        미국 AIA 표준계약서식에 나타난 건축사 역할변화에 관한 연구- 2000년대 이후 AIA 표준계약양식 변화를 중심으로 -

        The purpose of this study is to examine changes in the Contract Documents of American Institute of Architects and is to investigate major shifts in the standard role and services of architects since 2000. The modern construction industry is becoming more complicated reflecting new technology and scopes of professional services are also rapidly changed. Standard contract documents are good tools for facilitating mutual understanding and consensus on standard work scope in the industry, where the services are complex and possibility of disputes are high. The AIA Contract Documents are widely used by and accepted in the current USA construction industry. Since 2000, various and meaningful changes are found in the AIA Documents in their types and contents. This study found the followings ; the architects’ role has been reduced and differentiated according to new procurement methods, diversification of contractual relations and characteristics of projects within the conventional scope : Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, bidding support and Contract Administration, while additional scope of services are extended to other disciplines and architects’ rights on the service instruments has been enhanced drastically.

        In Korea, construction permits, maintenance and management, and demolition and destruction are implemented in accordance with building-related laws and regulations. Since there are about 130 building-related laws and revisions are made frequently, there was a limit to the management of the administrative offices alone. The system that was introduced to solve these problems and to increase the professionalism of architecture administration is the agency work of architects. However, there are also a number of problems with the agency. Therefore, this study analyzes the problems of construction agency according to building related laws and tries to find solutions. This study will be able to serve as a basis for system improvement or amendment of laws on the construction agency in the future.

        By applying advanced IT technology, the current automobile is tending to become more intelligent. Thereby, as a smart mobility, convergence of telematics and display technology increases the role of IVIS(In-Vehicle Information System) and HMI(Human-Machine Interface). Information of Smart car’s user interface manages the data from drivers, vehicles, telematics and external environment, which is bound to be complex and flexible. Therefore, when it is come to consideration of drivers’ safety and convenience, it is required to provide some integrated navigation information service. The study has focused on the information of navigation especially shown in the center stack head-unit display because most of the interaction between a driver and in-vehicle software system interface occurs in head-unit display. On the basis of context-awareness theory, driving context can be divided into 5 kinds of contexts, which have similar contextual features each other. Following the classification of driving contexts, various tasks while drivi ng have been arranged through the contextual inquiry. The survey has summarized the tasks based on before-d riving, driving, after-driving. The tasks entail many detail activities and contextual informations can be provided. After the survey, the process of virtual driving scenario has been carried out to categorize the characteristics of contextual informations. In consequently, workflow model based on driving contexts and contextual UI infor mation structure give its significance on presenting the guidelines for the future development of smart car navigation UI design.
