        10주간 초등학교 축구선수의 신체안정화 프로그램을 통한 기능적 움직임 평가, 신체균형, 폐활량 효과

        본 연구의 목적은 초등학교 축구 선수들의 신체 안정화 운동 프로그램 후 부상예방과 경기력 향상 여부를 측정하기 위하여 실시하였다. 목포 Y 초등학교 축구 선수 23명을 대상으로 10주 동안 신체 안정화 운동 프로그램을 통해 경기 중 필요한 능력 향상을 위해 시각 반응속도 측정, 기능적 움직임 평가, 신체 균형 능력 평가(와이발런스), 폐활량의 결과를 비교 분석하여 부상예방을 통해, 경기력 향상을 시킬 수 있는 추후 관리 및 운동 자료를 제공하고자 실시하였다. 시각반응속도 평가 결과 힘과 민첩성이 유의하게 증가하였고, 반응시간이 유의하게 단축되었다(p<.001). 기능적 움직임 평가 프로그램 총점은 운동 전 10.83±0.12, 운동 후 12.09±0.90으로 유의하게 증가했다(p<.001). 신체 균형 능력 평가 프로그램은 운동 전 85.87±5.75, 운동 후 87.78±6.03으로 유의하게 증가했다(p<.001). 폐활량 측정 종목 중 노력성 폐활량은 운동 전 1.53±0.23 운동 후 1.76±0.19, 1초량은 운동 전 1.74±0.39 운동 후 1.93±0.24로 운동 후에 유의하게 증가하였다(p<.001). 10주간 신체 안정화 운동 프로그램을 통해 속도, 민첩성, 기능적 움직임, 신체 균형(와이발런스), 폐활량이 향상되었다. 결론적으로, 축구를 수행하면서 부상을 예방하거나 감소시킬 수 있고, 경기력을 향상 시킬 수 있을 것이다. This study aimed to see how the Body Stability Exercise (BSE) program can prevent injuries and improve performance for elementary school soccer players. A 10-week BSE program was conducted on 23 soccer players at Mokpo Y Elementary Soccer School. The results of changes in Visual Response Speed Test (VRST), Functional Movement Screen (FMS), Body Balance Ability Evaluation (Y-Balance Test, YBT), and Vital Capacity (VC) were observed, compared, and analyzed to provide follow-up management and training data that can be used to reduce injuries and improve performance. After VRST training, strength and agility increased significantly and reaction time significantly shortened (p<.001). The total score of FMS evaluation increased from 10.83±0.12 before training to 12.09±0.90 after training, which was statistically significant (p<.001). YBT significantly increased from 85.87±5.75 before training to 87.78±6.03 after training (p<.001). Among the VC tests, FVC significantly increased from 1.53±0.23 before training to 1.76±0.19 after training, and FEV1.0 increased from 1.74±0.39 before training to 1.93±0.24 after training(p<.001). After the 10-week BSE, improved speed, agility, FMS, Y-Balance, and VC were observed. In conclusion, the BSE program can prevent or reduce injuries and improve performance while playing soccer.

        10주간의 신체 안정화 운동프로그램이 초등학교 태권도 선수의 민첩성, 기능적 움직임, 균형, 폐기능에 미치는 효과

        Purpose : The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether physical ability is improved by body stabilization, develop training methods to improve physical fitness factors suitable for body conditions, and provide future management and exercise materials to improve Taekwondo athletes' performance, after conducting the Body stabilization exercise (BSE) program on 22 elementary school Taekwondo athletes for 10 weeks to strengthen core muscles and evaluating Visual response speed test (VRST), Functional movement screen (FMS), Y-Balance test (YBT) and Vital capacity (VC). Methods : In order to examine the impact of the BSE program on Taekwondo athletes’ VRST, FMS, YBT and VC this study conducted individual evaluations on all subjects, including VRST, FMS, YBT and VC before applying the programs, and compared exercise effects before and after the program, before and after exercise by a certain period. Results : After exercising, strength and quickness were improved significantly and reaction time was significantly shortened (p<.001). The total score of FMS was improved from 10.86±1.17 before to 11.68±0.99 after exercising, was statistically significant (p=.014). YBT was significantly improved from 91.11±4.84 before to 95.68±5.15 after exercising (p<.001). VC improved was statistically significant (p<.001). Conclusion : In conclusion, the BSE athletic program is expected to help Taekwondo athletes perform well by preventing and reducing injuries through the improvement of muscular strength, strength, speed, agility, step, kick, balance, flexibility, full body endurance and the combination of technical abilities.

        초등학교 핸드볼, 축구, 배구 운동선수들의 신체안정화운동 중재 후 시각반응속도검사에 의한 힘과 민첩성 평가 비교

        Purpose : This study compared the differences in power and agility of athletes in each sports using visual response speed test (VRST) scores after conducting 10 weeks of body stability exercise (BSE) on elementary school athletes in handball, football, volleyball and conducted a post-hoc test on the measured values. The subjects of this study were baseball (n=27), taekwondo (n=22), and football (n=23) athletes with at least two years of athletic experience. A total of 72 elementary school athletes were measured by VRST after 10 weeks of BSE under the same conditions. Methods : For VRST measurement of the upper extremity, the right and left hands were alternately touched in the order the blazepod equipment lights were turned on. The number of touches for 15 seconds and response touch were measured. In the case of the measurement of lower extremity the left lower extremity was measured first when the Blaze pod equipment light came on. The average value was obtained by measuring 3 times using a measurement sensor with the position indicated in order to measure the upper arms and legs the same. Results : This study confirmed homogeneity among sports and that VRST improved after implementing BSE for sports. However, no statistically significant difference was identified when comparing VRST improvements between sports, and post-hoc test results showed no significant differences either. Conclusion : After applying the BSE program under the same conditions for 10 weeks to elementary school students who can improve their power and agility the most, the results of the examination using the Blaze pod showed that the power and agility of baseball, taekwondo, and soccer players were similarly improved. From the fact that there was no significant difference among sports, it could be inferred that the BES training program could improve VRST without being limited to some sports.

        10주간의 고교 남자 핸드볼 선수 신체 안정화 프로그램 후 시각 반응 속도, 기능적 움직임, 신체 균형, 폐활량 변화

        무안 Y고등학교 남자 핸드볼 선수 21명을 대상으로 10주간 신체안정화 훈련 후 시각반응속도, 기능적 움직임, 균형, 폐활량의 결과를 비교 분석하여 부상을 감소시킴으로써, 경기력 향상을 시킬 수 있는 추후 관리 및 훈련 자료를 제공할 목적으로 연구하였다. 훈련 결과 핸드볼선수에게 요구되는 순발력, 민첩성이 크게 증가하였고, 반응시간이 유의하게 단축되었다 (p <0.001). 기능적 움직임 평가 총점은 훈련 전 10.43±1.16, 훈련 후 12.05±1.07로 유의하게 증가하였다 (p <0.001). 와이발런스 측정은 훈련 전 89.18±6.99, 훈련 후 91.39±7.33으로 유의하게 증가하였다 (p <0.001). 폐활량은 유의하게 증가하였다(p <0.001). 결론적으로, 10주간 신체안정화 훈련 프로그램을 적용하면 속도, 민첩성, 기능적 움직임, 와이발런스 측정, 폐활량의 향상에 효과적이다. 결론적으로, 부상을 예방하거나 줄일수 있고 핸드볼 경기 중 경기력을 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다. The total score of Functional Movement Screen was increased from 10.43±1.16, before training to 12.05±1.07 after training, which was statistically significant(p<0.001). Y-Balance Test was significantly increased from 89.18±6.99 before training to 91.39±7.33 after training(p <0.001). The Vital Capacity increase was also shown to be more than statistically significant(p<0.001). The 10-week BSE program improved speed, agility, Functional Movement Screen, Y-Balance Test, and Vital Capacity. In conclusion, it`s can prevent or reduce injuries and performance could be improved while playing handball.
