        This paper was to discuss the case and cause of debonding defect of wood floor board in apartment house by investigating field survey. Most frequent defect in wood floor board was debonding of floor board. Scratch, gap and crack of floor board were also found in floor board installment work. Causes of debonding of floor board is shrinkage of cement mortar beneath floor board and expansion of floor board. Haste in floor board work did not provide enough time to dry cement mortar fully, which led to continue to dry after the installment of floor board. It caused moisture movement toward wood floor board. Accordingly, Before floor board work, careful consideration on moisture condition of cement mortar and enough curing time to eliminate the effect of moisture are taken into.

        PVC 표면치장재를 적층한 치장목질마루판의 열특성 및 기초 품질성능 분석

        For test on flooring board laminated with PVC decoration materials in order to replace the current surface materials such as HPL in decoration wood-based flooring board. the Results of comparison and analysis are as follows: For thermal conductivity, flooring board decorated with PVC did not show huge differences when temperature was rising and lowering compared to the flooring materials laminated with the existing HPL surface materials. It seems the most meaningful results for using it as indoor flooring materials. That is, in Korea where there is the culture focusing on ondol heating, use amount of heat energy and efficiency of flooring materials are very important and sensitive issues, involving immediately with household economy of final consumers, and it might be a criteria to judge basic performances required as flooring materials. As a result of the analysis on mandatory durability test items such as abrasion resistance, absorption width expansion rate, impact resistance, surface hardness, and impact absorption for flooring materials, compared to flooring board laminated with general HPL surface decoration materials, decoration wood-based flooring board laminated with PVC surface decoration materials which is higher abrasion resistance with smaller transformation and has better durability and impact absorption of the surface, is available for actual application as indoor flooring board, and for replacing surface decoration materials impregnated with heat-hardened resion such as HPL.

        파리핀계 왁스처리 목질계 마루판의 재질 평가

        In order to improve the dimensional stability and to reduce the floor impact sound, we investigated the material properties of wood-based flooring boards treated with low elastic modulus and nonpolar paraffin wax. Waxed flooring boards have reduced water absorption and no dimensional changes in thickness, width and length. This is considered to be because moisture penetration was suppressed into the plywood which is the base material of the flooring board. Waxed flooring boards have poor adhesion to concrete due to the thin wax layer formed on the bottom surface. However, it can be improved by light sanding. The wax treatment reduces the light-weight and heavy-weight impact sound level of the flooring board, in particular the heavy-weight impact sound level meets the performance criteria. The wax mainly penetrates through the vessels and is completely filled into the lumens.

        Oriented strand board(O.S.B) is used in many areas, such as interior and interior finishes of wooden houses, but no cases and studies have been used as flooring materials for flooring boards. In this study, we will examine the quality and performance of the aromatic strands board, which we believe can be substituted for the plywood, and analyze its suitability as a floorboard.

        Analysis of Mechanical Properties of Wood Flours Composites to Improve the Strength of Truck Deck Floor Boards

        The deck floor of a the cargo truck becomesis damaged and aged due to the continuous loading of the loading cargo and external environmental factors. Floor boards made of wood and metal are often used. In the case of wood, the cost is high due to the use of imported wood, and the strength is easily deterioratesd due to environmental factors. In the case of metal materials, the durability is higher than that of wood, but problems are raised due to the effect of major factors that hinder the weight reduction, and the effects of corrosion. In order to replace this stucturestructural design, this study proposed a wood fiber composite using natural raw materials. Woody composites are being used as environmentally and friendly exterior materials with the combined advantages of plastic, and wood,; low cost and low density. However, due to the nature of the woody composites, the properties are differentdiffer depending on the contents of the matrix, reinforcing agent, additives, compatibilizer, etc. In this study, we investigate these problems through analysis of the microstructure and mechanical properties according to proper content and injection molding conditions. As a result, it is considered that the wood deck composite can replaced the current Deck Floor Boardreplace current deck floor boards through continuous continued research and results of this study.

        샌드위치 복합재 바닥 구조물의 구조 설계 및 해석

        This work dealt with structural safety analysis about sandwich composite structure of automotive floor board. In this work, structural design and analysis of sandwich composite structure for automobile floor board were performed. Firstly, structural design requirement of automobile floor board was investigated. After structural design, the structural analysis of the automobile floor board were performed by the finite element analysis method. It was performed that the stress and displacement analysis at the applied load condition. After structural test of target structure, structural test results were compared with analysis results. Through the structural analysis, it was confirmed that the designed floor board structure is safety. 본 연구는 자동차 바닥 구조로 적용된 샌드위치 복합재 구조의 안전성 해석에 관한 연구이다. 본 연구에서 샌드위치 복합재 구조 적용 자동차 바닥의 구조 설계 및 해석을 수행하였다. 1차적으로 자동차바닥 구조의 구조 설계 요구 조건이 분석되었다. 구조 설계 이후 유한 요소 해석 기법을 활용하여 자동차 바닥 구조의 구조 해석이 수행되었다. 적용 하중 조건에서 응력 및 변위 해석이 수행되었다. 최종바닥 구조의 구조 시험을 수행한 후 해석 결과와 비교하였다. 구조 해석을 통해 설계된 샌드위치 복합재 바닥 구조는 안전한 것으로 확인되었다.

        탄성체를 이용하여 접착한 목질계 마루판의 열전달 특성

        The heat transfer characteristics of wood-based flooring boards bonded with natural rubber or cork chips for reduction of floor impact sound were investigated. When the elastic body is bonded to the bottom of the flooring board, the thermal conductivity of the flooring board is reduced, and the decrease in thermal conductivity is greater in the cork having a lower thermal conductivity than natural rubber. In the floor heating environment, the surface temperature of the flooring board bonded with the elastic body is lower than that without the elastic body. Under the same floor heating conditions, the indoor air temperature of the test apparatus is different from the flooring board surface temperature. That is, the temperature difference of the indoor air is greatly reduced than at the flooring board surface. From the results, it is not necessary to recognize about the decrease of the heat transfer performance of the flooring board due to the adhesion of the elastomer.

        목질계 마루판의 폼알데하이드 방출에 미치는 온도의 영향

        The effect of temperature on the formaldehyde emission from wood-based flooring board was investigated and the following conclusions were obtained. When the temperature applied to the flooring board increases, the amount of formaldehyde emission increases. In the same temperature environment, the amount of formaldehyde emission from the flooring board installed on the floor is significantly reduced compared to the desiccator test method. The amount of formaldehyde emission from the flooring board installed on the floor at a floor temperature of 30 °C or less is 0.12 g/L or less, which is not harmful to health and does not cause sick house syndrome. Formaldehyde emission in the floor heating environment is large in the early stage, and thus bake-out is effective in improving the internal air quality.

        치장목질마루판용 소판에 관한 실험적 연구

        As a result of the quality tests on plywood, medium density fiberboard(MDF), and newly applied oriented strand board(OSB) as well as those required for use of environment on wood-baed flooring board(SEM, percentage of moisture content for over-dried one, size change, absorbing thickness, impact resistance, formaldehyde, permeability, and heat transfer), plywood showed the most stable quality. OSB and MDF requires solutions from moisture and management for discharging toxic matters such as formaldehyde. For temperature rising and diffusion according to heat transfer by board, all of them showed the similar results and yet, the board using MDF with additional materials should be improved with heating efficiency. Therefore, in case that there are different characteristics from those by board type, it is necessary to establish criteria individually or by product according to types of boards, and to prepare for detailed standards.

        There is some recognition that Decoration Wood-based Flooring Board in Korea is a material that inhibits the heat transfer from the substrate to the room. There is a lack of substantial research literature on the surface heat transfer and condition of Decoration Wood-based Flooring Board, which is insufficient to deal with false perceptions. In this study, the purpose of this study is to analyze the surface heat transfer characteristics of Decoration Wood-based Flooring Board and to obtain basic data to cope with recognition.
