      • 인삼에 있어 변조 장뇌삼 판별에 대하여

        시장에서 시판되고 있는 장뇌삼을 재료로 하여 변조 특성 및 이들 변조삼의 진위여부를 판별하고자 그 특성을 조사하였다. 장뇌삼의 변조는 뇌두와 뿌리부위를 주로 변조하는 것으로 나타났다. 뇌두부위는 경흔적수와 수근수를 늘리던가 아니면 뇌두를 장뇌로 변조하였고 뿌리 부위는 지근수 및 지근장을 늘리는 것으로 나타났다. 변조한 뇌두부위의 특징은 먼저 뇌두하단에 있는 동체의 중심주를 요(凹)모양으로 만들고 변조한 뇌두를 철(凸)모양으로 깍아 심지 박듯이 맞추는 것이었다. 또한 각기 다른 인삼의 뇌두를 교묘히 잇대어 장뇌로 만들었고 여기에 수근을 접착하여 오래된 진짜 산삼 형태와 유사하게 변조하였다. 그리고 뿌리부위는 접착면을 절편 자르듯 사선으로 잘라 접착면이 많게 하였고 후에 이들 접착면을 비벼 흔적을 없애는 수법이었다. 변조에 사용된 재료는 인삼 및 출처불명의 약초뿌리를 사용하였고 접착제는 공업용으로 접착성이 강한 것을 사용하였다. For identification of altering methods and distinction of altered long-rhizome ginseng, we studied the properties of long-rhizome ginseng which is being sold in market. Artificial long-rhizome ginsengs were made by modification of rhizomes and roots. Artificial long rhizomes were made by increasing the number of stem vestige root and rhizome root or by modification of rhizome to long-rhizome. Roots were modified by increasing of the number and the length of secondary roots. Artificial long rhizomes were made by carving the rhizome in concave shape and attaching convex shaped modified another rhizome. Those who make artificial ginseng made the altered long-rhizome ginseng looks like real long-aged wild ginseng by elongation of the rhizome by attaching many ginseng rhizomes and attaching of secondary roots. They cut the attaching surface obliquely for increased number of attaching point and removed the vestige by scrubbing the attaching region. They used ginseng, medicinal plant from doubtful origin, and industrial strong adhesives for making altered long-rhizome ginseng.

        읽기의 리좀(rhizome)적 특성 고찰

        본 논고는 들뢰즈(Gilles Deleuze, 1925~1995)의 리좀(rhizome) 철학을 바탕으로 읽기의 특성에 접근하는 새로운 시도이다. 본 논고의 목적은 구조적 도식 위에서 반복되어왔던 읽기를 들뢰즈의 리좀 철학으로 재해석함으로써 읽기의 특성을 탐구함에 있다. 들뢰즈의 리좀 철학을 바탕으로 읽기 특성을 고찰함은 리좀 철학이 독자를 끊임없이 창조해 가는 자기 생성의 다양체로 보기 때문이다. 본 논고는 리좀에 기반한 읽기 특성 탐색을 위해 Ⅱ절에서 리좀의 원리를 바탕으로 읽기를 탐구한다. 리좀은 사물들이 접속과 일탈을 반복하면서 관계의 장(場)을 만들어 가는 형태를 의미한다. 리좀은 여섯 가지 원리, 접속의 원리, 이질성의 원리, 다양성의 원리, 비의미적 단절의 원리, 지도 그리기와 전사의 원리가 있고, 이 여섯 가지 원리는 읽기의 교섭관을 지향한다. 교섭관은 접속의 원리와 다양성의 원리를 기반으로 하며 독자의 자기 실현을 지향한다. Ⅲ절에서는 읽기의 리좀적 특성을 탐구한다. 읽기란 하나의 ‘리좀적 체계’로, 첫째, 이질적 대상들의 접속을 특성으로 하고, 둘째, 비의미적 단절을 통한 의미의 다양성을 특성으로 하며, 셋째, 전사적 사유와 변형을 통한 자기의식의 생성을 특성으로 한다. 독자는 텍스트와의 접속을 통해 독자 내부의 정형화된 관점을 변화시키고, 창조와 생성의 길을 걸어갈 수 있다. 독자들의 힘과 생명력에 관심을 가짐으로써 읽기 교육의 지평을 넓히기 위해서는 읽기 결과물에 관심을 가지기보다 독자의 힘이 읽기 과정을 어떻게 지속시키는지에 관심을 기울여야 한다. 그리고 그 힘의 중심과 형태가 리좀으로 형성되어야 한다. 읽기 교육은 독자가 자신을 실현시킬 수 있도록 이루어져야 한다는 점에서 리좀 철학은 앞으로 읽기 교육의 철학적 바탕이 될 수 있다. 본 논고가 읽기 교육의 발전에 기여할 수 있음을 기대하며, 향후 들뢰즈의 리좀 철학에 기반한 읽기 교육 연구가 이어지길 바란다. This thesis is a new attempt to approach the characteristics of reading based on the rhizome philosophy of Gilles Deleuze. The purpose of this thesis is to explore the rhizome characteristics of reading by reinterpreting the readings that had been repeated on the structural schematic to the rhizome philosophy of Deleuze. The reason why I consider reading characteristics based on Deleuze's philosophy of rhizome because the philosophy of rhizome sees the reader as a diverse form of self-creation that is constantly creating. This thesis explores reading based on the principle of rhizome in Section II for exploring reading characteristics based on rhizome. Rhizome means the form of things making relationships, repeating their connection and deviations. Rhizome has six principles, the principle of connexion, heterogeneite, multiplicite, rupture asignifiante, cartographie and decalcomanie, are towards transaction of reading. Transaction of reading is based on the principle of connexion and multiplicite, aims at the realization of the reader's self. Section III explores the rhizome characteristics of reading. Reading is one 'rhizome system'. Frist, it characterizes the connection of heterogeneous objects, second, the diversity of meanings through rupture asignifiante, third, self-consciousness through decalcomanie of thought and change. Text allows the reader to change the fixed perspective within the reader, and to walk the path of creation and becoming. We should pay attention to how the reader's power sustain the reading process rather than to the results of reading. And the center and form of that force must be formed from rhizome. Reading education should be done to help the reader realize oneself. the philosophy of rhizome can be the philosophical basis of reading education in the future. I look forward to seeing that this thesis can contribute to the development of reading education and hope to continue the study of reading education based on Deleuze's philosophy of rhizome.

        리좀적 특성을 적용한 공유주택의 공유공간 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

        The philosophical concept, rhizome, took the word from botanical term and the spatial characteristics of rhizome are formation ofchangeable and unstable type of space, creates flexible andthree-dimensional moving line, removes or obscures the boundary ofspace, enabling various behavior and interaction of users. Due to suchcharacteristics of rhizome, there have been studies that appliedcharacteristics of rhizome in public facilities and space but there havenot been studies on rhizome applied in housing. However, shared spacein shared housing has similar characteristics to the features ofrhizome, and such characteristics are believed to promote shared space of shared housing. Based on the concept and principle of construction of rhizome seenin “A Thousand Plateaus” by Deleuze and Guattari, this study deducedits spatial characteristics, found its relationship with shared space, anddeduced the model of rhizome-like shared space. Based on that, this study conducted case analysis and tried to prove that shared space indomestic and overseas cases reflect the features of rhizome. First of all, through theoretical review, it deduced the characteristics of shared space continuity, combination, flexibility, interactivity,non-boundary, and changeability and divided space of shared housing into private and personal space, semi-private shared space, semi-public shared space, and public community space. Then it examined the concept and principle of construction of rhizome and drew the spatialfeatures of rhizome, and through the relationship between shard space and spatial characteristics of rhizome, it deduced the characteristics of rhizome-like shared space complex space, fluid space, flexible movingline, selective moving line, band-type program and ambiguousboundary of space. Lastly, based on rhizome like shared space, Lastly, based on rhizome-like shared space, this study analyzed domestic and overseas cases. The result showed that shared space in shard housing could be explained through the concept of rhizome and the concept and characteristics of rhizome was believed to promote shared space. This study has significance in that it applied spatial characteristicsof rhizome to shared space in shared housing, provided basic data thatcan be referred to in the planning of shared housing, and made anapproach with the concept of rhizome to promote shared space. There seems to be the need for continuous follow up studies.

        연근과 우절 에탄올 추출물의 향장효능 검증

        본 연구는 화장품 소재로서 연근과 우절의 가능성을 확인하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 우리는 연근과 우절 에탄올 추출물을 사용하여 항산화, 항염증 및 항주름에 대한 생물학적 활성 평가를 수행하였다. 연근과 우절을 95% 에탄올로 추출한 다음 항산화 평가를 위해 샘플을 농도 (100, 500, 1000) μg/mL 에 따라 처리하여 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) 라디칼 소거능과 2,2’-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulphonic acid) (ABTS) 양이온 라디칼 소거능을 확인하였다. 또한 항주름 효과를 평가하기 위해 Elastase 저해 활성 평가를 수행 하였다. 항염증 효과를 평가하기 위해서 대식세포 (Raw 264.7 cells)를 이용해 MTT assay를 통한 샘플의 독성평가와 nitric oxide 생성 저해 활성을 평가하였다. 그 결과 연근과 우절의 1000 μg/mL 농도에서 DPPH 라디칼 소거능 활성이 각 66.7%, 99.5% 로 ABTS+ 라디칼 소거능 활성은 동일농도에서 각 51.2%, 98.3%로 나타났다. elastase저해 활성 결과 우절이 연근에 비해 높은 항주름 효능을 나타내었다. 우절은 1000 μg/mL 농도에서 대조군 EGCG 보다 높은 활성을 나타내었다. Nitric oxide 저해 활성 결과에 따르면 연근은 55.8%의 효과를 나타내었고 우절은 66.6%의 효과를 각각 나타내어 우절 추출물이 연근보다 항염증 효과가 더 우수함을 나타내었다. 결과적으로 연근 및 우절 추출물은 안전한 항산화 항염증 및 항주름 천연화장품소재로 사용될 수 있음을 시사한다. This study is for checking the possibility of Lotus Rhizome and node of Lotus Rhizome as cosmetic materials. For this we carried out biological active evaluation about anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-wrinkle by using ethanol extract of Lotus Rhizome and node of Lotus Rhizome. We extracted Lotus Rhizome and node of Lotus Rhizome with 95% ethanol and then in order to evaluate anti-oxidant activity we treated samples by concentrations (100, 500, 1000) μg/mL and carried out 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging and The activity of 2, 2’-azino-bis (3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulphonic acid) (ABTS) cation radical scavenging. Also, in order to evaluate effect of anti-wrinkle we carried out evaluation of Elastase inhibitory activity. To evaluate effect of anti-inflammatory we evaluated toxicity of samples through MTT assay with a macrophage (Raw 264.7 cells) and measured nitric oxide production inhibitory activity. As a result, DPPH radical scavenging activity of Lotus Rhizome and node of Lotus Rhizome at 1000 μg/mL was 66.7% and 99.5%, respectively and ABTS + radical scavenging activity was 51.2% and 98.3% at the same concentration, respectively. Elastase inhibitory activity results showed that the nodes of the Lotus Rhizom extract excellent anti-wrinkle efficacy than Lotus Rhizom. Node of Lotus Rhizome showed higher anti-wrinkle activity than the positive the control group BHT at 1000 μg/mL concentration. According to the result of nitric oxide production inhibitory activity, Lotus Rhizom showed 55.8% effect and nodes of the Lotus Rhizom showed 66.6% effect respectively. This showed that effect of anti-inflammatory was greater in nodes of the Lotus Rhizom extracts. As a result it suggests that Lotus Rhizome and node of Lotus Rhizome extracts can be used as natural substance of cosmetics which are safe in antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-wrinkle.

      • 리좀적 특성이 반영된 과학체험전시관 설계

        The purpose of this study is to design science interactive exhibition whose application is focused on linking space of 'Rhizome' architecture. 'Rhizome' is a new concept which is appearing in many academic fields under the influence of the post-structuralism. 'Rhizome' is the concept that the philosopher, Gilles Delueze & Felix Guattari had argued. 'Mille plateaux'. Especially it makes it possible to express complicated concept and visualization of modeling. 'Rhizome' architecture accepts 'Linking' of sapce and has an influence on the shape of architecture. 'Rhizome' architecture reflects on the contemporary digital age which makes our thoughts and methods of our lives change. So after the investigate into theoretical background of the Linking of 'Rhizome' and analysis of examples which used linking of 'Rhizome' architecture, I propose science interactive exhibition design, whose application is focused on space of 'Rhizome' architecture.

        COVID-19 이후 뉴노멀 시대의 도서관 서비스 변화로 인한 리좀(Rhizome)형 도서관으로의 전환 가능성 연구

        The purpose of this study was to explore the possibilities of the transition to the Rhizome-type Library in post COVID-19 era. The cases and theories were considered to understand the characteristics of the Rhizome-type Spatial Structure. The spatial structure of the Rhizome-type Library has De-centrality, Independence, Diversity and partly De-hierarchicality, De-territorialisation, Nomadic, Ambiguity, Conjunctivity. The results of this study were as follows; First, the Rhizome-type Library will be easy to access the neighborhood, which will facilitate the convenience of users. Second, the Rhizome-type Library can be placed in very small places in the neighborhood and provide variety of services and also personal space for reading, learning, and works. Third, the Rhizome-type Library has flexible and changeable spatial forms and the form can be customized. And lastly, the Rhizome-type Library has the potential to evolve to include the functions of other Public Service Facilities, so the Rhizome-type Library can be used as an alternative to large Public Service Facilities in unexpected disaster situations, such as COVID-19. In conclusion, the Rhizome-type Library could be a way to change the paradigm of library service and space in the post COVID-19 era.

        창의·융합형 인재 개발을 위한 초등 역사 연극 만들기 연구

        This paper applies theatre-making for elementary school students aimed at promoting creativity and cross-disciplinary talent development to Rhizome-based thinking. The introduction presents the two study questions on the current status of theatre education in elementary schools and the need for such education. The first question is, ‘Can Rhizome-based thinking be incorporated into theatre education in elementary schools?’ The second question is, ‘What are some examples of Rhizome-based theatre-making for elementary school students aimed at promoting creativity and cross-disciplinary talent development?’ To answer these questions, the points where Rhizome-baed thinking could be incorporated into theatre education in elementary schools were reviewed. First, Rhizome-based thinking needs to be incorporated into theatre for elementary students by moving away from theatre centered around text and language. Second, the principles of Rhizome of moving away from the territory must be incorporated into theatre education for elementary schools to constantly generate new things that break away from the mold pf existing elementary school theatre. Lastly, the principles of ‘becoming’ need to be incorporated to focus more on the process rather than the result. In 2018 and 2019 when the researcher was workng as a specialized instructor, there were theatre-making for elementary students. The researcher conducted history theatre-making classes for two years at Elementary School A in Gongju, Korea. In 2018, the performance “The Gongsan Fortress is Alive (I am not alone” won the gold medla and in 2019 the ‘The Legend of the Roasted Bean Powder Rice Cake“ won the bronze medal in the overall category and two students were given awards for their acting. There are three types of historical theatre-making that incorporats Rhizome-based thinking for elementary school students: The plot and format, design, and collaboration. As for plot, the performances of 2018 and 2019 both added a sub-plot featuring the students’ stories of here and now, to the original narrative. Students became more proactive in the theatre-making as their own stories were added to the historical narrative. In terms of format, a variety of formats was used. Just as in the principle of moving away from the original territory in Rhizome-based thinking, new things were created. The theatre pieces of the two years both used songs to capture the historical narrative and stories. Students were able to learn about history in an enjoyable manner by singing along songs. The theatres of those two years also used various objects, such as desks, fans, small hand-held drums, snap bags and LED light bulbs. For the design, the desk was used, along with banners to have students experience that many elements, in addition to acting, could be used in theatre. In 2019, due to the more affluent budget, a choreographer and music specialist were invited to offer students meet with new instructors and generate new points. Students participated in the composing of the story and the lyrics within the Rhizome-based theatre-making. In 2018, it was only about creating one’s own dance moves and lyrics, but in 2019, it also included creating raps and expressing one’s own opinion about formats. These example show that Rhizome-based thinking where horizontal attitudes are applied to roam, move away from the territory infinitely and recreating new territory, can be applied to historical theatre-making in elementary schools. The researcher hopes that this study will serve as a basis for more varied approaches to the history theatre-making for elementary school students aimed at promoting creativity and cross-disciplinary talent development.

        백련 종류에 따른 연근 크기와 수확량

        This study was conducted to examine the difference in yield and size of enlarged rhizome according to the kinds of native white lotuses. Four white lotuses (Nelumbo nucifera) were collected from 4 different sites, Jeonbuk Jeonju (‘Garam’), Jeonnam Muan (‘Hoesan’), Chungnam Buyeo (‘Ihnchuisa’), and Chungnam Cheongyang(‘Cheongyang’). Each enlarged rhizome was planted in an area of 3.3 m2 on 10. April, 2007 and digged out on 19. February, 2008. The yield of enlarged rhizome was in the order of Hoesan (3.0 kg/m2), Cheongyang (2.5 kg/m2), Garam (2.0 kg/m2) and Ihnchuisa (1.0 kg/m2). The number of enlarged rhizomes was in the order of Ihnchuisa (4.9/m2), Garam (4.3/m2), Hoesan (4.2/m2) and Cheongyang (4.1/m2). Total number of nodes in the enlarged rhizomes were much more in the order of Hoesan (17.0/m2), Ihnchuisa (16.0/m2), Cheongyang (15.3/m2) and Garam (14.1/m2). Component ratio of enlarged rhizome length below 50cm for Ihnchuisa, Garam, Hoesan and Cheongyang were 76.3%, 53.0%, 38.2% and 40.3% respectively. Native white lotus had a longer enlarged rhizome in the first node than the other nodes, and their enlarged rhizome length and width became thin. And it became thick and short from the second node of enlarged rhizome. Accordingly the amount of enlarged rhizomes ‘Hoesan’ was extremely much than others. 백련 4종류의 연근 특성을 조사하기 위해 2007년 4월 10일에 3.3 m2 당 비대근경 1개씩을 심은 후 2008년 2월 19일에 굴취하여 1 m2 당 수확량과 비대 근경의 크기를 조사하였다. 수확량은 ‘회산’ 백련(3.0kg), ‘청양’ 백련(2.5 kg), ‘가람’ 백련(2.0 kg), ‘인취사’ 백련(1.0 kg) 순으로 나타났다. 비대근경의 수는 ‘인취사’ 백련 4.9개, ‘가람’ 백련 4.3개, ‘회산’ 백련 4.2개, ‘청양’ 백련 4.1개 순이었다. 비대근경의 총 마디 수는 ‘회산’ 백련(17.0개), ‘인취사’ 백련(16.0), ‘청양’ 백련(15.3개), ‘가람’ 백련(14.1개) 순이었다. 뿌리의 길이는 ‘인취사’ 백련과 ‘가람’ 백련은 50 cm 이하인 것이 각각 76.3, 53.0%인 반면에 ‘회산’ 백련과 ‘청양’ 백련은 각각 38.2%와 40.3%를 나타내었다. 자생백련 비대근경의 첫 번째 마디는 다른 마디에 비해 긴 경향을 나타냈지만 직경과 횡경은 작아서 가늘었으며, 둘째 마디부터는 굵고 짧은 형태를 나타내었다. 따라서 백련근의 수확량 측면에서는 ‘회산’ 백련이 제일 우수한 것으로 나타났다.

        리좀 기반 온라인 창작 학습 모형

        목적 본고는 리좀적 창작의 과정을 수행하는 리좀 기반 온라인 창작 학습 모형을 마련하려는 시도다. 방법 먼저 현재의 창작 학습의 방식이 온라인 환경에서도 제대로 기능할 수 있는지의 문제를 검토하였다. 다음으로 리좀적 창작의 과정을 온라인 창작 학습의 기저 원리로 도입하는 문제를 검토하였다. 마지막으로 리좀적 창작을 수행하는 리좀 기반 온라인 창작 학습 모형이 어떻게 설계될 수 있는지 논구하였다. 결과 현재의 창작 학습의 방식은 온라인 창작 학습에 적절하지 않다는 점을 확인하였다. 리좀적 창작 과정의 도입은 온라인 창작 학습이 온라인의 이점을 활용하면서도 새로움의 창조라는 창작 활동의 본질을 구현할 수 있게 한다. 리좀 기반 온라인 창작 학습은 학습자들이 온라인상의 자료를 능동적으로 탐색·공유·누적하고, 이를 바탕으로 개인의 창작으로 나아가는 형태로 전개된다. 결론 리좀적 창작의 과정을 수행하는 리좀 기반 온라인 창작 학습 모형을 ‘연결하기’, ‘공유하기’, ‘모험하기’, ‘다시 모험하기’ 단계를 수행하게 하는 형태로 제안하였다. Objectives This study is an attempt to prepare a learning model for online creation by applying the process of rhizomal creation. Methods First, the problem of whether the current creative learning method can function properly in the online environment was examined. Next, the problem of introducing the process of rhizomal creation as a basic principle of online creative learning was examined. Finally, this paper discusses how a rhizome-based online creative learning model that performs rhizomal creation can be designed. Results It was confirmed that the current method of creative learning is not suitable for online creative learning. The introduction of the rhizomal creative process enables online creative learning to realize the essence of creative activity to create creations, while utilizing the advantages of online. The rhizome-based online creative learning proceeds in the form of learners actively exploring, sharing, and accumulating online contents, and based on this, they advance to individual creation. Conclusions A rhizome-based online creative learning model that performs the process of rhizomal creation was proposed in the form of performing the steps of ‘connecting’, ‘sharing’, ‘adventuring’, and ‘adventuring again’.

        종근 저장 온도 및 충진제가 강황 수량 및 품질에 미치는 영향

        Studies were carried to evaluated the influence of storage method by temperatures and fillers on yield and quality of seed rhizome in turmeric. Seed rhizome was stored at styrofoam box filled with rice hull and sand (3:1) or vermiculite for 30, 60 and 90 days at different temperatures (5, 10 and 15℃. compared to traditional method (rhizome only). Parameters were obtained for weight loss, cold injury, percentage of decayed in stored rhizome during storage periods. Also, the germination, growth pattern and yield from stored rhizome has been investigated. It was confirmed that storage of turmeric in stored with filled with vermiculite helps in prevention of rhizomes from microbial and fungal attack. The storage of rhizomes in styrofoam box without any filler at low temperature below 10℃. is not advocated due to heavy losses weight and decayed in management of postharvest for turmeric rhizome. Germination percentage, growth pattern and yield was maximum for rhizomes stored at styrofoam box filled with vermiculite for 90 days at 15℃. The paper outlines a brief attempt to assess the efficacy of non-chemical methods including optimal storage method (temperature and filler) of control of decay and moisture losses during storage of turmeric.
