        지적장애인을 대상으로 한 미술치료 연구 메타분석: 국내 실험 연구를 중심으로

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the overall effect size of art therapy on the people with intellectual disabilities(ID) and the difference of effect size according to moderator variable. Method: For the purpose of this study, a meta-analysis of 34 research cases in 18 articles using art therapy for people with ID was conducted. Results: The results of this study were as follows. Art therapy had high effect size on people with ID in general. The mean effect size according to each developmental period was in the order of elementary school students, adults, high school students, middle school students, and the mean effect size according to affiliation was higher for people with ID of working activity center and special classroom than other group students. In terms of art therapy types, both group and individual art therapy showed high effect size. There was no difference of effect size according to the length of art therapy and the hours of each art therapy. The effect size of art therapy was higher when art therapy was implemented more often. However, there was no difference of effect size according to the number of member in group art therapy. Conclusion: When using art therapy interventions for people with ID, art therapists have to consider the effective art therapy environment. 연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 지적장애인을 대상으로 적용된 미술치료 연구의 전반적인 효과와 각 조절변인별 중재 효과의 크기를 알아보는데 있다. 연구방법: 연구의 목적을 위하여 지적장애인을 대상으로 미술치료 프로그램을 실시한 실험연구 18편 중 34개의 연구 사례를 선정하여 각 연구에서 제시한 결과를 메타분석 하였다. 연구결과: 본 연구의 결과를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 미술치료 프로그램의 전반적 효과크기를 살펴본 결과 미술치료 프로그램이 지적장애인들에게 상당히 큰 효과를 지니고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 각 발달기별 평균 효과크기는 초등학생, 성인, 고등학생, 중학생의 순으로 나타났으며, 소속유형별로 평균 효과크기를 살펴본 결과 작업활동시설의 성인과, 특수학급에 소속된 지적장애 학생들에게 더욱 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 미술치료 유형별 평균 효과크기는 집단미술치료와 개별미술치료 모두에서 큰 효과를 보여주었다. 미술치료 중재 회귀별 평균 효과크기를 살펴본 결과 회귀의 길이에 따른 차이는 나타나지 않았고, 미술치료 1회기당 시행시간별로 평균 효과크기를 비교해 본 결과도 미술치료 1회기 길이에 따른 유의미한 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 미술치료 프로그램의 주당 시행횟수별 비교에서는 주당 시행횟수가 많을수록 더욱 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 미술치료 프로그램의 유형 중 집단미술치료 프로그램의 집단 구성원 수에 따라서는 집단별로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 결론: 지적장애인을 위해 미술치료 중재를 활용할 때 반드시 미술치료사는 효과적인 미술치료 중재를 위한 환경조성을 위해 노력해야만 한다.

        Arts Therapy graduate Programs in Korea - Focused on the problems of arts therapies curricula -

        The purpose of this study is to establish a basis for Korean graduate school of arts therapy paying close attention at the current problems associated with programs. The history of Korean arts therapy is divided into three periods: 1960-1980, 1980-2000, and 2000-present. I analysis the problems of arts therapy curricula of Korean graduate school dividing the curricula into Music Therapy, Dance/Movement Therapy, and Art Therapy. Through this literature review, several problems about arts therapy curricula in Korea were discussed, including the artistic capability of arts therapists, lack of credits and clinical practice, qualifications for therapists, and therapy methods suitable for Koreans emotion. Based on those problems, I suggest following curriculum for arts therapy graduate program. First, the significant increase in the current level of 24-30 credits for a master's degree. Korea's master's course only requires 24-30 credits in order to graduate while America requires 60credits. Secondary, more demand on clinical training is evitable. Third, Clinical training is significant to enhance the skills of therapy; thus graduate schools in Korea should develop more clinical training-related courses and qualified supervision must be given to graduate students.

      • Application of Art Therapy with Usage of Distance Education in the Process of Specialists Professional Training

        Nowadays, the issues of comprehensive formation of a person capable of self-education, self-development and creative self-realization in the conditions of distance education are relevant. There is a need to solve this problem, which is due to social, cultural, and pedagogical factors. This makes it necessary to find effective means of personality formation. In this matter, great importance is attached to the modern method of forming a creative personality - art therapy. Various approaches to the definition of art therapy have been clarified. They consider various forms of art therapy when working with children, adolescents and adults in the context of distance education. The most relevant are the two main forms of work - individual and group art therapy. Art therapy develops the individual's creativity. Therefore, during art therapy, attention is focused on the inner world, experiences, and feelings. Therefore, we believe that in the context of distance education, art therapy has everything for the powerful potential of personality formation. Scientists consider this therapy as therapy by means of art, which is based on experiences, conflicts that can be expressed in the visual arts and music. Art therapy helps to get rid of conflicts and experiences. This happens in the context of distance education through the development of attention to feelings, strengthening one's own personal value and increasing artistic competence. The article describes the signs that characterize art therapy. Art-therapeutic technologies in the context of distance education, which are now actively used by psychologists, teachers and art therapists themselves, are highlighted. The advantages of distance learning are considered. The characteristic features of distance learning and features of the use of art therapy by means of distance education in the process of professional training of specialists are determined.

        표현예술로서의 무용과 문학의 통합적 연구

        As a expressive arts therapy, combination of literature and dance as a field of integrative psychotherapy is an entirely new frontier. Individual art therapy in clinical studies to study each of literature and dance were conducted before, but for the interdisciplinary study of two genres rarely. This work aims to study the positive idea of psychotherapy in each dance psychotherapy and literature psychotherapy based on human-centered expressive arts therapy by Natalie Rogers. Creative arts and treatment operations will be integrated. Expressive arts therapy includes; dance therapy, art therapy. Music therapy, Writing, short drama ect. It is more efficient by mobilizing the various arts to maximize the effectiveness of treatment. expressive arts can be used to resolve inner conflicts, and to awaken individual creativity. Dance psychotherapy can be used for the outward expression of depression and literature psychotherapy can be used as a instrument to release inner consciousness of redemption. dance psychotherapy is searching oneself through dance-like motion and writing is exploring the inner self-awareness through writing. It helps patient to overcome difficulties in reality by being somebody in the story. Integrated treatment of literature, dance and expressive arts as a 'positive psychological treatment' technique is another therapeutic program for clients (patients). This kind of Art Therapy should be widely applied now. Dance psychotherapy can be used for the outward expression and literature psychotherapy can be used as a way to relieve the inner consciousness of redemption. In addition, theater, art, music and other arts fighters along with psychotherapy may be more effective. As well as the mechanism of NLP will be more effective. Finally, the limitations of this study are expected some trial. Via ongoing clinical trials will be followed by the development. In the meantime, if various genre of artists joins combined arts therapy of dance and literature, it would make even more diverse and expanded reproduction of therapy. 문학과 무용의 통합적 심리치료 분야는 표현예술치료 기법으로 새로운 개척분야이다. 개별적 장르별 예술치료 연구는 그 동안 임상연구에서도 상당한 실적이 있었으나, 두 장르에 대한 통합적 학제간 연구는 부각되지 못했다. 본고는 ‘인간중심 표현예술치료’를 근본으로 삼고 ‘긍정적 개념의 심리치료 기법’으로서 창조적 예술과 치료적 작업을 통합한 무용심리치료와 문학심리치료의 통합적 연구를 시도하였다. 표현예술치료에는 무용치료, 미술치료, 음악치료, 연극치료, 글쓰기(시. 편지, 수필 등), 시낭송 이미지를 포함한 모든 예술형태가 가능하기에 각종 예술의 종합적 활용으로 심리치료의 효과는 극대화 될 수 있다. 개인의 창조성을 일깨우는 표현예술을 적극적으로 활용하는 치료는 내적 갈등을 해소하고 정서적 치료의 촉진에 기여하기 때문이다. 무용심리치료는 외형적 표출의 해소방법으로써, 문학심리치료는 내면적 고백의 해방감의 도구로써 효과적인 활용이 가능하다. 무용심리치료의 방법인 춤-동작을 통하여 자아를 되찾을 수 있고, 문학심리치료의 방법인 글쓰기를 통한 내면의 자아인식을 각성해 나갈 수 있다. 글쓰기와 동시에 책읽기는 스스로 그 주인공에 동질화 되어감으로써 현실을 인식할 수 있고, 극복과정에 자극을 줌으로써 각성 효과를 낳게 한다. 무용과 문학, 그 통합적 표현예술치료의 대안으로 ‘긍정적 심리치료’ 기법의 적용은 내담자들을 위한 또 하나의 치료적 프로그램이다. 이러한 예술치료의 학제간 접근방법은 이제 폭넓게 응용되어야 할 것이다. 이를 통하여 그 동안 단편적으로만 실시해 오던 심리치료 문제는 각 장르별 예술가들의 적극적인 참여로 보다 다양해 질 수 있을 것이며, 나아가 심층적으로도 확대 및 재생산 될 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 최근에 사회복지 차원에서 대중화 되고 있는 MTBT, 또는 NLP의 메커니즘도 활용한다면 그 효과를 더욱 극대화 시킬 수 있을 것이다. 최종적으로 이 논문의 한계로는 이러한 이론적 접근방법이 실제적으로 응용될 때 예상되는 일정 시행착오를 들 수 있다. 그러나 지속적인 임상실험을 거친다면 충분히 발전적인 결과가 나올 것으로 기대한다.

      • 청소년 자살 예방을 위한 임상미술치료의 역할

        Objective: To determine the effects of clinical art therapy on depression, thoughts of suicide and stress in adolescent and to develope clinical art therapy program as a practical and active form of education or treatment for preventing suicide in adolescent. Method: Students with high-risk of suicide from 5 middle schools in Seoul were given 12 clinical art therapy programs for 90 minutes, once a week. To estimate the effectiveness of clinical art therapy, students were evaluated by Depression Test, Thoughts of Suicide Test, Emotion & Behavior Test, Brain Waves Test and Saliva Test before and after therapy. Statistical analysis was done using t-test (signifi cance level was P<0.5). Results: 1. The clinical art therapy for the students with high-risk of suicide had signifi cant effects on the level of depression(t=2.764, p=.008), thoughts of suicide(t=2.785, p=.008) and emotion & behavior(t=2.439, p=.019)(p<.05). This means that clinical art therapy program was effective to decrease depression, thoughts of suicide and the level of emotion & behavior in adolescent. 2. The clinical art therapy for the students with high-risk of suicide had significant effects on the brain-function-level of selfregulation( t=-2.658, p=.031), attention(left-brain: t=-.2.421, p=.046 right-brain: t=-2.606, p=.035), emotion(t=-2.880, p=.024) and stress(left-brain: t=-2.918, p=.022 right-brain: t=-2.393, p=.048)(p<.05). This means that clinical art therapy program was effective to decrease thoughts of suicide overcoming external stress by increasing positive emotion, attitude and capability of studying. 3. The long term clinical art therapy program for the students with high-risk of suicide was effective to decrease thoughts of suicide overcoming external stress by increasing positive emotion, attitude and capability of studying. 4. The positive and qualitative change occurred in the KHTP before and after clinical art therapy especially on space composition, pressure of stroke and overall mood of the artwork. Expressionless or depressive faces turned into comfortable or smile faces. Conclusion: This study revealed that clinical art therapy program was effective on depression, thoughts of suicide and stress in adolescent. And Clinical art therapy program is expected to be an adjuvant program for preventing suicide in adolescent.

        수용자에 대한 미술치료의 효과에 관한 연구

        Prison art therapy is one of treatments of corrections. It began to 1970s. Many art therapies involve two poles, including creative production and expressive communication. Art-making helps prisoners gain self confidence by making them feel productive, normal, and human. Learning art can build self-esteem and creating, self-worth. In literature research, prison art therapy have many benefits. There are psychological therapeutic benefits, logical therapeutic benefits, educational benefits, institutional management, benefits to society. But prison art therapy have some problems. Government and victims complains that prisons who they are participated in art therapy received too privilege. Space. Budgets. Furthermore, the effects of prison art therapy is not apparent. Art therapy performed by the competent leaders with identification. And corrections governments and art therapists have to communicate about intimates. Especially corrections governments have to confident to prisoners. In addition, art therapy program should be systematic and given sufficient time to receive prisoners. If corrections governments focusing punitive purpose for prisoners, art therapy is difficult to be introduced. The purpose of art therapy is rehabilitation of intimates through recover self esteem during art process. Art creations to sell pathways should be developed. This can help the rehabilitation of prisoners and compensate for the correctional budget. 미술치료란 치료자와 치료 대상자가 다양한 소재로 작품을 만드는 과정에서 당면한 문제를 해결하고 감정을 표현해 나가는 훈련을 말하며, 창작과 의사소통이라는 두 축이 바탕이 된다. 교정시설에서의 미술치료는 심리적 치료효과와 교육적 효과, 수용자의 안정적인 교정시설 적응의 효과가 있으며, 수용자의 사회화에 기여하는 것으로 나타났다. 그런데 교정시설에서의 미술치료는 교정당국이나 지역사회가 교정처우의 이념을 어떻게 인식하느냐에 따라 적용여부가 달라질 수 있다. 즉 수용시설이 범죄자에 대한 처벌적 기능을 우선시하는 것에 주안점을 둔다면 미술치료에 대한 신뢰는 매우 약하지만, 수용시설의 목표를 재사회화에 둔다면 미술치료는 매우 효과적으로 활용될 수 있다. 미술치료 프로그램을 처우의 한 방법으로 교정시설에 도입하기 위해서는 다음과 같은 것들이 고려되어야 할 것이다. 먼저 미술치료프로그램에 대한 이해와 체계화가 필요하다. 미술치료를 적용한 대상자와 치료기간, 그리고 이를 운영하고 지도할 전문인력을 자체적으로 양성할 것인지, 아니면 외부인력을 활용할 것인지를 정하여야 한다. 미술치료에 대한 기본적인 운영은 교정당국이 하되, 지도자는 일정한 자격요건을 갖춘 외부인력의 지원을 받는 것이 합리적이다. 또한 미술치료의 특성상 일정한 시간과 공간, 그리고 예산을 필요로 함으로 관련 장소와 예산이 확보되어야 한다. 나아가 미술치료의 결과물인 그림 및 조각 등을 전시하거나 판매하여 이를 교정예산 기금으로 일부 사용할 수 있도록 관련법을 정비하고 판매통로를 개발하여야 한다. 작품의 판매는 수용자에게 판매 대금의 일부를 돌려 줌으로써 수용자의 재활을 도울 수 있으며, 미술치료에 사용된 비용을 보전하는 데에도 도움이 될 것이다. 그러나 무엇보다 중요한 것은 교정당국이 미술치료를 교정처우의 한 프로그램으로 인식하고 이의 도입과 운영에 적극적인 태도를 보여야 한다. 미술치료를 일부 수용자에 대한 배려차원으로만 이해한다면 그 대상 선정과 예산확보는 제자리에 머물 것이다.

      • 임상미술치료가 외국인노동자 환자의 우울, 불안 및 삶의 질에 미치는 효과

        This study examines depression, anxiety and the quality of life of immigrant-worker patients who have been subject to disadvantaged environments as aliens. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of clinical art therapy on depression, anxiety and the quality of life of disadvantaged immigrant-worker patients. The group of study subjects comprised hospitalized patients and immigrant-worker patients who were receiving outpatient treatment at locations in Seoul. Eight subjects were in the experiment group while another eight were in the control group, making a total group of sixteen. The experiment group received 8 sessions of clinical art therapy program in two times, each session being 60 minutes in average held three times a week from August 2010 to October 2010. For measurement tools, The Beck Depression Measurement (BDI), The Beck Anxiety Measurement (BAI) and The Quality of Life (WHO QOL-BREF) created by WHO which have three forms of self-report questions were utilized. SPSS/WIN 12.0 was applied based on collected data for quantitative analysis and Cronbach`s acoeffi cient was calculated. Also, a t-test was enforced to verify homogeneity between the groups beforehand and analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) was carried out based on the average and standard deviation before and after the clinical art therapy. Draw-a-person (DAP) and Mandala were utilized as well, in order to examine the effects of intervention before starting clinical art therapy and after closing. Changes in the pictures and individual characteristics were analyzed. The following are the results of this study: First, with regards to the effects of clinical art therapy on the depression of immigrant-worker patients, their depression level showed a signifi cant decrease after the program. Second, a signifi cant effect of clinical art therapy on reducing the anxiety of immigrant-worker patients was proven through quantitative analysis first. The group which received clinical art therapy showed a more significant decrease in their levels of anxiety after the program than the group that did not receive the therapy. Third, the effects of clinical art therapy on improving the quality of life of immigrant-worker patients were examined. First, a signifi cant effect was proven through quantitative analysis. The group who received clinical art therapy had a signifi cant improvement in the quality of life after the program than the group that did not. Fourth, effects of clinical art therapy on the general depression, anxiety and quality of life of immigrant-worker patients were examined through qualitative analysis. Results indicated that the group that underwent clinical art therapy showed a signifi cant improvement after the program than the group which did not receive any clinical art therapy. From these results, it could be concluded that clinical art therapy has a positive effect on depression, anxiety and the quality of life of immigrant-worker patients and suggests that clinical art therapy could be used as a practical treatment method in mental rehabilitation, promoting the patients` psychological happiness and stability.

        적극적 부모역할 프로그램을 적용한 집단미술치료가 보육교사의 직무스트레스와 자기효능감에 미치는 효과

        This study is to inquire into the effect of the group art therapy program with AP(Active Parenting Now) and the general group art therapy program on the self-efficacy and the occupational stress of childcare teachers. The study subject was 18 childcare teachers in J city. For nine of them, the group art therapy with AP was carried out, and for the other nine teachers, the general group therapy was carried out. Each programs were carried out during 11 sessions for 120 minutes a week. To compare the effect of the two programs on the two groups, pretest and post test were carried out. The data materials were analyzed by SPSS(17.0 for Windows), and by which ANCOVA was carried out. The results are as follows. Firstly, it is found out that the self-efficacy of the group by the group art therapy program with AP improves more than that of the group by the general group art therapy. Secondly, it is found out that the occupational stress of the group by the group art therapy program with AP reduces more than that of the group by the general group art therapy. These results mean that the group art therapy program with AP, which approaches both on cognitive part by AP education and on emotional part by art therapy is more effective on the improvement of self-efficacy and the reduction of occupational stress than the general group art therapy, which approaches on emotional part by art therapy. Therefore, the group art therapy with AP is expected to contribute to efficient teachings and mental health of childcare teachers. 본 연구는 적극적 부모역할(Active Parenting Now) 프로그램을 적용한 집단미술치료가 보육교사의 직무스트레스와 자기효능감에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 J시의 보육교사 18명으로 9명에게는 적극적 부모역할 Now(Active Parenting Now) 프로그램을 적용한 집단 미술치료프로그램을 실시하였고, 9명에게는 집단미술치료프로그램을 실시하였다. 각 프로그램은 한회기 당 120분씩 주 1회, 총 11회기를 실시하여 집단 간의 효과를 비교하기 위하여 사전, 사후검사를 실시하고 SPSSWIN Program(version 17.0)을 이용하여 공변량분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, AP를 적용한 집단미술치료 집단이 집단미술치료집단에 비해 직무스트레스가 감소된 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, AP를 적용한 집단미술치료 집단이 집단미술치료집단에 비해 자기효능감이 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 AP를 적용한 집단미술치료가 AP교육을 통해 인지적인 부분과 미술치료를 통해 정서적인 부분을 함께 자극하여 정서적인 부분만을 자극한 집단미술치료보다 직무스트레스 감소와 자기효능감 향상에 효과가 있었음을 보여주고 있다. 그러므로 AP를 적용한 집단미술치료가 유아교육현장에서 교사들의 효율적인 교수와 정신건강을 위해 많은 기여를 할 것으로 기대된다.

      • 미술치료 교양과목을 수강한 대학생의 체험연구

        본 논문은 미술치료 교양과목을 수강하는 대학생들에 대한 체험 연구를 통하여 미술치료 교양과목에 대한 이해를 높이고 미술치료 교양 교육의 기초자료를 제공하기 위한 목적으로 수행하였다. 본 연구의 자료 수집은 2016학년도 1학기에 미술치료 교양과목을 수강한 경험이 있는 서울 및 경기도 소재의 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생 총 11명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료의 수집은 2016년 6월부터 2016년 11월까지 이루어졌으며 연구 참여자와의 심층면담을 통하여 이루어졌다. 본 연구자는 연구 참여자의 체험을 생생하게 해석하기 위하여 Max van Manen의 해석학적 현상학적 연구방법을 사용하였다. 그 결과로 6개의 본질적 주제와 16개의 하위 주제들이 도출되었다. 이 본질적 주제와 현상학적 자료, 글쓰기 등을 통하여 다음과 같은 결론이 나타났다. 첫째, 미술치료 교양과목을 선택하는 대학생들은 미술치료에 대한 관심을 가지고 진로를 고민하기도 하며 주변 사람들의 추천을 통해 수강하게 된다. 대학생들은 미술치료 교양과목을 수강하기 이전에 미술치료에 대한 관심을 가지고 있었다. 진로에 대해서 미술치료를 고려하기도 하지만, 정작 미술치료가 무엇인지 알 수 있는 경로에 대한 정보가 부족하였다. 둘째, 미술치료 교양과목을 수강한 대학생들은 강의 안에 계획된 실습 및 과제를 통해서 이전에는 알지 못했던 자신의 새로운 모습을 발견하는 체험을 하며 자기 돌봄에 대한 인식이 생겨난다. 셋째, 미술치료 교양과목을 수강한 대학생들은 그 과정에서 미술치료에 대한 시각이 확장된다. 대학생들은 이전에는 미술치료가 진단적인 역할에만 머물러 있는 것으로 알고 있었지만 강의를 통하여 미술치료에 대해 넓은 시야를 가지게 되며, 미술치료학의 영역에는 어떤 것이 있는지 구체적으로 알게 된다. The purpose of this study is to vividly describe the experiences of students taking art therapy as liberal arts and to reveal the essence and meaning of the experience. By revealing the essence and meaning of the experience, it is possible to provide a primary information to university students who wish to take art therapy as liberal arts. Furthermore, it would provide the instructor the basic materials that can be used for the art therapy education. The researcher formed phenomenological questions based on the researcher’s individual experience, and 11 university students from Seoul and Gyeonggi provinces who have experienced art therapy liberal arts in the first semester of 2016 were selected for this study. Respectively, data collection was conducted from June, 2016 to November, 2016, and was conducted through in-depth interviews with participants. As a result of analyzing the experience of students who took art therapy based on the statement of research participants, six essential themes and sixteen subtopics were deducted. The conclusion of this study is as follows: First, university students choosing art therapy as liberal arts have an interest in art therapy and they take the courses through recommendations from people around. Second, university students who took courses in the field of art therapy as liberal arts have experience of discovering self-awareness and self-caring they did not know previously through the ‘work’ and ‘paper’ in the lecture. Third, the university students who took the art therapy as liberal arts will change their perspective on art therapy in the process.

        A Systematic Review of Group Art Therapy for Korean College Students: Articles Published in Korea

        This study aimed to guide the practice of group art therapy among Korean college students through a systematic review. Therefore, 164 studies relevant to group art therapy for Korean undergraduate students published in Korea from January 2001 to June 2021 were selected. This systematic review included 46 publications based on the PICO standards. The author systematically reviewed the included studies, summarized the characteristics and therapy effectiveness, and analyzed the overall research trends. The primary findings were as follows: First, the number of publications on group art therapy among Korean college students has significantly increased. According to a review of group art therapy characteristics, the majority of studies enrolled 6–10 participants (32 studies, 66.7%), applied 6–10 sessions (23 studies, 47.9%), and had an intervention time for each session of 90 minutes (25 studies, 53.2%). Second, research outcomes of group art therapy among Korean college students were grouped into self-related, society-related, emotion-related, and career-related outcomes. Regarding career-related outcomes, all studies found that group art therapy had a statistically significant impact on career-related outcomes, particularly on the levels of career decision-making and maturity. Most studies suggested that group art therapy had a positive effect on self-related, society-related, and emotion-related outcomes, with 6 studies finding no statistically significant effect of group art therapy on college students. Third, the most effective intervention for college students was the media-based group art therapy. In particular, college students had the most effective performance in career-related outcomes. This study is significant in that it uses a systematic review to integrate and summarize research results on group art therapy among college students over the last 20 years. This study revealed that group art therapy could positively and effectively affect Korean college students. Based on this systematic review, we expect to practice and develop group art therapy in Chinese college students with comprehensive guidance and convincing data.
