        6시그마 블랙벨트의 감성지능과 프로젝트 성과에 관한 연구: 감성역량과 노동 유연성의 매개효과 중심으로

        본 연구는 6시그마 조직체계에서 중요한 역할을 하는 블랙벨트를 대상으로 한 실증연구이며, 블랙벨트에게 요구되는 소프트 스킬인 감성역량의 선행요인인 감성지능이 감성역량과 노동 유연성을 통해 프로젝트에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 검증하였다. 실증연구를 위하여 6시그마를 도입한 기업을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 연구분석을 위하여 117의 설문지가 사용되었다. 분석결과 블랙벨트의 노동 유연성과 감성역량은 프로젝트 성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 감성지능은 프로젝트 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 하지만 감성지능은 노동 유연성과 감성지능을 통해 간접적으로 6시그마 프로젝트 성과에 영향을 미쳤으며, 노동 유연성과 감성역량은 완전매개 역할을 파흔 것으로 나타났다. 기업 실무자의 입장에서 판단한다면 블랙벨트의 성과로 나타날 수 있는 프로젝트 성과는 블랙벨트의 감성역량이나 노동 유연성을 향상시키는 노력을 통해 달성될 수 있음을 시사한다. 6 Sigma Blackbelt’s role is treated very important. Especially, 6 Sigma blackbelt’s project is the success of 6 Sigma method. So there some studies about 6 Sigma Blackbelt’s requirement and its effect on project performance. In social activity, Emotion is a character like supporter when intellect does not active perfectly. In firm, there are some changes what is from intellect management to develop emotional competence. Flexibility is one of character to adopt changing environment, and person’s labor flexibility is requirement to do multiple works in firm when working environment is changes. In this study, find 6 Sigma Blackbelt’s soft skill is alike with Emotional Competence, so try to figure out empirical relationships between Emotional Intelligence - Emotional Competence - Labor Flexibility - Project Performance. This study find 6 Sigma Blackbelt’s Emotional Intelligence has positive(+) effect on Project Performance through Emotional Competence and Labor Flexibility. But 6 Sigma Blackbelt’s Emotional Intelligence is not directly effect on Project Performance but only intermediate effect though Emotional Competence and Labor flexibility. Researcher suggest 6 Sigma Blackbelt’s Emotional Intelligence’s importance and 6 Sigma Blackbelt can success on project when they use Emotional Intelligence.

      • Direct transcriptional regulation of <i>Six6</i> is controlled by SoxB1 binding to a remote forebrain enhancer

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>Six6, a <I>sine oculis</I> homeobox protein, plays a crucial and conserved role in the development of the forebrain and eye. To understand how the expression of <I>Six6</I> is regulated during embryogenesis, we screened ∼250kb of genomic DNA encompassing the <I>Six6</I> locus for <I>cis</I>-regulatory elements capable of directing reporter gene expression to sites of <I>Six6</I> transcription in transgenic mouse embryos. Here, we describe two novel enhancer elements, that are highly conserved in vertebrate species and whose activities recapitulate <I>Six6</I> expression in the ventral forebrain and eye, respectively. Cross-species comparisons of the <I>Six6</I> forebrain enhancer sequences revealed highly conserved binding sites matching the consensus for homeodomain and SoxB1 transcription factors. Deletion of either of the binding sites resulted in loss of the forebrain enhancer activity in the ventral forebrain. Moreover, our studies show that members of the <I>SoxB1</I> family, including <I>Sox2</I> and <I>Sox3</I>, are expressed in the overlapping region of the ventral forebrain with <I>Six6</I> and can bind to the <I>Six6</I> forebrain enhancer. Loss of function of <I>SoxB1</I> genes <I>in vivo</I> further emphasizes their role in regulating <I>Six6</I> forebrain enhancer activity. Thus, our data strongly suggest that SoxB1 transcription factors are direct activators of <I>Six6</I> expression in the ventral forebrain.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P><P>► We identify regulatory elements to control <I>Six6</I> expression in the ventral forebrain and eye. ► The forebrain <I>Six6</I> enhancer is dependent on homeodomain and SoxB1 binding sites. ► SoxB1 binds and activates the <I>Six6</I> forebrain enhancer. ► <I>SoxB1</I> mutants fail to activate <I>Six6</I> transcription in the ventral forebrain.</P>

      • Influence of <i>CYP2D6*10</i> on the pharmacokinetics of metoprolol in healthy Korean volunteers

        <P>Summary</P><P>Background and objective: </P><P>Genetic polymorphism of <I>CYP2D6</I> leads to differences in pharmacokinetics of CYP2D6 substrates. The <I>CYP2D6*10</I> allele is clinically important in Koreans because of its high frequency in Asians. We investigated whether the pharmacokinetics of metoprolol was altered by the presence of the <I>CYP2D6*10</I> allele in Korean subjects.</P><P>Methods: </P><P>One hundred and seven volunteers were recruited and grouped as <I>CYP2D6*1/*1</I>, <I>CYP2D6*1/*10</I> and <I>CYP2D6*10/*10</I> according to their genotypes. Metoprolol tartrate 100 mg (Betaloc<SUP>®</SUP>) was administered orally once to each subject in these three groups (<I>n</I> = 6, 7 and 5, respectively). The pharmacokinetic parameters of metoprolol and its metabolite, &agr;-hydroxymetoprolol, and the metabolic ratio for the three groups were estimated and compared.</P><P>Results and discussion: </P><P>The area under the plasma concentration–time curve (AUC<SUB>0→∞</SUB>), the maximum plasma concentration (<I>C</I><SUB>max</SUB>) and the elimination half-life (<I>T</I><SUB>1/2</SUB>) of metoprolol and &agr;-hydroxymetoprolol for the <I>CYP2D6*10/*10</I> group were all significantly different from those of the <I>CYP2D6*1/*1</I> group (<I>P</I> < 0·05). The AUC<SUB>0→∞</SUB>s of metoprolol were 443·7 ± 168·1, 995·6 ± 321·4 and 2545·3 ± 632·0 ng·h/mL, and the AUC<SUB>0→∞</SUB>s of &agr;-hydroxymetoprolol were 1232·0 ± 311·2, 1344·0 ± 288·1 and 877·4 ± 103·4 ng·h/mL for groups <I>CYP2D6*1/*1</I>, <I>*1/*10</I> and <I>*10/*10</I>, respectively. The corresponding <I>T</I><SUB>1/2</SUB> values of metoprolol were 2·7 ± 0·5, 3·2 ± 1·3 and 5·0 ± 1·1 h, while those of &agr;-hydroxymetoprolol were 5·4±1·5, 6·0 ± 1·4 and 10·5 ± 4·2 h, respectively. The metabolic ratios of the three groups were significantly different (<I>P</I> < 0·05).</P><P>Conclusion: </P><P>The <I>CYP2D6*10</I> allele altered the pharmacokinetics of metoprolol in Korean subjects and is likely to affect other drugs metabolized by the CYP2D6 enzyme, similarly.</P>

        IPv6주소체계 기반의 유비쿼터스 구현

        IPv6는 IPv4에서 IP의 진화 단계가 되도록 설계된 새로운 버전입니다. IPv4는 자연적으로 증가한다. IPv6는 인터넷 기기의 정상적인 소프트웨어 업그레이드와 현재의 IPv4와 상호 설치할 수 있도록 하고 있다. 그리고 유비쿼터스란 언제, 어디서나 동시에 존재하는, 도처에 널려있다는 의미로 사용자가 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 자유롭게 네트워크에 접속하는 것을 뜻한다. 본 논문에서는 IPv6개념과 특징을 정의한 후 IPv4 유형과 비교하였다. 또한 IPv6는 IPv4의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 설계된 새로운 인터넷 프로토콜이다. 본 논문은 유비쿼터스를 위하여 IPv6의 결정적인 성공요인을 제시하고자 한다. IPv6 is a new version of IP which is designed to be an evolutionary step from IPv4. It is a natural increment to IPv4. It can be installed as a normal software upgrade in internet devices and is interoperable with the current IPv4. and Ubiquitous is commerce done in anyway, anywhere, anytime, and in every aspect. Since the ubiquitous service is not yet implemented but under development. IPv6 is a new version of IP which is designed to be an evolutionary step from IPv4. This paper describes the concept and classification of IPv6 and compares it with IPv4. IPv6 is a new version of the Internet protocol, designed as the successor to IPv4. This paper suggests critical success factors of IPv6 for ubiquitous.

        Histone deacetylase 1 (HDAC1) regulates retinal development through a PAX6-dependent pathway

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Cell fate determination is tightly controlled by the expression of transcription factors and gene regulatory networks. PAX6 is a transcription factor containing a DNA-binding paired-box domain and homeobox domain that plays a key role in the development of the eye, brain, and pancreas. Here, we showed that histone deacetyltransferase 1 (HDAC1) is a novel binding partner of PAX6 in newborn mouse retinas. We also showed that HDAC1 specifically binds to the paired and transactivation domains of PAX6, and these physical interactions were required for effective repression of PAX6 transcriptional activity during retinal development. Furthermore, HDAC1 preferentially regulates the transcriptional activity of PAX6 when it binds to paired-domain (P6CON and chimeric pCON/P3) PAX6 responsive elements compared to homeodomain (pP3) PAX6 responsive elements. The repressive effect of HDAC1 on the transcriptional activity of PAX6 was reversed by knockdown of HDAC1 or treatment with an HDAC inhibitor, TSA. Taken together, these results show that HDAC1 binds PAX6 and that protein-protein interaction leads to transcriptional repression of PAX6 target genes during mouse retinal development.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> PAX6 physically interacts with HDAC1 during mouse retina development. </LI> <LI> HDAC1 represses the transcriptional activity of PAX6. </LI> <LI> Protein interaction between PAX6 and HDAC1 is required for the selective expression of PAX6 target genes. </LI> </UL> </P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>

        아임계수 추출에서 6-gingerol의 6-shogaol 전환을 위한 생강 건조 조건 최적화

        6-gingerol can be converted to 6-shogaol, one of the predominant active compounds found in ginger, via processing such as drying and extraction. Subcritical water extraction is the environmentally friendly method of extraction of bioactive compounds using only purified water as a solvent. This study investigated subcritical water extraction (190oC, 15 min) of 6-gingerol, and 6-shogaol from dried ginger (Zingiber officinale) including drying conditions such as temperature (room temperature, 60, 80oC, and freeze drying) and time duration for drying (1-4 h). The amount of 6- gingerol was found to be reduced, and that of 6-shogaol was found to be increased depending upon the water content of dried ginger. Upon oven-drying ginger at 60oC for 2 h, the maximum yields of 6-gingerol (0.18±0.02 mg/g fresh weight), and 6-shogaol (0.47±0.02 mg/g fresh weight) were obtained upon subcritical water extraction.

        6WS/6WD 차량의 독립조향 및 구동 제어알고리즘에 관한 연구

        Multi-axle driving vehicles that are used in special environments require high driving performance, steering performance, and stability. Among these vehicles, 6WS/6WD vehicles with middle wheels have structural safety by distributing the load and reducing the pitch angle during rapid acceleration and braking. 6WS/6WD vehicles are favored for military use in off road operations because of their high maneuverability and mobility on extreme terrains and obstacles. 6WD vehicles that using in-wheel motor can generate the independent wheel torque without other mechanical parts. Conventional vehicles, however, cannot generate an opposite driving force at each side wheel. Using an independent steering and driving system, six-wheel vehicles can show better performance than conventional vehicles. Using of independent steering and driving system, the 6 wheel vehicle can improve a performance better than conventional vehicle. This vehicle enhances the maneuverability under low speed and the stability at high speed. This paper describes an independent 6WS/6WD vehicle, consists of three parts; Vehicle Model, Control Algorithm for 6WS/6WD and Simulation. First, vehicle model is application of TruckSim software for 6WS and 6WD. Second, control algorithm describes the optimum tire force distribution method in view of energy saving. Last is simulation and verification.

        6차산업 활성화를 위한 정책 방안과 추진과제에 관한 연구

        도시와 농어촌과의 소득 격차가 심화되고 수익성이 저하되면서 농촌경제에 활력을 불어 넣어주기 위한 방안으로 6차산업 활성화에 대한 다양한 연구와 실천이 수행되어 왔다. 이제 농업은 1차산업에 머무르지 않고 2차와 3차산업이 융복 합되어 새로운 가치를 창출하는 6차산업화가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 정부의 기존 농어촌 정책과 6차산업의 활성화에 대한 다양한 선행연구를 고찰하여 그 현황 파악과 문제점을 살펴보았다. 6차산업의 활성화의 성공을 위해선 체계화된 지원 제도, 6차산업 전문인력양성, 지역 내 협업체계 구축, 가치사슬 형성지원, 4차산업혁명 기술 적용 등이 필요하며, 그 외 다양한 문제점들을 해결을 통한 농어촌의 혁신적인 변화를 이끌 6차산업의 활성화를 위한 정책방안과 향후 추진과제를 제시하였다. As the income gap between cities and rural areas widens and profitability declines, various studies and practices have been conducted on the activation of the 6th industry as a way to inspire the rural economy. Now, agriculture needs to become a 6th industrialization that creates new value by converging the secondary and tertiary industries, not just the primary industry. In this study, various previous studies on the government's existing rural policy and the activation of the 6th industry were reviewed, and the current status and problems were examined. For the success of revitalization of the 6th industry, a systematic support system, training of experts in the 6th industry, establishment of a regional collaboration system, support for the formation of a value chain, and application of the 4th industrial revolution technology are necessary, and various other problems can be solved. Policy plans and future tasks for revitalization of the 6th industry that will lead to innovative changes in agricultural and fishing villages are presented.

        6시그마 성공요인이 혁신DNA 개발과 기업성과에미치는 영향

        [Purpose] This study examined the positive effects of success factors of 6-sigma on the development of employees’ innovation DNA, innovation performance, and business performance, and also verified the effects of success factors of 6-sigma on the business performance with the mediation of employees’s innovation DNA. [Methodology] We described literature reviews about success factors of 6-sigma and innovation DNA. We suggested four hypotheses that were drawn from the previous researches. To verify these hypotheses, collected the data and were tested by validity, reliability, correlation and structural equation model analysis. [Findings] This study found that success factors of 6 sigma had positive effects on employees’ innovation DNA development. and it was confirmed that success factors of 6-sigma had positive effect the innovation and business performance with the mediation of discovery DNA. However, the success factors of 6-sigma had positive effects on the development of employees’ practice DNA while they had no effects on the innovation performance with the mediation of practice DNA. [Implications] This study empirically assessed that employees’s innovation DNA could be developed through innovation methodology, which could be linked to innovation performance of company. [연구목적] 본 연구는 6시그마 성공요인이 종업원들의 혁신DNA 개발과 혁신성과 및 경영성과에 어떤 관계가 있는지를 확인하였다. 또한 혁신DNA가 6시그마 성공요인과 혁신성과 및 경영성과 사이에 매개효과가 있는지를 검증하였다. [연구방법] 혁신DNA는 Dyer et al.(2009, 2011)에 의해서 정립된 개념으로 혁신가는 선천적으로 타고나는 것이 아니라 후천적으로 양성될 수 있으며, 이를 통해 기업의 혁신 활동이 강화되고 기업의 경영성과를 창출할 수 있다는 개념이다. [연구결과] 본 연구는 중견기업 및 대기업 종업원을 대상으로 6시그마 성공요인이 혁신DNA개발과 기업성과에 어떤 영향을 주는지를 확인하였다. 이를 위해 혁신방법론을 활용중인 기업의 종업원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 조사 결과를 토대로 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시하였다. [연구의 시사점] 6시그마 성공요인은 종업원의 혁신DNA인 발견DNA와 실행DNA 개발에 긍정적인 영향을 주고 있음이 구조 방정식을 통해 검증되었다. 6시그마 성공 요인은발견DNA를 매개로 기업의 혁신성과에 긍정적인 영향을 나타냈으며, 혁신성과는 경영성과에도 긍정적인 영향을 주고 있음을 확인하였다. 그러나 6시그마 성공요인은 종업원의 실행DNA 개발에는 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있으나, 실행DNA는 6시그마 성공요인과 혁신성과에 사이에서 매개효과를 나타내지 않았다.

        6세기 신라 干群 경위의 구성과 성립과정

        6세기대 신라 금석문에 나오는 간군 경위 관등을 분석하여, 당시 관등의 구성과 그 성격을 규명하고, 그것을 바탕으로 신라 경위의 성립과정을 밝히고자 하였다. 율령 반포를 전후해 건립된 중성리비․냉수리비․봉평리비의 비문과 창녕비 등 진흥왕대 비문의 내용을 비교․분석하고, 주변국의 사례를 포함한 여러 문헌자료를 종합하여 고찰하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 중성리비․냉수리비․봉평리비에서 왕과 함께 국정을 이끌어나갔던 6부의 핵심지배층들에게서 두 종류의 관등이 확인되었다. 하나는 喙․沙喙部인들만이 가지고 있었던 경위 관등으로, 阿干支와 그 하위 某干支관등들을 중심으로 하는 것이다. 다른 하나는 여타 4부의 수장 및 유력자들이 소지한 것으로, 干支와 壹伐등으로 구성되었다. 율령 반포 당시의 간군 경위 관등은 太阿干支이하의 5개 등급이 중심이었으며, 이는 신라 마립간 아래의 喙․沙喙部유력자들을 서열화 시키기 위한 목적을 가진 것이었다. 그에 비해 상위 4개 간군 경위는 太阿干支이하 간군 관등과 동일한 성격의 것이 아니라, 6부를 구성하던 여러 독자세력의 수장적 지위에서 유래한 위호인 干支들 사이의 위계가 반영된 전통적 위호였다. 형식적으로는 이들 위호가 喙․沙喙部에 적용되었던 경위 관등 보다 상위의 지위였지만, 이들이 당시 하나의 관등제로 동일하게 기능하고 있었던 것은 아니다. 그에 비해 진흥왕대인 6세기 중반의 금석문들에서는, 상위 간군 경위가 阿干支등과 같은 성격의 관등으로서 기능함을 확인할 수 있다. 이전과 달리 干支와 壹伐로 구성된 부별 독자 위계제는 사라지고, 6부인 전체가 경위 관등을 소지하는 변화와 함께 이런 현상이 나타난다. 6부 干支들과 壹伐등의 유력자층을 경위 관등에 모두 포괄하기 위해, 최상위 간군관등을 증설하면서 경위가 완성된 것이다. 다만 최상위 4개 간군 경위 관등은, 이전에 존재하던 독자세력의 수장적 지위인 간지들을 서열화하기 위해 만들어졌던 옛 위호를 그대로 계승한 것은 아니며, 경위의 고위 관등으로 새롭게 만들어진 것이다. 이로써 신라 경위 17관등이 완비되었다. This paper analyzed Inscriptions of Silla stele in the 6th Century, such as Pohang Jungseongri Stele, Pohang Naengsuri Stele, Uljin Bongpyeongri Stele and other historical records, to reveal the constitution and the nature of the top 9 Official rank of the Silla Dynasty’s Governmental Ranking system called Gyeong-wi. And based on it, reconstructed the process of establishing the Gyeong-wi. As a result, the following conclusions were drawn. There were two kinds of Governmental Ranking system for the ruling classes of Silla 6bu around 520’s, when King BeobHeung declared the law codes called Yul-Ryeong. One was a system that is limited to WheBu and SawheBu. It was composed of only 5 lower top rank, named DaeArGanji, ArGanji, IlgilGanji, SaGanji, GeobeolGanji, out of 9 top rank. The other one was for the ruling classes of 4bu except Whe and Sawhe among the Silla 6bu. It was composed of Ganji and Ilbeol which means Chief of bu and top position under the chief. At that time, the Gyeong-wi was not completed, and it was not applied to every ruling classes in the Silla 6bu. In the middle of the 6th century, At the reign of King Jinheung, new 4 high-top Official rank had been added on top of existing ranks. Finally, Gyeong-wi had been completed with 9 upper grades and 8 lower grades. And also it had been applied to every ruling classes of Silla Dynasty.
