예비유아교사의 NCS기반 의사소통능력 향상 프로그램 개발 및 효과 분석

Objective: The purpose of this study is to develop the NCS-based communication skills improvement program for pre-school teachers and apply them in the previous education to reinforce the job capacity of pre-school teachers. Methods: The Ministry of Employment and Labor proposed the National Competency Standards (NCS) to develop competent human resources to build a core infrastructure and improve national competitiveness. This researcher viewed communication ability as the job competency that a pre-school teacher should have. Participants in the study were 115 students from the department of erly childhood education, University of B. The test tool was pre and post-test using the communication ability checklist and multivariate covariate analysis (MANCOVA) using SPSS 21 program. Results: First, the program development process developed the final program through literature review, needs survey, draft development, and expert consultation. Second, the gamification program was found to be effective in improving NCS-based communication skills for preschoolers. Conclusion/Implications: These findings suggest that NCS-based communicative competence programs can be an effective way to enhance the job skills of pre-school teachers.

중소제조업의 NCS 기반 교육훈련이 직무수행에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 중소제조업의 NCS 기반 교육훈련이 직무수행에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, NCS적용 교육훈련이 직무수행을 높이는 데 미친 영향을 분석한 결과 집체교육이 직무지식(p<.001, β =5.130), 현장훈련이 직무기 술(p<.01, β =3.783), 현장훈련이 직무태도(p<.05, β =-2.448)에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, NCS 기반 교육훈련이 직무수행 상관관계에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 직무기술과 직무지식(p<.01, β =.740), 직무기술과 집 체교육(p<.01, β =.459), 직무지식과 집체교육(p<.01, β =.575)과 직무태도와 현장훈련(p<.05, β =-.320), 집체교육과 현장훈련(p<.05, β =.268)이 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 일반적 특성의 연령이 직무태도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 20대(3.44), 30대(3.26), 40대(3.63)보다 50대(3.75)가 직무태도가 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 중소 제조업의 NCS 기반 교육훈련이 직무수행에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 성과 분석에 관한 연구의 폭을 넓히고 학습형태에 따른 효과성을 규명하는 데 연구의 의의가 있다. This study analyzed the effect of NCS - based education and training of small and medium manufacturing on job performance. The results of this study were as follows: First, the effects of NCS education and training on job performance (p<.001, β =5.130) were analyzed. As a result, (p<.01, β =3.783) and on-the-job training had a significant effect on job attitude (p <.05, β = -2.448). (P <.01, β = .740), job skill and collective education (p <.01, β = .459), and job skill (P <.01, β = .575), job attitude and field training (p <.05, β = -. 320), collective education and field training (p < .268) were found to be correlated. Third, the analysis of the effect of the age of general characteristics on job attitude showed that the fifties (3.75) had higher attitude than the 20s (3.44), 30s (3.26) and 40s (3.63). The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of NCS - based education and training on the job performance of small and medium manufacturing industries.

경호관련학과 학생들의 선택 동기가 NCS교육과정 및 진로결정에 미치는 영향 분석

본 연구는 경호관련학과 학생들의 선택 동기가 NCS교육과정 및 진로결정에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 설문조사를 실 시하였다. 설문내용은 “첫째, 전공 선택 동기, 둘째, NCS 교육과정, 셋째, 진로결정”로 구성하였다. 본 연구에서 변수의 신뢰도 분석 및 탐색적 요인을 분석하기 위해 Chronbach's Alpha 계수를 제시하고 베리맥스Berimax 방식을 수행하였다. 측정항목들 의 AVE와 CR 수치가 모두 기준치인 0.5와 0.7 이상으로 산출되어 항목들의 집중타당성이 양호한 것으로 분석되었다. 가설검 증결과 표준화계수가 ‘선택 동기 ⇨ NCS 교육과정’는 0.563로, ‘NCS 교육과정 ⇨ 진로결정’는 1.339로 산출되어 두 가설의 관 계가 양(+)의 관계를 보이는 것으로 확인되었다. 경호관련학과 학생들의 진로결정을 향상시켜 주기 위해서는 선택 동기를 높 여주고 NCS 교육과정의 만족도를 높여주기 위한 노력이 필요해 보인다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of selection motivation on the NCS curriculum and career decision of the students in security related department. The contents of the questionnaire consisted of "First, Motivation to select major, Second, NCS curriculum, Third, Career decision". In this study, Chronbach's Alpha coefficients were presented to analyze the reliability of variables and exploratory factors, and the Berimax method was performed. The AVE and CR values of the items were calculated to be 0.5 and 0.7, respectively. Therefore, it was analyzed that the Intensive feasibility of items were well-focused. As a result of the hypothesis test, the standardized coefficients were calculated as follows: 'Selective motivation ⇨ NCS curriculum' is 0.563, 'NCS curriculum ⇨ career decision' is 1.339. The relationship between the two hypotheses was found to be positive (+). In order to improve the career decision of students in security related departments, it seems necessary to raise the motivation of selection and to improve the satisfaction of NCS curriculum.
