총 11명을 선정하여 심층면담을 하였다. 연구결과 지방체육회와 공공스포츠클럽의 갈등으로 지방체육회 민선회장 체제의 제도변화로 인한 갈등, 지방체육회와 공공스포츠클럽의 위계적 정체성 갈등, 지방체육회와 공공스포츠클럽의 중복사업 및 모호한 역할에 대한 갈등, 지방체육회를 통한 공공스포츠클럽 예산 집행에 대한 갈등, 지자체와 지방체육회, 공공스포츠클럽의 시설자원 한계에 대한 갈등을 보였으며, 이에 대한 조정으로는 첫째, 두 조직의 정체성 형성을 위한 제도적 마련이 필요하고 둘째, 다양한 방법을 통해 시설이나 업무, 예산집행 등 두 조직이 관계성을 형성할 수 있도록 조정 및 협조가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지역의 특성에 맞는 사업을 추진하는 것으로 각 지역의 환경과 여건에 맞게 지방체육회와 공공스포츠클럽의 사업을 유동성 있게 운영해야 된다는 것이다. 결론 본 결과를 바탕으로 지금 현존하는 지방체육회와 공공스포츠클럽이 함께 상생할 수 있는 방안을 마련하고 새롭게 한걸음씩 나아가는 한국형 체육시스템을 만들어 갈 수 있도록 노력해야겠다.

      • 교회갈등의 원인에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this paper is to clarify the causes of church conflicts. So, We can put basis for a more accurate and comprehensive solution of this conflict and dispute of church. I assume that church conflicts are caused by common and special causes of the churches. Such a premise I was tracked a variety of church causes as follows. First, I believes that the spiritual causes of conflict in the church are Johovah’ shalom and Satan’s artful schemes, such inevitability of spiritual collision for the protection of truth and confrontation ministry of church. Second, I cleared that the theological causes of church conflicts can occurred when parties’ core identities are at risk in church. Third, I suggested that psychological and cultural causes of church conflicts were the factors of potential culture, whether or not acceptance of cultural diversity and distortion of communication. Fourth, I have indicated that causes of the political administration of the church conflicts were excessive separation and intervention of politics and administration, ambivalence, good and bed a double-edged sword of these, identity confusion about the polity of church and administrational causes of church. Finally I presented that the cause of the church conflicts were limits of the state legal system, unconformity between church constitution and articles of association of individual churches, and imperfection of these. In conclusion, the conflicts of the churches are multiple factors are combined with the potential factors. church conflict, and so such multiple factors of church conflicts are amplified the level of conflict in the wake of the triggering events.

        This study suggests how to identify and understand and painters’ and one’s own unconscious conflicts when we appreciate works of arts. As artists born with special sensitivity to colors and objects, painters express their feelings and impressions through artistic techniques. Their paintings contain the unconscious conflicts of themselves driven from instinctual drives, infantile dependency and childwithin who might have been hurt. The conflicts are universal and common to human mind and, of course, often expressed in works of art. By appreciating a piece of art, we can meet with the conflict, which stimulates our own inner conflicts. It is the very moment when we feel the empathic response. The ego understands and integrates one’s inner conflicts when it follows its association with art work through free association. This process is similar to self analysis and dream interpretation.         갈등관리시스템 접근을 통한 지역 노사갈등관리의 개선방안에 관한 연구- 지역노사민정협의회를 중심으로 -

        This study identified the problems related to conflict management of the local association of labor, management, community and government from the perspective of the conflict management system and suggested improvement measures. The results of the study are as follows. First, in terms of available procedures, there is a local association stipulated in the relevant law as a conflict management procedure or system that can be used by the parties to the current regional labor-management conflict. However, 79 local governments, about 32.5% of the 243 local governments, have not yet established a local association, so there is a problem that the available procedures for conflicting parties in these regions are limited. Therefore, it is suggested that the ordinance to establish a local association in these regions should be first enacted. Second, in terms of motivation, since there is a problem of lack of active will and participation of participants, it was suggested to induce participants to actively participate in the local association to represent their interests. Third, in terms of skills, the problem of skills shortage was discussed focusing on the lack of organizational base of the participants, and the central government support and education and programs for strengthening the skills of the participants were proposed until the participants had some level of competence. Fourth, in terms of resources, the problem of lack of permanent administrative offices and fulltime employees, lack of budget, and lack of information provision were pointed out. And to improve these problems, support and incentives to expand permanent administrative offices and fulltime employees, budget support, and information provision support were proposed. 이 연구는 갈등관리시스템 관점에서 지역노사민정협의회의 갈등관리와 관련된 문제점을 파악하고 개선방안을 제시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이용 가능한 절차 측면에서, 현재 지역의 노사갈등과 관련하여 갈등 당사자들이 이용 가능한 갈등관리 절차나 제도로 관련 법에 규정된 지역노사민정협의회가 존재하나, 전국 243개 지방자치단체 중 약 32.5%인 79개 지방자치단체가 아직 지역노사민정협의회를 설치하지 않고 있어 이러한 지역의 갈등 당사자들은 이용가능한 절차를 제약당하고 있다는 문제가 존재하므로, 향후 이러한 지역을 중심으로 지역노사민정협의회를 설치하는 조례를 우선적으로 제정할 것을 제안하였다. 둘째, 동기 측면에서 참여 주체의 적극적 의지 및 참여 부족 문제가 있으므로, 참여 주체들이 지역노사민정협의회에 적극적으로 참여하여 자신들의 이해를 대변할 수 있도록 유도할 것을 제안하였다. 셋째, 역량 측면에서 참여 주체의 조직적 기반 미흡을 중심으로 역량 부족 문제를 논의하고, 참여 주체들이 어느 정도 능력을 갖출 때까지 중앙정부의 지원과 참여 주체의 역량 강화를 위한 교육과 프로그램 제공을 제안하였다. 넷째, 자원 측면에서 상설 사무국과 전담인력의 부족 문제, 예산 부족 문제, 정보 제공 부족 문제를 지적하고, 이를 개선하기 위해 상설 사무국과 전담인력을 확대하기 위한 지원과 유인, 예산 지원, 정보 제공 지원 등을 제안하였다.

        지역 시민사회의 연대와 갈등 : ‘성남시립병원 건립 조례제정 운동’의 전개 양상을 중심으로

        이 논문은 신개발주의라고 불리는 경제주의가 지배하는 지역에서, 경제주의 논의를 넘어서는 연대주의의 형성 가능성에 대해 논의한다. 이를 위해 성남에서 건강권을 둘러싸고 벌어졌던 ‘성남시립병원 건립조례제정 운동’을 통해 지역 시민사회의 대립과 연대 양상을 결사체 중심으로 살펴봄으로서, 지역의 연대주의 형성을 위한 구체적 실천 방안을 도출하기 위한 단초를 마련하고자 한다. ‘성남시립병원 건립 조례제정 운동’은 성남 구도심의 인하병원이 폐업함에 따라 병원 종사들의 생존권 투쟁에서 시작하여 폐업에 따른 의료 공백을 공공적 차원에서 해결하기 위해 3년 동안 지속된 지역의 시민참여 운동이다. 이러한 운동의 지속과 유지는 불균등 발전으로 인한 구조적 긴장, 지역 시민사회의 성장 등의 구조적 요인과 인하병원 폐업으로 의료 공백이 발생하여 이를 해결하기 위한 현실적 요구, 그리고 성남시의 형성과정에서의 사회적 기억이라는 문화적 요인이 결합된 것으로 설명할 수 있다. 이 운동의 주도 세력은 개별화된 결사체와 이익추구형 결사체의 연대를 이끌어 낸 시민적 결사체이다. 이들은 경제주의를 내세우는 시당국과 대립하면서 연대주의 원리를 내세워 시립병원 건립을 위한 조례제정을 이끌어 낸다. 그러나 조례제정 이후 시당국, 자발적-관리 결사체 이익추구형 결사체의 연대를 바탕으로 하는 대응 진영의 시립병원 건립 반대에 시립병원 건립은 난항을 겪고 있다. This study aims to find potentialities for establishing solidarism in Korean local community, in which is ruled by economism called neo-developmentalism. For this aim, this study analyses on movement for enacting an ordinance to establish Seongnam citizen hospital through solidarity and conflict among associations in Seongnam’s civil society. ‘Movement for enacting an ordinance to establish Seongnam citizen hospital’ was started from Inha hospital union’s struggle to defend the right to live, and developed to civic participating movement to find a public solution for medical vacancy in Seongnam’s old region for 3 years. Sustaining power of this movement can be spoked by 3 primary factors. First factor is structural tension between old and new city, which is originated from uneven-development and development of civil society. Realist request for medical vacancy in local community is another factor. The last fact is social memory in the process of urbanization in cultural aspect. Main camp of the movement is civic associations jointed with individualized associations and profit-seeking associations. They drew an ‘enacting an ordinance for establishing Seongnam citizen hospital’ with solidarism against the city authorities advocating economism. However, after enacting an ordinance, the movement for establishing Seongnam citizen hospital reached impasse, because of organized objection of city authorities jointed with voluntary-administered associations and profit-seeking association.

        지방체육회 통합 이후의 조직 갈등해결 방안

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze a study on resolving organizational conflicts after Integration of Regional Sports Associations. Method: Eight relevant persons who had practically resolved the conflicts and problems at the time of integration were selected and analyzed in depth through interviews. Results: First, in order to form an amicable human relationship, great efforts had been put into the unification especially for the employees at the working level rather than their bosses. This provided an opportunity for employees to converge. Second, it is necessary to make efforts to increase the pride and trust of employees in the profession by adjusting the job grade, promotion of ranks and positions through the coordination of the reorganization, making them realize fairness in personnel policies or promotion through transparent personnel management. Third, due to the change in the business structure by the election of the private president, the relevant department is created. A strategy to invest in local sports associations or promote services in connection with companies in the local community is being prepared. Fourth, in order to prevent the fight on privileged rights through stabilization of event groups, an objective method is adopted in the election of executives for fair elections. Also, efforts are being made to distribute professional & daily sports evenly in various budget areas. Conclusion: In summary, through the results of this study, the real integration of regional sports associations is being made, and it is expected that they can be used as academic basic data to form advanced national sports organization in Korea.

      • Design of new XOR-based hash functions for cache memories

        A hash function H is a computationally efficient function that maps bitstrings of arbitrary length to bitstrings of fixed length, called hash values. Hash functions have a variety of general computational uses. They are used in processors to augment the bandwidth of an interleaved multibank memory or to enhance the utilization of a prediction table or a cache. In this paper, we design new XOR-based hash functions, which compute each set index bit as XOR of a subset of the bits in the address by using the concepts of rank and null space. These are conflict-free hash functions which are of different types according to whether m is even or odd. To apply the constructed hash functions to the skewed-associative cache, we show that the degree of interbank dispersion between two hash functions is maximal.

        정비사업 조합설립 법적 쟁점 분석 및 개선방안 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the legal issues arising from the establishmentof redevelopment project associations and suggest the solutions. The findings from the studydemonstrate that the lawsuit relating to the establishment of redevelopment project associationsaccounts for 28 percent(48 cases) of 170 administrative litigation cases, and the main cause of takinglegal action is divided into three categories such as 1) cancellation of the authorization for theestablishment of association : 9 cases(18.8%), 2) affirmation of the nullity of the authorization forthe establishment of association: 38 cases(79.2%), 3) suspension of the validity of the authorizationfor the establishment of association : 1 case(2.0%). Next, the solutions to the conflict arising fromthe establishment of redevelopment project associations include the followings. First, there is a needto utilize professional mentor to improve the negotiation and mediation skills for securing theexpertise and transparency of association, and introduce professional association leader system. Second, it is necessary to overcome the distrust in association by probating the corresponding projectsexpenses(selling price, the evaluation of asset value before and after the project, and constructioncost, etc.) through a redevelopment project investigation committee. 본 연구는 정비사업의 조합설립 단계에서 발생하는 법적 쟁점을 분석하고, 이에 대한 개선방안을제시하고자 하였다. 연구결과에 의하면 첫째, 전체 170건의 행정소송 중에서 조합설립 관련 소송은 48건(28.0%)을 차지하고 있다. 둘째, 조합설립 소송제기 사유에 대해서 그 유형을 분류하면 1)조합설립 인가 처분취소 9건(18.8%), 2)조합설립 인가 무효 확인 38건(79.2%), 3)조합설립 인가 효력정지 1건(2.0%)으로 나타났다. 다음으로 조합설립 과정에서 발생하는 갈등에 대한 개선방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조합의 전문성 및 투명성 확보와 협상 및 중재능력 제고를 위한 전문가 멘토(mentor)의 활용과, 전문 조합장 제도 도입 등이 필요하다. 둘째, 정비사업 검증위원회를 통해 해당구역의 사업비(분양가, 종전 및 종후자산 평가, 공사비 등)를 검증하여 조합에 대한 불신을 극복하는 것이 필요하다.
